1. I would like to bring to your notice that I had given my Car Honda City 1.5 VMT for periodical servicing at Samara Honda Service station at Myapuri, New Delhi on 03 Jan 22. The Vehicle has been running absolutely fine with no complaints from my side.
2. The vehicle was picked up from my house by Mr Shiv Kumar after checking the vehicle to his full satisfaction. He delivered the vehicle at the service station.
3. Subsequently, In the afternoon I was told that my vehicle cannot take the start as its battery has failed. I conveyed to them that there was no problem at all with my car battery.
4. I requested them to send my car in the same condition as they had taken it from me but they disagreed on that and denied to do anything about it. They wanted me to pay for the new battery.
5. Finally they have charged me full amount for servicing and dispatched my vehicle after carrying out jump start. Now, they have put me in a situation, wherein my vehicle is lying dead in parking, which had been running absolutely fine before servicing.
6. It is my request and I strongly feel that if they had taken my vehicle in running condition with no complaints it should have been returned in the same condition. So, the service station should be made responsible for the mishandling of my precious car and get it in running condition.

    Mene honda city about 2 mahine pahle li hai..sit cover bhi company me hi dale hai..sit cover ke niche ka jo fiber ata hai vo abhi dusri bar nikal gaya hai.pahle bhi nikal gaya tha to achha kar diya tha lekin abhi dusri bar nikal gaya.Mene surat honda me complain ki to vo vaha par bula raha hai vo mere ghar se 20 km hota hai.me preshan hoy gaya hu honda ki service se..very bad I m not happy honda se

      I am very much dissatisfied with the company fixed audio video Navigation system in my Honda City bought in 2019. first of all it was not performing to as explained to me by the dealer and claimed by the company and then it had completely stopped working and now given for replacement under warranty however as I could know from the dealer there are more than 100 people before me who have lodged same complaint with the same dealer. As such you can understand in the country there are thousands people like me suffering but company officials are not hearing and all complaints falling in the deaf ears. I will now never buy nor recommend anybody to buy Honda Cars.

        At time of third service I mentioned noise in dashboard . Now it is too much not resolved by service centre. Now they say we pick car again why we should waste our fuel and time.

          I bought city ZX CVT fully loaded car in June 2021 from Crystal Honda your dealer in pune .
          Your catalogue indicated mileage of 17km/ litre .
          But I am not able to get better than 10 km/ litre !!!
          This is disappointing!!
          My Mercedes car also gives me better mileage in city driving !!!

            I m old customer of honda car .I m using 2 car of honda company.recently I have received a clause plate problem of old honda car 2013 series' model.so I contacted to Sambalpur central honda .they replaced my clause plate & I have repire suspension problem & etc of car.it was total cost of 45 above.

            Dear sir my problem is here that why my car is burn smell & low pick-up.because I have paid heavy amount to showroom.then why they didn't receive my call & they did not provide services.

            It's long time waiting .so it's bad experience to me.how I m customer of honda car company.if they r not help to customer..they blocked my whatsapp no so before take any legal action I requested to company.

            It's my car no honda Amaze exmt od02l6597.so I need ur final suggestion . before take any legal action I want to complain above that consent

                I had purchased the above vehicle on FEB 27th 2019 from APCO HONDA dealers Calicut, Kerala.

                I was explained about the additional features of this EDITION car and was made to believe it as a special offfer.Having been a HONDA car customer since 2005, I trusted the statements about your quality.But the clutch gave problems and it was repalced by 3 rd service.I had persistantly aired my complaints on the Blue tooth and rear camera and after every service they said it the defects are rectified.Unfortunately the rear camera conked off and now I am helpless.They took up the complainet and said they have esacalated the issues to Honda car manufacturer's and solution has to come from Honda cars.
                Now they replied over phone that they have tried their best and no replacement sanction is given by you.The original 3 year warranty of the car is in effect.Now they say these add on feature are not standard equipments of HONDA car.As a consumer I am not agreeble to this denial of replacements as the USP of this car was the added features of 4 alloy wheels and music, blue tooth and rear view camera with sensor and 4 power windows.
                I have paid my price for this model and as a manufacturer and dealer both are equaly responsible to replace the same.The very reason to buy this Honda Edition car were the special feartures.
                You are therefore requested replace the rearview camera and make it functional.My husband who drives the vehicle is a senior citizen and needs these assistance.
                Fault is not mine and as a customer I believed in HONDAS assurance and your dealer made believe the same.
                I therfore request your immediate intervention and replace the entire unit without any further delay.Looking for ward to your immedite positive reply.

                  My car RJ 14 WC 2570 - sent for service and Minor repair work - at Sunshine Honda Sitapura, Staff at workshop most unfriendly, shameless and careless, I am a doctor and need my car for emergencies, Inspite of same request very casual attitude, delay in work, reseted different communication, No reply by desk people and Most causal attitude by Body shop manager .

                  If company cant set up responsible workshop better hold your cars to sell .

                  Let me know who - company or workshop will compensate for this discomfort

                    With all due respect, I am writing this letter of complaint regarding your car service center ( Signature Honda - Kannur ). I have been visit 16DEC21 have some issue on MY Honda BRV ( KL58AA9990) one key is not working and Wiper washer water leakage after 1HR wait there is not any customer relationship person or any other executive is not there check the vehicle or make a job card, very pathetical customer care service on Honda dealer, i have give my contact number there reception and after 2 day there is any response from there. I hope that this will not happen again, and you will make sure to do so.

                      This is regarding the recurring problem vide previous complaint date 29 Dec-20 (Refer trail mail) of Dashboard noise.

                      The problem continues today also and has become worse.

                      Jazz - RJ 25 CA 6772.

                      My perspective of buying Honda was to get the Best quality product and it remain true today also.

                      But the service part I am a little dissatisfied with.

                      Now coming to the verification of the vehicle, I am in Sawaimadhopur city where there is no dealership. and for the issues I need to visit Jaipur (180 Kms away)

                      For the same reason I have clubbed all my complaints and I will be visiting Jaipur on 20-Dec'21.

                      Please make the arrangements accordingly

                      Issues are as below:

                      1.) Noise from Dashboard - Rattling noise appears on slightly rough roads at a speed of 20-40 kmph, Which is most irritating while driving in city
                      2.)Passenger side ORVM -Left right movement of mirror plate is not functioning
                      3.) Early wear of Tyres - Goodyear make, Within 14000 km mileage both front tyres tread completely vanished. This can not be an alignment problem as alignment problems will rub the tyre at one edge only.
                      4.) Bluetooth connectivity problem- Not able to connect with Bluetooth
                      5.) Music system not functioning properly, Already checked all possible settings.
                      6.) Wiper blades early wear- due to Rubber quality/ Curing properties not good
                      7.)Plastic part warp : Dashboard LH side garnish is warp and coming out of dashboard
                      8.) Central lock not working
                      9.) Fuel Pump issue

                          I have raised a complaint regarding using of defective parts in my car which are troubling me and my everyday experience is going bad to worse with each passing day due to your bad customer response and relationship system. I had faith in your products durability but i was proven wrong. I was assured after i raised my complaint to get redressed but there was no response. If this is all about I must say i have had a bad choice then. I won't recommend any of my friends or family honda again then.                           My car was replaced with a lower arm in suspension after my complaint of noise comming from it . It was replaced with a new one which was also defective and the noise regarding the same problem occurred after few 3000 kms driving. When i complained abt the same i wasn't respnded by the company or dealer. I have also attached the photo of response from the company which i am still waiting for.

                            I would like to raise a complaint during periodic service

                            1) extra Charing of vehicle disinfection rate 590 rs . It's your responsibility to disinfect before deliver a car during service period

                            2)rs 885 for AC cleaning and disinfectant- what job they are doing for this rate

                            3)motor care treatment rs 688 not all impresive .out side if we pay 450 they have given better service

                              Kindly note i purchased 5th Gen Honda City VMT from a dealer Outlet in Bangalore. It had shuddering Issues when car is engaged in First Gear and Reverse Gear. Car Wheel Shakes too when moves . This is visible too. How could a new car which is just three months old have this problem.

                              Customer Connect @ Honda is refusing to accept this as a problem and haven't provided any resolution for the past 3 months. Further there is no customer escalation mechanism too that is operational.

                                Without any accident and tempering glass of speedometer and fuel meter is cracking. service manager denied to replace it. according to him glass is cracking due to chemical. however no any contact of chemical at that place.
                                what is the reason and what is solution please give me details.

                                  My car was taken to star Honda Satna dealership charged for new bumper but they just mended the older one . They are misguiding everyone . Please take action against them . They are having bullish behaviour. They have political nexus so they behave in customer unfriendly manner

                                      WRM music system is not working since August. Dealer says its a manufacturing defect and they have to wait for the vendor to provide a replacement. It has been 4 months since I logged the complaint.

                                      The system was inspected at Whitefield Honda in August and they missed to follow-up with the vendor. When I went again in November, the asked me to inspect the music system once again and they initiated the discussion with the vendor. Now they are telling that they have got the token to replace however they are currently getting the replacement for the tokens given in Aug which means I have to wait for another 5 months!

                                      I have logged a compliant with Honda Customer Care since I have lost confidence in the dealer. Complaint number is 1-[protected]
