Worst ever experienced as of now... I don't know how they treat their customers. And don't know on what parameters they check before delivering the car after service. They don't even have a workshop and body shop here in una.

They delivered me a car (Wrv) after 21 days and with the worst condition.. They did not fix the keyless sensor which malfunctioned during the accident. Front left power window is not working completely. One of the tires is totally out of shape previously it was in very good shape. Either they have replaced that tire or drove it very badly no idea. When i asked for keyless sensor fix they said they need 10 more days. So in total, they need a complete month to fix minor things.
So please get your car fixed from chandigarh or hoisharpur rather wasting your time here.

So what happened:
I received my car and i found that they replaced the rear right tire with the spare tire and alloy wheel was in the boot. When i asked them what happened to that tire, they didn't say anything. But i think they replaced it and asked me to get it fixed from outside, we don't have tools to fix it. When i ask outsider mechanic for the puncture he told me that your tire is totally out of shape it can't run more than 4 days... So better you should use the spare wheel.

Then i called akshay who handel all this. Accepting my calls. I called him he said they will provide me with a new tire. But when i ask that i will not be paying any amount for that. He did not reply after that neither picked my calls. Then i called prakash honda pathankot for the rectification (Main prakash honda branch)
They apologized and asked me to return the car and they will fix everything within 2 days.. Then my bad i again trusted these guys. I handed over the car to akshay at una honda showroom on 18th aug 2019 so that they can deliver it to their main branch phatankot prakash honda. Today is 22nd aug 2019 and i called prakash honda pathankot for the status of the car. They said they did not receive the car... Then i asked why it is not there... They said your car is still parked at una honda showroom...

Now you can get the idea of my worst ever experience of you honda service. Soon i'll post it to honda twitter handel. Let see how far i can take it for the rectification.

I have attached the image of a car. To fix this issue they took so much time and when they delivered it, it was in a worst and faulty condition. Sensors, 1 tyre, power window were faulty and some screws are missing from the boot.

    Hi team,

    I have bought new honda amaze vmt diesel variant, the spare tyre found metal rim not alloy. How can we use the 14 inch tyre size in 15 inch alloy wheel. If i use that spare tyre all three tyre will damage due to this unbalanced size.
    Even the sales person didn't informed us spare wheel for just temporary not for permanent replace with alloy wheel. (You are charging for that wheel too correct or your are giving free spare wheel /tyre). Either you can give an option for this spare tyre type metal rim / alloy wheel for customer choice. Just hiding all and giving a surprise to customer. We are spending our valuable money to get good one for our satisfaction, if you provide a choice will spend extra money to get same brand tyre with alloy. Why this cheating?

      I purchased a used car - honda city 2014 model from ring road honda, peeragarhi (Dl4caw1402) in the month of march 2019.
      To my surprise i got to know that they had sold me a blacklisted car.
      According to them, this car is booked under some corruption case which they had sold me intentionally and are not ready to buyback the sale. I have been chasing them from past 5 months and have remained unsuccessful till date.
      A payment of rs. 455000 was made to the dealership by online transfer and rs. 45000 was paid in cash to the dealership as token amount to book the vehicle.
      Request you to kindly refund my amount at the earliest as this vehicle is not getting transferred on my name. Failing to which i will be forced to take legal actions as may deemed fit.

        I gave my honda mobilio for service in bhavnagar (Gujrat), i did'n t get proper reply from service center and they are not behaving properly.in my car side mirror is broken, i asked them price of a mirror they told me rs 4200/- approx, and in ahmedabad service centre i got price of rs 3200/- approx. After that i told there is difference of rs 1000/- and they told that you go to ahmedabad service center for servicing. And also they are talking very rudely (Mr. Mahendrabhai and mr aarifbhai) they have no sense how to talk with customer. They have not done proper servicing of car also.

          I handed over my car-honda amaze at your service center in andheri on dated[protected] and after repeated follow ups got quotation on dated 16-08-19. And now waiting for completion of service of my car to use it. From last 10 days i am having lot of problem without car and your staff doesn't understand this. After providing they took 1 week to provide quotation and that also after repeated follow up. Is this culture you are taught to follow??
          Can you explain the reason behind this. This is not the first time.
          I have experienced same situation several times.
          Pls look into it

            I booked a honda amaze at saphire honda showroom, marathahalli on my name nitish kumar sinha last month. Due to some reason i had to cancel my booking and i provided them with all the details/documents to initiate the cancellation. Even after daily follow up for more than a month, the money has not been returned. They keep on giving lame excuses like the boss went to dubai or the money transfer to bank is stuck etc. Every time i call their customer service they tell it will be done within the week but nothing is done. The agent directly said that there is no guarantee that the management will give money back - saying they cheated many customers this way. It is very mentally harassing and frustrating for me.

              I had a message on my phone regarding independence day discount (5%on spare parts, 25% on paid services, 20% on labour services, 20 on value added services). I booked an appointement to service my car... After my car reaches showroom they let me know that honda has removed the offer for now. I have been cheated. I had given the car on the given time frame i. E from 12-17 august. Today i have receievd a bill of 19000.. And that too they have given me di scount only on 1-2 part (They say they have given me on their behalf). I need an full explanation about my bill and services..

                I had purchased all new honda amaze car petrol version in november - 18, but with in 9 month its fuel pump is not working properly and car is not starting. That is very shameless that such a big brand honda providing that kind or faulty car. And same problm with honda services center also they dont have even single piece of fuel pump in their store. And i am waiting for my car from 14-aug-19. And they are saying that fuel pump may be dileved on 19-aug-19. I am very much disappointed on purchasing this all new honda amaze car.

                i have purchased my Honda active from Punjab automobiles RAJKOT in date 31/3/2019 vehicle no is GJ03LC6120.
                my complain against dealer without our consent dealer has done repairing.There is no satisfaction from dealer I have full insurance of ICICI Lombard but dealer is force to pay money.
                My Grahak surakshna mum is 435/2019
                My car navigation card was stolen from any of the dealer in the Honda capital Honda ..this is not accepted by the dealer and they reverted back the existing card is corrupted.

                The car dealer or Honda customer care is not giving any response
                Purchased Amaze in Dec 2018 automatic has issues with compression and the hardware like key. the buttons gave away within few months and no replacement

                  This is in regards with honda wrv owned by me with number up78 eu 9001.

                  Date of purchase - may 2017

                  Place - pushp honda kanpur

                  Till date i like the honda cars in terms of quality and standard which honda offers to customer, and in my family this is the 3 rd honda car and in future also thought to go with honda but the below experience broke my expectations from honda service center located at kanpur dadanagar.

                  I've been writing to you with lot of expectations and hope that you will understand my problem and if the damage part comes under warranty, that should be repaired without any cost to customer.

                  This was the very worst experience with honda service center at dadanagar kanpur with mohit joshi with a rude behaviour. Being the genuine customer of honda and the trust which i had maintained with honda has been completely lost and now not in a state to recommend anyone for honda cars.

                  Even if the part comes under warranty, mr joshi from honda is not accepting it and giving false commitments. This is only because the part is costly and hence asking customer to pay. I would like to take this up to a higher level and writing to you, so that the name of brand should not go down due to such incidents/people. This email is to bring your attention towards the service which honda is offering to customers regarding warranty parts if they are costly.

                  Story starts from here... My car horn is not working since 1 week and then suddenly after 2, 3 days, i noticed that abs light is also in on state. I went to service center and asked them to diagnose the problem and check that if it's under warranty.

                  I reached there at 10:30 am morning and since then till 3pm, they wasted the time and didnt diagnose the problem completely and argued with me that your stearing cable wheel has gone due to external horn is fitted, the part comes under warranty but due to external horn fitted, warranty is not applicable. This is totally unacceptable for me.

                  Several times i told them that this is my 3rd honda car and each car i've fitted the external horn but never faced this kind of problem but they didn't agreed even after requesting a lot.

                  Then i called mr. Bose regional manager and after telling him the complete story, he called mohit joshi and asked him to check the problem properly this should not be because of just external horn. Then they again started to check and now this time opened the stearing wheel etc. And now they told me that that this was not due to external horn fitted, the stearing wheel is broken because some outside mechanic has done something. Now again new story, why will outside mechanic touch my car without my permission and i never took my car to any local shop, i told them several times that i never took my car to any outside shop because i understand the warranty norms as wrv is my 3rd honda car but they never listened to me. How could i tell how the part is broken and that too such a internal part which was never in my knowledge, there are chances that might be while diagnosing it could have broken.

                  I just faced the horn problem and came to service center and never went to any local shop because i was aware that my car is under warranty.

                  I called several time to mr bose and he helped me to some extent and asked me to pay the 50% 0f the part cost which is 17000 approx. Then again discussing more they came to 40% cost of part. I left from the service center at 06:00 pm in the evening with no resolution.

                  But here my concern is why would i pay anything if that part comes under warranty and i never took my car to any outside shop for repairing and that too such a internal part.in addition to above i never faced such kind of problem or never came to a situation that required me to take my car to any local shop. This was the very first time i faced the problem and directly came to honda service center.

                  Awaiting for your positive response as i m suffering a lot, it seems there is no use of warranty in honda. I apologise for being harsh in mail. But from customer point of view i m completely disappointed.

                    as per mr. Prabhakar informed that he will release my bike on next day which was 12 th of aug
                    next day when i called him he said the tecnition is not available that is the reason he required a day more said ok next day i spoke to the manager named kamble
                    he assured me that he will realease the bike today itself and the same day i recived the call from them statening that bike wont be able to give as the tec not avail so this is what the service given to the customer till yet my bike is not repaired as of now they says on 16 aug they will release

                      Purchased new amaze petrol in october 18
                      In june 19, first time the problem arised when my running car stopped & afterwards didnot started. After around 30 minutes it started.
                      Again on 26th june 19 again it stopped while running. Again started after half an hour. Took it to service centre at ring road honda peeragarhi from where i purchased the car, they said it is fuel pump problem and replaced fuel pump
                      Afterwards again on 13th august again car stopped while running. Now it is not starting at all.
                      Totally frustrated it is really very disappointing after somebody buys a new car worth 7.5 lac and find himself & family stuck on the middle of road at any odd times again & again.
                      Never expected such from honda

                      Please help & guide what to do

                        Myself sanjeev bansal handed over my new honda amaze car to merit honda service centre at rohtak on dated 21/08/2019 for repairs since it met with a collision with a truck at the back. The person issuing the job card, after assessing the car for damages occurred, mentioned the delivery date as 06/08/2019 and demanded the insurance and registration papers for claim which i handed over. 4 to 5 days later i receive the call from the service centre informing that the car is being surveyed and insurance company, icici lombard, sanctioned the job and the estimated amount subsequently repair work is now started. On the estimated day of delivery when i contacted the service centre over the phone number mentioned on the job card i was instructed to contact over another one and that fellow instructed for another one but could not know the exact position of the car.in this process 4 days passed and finally on 10th of august i came to know that my is ready for delivery. On next day when i went there to take the car i was informed that the delivery of car cannot be made since cashless facility cannot be extended as there is mismatch of dates on the insurance policy cover note about the date of start insurance policy and the temporary registration number. The delivery will be made only after the insurance company issues the delivery order. I purchased the car in the name of m wife sunita bansal from ring road honda, new delhi when contacted said that the policy is honda assured and there is absolutely no problem either in the start of insurance cover note or in the temporary registration number date, cashless facility cannot be denied and the delivery should be made. But at merit honda they remained adamant and denied to deliver he car and i had to return empty handed. Now still waiting for m car to be delivered. Therefore it is requested to intervene and get resolve the matter since delaying the delivery will affect m domestic and business commitments.

                          I purchased honda city cvt i. E. Petrol automatic version from merit honda rohtak in the month of jan 2019. My car no is hr12ah5729. The kilometre per litter milage being given by my vehicle is between 12 to 13 kilometre per litter only even on highway driving. The matter was reported to merit honda service centre during my last service but nothing has been done to improve the milage and it continues to give the same milage. You are requested to look into the issue and do something to improve the milage of my car.

                            Hi all,

                            I have been facing the gear slipping issue while changing gears in my honda unicorn 150 bike. I am using this bike for 10 long months, even after 3 showroom services. The issue remains the same with my bike. Its a major life threatening setback issue in unicorn bike. Sometimes, gear struck's and its feels hard to change the gear to neutral. Because of this problem, once i fell down from bike in national highway while riding back to my home with speed clocks about 100 kms.

                            I request the authorities to inspect on this issue with this bikes. As it may become reason for lose of some people's life.

                              I would like to convey that we have purchased honda amaze smt model on 11th july, 2019 from samara honda bhikaji cama palace.
                              Its not even a month our car is facing issue that it's self is not working and its been 4 days since the car was with samara honda naraina workshop and today person delivered the car that too with the same problem.

                              Is this the kind of service honda provides and also it was mentioned that we need a car on urgent basis.
                              Please take strict action against this and we need a replacement of car if this car is not worth driving.

                                I just did a lot of completions but the honda ones have not given me any answer yet,
                                Called us again and again only did a test drive of the car but did not get any solution, we never check the problem we tell, just do a test drive and say that there is no problem.
                                The dealer's service engineer does not want to know what is the process, and the honda amaze car is low on the platform, so the normal problem will be there, there is no solution for them, so their service manager said, honda company employees talk about rudely too have we not taken 10 lakh car problem to phase it???

                                  My honda city car bearing number hp 15 a 9296 got its first paid service carried out on 28th jul 19, during the service i ve specifically told that there is some noise in the front side coming but the issue was not resolved and more sound on the steering side started coming, already raised the issue with the feedback portion of the company portfolio bit no response so far

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I have purchased new honda amaze car in november'18.
                                    But face many problems, after sending my car many time to service centre.

                                    1. Issue in fuel average. Still it's 13.6 km/l after 8 months.
                                    2. Issue in fuel pump. Your service center changed it recently as my car not getting started. After changing it's fuel average got done from 15.1 to 13.6.
                                    3. At the time of taking the car it was promised that fuel average must be around 20km/l. But nothing done.
                                    4. Car having issue while taking back.

                                    So why this to me? After taking sedan in this price, it's really worthless.
                                    Hence kindly change my car or rectify at the earliest.

                                    I have purchased Honda Jazz exclusive from Metro Honda showroom in the month of March and received very bad experience. Wish to raise a complaint against this showroom. I would like to take action on this showroom about the way they treated their customer. Need help to resolve my problem.

                                      Hi,
                                      I had given my car (Honda city ivtech) for first and second in pink city honda vki, jaipur, between those two services time # workshop guys stolen the navigation map card.
                                      Now navigation system is dead. I had made communication with there manager mr. Vivek kapoor but no solution provide by them.

                                      Pinkcity honda which is located in vki, jaipur. My navigation sd card stolen during the first or second service. Due to lack of knowledge customer realise take time to understand what they do to us. So please help me and resolvethis issue as soon as possible.

                                        I am using honda amaze petrol vehicle no od02aw4025 as per company prescribed the milege should be 19.5 km/ letre. But its very sad to say its showing 13km/letre.. Requesting pls guide me as o have complained several times at nearest honda dealers in bhubaneswar but i did not receive any solution till date which in tern creating disatisfaction for using your vehicle.

                                        i had purchased a HONDA amaze on December 2018 and completed two free service also. But on 26.07.2019, my car shows overheating and the engine stopped work. It was an unfortunate incident . I am not satisfied with your service and please rectify the defects
