    I have purchased a tyre from vidhata honda ludhiana
    And tyre was cracked after few months
    I brought this things into the knowledge of concerned manager and the company as well as in the knowledge of bridgestone.
    They were agreed to pay around 4500 for the tyre but they could.bot give me any coupon or any other document for the same.
    I kept on calling manager Abhay but he was not picking up the phone
    The matter remain in between
    I live in noida and i generally go punjab once in a year. so i could not go there and in the meantime vidhaya honda has closed my job card and they did not even inform about the settlement of claim.
    The matter remain pending and still it is pending.kindly lookinto the matter

      Hi,

      I am the loyal customer of Honda & owning Mobilo car more than 6 years. There are other Honda cars in my family/friends. I want to report a complaint for Honda Mobilo car that I have. I spent extra money for me & my family's safety but during the heavy front collision, air bags didn't deploy. this could have been life threatening to me & my family. Who is responsible for this? Pls. address the issue & get me the favour.

        I have Honda WRV petrol model 2017.
        My car's touch screen stopped working from last 18 months. It had a small air bubble initially then that bubble took over whole screen thus it became non responsive.
        I raised this issue to the Honda service manager at the time of scheduled service and to my surprise he told me to get whole unit change for INR 54000 approx.
        Then I took some other Honda user's feedback. They told same story of this poor quality display.
        Its hard to believe that Honda delivers such a poor quality product to their customers who strongly trust Honda for the quality and service commitment.
        I don't know what to do now for such a manufacturing defect.

          On 20th May at 10.30 pm, I parked the car( Honda Amaze, White color, Reg No:AP07ED1374) on the road in Tenali town, Guntur district, Andhra Pradesh. After a while I tried to start the car to resume the journey, but the car did not start. Even after trying many times it did not start. So I called for Honda road side assistance toll free number. They have registered the complaint under the number X[protected]IND.After a couple of hours we tried to contact many times regarding the complaint registered and the need of assistance .But there was no response .I did not receive any call from the Road side assistance team despite registering the complaint.
          The following day on 21st May at 10 am I registered another complaint through customer service number and the complaint was registered under the ID:1-[protected].
          Since I did not receive any assistance at the need of the hour. It shows the lack of responsibility of the company towards its customers. I would like to get the refund of my money paid for road side assistance.

            I would like to inform you that my sister purchased one Honda City car from Honda Showroom, Connaught Place Delhi on 12.05.2022 but regret to say that from the 1st day there was a heating and starting issue in this car. On the same day when the car was handed over to us, it stopped after 2 hours and didn't start again. After making a complaint, someone from your centre visited that location and provided a temporary solution. Again after two hours it stopped again and we registered a complaint and no solution was provided that day and was asked to visit Peeragarhi Unit on the next day. It's surprising that even after 5 day no solution has been provided and we are suffering alot. We are asked to visit different units but without any resolution.

            My sister's husband is in shock now. It was their anniversary day when they planned to take delivery of a car but it became the worst day of their life. Even spending a big amount of their hard core money and purchasing a car from a renowned company we have to suffer a lot as a new car is heating and stopping again and again and no one in your company is worried about the same.

            It's so much harassment that no one is taking care of any kind of solution. Now, our condition is that we don't want to keep a honda company car. Kindly arrange to take your car back and refund my money with compensation.

            Issue has still not resolved. We are regularly following up with company. Now company national head is saying ur complaint doesnt matter for us and u can complaint anywhere.

              Hi,
              I have been chasing the Honda service center but they not able to figure out how to solve & asking for charges to visit.
              My car is not able to start because of the Lock problem which is faulty from Honda, why should i be paying for their fault.

                  My Honda amaze 2014 model ac vents are of such a low quality that even after repeated replacement the gets broken and also are not available easily at authorised dealers. Please help

                    There is high voice in window, clutch, engine, floor from first day . We bought the car on 1/12/2021 nd it started giving different different voices in very first week we have given our car at Vishakha Honda company Akc pvt ltd. (from where we bought our car ) they kept the car for 1 week but still the problem is not resolved .I want my car to be replaced.

                      Hello Deccan Honda Team,

                      I wish to complain about my worst experience with Pune Bafna Auto Cars Deccan Honda, Dhankawadi branch where I was cheated and the car was kept for days without any information or updates.
                      There were multiple issues that took place during the service, hope you have time to go through them.

                      Car Repair and Service during:
                      Car: MH12MB906
                      Pickup: 04/19/2022
                      Delivered: 04/26/2022
                      Service Advisor: SOMNATH BHADAWLE

                      Here is my worst experience explanation:
                      1. Fraud with rare light assembly replacement while being claimed against insurance.
                      Rare tail lamp was replaced as part of accidental damage and claimed through IFFCO TOKIO insurance. Deccan Honda Bafna Auto Cars replaced an old tail lamp - used one and that too was broken. When inspected at home in front of the Honda driver, He too agreed that the lamp was broken and the rare right indicator was also not working. This is simply a FRAUD when I was charged for the Light assembly Rare Right unit and was given a used and broken one.

                      2. When the car was delivered, while going through the bill, I found I was charged for a puncture.
                      When asked, the driver was not aware. Had to call up Service Advisor SOMNATH BHADAWLE and only then it was revealed that a rare right tire was punctured at the service center itself, stephany was put in, but never replaced it back. The stephany is an old tire and it was being run on stephany. The Service Advisor was not even aware of what all had happened, nor the car was checked before being delivered.

                      3. Had a coupon of "Internal Car cleaning" and " Wheel Alignment" as part of the insurance package.
                      But it was never done. When asked on the day it was being delivered 26/04/2022 only then I was informed that the wheel alignment machine is out of service and will not be done. But he promised that it will be done from a neighbouring store before delivery. When the driver arrived and was asked about wheel alignment, he said He forgot to get it done. So it was again a miss from Deccan Honda Bafna Motors.

                      4. No commitment and follow ups were made:
                      There were no attempts from Service Advisor SOMNATH BHADAWLE to keep us updated about the status of insurance claim, car transfer from body shop unit to service center etc. I had to call him every 2-3 days to find out. Also, He would get upset with me as to why I'm calling back to find the status, whereas it was his responsibility.

                      5. While Somnath spoke who was never calling and updating us about the progress, I had to call him every 2-3 days to get updated. When confronted, he argued and spoke overly loudly. I was asked to pay both the bill in full (Service bill and Insurance bill) without any issues being addressed or handled on that day 26-April-2022. I made the payment on the verbal agreement of Manager Aavesh whom I spoke to later to fix these issues in the coming days.
                      6. Now that I've found some issue with the bill, there was an overcharge of Rs.500, which was promised by Mgr Aavesh to process the refund. Refunds are still awaiting.

                      I really appreciate Mgr Aavesh who handled this situation well, took control and took my case seriously.

                      I collected my car honda city from Bafna service center... balaji nagar pune..

                      Work was done for which it was goven but there were scratches seen above the rear side indicator.. also some white spots on back side..

                      I asked service advisor to compare the photos when car for the claim was given and see if these scratches and white spots developed in service center only or not... if yes.. give me those things repaied..

                      They are taking more than 3 weeks to confirm this.. also condition of car was poor and it was not washed even though i paid servicing fees..its strange and pathetic service

                      I told multiple people there.. but no use.. things are not moving at all.. service advisor whom car was assigned was never available 2 to 3 times i visited..

                        MH 42 AX 1533. I Serviced my Car Recently At Deccan Honda, After Servicing my Car I Came home and Next day I Observed that AC is Not working properly At the same Time I Called The Person who Had Serviced my car. He Told me to come On tuesday. ON Tuesday I went To Showroom.They told Me to Come at 5 pm, and When I Reached There at 5 pm they told me that the problem is not solved. They were Not telling the problem even After Asking Them several time. I asked them For Complaint book and wrote a Complain regarding their Improper Service And Misbehaviour. They Wasted my whole Day And Not Repaired My Car's AC
                        Even After Writing a complain they have Not even Called Me.
                        I am Not Satisfied with Their Work.
                        Serious action will be taken By me If I Don't get my CAR'S AC Repaired.

                          As I have earlier complained about lower arm bush which has to be changed in my honda WR-V ( Vehicle No DL8CAS9443 Communication ID 1-[protected]) . The complete set is of Rs.9000 including GST AND LABOUR CHARGES, the small part is of Rs.6200 including all charges . You are taking over charges of small part. You are playing monopoly game here . How middle class person can afford these kind of charges .
                          I have been facing lot of issues in my car since I have purchased it from you like noise issue inside the car and gear problem. I have been complaining again and again and I have got no proper response from your side. There was a factory defected music system in my car, the touch was not working after complaining you have changed the refurbished piece and still it is not working properly sometimes. Kindly look into the matter seriously. I am not at all satisfied with your services.

                            Within 3 yrs, the screen started showing some bubbles. Then, the pad automatically changes options on the screen and the screen starts behaving as if someone is clicking it fastly. Back camera not working. It is serious security issue.

                                On 20/04/2022 your dealer have collected service charge twice and even after the did not released our car .
                                WE PAID again Rs.5166.00 in cash than they have released our Honda WRV car
                                They said this money will be refunded tomorrow when their accountant we rejoin office.
                                i9.e. instead of Rs. 5166 we paid RS.15498.00.This is the situation. WE SURIPISED THAT SUCH AN EFFICIENT COMPANY HAS NO CONTROL ON THEIR DEALER.
                                Please help us to get back our payment with the interest and etc.

                                  This is problem and manufacturing defects of Honda amaze 1.2 E model
                                  On 21st April I was drive in 80-90 km speed at sargasan, gandhinagar car was suddenly stopped on bridge .
                                  I was waited on highway around 20 hours without food 😞 and i was faced so many problems .
                                  I was called to Honda car ltd and RSA but no body helped me out. This is inform to you that landmark Honda changed my petrol fuel pump without informing me . I was not (never) told to landmark Honda for changing my car petrol fuel pump. Last 2 days i was faced many problems in Honda amaze car . There is technically problem. Today i am facing fuel pump problem .I want solution of this problem because this is manufacturing defects.I want my car properly in best condition within 2 days by 26th April. If company not resolve my part problem and if company not change than i will fire case against Honda car ltd to government of India and vehicle act and transportation of india .I have faced problems by also RSA of Honda . Last 24 hours i was waited for service but i was not receive.I was not able to eaten food also .

                                    I had already made complaint No. 194917 on 11. 2.2022 on the above subject but the same has neither been resolved nor any response received from dabur after repeated telephone calls and email instead false assurances given by the executive of customer care to harass the complainant.

                                    It is requested to kindly look into the matter and resolve the problem as soon as possible.
