Sir,
This is very disheartening to bring to your notice that i purchased a new honda amaze new model with car number (Rto registered now) with no. Uk08 at 7373. It's a top end cvt model petrol one. I have purchased it on 25th december 2018. I purchased a back camera for this car from your roorkee showroom and was installed by honda staff in your roorkee showroom. This camera is not working since it was purchased in december 2018. The person who sold it and installed was deep alongwith lalit and all this is known to your manager. I many times visited your roorkee outlet and raised this issue with the deep, lalit and manish, all of them working as staff or sales executive in your roorkee showroom same has been conveyed to the manager. All of them have been contacted multiple times on phone but nothing constructive has been done till now. I don't understand that honda car is a so huge company with huge number of outlets but your employee making fun of customers money and your company.

    Sir,
    This is to inform you that your one of the dealer 'sunshine honda'jaipur, rajasthan had not completed my work during service almost they take 12days and didn't complete work. I owned honda amaze registered at the name m/s. Bikaner centresome accidental damage work was there at the boot space of my car was damage and the work of the boot space is not fully done as the cardboard inside the boot space is not fitting in it and its create problem for me during keeping bags in bootspace and some little works are also there. We call them many a time they say after 2 to 3 days we come and collect your car and complete work but till now they didn't come and not listening and taking this work seriously. We call many times. So i want to say that please take action on this matter as soon as possible. I thought earlier that honda is best company. But in future i never buy honda cars and i also didn't reccomend anyone. We gave cars to company service station so that our cars will always be perfect and spend more amount but your dealer thinks that we are fool.

      Hi,
      I have not provided gps navigation card in honda wrv
      Engine no:makgl173fj4020099

      I purchased the car from bahadurgarh haryana through dealer-ring road honda.

      On contacting the authorised person from ring road honda, they refused to provide the same now.

      It is a complete cheating with the customer. Please provide me the card now.

        Respected sir/madam,
        I own a cb hornet and serviced it today in 'surya honda' (Karayanchavadi, chennai). Though the service is good but they said the 'card swipe machine' is out order.
        My previous service was also done here and then also they said the same.
        I went there with my friend last month for his bike service, they said the same.
        I had to withdraw from from my 'credit card' to pay the bill because i needed my bike immediately.
        I'm attaching bills of both of my previous services in this service centre.

          Greetings sir/mam
          I by name a. Mallesh, r/o: suchitra, hyderabad..in this regard, i have walked in metro honda service bowenpally branch for replacing front bumper at 13.30 hours for my jazz, till now no one is capable to tell regarding the availability of front bumper and finally at 17.41 hours they informed that there is no stock and it make take more one week to 10 days for the new stock arrival. Iam waiting with my family here in service station from past 5 hours.. I am leaving to other service station with bad experience for the first time from your team. Even insurance people from hdfc were least bothered to visit for inspection because of inproper communication from said service station.
          Kindly take necessary action on metro honda service station..

            This is to intimate you that i am the owner of a honda b-rv purchased from m/s sm automobiles, guwahati. As the car was purchased during the month of march 2018, i was entitled to a gift voucher of rs. 7500/- which was not given to me at the relevant time saying the vouchers had expired however the amount would be adjusted. Despite one year having been passed, no steps are being taken by the dealer, which is an deficiency in business as well as violation of the promise made to the consumers. I would therefore request you to look into the matter with the dealer to clear the company from earning a bad name. Thanking you,

              I have purchased honda jazz manual petrol engine on february 4th of 2019. When i was driving uphill to my home i came to pause as one vehicle came opposite in the same lane. Then when i tried to take the car from that point the power did not came even in the first gear.

              About 10seconds the car wasn't having any motion when accelerator was fully applied. Car was moving backward. I had to pull the handbrake and take the vehicle.

              Same thing happened every time i was driving uphill. I thought after first service this problem would be solved. But no change occurred. Every time when anyone drives this jazz uphill same problem persisted and burning smell came due to burning of clutch plate.

              Then i again contacted vision honda thrissur, from where i took my car, and informed about this problem. Their executive came and drove my jazz and told me every jazz petrol engine is made like this and we have to burn clutch plate and apply hand brake for moving uphill in small slopes else our jazz will roll backwards and hit any vehicle just behind us. It was amazing to hear that the company have done the mapping to obtain more mileage in such a terrible way that vehicle won't move when once stopped uphill. Glad they didn't tell me to off the vehicle and drive while moving downhill to get better mileage. I was surprised how silly he took the matter.

              The same uphill slope was found easy to drive with wagonr, swift, balerno... Etc. Earlier i were using wagonr and i changed to honda jazz because of the class, safety features and performance honda is famous for. I have never expected such a worse scenerio from honda family. Now it's only 820km finished and i'm afraid to go for a trip with my family in my jazz. I don't know what to do with this.
              Kindly look into the matter.

                I am ismail bhori i have purchased honda jazz cvt car from bafna motors in last month 17th feb 2019.
                Following the reason i am not happy
                1. I was not informed that i have to take appointment for the first free service. Yesterday i called kishore bendre that what is the procedure for first free service he said you have to reach showroom at 9am sharp as there is lot of rush for service. If you come early then it will be done quickly with fresh mind. I reached here at the bafna showroom from where i purchased car they said you have to take appointment.
                2. I had asked kishore bendre about the procedure of pick up and drop up for the first service he said there is no pick up and drop off service provided by honda.
                3. When i was purchasing car kishore bendre said that in first free service you get your car polished. But now he is denying it.
                4. During buying the car no proper information was provided
                5. The staff is doesn't have technical knowledge they don't know how car play music system works. I had problem with it and no one is able to resolve it..
                Me and my sister purchased car in same month, she got baleno and purchased honda jazz. The way nexa are providing service honda is not able to reach 10percent of it.
                Only i am happy with driving the car and it's quality.
                I am not satisfied with the staff at the showroom. They are worst and not up to the mark.

                  I am owning honda city car with registration number tn31az0900. During the month of may 2018, the car met with an accident and sent to salem service centre tamilnadu. The car was made ready with a total cost of rs. 2, 10, 000/'. After 1 month the front tyre was worn out, after checking the alignment was not done properly and the same was corrected, where i was lost my new tyre front 2 numbers new which was replaced during june 2018. By salem service centre without making proper alignment. On 12.03.2019 my car was stopped with itching noise during my travel to puducherry. I was contacted puducherry service centre for rescue and they have responded well. But after towing the car to service centre, they have opened and informed that no oil and engine to be serviced with a cost of rs. 85000/-. The salem service centre not checked the oil after charging heavily to the tune of rs. 210000/'. Even basic checking of car was not done by the salem service centre and make my family to stand in the road and further engine failure again with huge amount for repair. I request to make the car ready with no charge otherwise i have to legally to solve the issue. I hope you understand the situation and do the needful.

                    Renewed my insurance on 27th feb via neft transfer. After repeated calls almost daily to the honda city insurance dept in verna, i have not received a hard copy of my insurance. It's always, the insurance person in charge was unavailable or it will come tomorrow etc etc. Its been more than 15 days and i haven't received it. They offered to come home to collect the money for renewal. But to give the document there has been no response as the money has already been paid. I hsve not even got an email from them

                      Serious complaint regarding the service and work of my brand new honda city v car by the authorised dealer and body shop in delhi.

                      I am the owner of a new honda city v automatic car with reg. No. Dl 4 cay 3884. I brought this car from pearey lal workshop pvt. Ltd, janpath, new delhi on 30/09/2019, with all packages including insurance, extended warrant etc.
                      My car met with a small accident in delhi near my office and got a small dent on the driver side door and some scratch at the rear opposite side. There was a minor dent on the front left bumper too. The next day (20/02/2019) morning i gave the car for it's 5, 000 km free service and also for the repair as it is a new car, i claimed insurance (Bajaj alliaz) and gave the car to the dealer's driver at 8.00 am for the service and repair.
                      I gave all documents including car rc, dl, aadhar, pan card and insurance copy on the same day afternoon (20/02/19) and the body shop person was satisfied. But after two days he asked for all pages of my kerala dl. I gave it too. But the next day, he and the insurance surveyor said that one page is missing. Even though i felt being harassed unnecessarily, i checked and gave that not so important second page too.
                      Though the work and claim could have completed in two days it took 9 long days to get back my car after 8.00 pm in the night on 28/02/2019, that too after many warnings. He asked me rs. 2, 000/- more than the total voucher (Which was for the comprehensive insurance cover). I gave the money to the driver, on the condition that the original bill will be given to me the next day morning.
                      In the next day morning, i found that my seat cover is too dirty and the work is not complete. The door was ok, but not perfectly smooth. The left side painting was too bad that, even anyone can distinguish the new paint with the original painting. Most of all the front bumper work was not done at all. The 5, 000 km service also was not done and the free coupon is still in my honda book.

                      As i am a busy national senior journalist in delhi, i was out of delhi for next few weeks.in between i got a call from the workshop regarding the satisfaction of the work. I told that, as a customer i feel totally dissatisfied and asked her to register a clear complaint. I also asked for action taken response. Nothing happened. But i got two more calls asking for the same satisfaction report from new girls. I repeated that i need information on where to complaint and asked for details. They assured me of further action, but nothing happened as promised.
                      As a person who drives car and other vehicles for more than three decades, and also a national car rally winner, this was my first bad experience with any car company. More than that, i feel that a customer's right is fully violated in my case.

                      I demand immediate corrective actions and also a minimum compensation of rs. 1, 00, 000/- for the harassment and the damages done to my car and also for affecting my professional job, by the honda's authorized workshop.

                        On 23 feb 2017, i purchased a honda city i-vtec car from honda dealer m/s vision motors private limited, cochin, kerala (Reg. No. Kl-07 cj 8546).

                        While driving home after taking delivery of the car, i noticed a sound coming from the left-hand side a-pillar of the vehicle which was quite annoying. The next day i reported the same to the dealer and i was informed to bring the car to the service centre. However, due to my busy work schedule, i decided to report this issue formally at the time of the first service. Had the dealer done a thorough pre-delivery inspection, this issue could have been cleared before delivery.

                        Later that week, i got a call from honda customer care asking for the feedback at the time of delivery for which i had reported that i was not completely satisfied on account of the lack of proper pre-delivery inspection.

                        On 23 mar 2017 (1 month after delivery – first service), i visited m/s vision and reported the issue to the service team. At the end of the day, the dealer informed that the issue has been resolved and i took delivery. I have enclosed the copy of invoice dt. 23 mar 2017 from the dealer wherein the problem has been highlighted. After 2 days, again the sound started creeping in. I again reported the matter and took the car to the service centre. M/s vision promised that the issue has been resolved once and for all and handed over the car.

                        After a week, the same problem started occurring again. I was completely fed up with the car and the dealer. I spoke to the customer care manager at the service centre and informed my dissatisfaction.

                        This process of trial and error method of rectification on my car continued for 2 years. Please note that during these 2 years i have visited the service centre at least 15 times reporting the same issue which clearly proves the dereliction from the dealer. I had even suggested that fixing some kind of foam inside the pillar would get rid of the sound but my suggestion went in vain.

                        The service centre is at least 20 kms from my house and taking my car every now and then for repair was not practical for me. However, as a last and final visit, i took my car once again on 30 dec 2018 and reported the issue. After a week from the delivery the same sound is heard again.

                        I now understand that the issue with the a-pillar is irreparable. I have lost a lot of my time running behind your dealer to get this resolved. Having spent a lot of money on a premium sedan and driving with such kind of an annoying sound cannot be tolerated.

                        I would like to inform that my car has clocked only 13, 000 kms.

                        Even if honda responds to my complaint, i am not going to give my car for a further repair because i have had enough bad experience with the repair. My only demand is to get a replacement of all necessary items pertaining to the left-hand side a-pillar.

                          I have booked th honda amaze but due personal problems i have conceld and brought in sapire honda the same car,

                          But when request the booking amount, they have refunded 7000 only our 10000, if i ask they saying cocellation, it’s fully cheating and even in our honda booklet no where mention abou concellation changes

                          Trident honda mysore road bluffing, cheating, behaving with very rude and saying to whom ever your want complent the no issue like they making and harassing the customers,

                          Due to this attitude you can lose the custemers alos, live example is my friend mr. Harish he would like purchase the honda car when he was there with occasion of this conversation, he went toyota,

Some noise is coming from the right side rear wheel and the same i told to servicing executive whenever i went for servicing but unfortunately till now they are not able to find out the problem.                                 Sir, i, dr. Gopinathan maranchery had been a great fan of honda cars and i had been a proud owner of honda amaze petrol since 4 years. Without a single breakdown i used it for 4 years. Recently i sold that and bought another honda amaze vmt idtec (20/02/2019). The vehicle started showing complaints from the first week itself before completing 300 kms. The engine warning light came on when started and i shifted the vehicle to vision honda thrissur, from whom i purchased the vehicle. They told me that electrical components are damaged due to rat bite and the estimated cost would be around 20, 000/-. They further clarified that the cost may go up if there are further problems. Now let me tell you frankly i'm quite disappointed to have such a new car with me. Let the wonderful, skillful honda engineers find a permanent solution for the rat menace so that no rat can ever fly high over them. Keep all important electrical components weii sleeved so that no rat can attack it. Nb: since last 30 years i had never encountered such a problem.

                                Hope Honda cars India will try their best to get my new car in original form. IF possible I am ready to surrender my new car for the company and get another one, provided my loss is minimum !

                                  I have given my car for some denting and painting and servicing n other work.
                                  Then they deliver it to me after some days but work was not done properly but i have paid above 30000 bill amount to ur service provider.. And service gen manager accepted that n assure me within 3 month they will complete rest of the work. Agaian i drive my car from gondia to nagpur service center 160 km and given for pending works on 5 th march 2019.
                                  I recieve my car through my driver and he came back on 7th march and when i saw my car again its same still left with some pending work..
                                  It is not till satisfaction lavel..
                                  Such a big compny with poor service.
                                  No feedback call no reviews..
                                  I have visited mahindra tata hundai maruti becaus i once i was a customer of this co and they treat customer as a god..
                                  The once who gives best service remains on the top how should i trust on u.

                                    I am writing this formally to bring into your concern in this matter as I am highly impacted and it's making lot of inconvenience in my day routine and made me mentally disturbed
                                    So I am hoping for a positive revert.
                                    Let me highlight few major points regarding my permanent registration which is currently impacting highly.
                                    1) I have purchase Honda-Amaze on December, 7, 2018 and I have paid full registration amount that is : 58, 340.00
                                    2) it's been more then 3 months I didn't receive my Registration yet while I have paid full amount on Time without any delay (Registration receipt attached for reference).
                                    3) I have also provided all required documents So there is nothing pending from my side.
                                    4) As a matter of fact I came to know from some sources that Recently the Dealer from which I have purchased Honda-Amaze (Delight Honda) has faced raid and running through some high financial crisis in fact their dealership is about to cancel.
                                    5) If Dealer is running through this situation in that case customer is not liable to face any such consequences

                                      I brought honda jazz automatic, golden brown at rajahmundry in november.
                                      My second free service was due this month.
                                      When i sent my car for servicing, no one responded for 2 hours.
                                      Finally they said water servicing is not working.
                                      It is irresponsible to do like that, they called me for servicing.
                                      Give me a reason why i should not go to consumer forum for loss of my time.
