I had visited Cartec Honda service station on 16/2/2022 @10:15 a.m. with prior appointment for paid service of my vehicle. Before handing over my vehicle I had already asked them that if there is any rush give me another appointment and will come later for service. I had handed over my vehicle at 10:20 a.m for service. I received a call from Honda service advisor at 6:30 p.m. that my vehicle is ready and I can collect the same. When I reached at 7:30 p.m. My bill was ready and I was asked to pay the bill. Everything was ready except my vehicle. Washing was not done. Such a frustrating experience. Even Honda service advisor was not aware that washing was pending and he had completed the process of billing and gate pass.

First I had reported this issue to Honda service advisor and Honda service manager but when I had not received any satisfactory answer or action from them I had raised a complaint on the second day to the Honda CRM team. But what a great reply I have received from the CRM manager on the call that "If there was an issue with cleaning then why have you collected your vehicle?".

I am totally not satisfied with your service and I am forced to believe that you have not completed any single point of service.

I have been charged Rs. 5914/- for wasting my time at Honda service station.

After frequent escalations to dealership and Honda management they are offering 50% of labour in next service ( round about 1100/- cost of one washing). This is the standard practice of Honda, don't give proper service and if customer escalate than do favor on customer by making illogical offer.

I firmly believe that Honda is not respecting the customer's satisfaction.

    This mail is in-regard to escalate a major engine breakdown issue & very poor servicing I faced after I got my Honda City car serviced recently for 60000 km (actual reading was about 53000 plus Kms) at at Honda authorized service dealer Magnum Honda, No 2/3, Survey No 8 MES, Road, near Taj Vivanta, Yeswanthpur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560022, on 26-Feb-2022. My last service prior to 26-Feb was done in Aug-2021, it was full service. presume Honda can access all service bills from your database
    After servicing the car on 26-Feb, the following week on 03-Mar-2022, I had to travel out of Bangalore to Tamil Nadu with my family. After driving about 200Kms in the morning, I noticed that the high temperature Led was glowing red, the engine slowed & shut down near 12 Kms from Salem on the Chennai Highway the time was 1 pm, I called RSA for towing service. I was perplexed that how can a car face a heating problem & engine fail immediately after servicing at a reputed authorized Honda service centre? which put my family in jeopardy, stranded on the National Highway. This makes me strongly to suspect that there was a miss on the thorough check ups during the service, and have a strong feeling that the Radiator was NOT CHECKED during service, nothing was notified to me when the car was delivered on 26-Feb-2022 after the service
    After about an hour, my car was towed to the nearest service station at Sundaram Honda, No 4, Omalur Main Road, Indian Bank Colony, Arisipalayam, Salem, Tamil Nadu 636009. After initial diagnosis Sundaram Honda technician found that the coolant was very less and some white jelly like formation at the Radiator cap. The technician drained the coolant from the radiator, it was not even a litre. They filled the radiator with water and tried starting the engine with no luck, technician did not notice any coolant leakage. Next, they cleaned the spark plugs, and after a few other checks, the engine problem remained as is. Final take on that day evening while closing the office was to open the engine & diagnose further, suspecting an engine jam by the technician. I had to leave the car and reach Kallakuruchi town for some personal work
    I returned to Sundaram Honda – Salem on 04-Mar-2022 by evening, & since I’m from Bangalore, I decided to tow the car to Bangalore from Salem & get the engine repair done at Magnum Honda Service Centre itself, where I usually serviced my car for the past ten years. On 04-Mar-2022, by the time I took the local vendor help to tow the car to Bangalore, it was 7 pm hence decided to tow the car the next morning on 5th March 2022, leaving the car again at Sundaram Honda that night, giving in writing to release the car to vendor AJS to tow the car next morning, as insisted by service manager Sukumar. I also took a few pics of the car just for records, pls note.
    Car was successfully towed to Magnum Honda – Bangalore, received by 7pm 05-Mar-2022. Next day, 06-Mar-2022 being Sunday, I only went to Magnum Honda Service on[protected] Monday morning by 10 pm. Manager Thomas took me to the car, put it on the ramp and straight away showed that the Radiator had an impact, bent inward with leakage on the hoses etc., which was never notified to me by the Sundaram Honda Salem technician or manager Sukumar.
    The Radiator damage as pointed out by Magnum Honda Bangalore was terribly strange and I sincerely doubt that this could have happened only when the car was parked there between 5th March Saturday evening to 7th March Monday morning. I will attach the car’s front view photos taken in Sundaram Honda – Salem, and in Magnum Honda Bangalore for reference, the photo taken at Salem is clear and no damages seen
    Magnum Honda manager Thomas claims that this would have happened while driving to Salem from Bangalore, or he doesn’t know how or sure how this may have happened. I had no impact for sure while driving to Salem on 3rd March, my family is the evidence. Also when I towed to Sundaram Honda after the engine breakdown on 3rd March, the front bumper, grill remained intact without any damage in the front. Whereas in Magnum Honda Bangalore, there was damage on the number plate, slight changes like bent in the front grill but no major bumper damage or any dent seen. If the car had an impact in the front, even the bumper would have got damaged, as per the manager Thomas version. Hard to believe that the impact happened past the bumper hitting the Radiator straight, which is illogical & doesn’t make any sense, need a thorough investigation on this by Honda
    I strongly believe that Magnum Honda Bangalore is creating an alibi to prove that the engine failed due to the Radiator damage, which Sundaram Honda – Salem did not diagnose or notify me. I really need an explanation for this from Honda and would like this to be escalated to the top level management, and to initiate an investigation immediately ASAP.
    Pls note that another thing I observed on 7th March, when I asked the Magnum Honda Bangalore to show the job card of the car that was serviced on 26-Feb-2022, I noticed that the coolant leakage was mentioned in the job card by technician, but was struck of by a line on it, . The service advisor never notified about coolant leakage during the delivery after servicing the car, which he should have. It appears that it was deliberately struck off when I asked them to show the job card on 7th March, which confirms someone had tried tampering with the job card. I demand again a clear explanation for this, attaching the photo of the job card taken for reference.
    I finally conclude that the Radiator was damaged only after the car was parked in Magnum Honda Bangalore, during the last service Radiator was not checked or the coolant leakage was notified. And for not a full service, I was still charged an exorbitant RS 13K on 26-Feb, it’s an expensive affair servicing the Honda cars nowadays or the advisor keeps pushing to change one spares or the other.
    For the last service & towing charges to Bangalore, I have spent so far about 30K already and pretty sure to burn my pocket by fixing the engine issue, request Honda to investigate & assist to the maximum extent to fix the car

      I have purchased a WRV Diesel car from Malawar honda Sonipat in April 2017.
      My car stereo display touch screen not working for last two months.

      But till today dealer was not able to change the display screen.

      This is my bad experience with Honda. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

        Dear Honda Team

        I would like to escalate a very serious issue am going through with respect to the car (captioned in the subject line) I had purchased from Magnum honda showroom Bangalore in 2018. It's been a terrible experience right from purchase and until very recently I came across another unthinkable issue that got cropped up...See note below..!

        I was stopped by a cop as a random check and he had identified that the CAR RC carried a different Engine & Chassis number….I reported this to Mr. Ajay from Magnum honda, Bangalore, and literally, I had to wait for months to get the action moving. Finally, I was called for a car inspection at the RTO office couple of months back and the inspector took clear note of the changes. The incharge who was referred by Ajay told me that everything is sorted and I will get the corrected RC in two weeks' time.

        Ajay called me last week and told me to bear some hidden cost that I need to pay for the RTO inspector for which I clearly denied stating it was not my mistake and instead Magnum honda should take the responsibility of managing this. He then sends me a message (attached screenshot). Stating I need gpay Rs.2000/- to the incharge as a bribe amount or else the whole process will get delayed.

        What's really happening with Honda?? Is this how the reputation of Honda is being built? One end asking for a bribe amount from the customer and secondly threatening me to pay or the RC correction will get stopped.
        This is seriously a crime...Where should i further escalate this incident about Mr. Ajay...

        I need my corrected RC and Magnum honda is accountable for putting me in such a situation...

            and also I got training letter and I cancelled my application then the training hr told me the money will be credited in 10 days but I didn't gotten 2 months is over now the hr mobiel number is not working

              I have Honda City 2017 Model car's Infotainment system touch pad not working, also there is white strips in the system i approached the customer care but as per them car music system is covered on in standard warranty and it is not covered in Extended warranty
              I have also taken card to nearest service centre as per them it is not repairable and new system cost upto 75, 000 car near to 5 years and quality of the system is very poor. I request you to kindly help in resolving the issue and do the needful

                I using Honda WRV since Aug 2018 and it was under warranty till Aug 2021. My stereo stopped working since March 2021 and I raised complaint during vehicle service in May 2021 and the issue was recorded in your system that stereo to be replaced as it is under warranty. Manager told me that complaint was raised and they will replace the stereo after receiving the material. He used to tell me that material is under transit whenever I call him. Recently, it is observed that Manager has resigned and new manager has occupied his position and all of a sudden Honda service center is saying that no action has been taken till now and no one is responding and the issue was not at all resolved.

                Complaint was raised in May 2021 (under warranty) and it's been since 10 months since then. This is clearly a case of cheating and no one is taking any action against the complainant

                    Honda City 5th generation Car new pearl white coloured vehicle - I purchased car on 19th Dec 2021 and got delivery on 19th Dec 2022 from Landmark Honda Vapi, Gujarat. on 4th Jan 2022, dot size spot observed on front side bonet area. white colour came out with rusting, from the top of the bonet area within 20 days from the date of purchase/delivery from Landmark Honda Vapi, Gujarat. company has claimed 5 layer white colour. but apporx. 2 mm dot size colour came out from front bonet top area having dot size abnormality. it has rusting from inside. car dealer not responding to the best and did some touch-up work after constant follow-ups, which is very very pathetic and deterioted the colour match. now dealer is not listening and not answering to the query and asked for chargeble services like full bonet colouring and all such things. dealer not taking any ownership and after sales services. even on my first servicing on 11 jan 2022, they didnot do anything about this problem. after may follows and messages, today dated 11 Feb 2022 some touch-up work done, which is very very pathetic and wrong.
                    I am really fade up and upset about the dealer handling such situation.
                    Need proper and best solution for the same.

                      Today i have bought a new honda city car from the dealer shubh honda formally known as (karan city automobiles pvt ltd)bilaspur cg 495001.The fuel level in the car was so low that the car was not able to reach the fuel pump which was nearly about 5 kms away from the showroom, as a result me and my family members have to push the car to refule it, just imagine the humiliation we had to face on the highway in front of several people i want strict action against the employee to avoid such incident hapenning in future to other customers.

                      Name of the employee is ankit gyanik.

                        Hi there,

                        This complaint is to communicate Highest level of dissatisfaction from Paras Honda Jodhpur. Staff is highly mismanaged due to inefficiency of General Manager PK Roy who is mishandling customers with staff.

                        Went for car service/repair. Main parts like fender, handbreak wire were not available which they asked me to pay advance then only would be purchased which i refused. Then parts came very late.

                        At time service was not attended properly. asked them for pickup by calling PK Roy GM who said will call back to confirm and then no one called and pick up of car not sent.

                        No one came and then finally reached with my father Senior Citizen and highly reputed person in city at 1:10pm by leaving work .

                        Firstly they said it was lunch so waited for 20 minutes till 1:30pm for lunch to end(even we were missing my lunch due to them).

                        After the lunch got over, nobody attended for 10 minutes, then 15 miunutes, then 20 minutes and finally at 1:50pm had to visit GM chamber. Asked him why we have face this each time we come for service. He said would resolve and even started levelling allegation on me despite of being sorry for trouble.

                        He sent me to again main desk where the attendant who was late for 20 minutes started attending person who came after us. told the manager that meeting him was of no good.

                        Finally one guy came with blank paper and wrote many things and made bill of Rs 45, 000/- plus and made me sign on that blank sheet which should have been job card instead.

                        Till now no message of estimate/time of delivery is sent.

                        Have 4 cars in my house Toyota Innova, Nisaan Magnite, Mahindra XUV 700 and Honda City. Would sell Honda city as each time of service is tortured and my time is wasted. Would recommend all i know in this city that never buy Honda Car in Jodhpur !!

                          Two spare parts, right side viper arm ( driver side) set and left side ORM (passenger side ) is broken in my Amaze. I am trying to get these 2 spare parts since a year, but it is not available at Allahabad Honda centre. Every tine I ring them, they say it is not available till now.
                          Please try to arrange these two part as soon as possible.

                              I would like to bring to your notice horrific incident I met with yesterday while driving my Honda amaze car back driving to home from work. It was running smoothly at a speed of just 30km/h when it suddenly broke down leaving me shocked and embarrassed right in the middle of the traffic . One of the Tyre came out wothiut any obvious reason and brought the car to a sudden halt with a strong jerk. I was just lucky that the car speed was slow otherwise it would have been dangerous . I m really disappointed with the car considering the reputation HONDA brand has in quality and safety . This is serious let down in safety standard . Kindly look into this matter .                                 It is to informed that I (Anil Singh) have booked CLASSIC 350 DARK STEALTH BLACK at S.S. Automobiles, W-1.52, Saket Nagar Kanpur vide Booking No.BKG006520DE0071 dated-19.12.2021 (Customer receipt vouched are enclosed herewith).
                                Above showroom/ dealer had assured me during booking that they will be delivered my CLASSIC 350 DARK STEALTH BLACK on or before[protected].
                                But they have not delivered/available my booking bike till date and they are not assuring any date of delivery/availability.
                                Besides, above showroom/dealer are informed that the manufacturing of Classic 350 Dark Stealth Black has been stopped. And they are pressing hard to Cancel the above booking.
                                Therefore, it is requested to approach for delivery of my booking bike “Classic 350 Dark Stealth Black” at earliest please.

                                    I gave my car for company servicing and when it came back the side mirror was broken so i called the company to complain about it and the company gave no response i want my mirror fixed as sson as possible .The name of the company is arodaya honda its in midc Nagpur Maharashtra

                                      The Honda City 2017 BS -4 has one of the worst infotainment system, it lags always and when it is connected to the Bluetooth there is a 5 second audio delay. After owning the car for 5 years the infotainment system stopped working all of a sudden and when I asked Honda india service centre to look at it they said they have a 3rd party service for that and they won't be able to service it at the service centre which is absurd! . Paying 14.7 lakhs for a premium vehicle and getting a 3rd party service is hilarious it's a joke when you have paid 14.7 lakhs. I request Honda to replace the faulty system with a new system atleast or compensate for the faulty system.

                                        My Honda wr v digipad is not working for 2 years . Initially the voice command stopped working...then the touch panel .I am not able to open the system even touch OK after instructions. Very pathetic experience with Honda WRV digipad .
