I had purchased a honda city car from vidhata honda ludhiana (Punjab) in 2015. While purchasing car i noticed that car tyres are not in good condition and i informed salesman to change them but he refused by saying that they r in well condition. Just after 15-20 days i send my car to service centre (Vidhata honda) to inspect the tyres. They kept the single tyre and said that they will replace within 10-15 days. Now after 4.5 years they r not returning my tyre. Everytime they refuses me by saying that give them some time. I request unto pay attention on my case.       My car is amaze pb 03 8023. I belong to bathinda punjab. I took my car to honda service center on monday. It's friday and they are saying i will be get done till tuesday. But when i went there on first day they said it will take two days. U knw we can't manage without car and if they already told the reality is would have prefered it from market. I m sorry to say still we r not getting services as committed. I don't know if consumer form can help. Please try to resolve this asap.

        I bought amaze s variant in dec-2018. I had my car in service for front windshield break issue for 2 times in the same week time in july-2019. There was a crack in the same direction where wipers go from passenger side to driver side. I acknowledged service team that it may be due to wipers as they are getting stuck in-between whenever i use them.
        I also raised a request to change wipers but the same has not been taken care of.

          Madam/dear sir,

          I had visited solitaire honda borivali east, mumbai for some repair works of my vehicle honda city on 31st of may 2019. After about one month, i was given delivery of vehicle, but the upkeep of vehicle was far from satisfactory.
          To my surprise, tool case (Fixed on spare tyre) is missing and i have escalated the issue by phone and email on 27.07.2019.
          Is it practical to check each and every nooks and corners of vehicle while taking delivery of vehicle?

          I wish i would be provided suitable replacement at the earliest.

            Purchased honda amaze cvt ace edition on 19.07.2019.. The problem of low pick up and symbol of engine checkstarted from the very first day. The next day it was taken to the service centre. They returned the vehicle the same day after rectifying the defect. But i faced the same problem again from the same day. Next day they again took it and still today its lying in the service centre with a manufacturing defect.

              My Honda city car was not serviced by Alpha Honda Belgium dealer who insists cash payment but I insisted for card payments, the Co. rejected my request and sent back my car without servicing by saying that machine is not working

                Dear sir,

                With reference to above subject i have bought a honda brv - vx on dated 13.05.2019 from pinkcity motors jaipur.
                I have facing gear noise problem from day first from date of delivery of the car.
                For this problem,
                I have informed and complaint to concern person for this gear noise problem and he assured me after registration they will resolve the issue because the car is under warranty period. After registration of said car i have informed him for resolve gear noise problem but they linger on said matter since a long. They keep my car about 7 days at their workshop and return back it without resolved gear noise problem even the car is under warranty period.
                "they told me that honda car company denied to take care of said car under warranty".
                I heard that honda car company is very careful about thier customers satisfaction and services.
                But it seems the company cheated me after sale of damo car.
                I further requesting please change my above car gear box urgently under warranty period without charging any cost.
                Hope you will consider for the same.

                  I have raised my concern in https://consumerhelpline.gov.in on 5th may 2019 but still now there is no action on it.

                  Grievance number: 1299508

                  Brief summary:
                  First time, i visited whitefield honda showroom, bangalore for parts replacement and some parts repainting. New parts are aligned due to manufacture defect and painting is really unprofessional with dust and bubbles. When i complained about same, they agreed to repaint once again and asked me to bring car once again to showroom.

                  Second time when i visited i had to spend whole day in showroom to monitor work. They repainted same parts once again but i'm not that much satisfied. New parts alignment they couldn't rectify because it has manufacture defect and manger is not agreed for that and behaved in unethical manner. So i had no other option apart from getting my vehicle from showroom without doing all the work.

                  Will be appreciated at-least if you can look into issue and let me know whether it can resolved or not in the scope.

                    I purchased a honda brv about 3 years back from courtesy honda delhi. Along with the purchase a gps system was fitted by the showroom and an invoice was issued. On asking about the the product that sounded chinese name myvan i was told that this product has been approved by honda as original fit out and will be serviced by courtesy honda itself.

                    The gps stopped working about 3 months back. On my first visit to the garage i was told that the person looking after this was on leave. On my second visit i had to wait for almost 50 minutes to get a job card opened for wiper change and gps repair. After about 90 minutes the service manager told me that it cannot be repaired here. The company supplying the gps system has packed up its operations in india. They gave me a number of some outlet in faridabad about 30 km away saying that they will be able to repair it and courtesy honda was not competent to do it.

                    Even my earlier experience with courtesy honda for car servicing has been very unsatisfactory. They have a lot untrained staff who are not able to deal with any problem nor render service required of honda brand.

                    I would like to know from honda weather installation of such chinese products has been approved for fitting by courtesy honda along with a new vehicle.

                    Are proper checks done by honda with regard to service being offered by courtesy honda.in my opinion the honda brand is being ruined by them. I have bought 5 honda vehicles from courtesy honda but will never buy a honda again. This record may be checked with the garage. Cars have been bought in the names of ved berry and benu berry.

                      Dear HONDA Customer Service Team,

                      I felt pride by owning Honda Amaze CVT Automatic, but my pride didn’t last longer because I was really screwed with the kind of service you have done for me and my car due to oil leakage from engine.

                      Let me brief you full story.

                      I purchased brand new HONDA AMAZE CVT from METRO HONDA, Hyderabad in the month of February 2019. I felt very pride to be a part of Honda family and my journey was very smooth until I visited GREEN HONDA for my regular servicing. My first service was a general inspection and went well. Coming to second service @5000 kms I observed slight unwanted sounds from driver door and insisted relationship executive to fix the issue. But it didn’t happen. So, I contacted customer service team and raised a complaint which was then solved immediately.

                      Then I have visited the same GREEN HONDA service center on July 2nd 2019 for 10000km service interval. The job was done from their end and handed over the the same day. After driving for over 600 kms I noticed unexpectedly oil spillage on my front tyre, after deep observation I noticed drops of engine oil was leaking. I was panicked and immediately drove the car to a nearby local garage.

                      The mechanic inspected the car and confirmed there was a serious and severe leakage from oil filter and i can’t drive the car further anymore. Having no options in my hand and my family in the car, I asked the mechanic to help in fixing the issue. He opened the engine oil filter and drained the complete engine oil. I was really shocked to see it was not more than 500 ml that came out from engine and thanked god for saving me. Then I noticed there were 2 rubber sealant valves and one was torn away. Then the mechanic topped engine oil with 3litres and a new rubber sealant valve and I drove back to the city.

                      Dear team, please explain what shall I do now.
                      Your authorised service center ( GREEN HONDA) has done so much good caring for my car.

                      1. Oil sealant was torn away - Do the technicians replacing the original spare parts or some duplicate parts from outside.
                      2. There were 2 rubber sealants - Mechanic who fixed the leakage has put only single sealant then why your technician used two(2)
                      3. Overlooking or negligence - The person who has done the job to my car didn’t remove the old sealant and put a new sealant over it. This was pure negligence and irresponsibility.

                      Is there any monitoring activity at service centre’s ?
                      Are there any floor managers who are monitoring the day to day activities???

                      How could a person (s) be so irresponsible. It’s the cost of lives of s family. Need Urgent action

                        It is very displeasure to intimate the performance of new honda city zx 2018 model which i had purchased in the month of december 2018.

                        My vehicle got stop twice due to heavy heat of engine (I) after running of 2 hours running (Ii) after idle runninng of engine along with a. C for 1hour 45min.
                        The first time that was happend at the midist of traffic in the city (On that day i reported to road side assistance).
                        Second time this was happened at remote area, faraway from the city, cars is kept idle runninng the engine along with a. C for 1hour 45min, after that while we are changing the gear from parking to drive mode this was stopped.
                        In both the situations the car engine getting hauling but not get start and it creates only vibrations.
                        In both the situations, the car gets started after 45min of cooling. I. E; the engine get started in first attempt of push of start button.
                        In this context, iam requesting you that necessary steps may be taken to rectify my car problem as well as take necessary steps in designing aspect for future generating products to not repeat.

                          My name manesh and i recently purchased one honda amaze petrol smt car.

                          Features are ok. But the performance of the vehicle is very disappointing. It is not at all comparable to even 800 cc engines of other companies. If we stops the vehicle in a ascent area, it is not at able move forward and showing performance like 350 cc engine.
                          Very disappoint to say that i took this vehicle with lot of aims and expectations. Me and my family very disappointed on the performance.

                              My car no. Is mh01ct6971, on 15th june i visited arya honda workshop (Dockyard road) with appointment to replace my music system which stopped working suddenly. The car is bought in january 2018 - honda city vx automatic. It’s been over a month and yet the company does not have its shipments of the replacement parts. I have all email communication in which they are just giving me dates and dates, i am frustrated and fed up now as i need the music system in my car. Either change the music system, or give me a new car. I am not happy or satisfied to pay 15 lakhs for a car with defective components for which they have no replacements as well. It is not a customers fault if the company does not have its parts, why make a car then?
                              Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and help me resolve it. Thanks sahil visaria

                                My car was given for servicing on 11/06/2019 to ritu automobiles western honda at chembur. The touch screen and music system was not working and ac cooling was poor. Though htr was raised mentioned in the report. But no communication from the service manager until now. Futile attemppt to contact general manager mr. Sushil sahani. Crm archana karmokar was not helpful. Need urgent replaement of these two items as it is under extended warranty. Extremely unprofessional and uncooperative people. My car no. Mh-01-cp-6074.

                                I purchased Hinda BRV VX petrol in May last year from MAXIm Honda at Mandi (H.P.). This dealership is closed as of now. TCS charged is not reflecting in my income tax form 26AS, therfore i can not go for refund of the same while filing my ITR.

                                  I bought a bike named hornet from Rahul Honda, Dibrugarh, Assam. After 3 months that is on 11th April 2019, i found a major problem in the engine and took it to them but some how they have managed to fix it. During that period when they took my bike for washing they removed my bike sticker on the right side of the tank area. I made a complaint about it and also the manager took the photograph of the complaint area. But it was now three months passed over no action from them. So today i was bound to write a complaint to you. Kindly solve it as soon as possible. Otherwise i will take different steps to solve it.

                                    When i bought the car 'honda amaze' in the end of december 2018 then the dealer assured me that the car will give a mileage of 19kmpl but now it give only 10 kmpl mileage.in starting it was giving 12 kmpl mileage and they told us to wait for the second service but after 2nd service the car's mileage began to decrease and now reaches 10kmpl. You should do something about my problem otherwise it will earn bad name to your company

                                      I have purchased honda city facelift model 2017 in 2017. Its music system is of very poor quality. Touch screen start giving problem since 2018. Hanging problem ia very common problem with this system. Even after taking 13.50 lakh company have installed this third class music system in the car. I am requesting the company to take back all the systems and provide us new systems of some different company, so that in future we can trust on the honda brand in india.

                                        Dirty car wash. Mud found at many places when i went to collect the car.
                                        Horrible smell inside car after servicing.
                                        I had to run the car by keeping the windows open and same was communicated to service centre. I was told that car will be picked up for rectification but inspire of 2 days follow up,
                                        No response for 3 days after complaint
                                        Honda Cars India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
