This complaint is to communicate Highest level of dissatisfaction from Paras Honda Jodhpur. Staff is highly mismanaged due to inefficiency of General Manager PK Roy who is mishandling customers with staff.

Two spare parts, right side viper arm ( driver side) set and left side ORM (passenger side ) is broken in my Amaze. I am trying to get these 2 spare parts since a year, but it is not available at Allahabad Honda centre. Every tine I ring them, they say it is not available till now.
Please try to arrange these two part as soon as possible.

It is to informed that I (Anil Singh) have booked CLASSIC 350 DARK STEALTH BLACK at S.S. Automobiles, W-1.52, Saket Nagar Kanpur vide Booking No.BKG006520DE0071 dated-19.12.2021 (Customer receipt vouched are enclosed herewith).

The Honda City 2017 BS -4 has one of the worst infotainment system, it lags always and when it is connected to the Bluetooth there is a 5 second audio delay. After owning the car for 5 years the infotainment system stopped working all of a sudden and when I asked Honda india service centre to look at it they said they have a 3rd party service for that and they won't be able to service it at the service centre which is absurd! . Paying 14.7...

My Honda wr v digipad is not working for 2 years . Initially the voice command stopped working...then the touch panel .I am not able to open the system even touch OK after instructions. Very pathetic experience with Honda WRV digipad ....

Hi all,
I have sent car for green Honda service centre on March 2021. While receiving car delivery getting different error and unable to turn steering wheel and button in car not working. Some one
Visited my home done some work errors removed from car and car pulling to left if I turn steering to left and if I turn to right car pulling to right.

After that they have done some work steering getting very hard .br...

I am very much dissatisfied with the company fixed audio video Navigation system in my Honda City bought in 2019. first of all it was not performing to as explained to me by the dealer and claimed by the company and then it had completely stopped working and now given for replacement under warranty however as I could know from the dealer there are more than 100 people before me who have lodged same complaint with the same dealer. I bought city ZX CVT fully loaded car in June 2021 from Crystal Honda your dealer in pune .
Your catalogue indicated mileage of 17km/ litre .
But I am not able to get better than 10 km/ litre !!!
This is disappointing!!
My Mercedes car also gives me better mileage in city driving !!!
