Hi, my honda amaze diesel (Reg. Dl 3cck 9956) serviced at lally automobiles pvt. Ltd, okhla phase-1, new delhi on 28th jan 2019. As per the service advisor mr. Sandeep prasad, break pad and disk needs to be replaced. After replacing both parts, the car delivered.
For next due service, they picked up my car on 21st august 2019. Driver mr. Ravi took my car to the same (Lally automobiles pvt. Ltd) service centre and assigned to service advisor mr. Sukriti mandal for service work. Mr. Advisor conveyed to me about the car condition and what needs to be done in this service.
In the evening, i was expecting my car back delivered to me but mr. Advisor called me and said that break pad and disk needs to be replaced as both parts are in bad condition. This was very surprising and disappointing to me because mr. Advisor didn’t inform me on same at earlier even i asked him if any such issue found.
I told him that both brake pad and disc had been replaced in last service six months back and after last service, my car is drove only 8006 km so how this could be possible to get those parts damaged.
Mr. Advisor was not sure about the last service.
I called up service manager mr. Navneet but unfortunately, he had no clarity how this could be possible.
After long discussion, they didn’t resolve my issue rather they have mentioned on invoice other problems (Both lower arm need to replace, oil sum fitted, engine shield broken, subfrem hitted, etc.) too which were not conveyed to me during day time by mr. Advisor.
My doubt:
If they had replaced brake pad and disc in the last service (28th jan 2019), how those parts get damaged after six months even if the car is hardly drove 8000 km?
- after i got my car back, i consulted with many experienced mechanics near my home regarding this issue, they said this is not possible to get brake pad & disc damaged under 8000km mileage.
Either they have replaced those parts with duplicate one or replaced with the used one.
The final conclusion is, lally automobiles pvt. Ltd cheated on me in a very unprofessional way. I would like to escalate my issue on social media and all media platforms about what happened to me and how dangerous to trust on honda products anymore.
Honda Cars India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
also note that we have already done 1 year AMC paid service.
