Hi all,

I purchased honda amaze car (Mh 14 hk 8566) from bavdhan on 24th april, its has been long time but not received rc book/smart card yet.

When contacted to honda service bavdhan, they asked to visit rto pimpri chinchwad.

Rto office told me that hsrp is pending from dealer side, i am requesting rto department of bavdhan dealer since last 4-5 days, but it is not processed yet.

Even they don't bother to keep me posted on further progress and updates.

    very poor response on car repair

    I visited gopinathji honda baroda for repair if my car wrv after a minor accident with repairs to be done under insurance. I was told that since insurance is thru acko insurance we have to lodge complaint to them and then get vehicle inspected. Done complaint with acko and got car inspected at honda service center on 16th august, with information that repair estimate will be given within a day which took almost 10 days after too many reminders....

    Hi, my honda amaze diesel (Reg. Dl 3cck 9956) serviced at lally automobiles pvt. Ltd, okhla phase-1, new delhi on 28th jan 2019. As per the service advisor mr. Sandeep prasad, break pad and disk needs to be replaced. After replacing both parts, the car delivered.
    For next due service, they picked up my car on 21st august 2019. Driver mr. Ravi took my car to the same (Lally automobiles pvt. Ltd) service centre and assigned to service advisor mr. Sukriti mandal for service work. Mr. Advisor conveyed to me about the car condition and what needs to be done in this service.

    In the evening, i was expecting my car back delivered to me but mr. Advisor called me and said that break pad and disk needs to be replaced as both parts are in bad condition. This was very surprising and disappointing to me because mr. Advisor didn’t inform me on same at earlier even i asked him if any such issue found.
    I told him that both brake pad and disc had been replaced in last service six months back and after last service, my car is drove only 8006 km so how this could be possible to get those parts damaged.
    Mr. Advisor was not sure about the last service.
    I called up service manager mr. Navneet but unfortunately, he had no clarity how this could be possible.

    After long discussion, they didn’t resolve my issue rather they have mentioned on invoice other problems (Both lower arm need to replace, oil sum fitted, engine shield broken, subfrem hitted, etc.) too which were not conveyed to me during day time by mr. Advisor.

    My doubt:
    If they had replaced brake pad and disc in the last service (28th jan 2019), how those parts get damaged after six months even if the car is hardly drove 8000 km?
    - after i got my car back, i consulted with many experienced mechanics near my home regarding this issue, they said this is not possible to get brake pad & disc damaged under 8000km mileage.

    Either they have replaced those parts with duplicate one or replaced with the used one.

    The final conclusion is, lally automobiles pvt. Ltd cheated on me in a very unprofessional way. I would like to escalate my issue on social media and all media platforms about what happened to me and how dangerous to trust on honda products anymore.

      I had purchased a honda wrv in october 2018 through peninsular honda, kazhakuttam. They first cheated me in insurance by giving me normal package policy instead of a nil depreciation policy which i later came to know was issued for all new vehicles. But since i knew it very late i decided not to register a complaint against them. But recently i also noticed they had not issued me a fastag even though i had paid 600 rs. (Even though its only 500). When i went to their showroom today 29th august 2019 afternoon to enquire about the same i was told they had already issued me a fastag and i have to pay another 100 rs to get a new one.

        I change my mood and go through any other company like hyundai or suzuki

          The service provided by emerald honda during service of my honda amaze car reg. No. Up 84 n 5888 was very pathetic. They did not behave good and also not deliver my car after service on promised time & date. Before the representative of the agency was easily approachable and showing that they care for their customer & customer's time, however, at the time of promised delivery and after delivery, they did not respond.

            Hi,
            I have a great faith on honda and have multiple purchases from the trusted car manufacturer. I just wanted to inform you to educate the executive available in the dealer showroom. 3 months back i had purchased a honda jazz from central honda bhubaneswar. Just to sell and attract the customer the executive are saying/bribing like anything. They don't have the required knowledge about the vehicle and they are doing hell lot of fake promises just to sell the car.
            The executive who was attending me had no knowledge except the car model and basic power and all description. She was not aware of the difference between the jazz v and vx model. Thanks to google that helped me. Moreover she has promised that honda is providing free pick up and drop at home for all the free servicing. Till now i'm wondering whether this is genuinely from honda or not because during the 1st and 2nd service honda service center is charging 600 bucks for the same service.
            There were couple of small incidents as well which was recently happened and those led to the argument with the executive as they were not customer friendly.
            I have a very good even best customer satisfaction in bangalore showroom but in bhubaneswar central honda it was pathetic. So i request you to educate your executive and dealer in small cities like this for a smooth flow.

              I am hemant goindani and i gave my honda city car numbered rj 19 cg 1033 to paras honda, a service centre in jodhpur on friday dated:[protected].

              Worst ever experienced as of now. I don't know how they treat their customers. And don't know on what parameters they check before delivering the car after service. They haven’t even washed and cleaned my car and prepared the gate pass for vehicle delivery.

              This is not for the first time that my vehicle was not washed and cleaned. I have experienced same situation for the second time.
              I have taken the pics of the same.
              Pls look into this matter and need support.

                Manufacturing issue in Honda city Car, Rat is entering into the car. there is no barricade for rat and insect .Rat are enter easily to the honda City Car and damage my all car document( RC Copy, DL and Insurance copy ), Damage the AC units, Inside all plastic thinks damage ( go through the attach Photo).Honda Authorized dealer estimate for repairing cost is Rs 20000.00 .Already i have submitted this car in service center Magnum Honda Bengaluru .This is a new car I have purchase in the month of Jan 2018, This car is under warranty period . I want free of cost this car to be repair.

                  Hi, i have repaired my honda amaze from samara honda (Naraina)

                  I got the bill after repairs and found that in part cost summary they have charged 14% gst which is not available in any gst slab (As per gst council of there are only goods and services are divided into five different tax slabs for collection of tax - 0%, 5%, 12%, 18% and 28%)

                  I doubt there is some fraud is happening, need support on speedy action.

                  Purchased in 2018 all free service and one paid service is done the problem when the bike in gear the neutral green light is burning this is been informed during all the free service and paid service and non of your care taker bother to hear my request. I am escalating this information to complete my problem

                  no body taken care of seriously, already done 5 free and one paid service but no positive response has come out.
                  also note that we have already done 1 year AMC paid service.

                    Autokom honda udaipur is not properly reply for car service today they open their service centre but they said we can't service is car at 12.30 pm i m traveling 4 regarding service 120 km i m so upset & unhappy 4 these typ behavior 2nd tym i face this condition i can't proper care 4 my car city i already run 500 km extra. Pls u don't provide a better service don't call us cars ur service provider is not responsible 4ur status.

                      I gave my honda city car numbered kl07 by 5179 to vision honda, a service centre in kottayam for 120000 km service. But after service my air conditioner which was completely working before was not at all working. I called up the vision honda service manager and revisited the showroom on 20 th august 2019. He told me my a/c motor is not working and will have to pay around 15000 to make it fine. The a/c was full functional when i gave but suddenly stopped after service.

                        I have purchased honda amaze in december'18 & traveled to haldia from kolkata on 16th august'19 which is 160 km away from kolkata. Surprisingly, my car didn't get started after reaching at haldia. I tried several time to start the car but unable to do so. As, there was no service center available at haldia, the dealer (Shree honda) has suggested to bring the car at their service center at kolkata. Finally, a towing truck has reached at site at 9 pm & my car has been offloaded to service center at kolkata at 1.30 pm night. I have paid rs. 13000/- towards towing charge from my pocket. During investigation, it was found, the problem was in fuel pump assembly. Finally, the fuel pump has been replaced. I have harassed a lot due to this fuel pump issue occurred in a new car which has been purchased 8 month ago!!!

                          This is to inform you i am an owner of honda mobilio car registration number up78 ej4777. It has been three years of this purchase and i am already fed up of the services provided by the showroom.
                          Last sunday i. E 18.08.19, i went for the service as my car was not igniting properly wherein they said there is a battery issue which i got it changed then and there. Not a week has been passed and the problem is remained same. Again i went to the showroom named pushp honda at dada nagar and they said its not a battery issue but a self start issue.
                          I would really like to know what nonsense and unproffesionalism is going on. They could have checked this problem also at the very same and first time when i went.
                          The staff is very unproffesional and unskilled.
                          Kindly look after this issue otherwise be ready for the consequences. Moreover i am not going to buy any honda vehicle in future for sure and would convey it to others also.

                            Sir,
                            I am mr prashant deshmukh and i have purschased honda amaz 1.5 mt from girnanr honda akola on[protected] through state bank of india loan of rs.8.50 lakhs and met an accident at yavatmal about january 2019 which company has covered under insurance claim there after i have checked vehicle compliantly through honda service expert at honda service center amravati before delivery. Vehicle also gone under regular servising at akola center in may 2019.
                            We are using 4 wheeler vehicle since 2011 and never encounter issue of breaking of excl of four vehicle during atleast in 10000 to 15000 km of run.
                            Based on my experience i confirmed that it is totally manufacturing defect parts which are used in manufacturing are substandard category and company has defoulted in commitment for safety of its consumer and there family thus it is highly unappropriate if i could not get my vehicle complaintly repaired in every manor both of major and minor issues or otherwise exchanged for problem i have gone through, details are follows

                              Worst ever experienced as of now... I don't know how they treat their customers. And don't know on what parameters they check before delivering the car after service. They don't even have a workshop and body shop here in una.

                              They delivered me a car (Wrv) after 21 days and with the worst condition.. They did not fix the keyless sensor which malfunctioned during the accident. Front left power window is not working completely. One of the tires is totally out of shape previously it was in very good shape. Either they have replaced that tire or drove it very badly no idea. When i asked for keyless sensor fix they said they need 10 more days. So in total, they need a complete month to fix minor things.
                              So please get your car fixed from chandigarh or hoisharpur rather wasting your time here.

                              So what happened:
                              I received my car and i found that they replaced the rear right tire with the spare tire and alloy wheel was in the boot. When i asked them what happened to that tire, they didn't say anything. But i think they replaced it and asked me to get it fixed from outside, we don't have tools to fix it. When i ask outsider mechanic for the puncture he told me that your tire is totally out of shape it can't run more than 4 days... So better you should use the spare wheel.

                              Then i called akshay who handel all this. Accepting my calls. I called him he said they will provide me with a new tire. But when i ask that i will not be paying any amount for that. He did not reply after that neither picked my calls. Then i called prakash honda pathankot for the rectification (Main prakash honda branch)
                              They apologized and asked me to return the car and they will fix everything within 2 days.. Then my bad i again trusted these guys. I handed over the car to akshay at una honda showroom on 18th aug 2019 so that they can deliver it to their main branch phatankot prakash honda. Today is 22nd aug 2019 and i called prakash honda pathankot for the status of the car. They said they did not receive the car... Then i asked why it is not there... They said your car is still parked at una honda showroom...

                              Now you can get the idea of my worst ever experience of you honda service. Soon i'll post it to honda twitter handel. Let see how far i can take it for the rectification.

                              I have attached the image of a car. To fix this issue they took so much time and when they delivered it, it was in a worst and faulty condition. Sensors, 1 tyre, power window were faulty and some screws are missing from the boot.

                                Hi team,

                                I have bought new honda amaze vmt diesel variant, the spare tyre found metal rim not alloy. How can we use the 14 inch tyre size in 15 inch alloy wheel. If i use that spare tyre all three tyre will damage due to this unbalanced size.
                                Even the sales person didn't informed us spare wheel for just temporary not for permanent replace with alloy wheel. (You are charging for that wheel too correct or your are giving free spare wheel /tyre). Either you can give an option for this spare tyre type metal rim / alloy wheel for customer choice. Just hiding all and giving a surprise to customer. We are spending our valuable money to get good one for our satisfaction, if you provide a choice will spend extra money to get same brand tyre with alloy. Why this cheating?

                                  I purchased a used car - honda city 2014 model from ring road honda, peeragarhi (Dl4caw1402) in the month of march 2019.
                                  To my surprise i got to know that they had sold me a blacklisted car.
                                  According to them, this car is booked under some corruption case which they had sold me intentionally and are not ready to buyback the sale. I have been chasing them from past 5 months and have remained unsuccessful till date.
                                  A payment of rs. 455000 was made to the dealership by online transfer and rs. 45000 was paid in cash to the dealership as token amount to book the vehicle.
                                  Request you to kindly refund my amount at the earliest as this vehicle is not getting transferred on my name. Failing to which i will be forced to take legal actions as may deemed fit.

                                    I gave my honda mobilio for service in bhavnagar (Gujrat), i did'n t get proper reply from service center and they are not behaving properly.in my car side mirror is broken, i asked them price of a mirror they told me rs 4200/- approx, and in ahmedabad service centre i got price of rs 3200/- approx. After that i told there is difference of rs 1000/- and they told that you go to ahmedabad service center for servicing. And also they are talking very rudely (Mr. Mahendrabhai and mr aarifbhai) they have no sense how to talk with customer. They have not done proper servicing of car also.

                                      I handed over my car-honda amaze at your service center in andheri on dated[protected] and after repeated follow ups got quotation on dated 16-08-19. And now waiting for completion of service of my car to use it. From last 10 days i am having lot of problem without car and your staff doesn't understand this. After providing they took 1 week to provide quotation and that also after repeated follow up. Is this culture you are taught to follow??
                                      Can you explain the reason behind this. This is not the first time.
                                      I have experienced same situation several times.
