        After an accident my car is with Dakshin Honda, Bengaluru for 7+ weeks now.

        There is continuing delaying of work every time with new reasons. The body shop does not provide status update, estimate (insurance is being claimed) nor sticking to delivery dates.

          Arya Honda’s (Sewree) insensitive atrocious service - ref : car regd MH03CM1950

          We have got the most pathetic and atrocious service from Arya Honda, swear not to come back to this junk yard again - and this isn’t the first time, on all occasions they have failed giving good service, it is an insult to us.

          The staff is so insensitive :
          1) they never bother to answer phone call or keep us updated on the status on the development or delivery
          2) timelines are never honoured
          3) Each person gives different status to confuse
          4) they are not cooperative and do not provide any assistance for processing insurance claim and body shop service

          Time and again we have been facing issues and Arya Honda has taken us for granted, they are not bothered to improve their services.

          The executives with whom we have faced behavioural issues are;

          1) Santosh from body shop - he never stood to his commitment and provided no support for insurance, in case he felt he is incapable he should have involved his senior from body shop
          2) Mohammed (Replacement for santosh) - his phone is conveniently switched off, in case it is on he thinks it is his right to ignore calls of customers
          3) Irfan (body shop head) - (he is not approachable even to his subordinates, he behaves like he is the king of Arya Honda - he never bothered to intervene with helping us negotiate with surveyor nor had any idea on status on the work.
          4) Sheetal - whose job is to ensure that executives calls and updates status to us - this lady has standard reply and I quote “I will ask the person to call you in 5 minutes” but the call never comes.

          In short Arya Honda is ensuring that HONDA as a company shuts its business soon - this could be a part of a larger strategy on part of Arya Honda - their adamant nature to continue providing cheap and substandard service quality is a testimony to this conspiracy.

          Request Honda officials to take action on this agency and its staff, please black-list Arya Honda before you lose your market standing and patrons loyal to Honda.

            I have purchased this vehicle on 1st Jul 2019 from Deccan Honda dealership. Unfortunately the vehicle has not been satisfactory because there has been roof leakage since the first week of purchase.

            First time when the incident was reported I was being informed by the service engineer there is no leakage. During every servicing I have been raising my concern.

            In my last service also I had reported the same concern and I was informed there is no leakage and because of this ongoing leakage problem my car is filled with water and has started smelling.

            I am expecting this problem to be resolved at the earliest.

                I got Message From RING ROAD honda Sector 18 Gurugram for getting service done for my car! Their representative offered me a discount of 10% which i didnt got and they have done some Silencer coating without any Confirmation. I have all the Proofs for the same. Invoice no. SR[protected] dated[protected], time 4:20 PM, bill to Aditya Jindal. I called them today i.e 9 July 2022 for discussing same matter. Ms ANJU From customer relations agreed their mistake after lots of arguments and she told me to give Credit note of 2578/-. I asked her to refund me with the same mode of payment i choose for paying because i will not choose Ring Road Honda for getting my car serviced again! Than she said GM is not available and it will take atleast 15-20 days even to mark me a mail for the same. This is totally a big scam which honda dealership ( RIng Road Honda ) is doing! I hope Honda will take Proper action against this dealership because Goodwill of Honda surely gets impacted because of scam like this. If they cant refund because GM is not available than they should also not take money from us because GM is not available.

                  My 2018 honda city digipad has stopped working and when i calls the honda customer care and visits honda service center they says that they can not do anything, after being known to them the issue i am facing is so common that every 8 out of 10 honda cars have the same issue. it has formed a bubble and it doesnot respoonds to the touch and it had turned completely unresponsive. being spent 17lacs on a car and getting such poor quality avn systems.
                  i want honda to replace, repair or change, or whaterver in their capacity to make it work.

                    I have lodged a complaint saying that the front grill of my my Honda WRV DTEC purchased from Caculo Honda Verna Goa in 2021 registration no. GA08R8086 came with a defective front grill. I have made complaints with Mangesh Honda camp Belgaum every time I got the car serviced. I made a complaint with the company’s cousmercomplaints.in twice but I have not received any acknowledgment or response. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest

                      It is in utter frustration that I am making this complaint regarding malfunctioning of the infotainment system installed in my Honda WRV VX petrol having registration number JK08F 9292 which i had purchased on 30th June, 2017 from Hillview Honda Sidhra, Jammu. I have learnt that many Honda WRV owners have registered their complaints in this regard already and have got their infotainment system replaced within the warranty period. It clearly proves that the infotainment system fitted in Honda WRV has ingrained manufacturing defects and not due to mishandling of the unit. I would urge you to direct the agency that is Hillview Honda Sidhra to facilitate the replacement of the said infotainment system fitted in my vehicle by the company otherwise I shall be constraint to file a case in the consumer court for redressal of my grievance. It is pertinent to mention here that similar problem has been faced by many other owners of Honda WRV in other cities of India. One Ankur Chawla from Delhi has also registered a similar complaint.
                      An early necessary action in this regard is solicited.

                        Honda city car was given for insurance at VIVA HONDA Goregaon workshop. Service advisor provided the quote after conducting survey from Insurance company and on approvals from the insurance company, started work for repairs. After completion of the works, HONDA VIVA advisor insisted to pay full amount for insurance as the claim is not honored by the insurance company and withhold car for 4days. Its very disappointing that after obtaining approvals from the insurance company the work for repairs was started, informing that 100% amount will be received from insurance company, and on completion full amount is demanded by the Viva honda. Compalint against Mr.Shabaz from Viva Honda for fradulently trying to extract additional money from the customer.

                            1. Ref M/s Landmark Automobiles Pvt Ltd, Indore Invoice IND / 42 / 18-19 dt 26 Apr 2018.

                            2. I bought Honda City Car Zx CVT IVTEC (Top End model in Petrol) from M/s Landmark Automobiles Pvt Ltd, Indore, Madhya Pradesh in April 2018. I am getting the car serviced regularly from Landmark Honda Service centre at Dewas Naka, Indore district, Madhya Pradesh. On 14 Jun 22 I had given the car for servicing to Landmark Honda service centre and during receipt of the car it has been noticed that the windshield fitment has not been done properly and is loose. In this context, I would like to bring out the following :-

                            (a) My car windshield had a crack and new glass was fitted by Dakshin Honda Singasandra workshop, Bengaluru during Nov 2020 as per your M/s Honda Cars India directions.

                            (b) However, it seems that although new windshield glass was fitted by Dakshin Honda Singasandra, Bengaluru, either it has not been fitted properly / old (existing) beadings were used to fit the windshield glass because of which the windshield glass has come out loose at the top and is sliding down towards the co-drivers side. There is a likelihood of the glass falling down and causing damage to car and the owner and / car occupants anytime. Very poor quality workmanship of fitment of a critical component (windshield) of the car has been carried out by the workshop.

                            3. In view of the above, it was requested that nearest dependent workshop be directed to carry out proper quality fitment of the windshield glass to preclude damage to the car and its occupants at the earliest and charges if any to be borne by Honda City. Only exchange of emails taking place but till date no firm action has been taken by M/s Honda to carry out the above said repair.

                            4. M/s Honda Cars India is once again requested to give firm directions to the dependent workshop (M/s Landmark Honda) to carry out the fitment of the windshield glass and close the issue.

                            5. An early action is requested.

                              With this email I just want to share my bad experience with you about the services of HARMONY HONDA, NO C 107, INDUSTRIAL AREA, PHASE-7, MOHALI. On 16 June 2022 I went to get my car's (CH 01 BT 2633 )bumper changed which was badly broken in an accident. After doing all the enquiries of my insurance, I was given 10 to 12 days of the car to recover by MR. KAMAL (Body shop dept.). Today, on June 25, when I visited the showroom to know the actual status of the car, it was found that no one had touched the car and no staff was responding in the proper manner.

                              I want to know if Honda is an India-based exclusive brand, how can its service be so useless. Why isn't the customer told about his or her bad service earlier? I am writing this mail with great sadness that I found Honda's services to be the most useless of all the Indian brand cars.Here there is no assumption of the value of the customer.The value of one's time is not understood at all. I will never come here again for service and will not recommend anyone else to come to HARMONY HONDA MOHALI. Please tell me the exact date my car is repaired otherwise I am going to take legal action.

                                We have been using Honda City IV Tec model from last 4 years and are facing problem with AVN stereo system of Honda... We have 2 cars and both the cars has same issue. Infact all the Honda city cars of[protected] model has this issue and instead of recalling the same they are demanding for replacement at our cost. We have raised the issue with Honda India but they are not ready to provide replacement of the system.

                                  I have purchased a Honda WRV Dtec model in 2021 from Caculo Honda Verna Goa. When I was taking delivery of my vehicle itself I pointed out to the sales personnel that the front grill of my vehicle was defective as it had white patches all over instead of being fully black in colour. I was told that it will be rectified at the first service. At the first service also I complained of the same but they just polished it and gave the vehicle. Nothing changed the white patches still continue being there. I have in the past serviced my vehicle at Manguesh Honda Camp Belgaum 590001. I had made similar complaints but nothing has changed. The service personnel did send pictures of the grill to the company but there has been no response hence I am sending my complaint in writing and request action from your end.
                                  The details of my Vehichle are.
                                  Honda WRV DTEC. PURCHHASED IN 2021 bearing Registration No. GA08R8086 registered in the name of ANITA RODRICKS With the RTO at Margao Goa.
                                  I request you to take immediate action by asking the Honda Dealer Manguesh Honda Belgaum to replace the front grill of my vehicle at the earliest.

                                    I purchased my Honda City 5th Gen Petrol MT on 31st March, 2022. It has been just over a 2months period and one of the tyres of the car was damage to the extent that it is irreparable. They are now claiming that the tyre damages are not covered under warranty and hence I will have to purchase a new tyre for the car. After spending so much extra money apart from the car cost just for insurance then also I have go through such incidents, the company expects me to purchase a new tyre of the car just after 2 months of purchase, I was driving the car under the specified speed limit and under the capacity. I am not sure if the tyre damaged because of what technician is saying or it was a manufacturing defect but nobody is listening.

                                      This is regarding my honda amaze 2016. It has a hole in rear spare wheel well. The car has not met any accident. On contacting Honda delaer they said its because of water entering below the spare wheel. Since it has not been in an accident they told i cant claim insurance on that. Kindly look into the issue
