A cover plate is provided above tailgate opening lever where in huge gap is left between lever and cover plate which results in when a person in hurry try to open tailgate his fingers hold and snatches cover plate instead of opening lever. This happened frequently and requires frequent resetting of cover plate annoying the user. Please provide permanent solution to above.

    I have purchased honda wrv in april 2017 after one year the shock ups provided to the tailgate to rest in open position are not working as gate do not remain in open position. Upon asking to replace defective shock ups i have been informed to pay cost of spare. I don’t understand that when shock ups with gate are not subjected to wear and tear how in one year span it gone defective. May please look into and arrange free replacement of defective tailgate shock ups.

        Hello sir
        This is kamal bhandari. I purchased a new car yesterday from planet honda haldwani... After delivery i show a plastic part near the right front tyre tied by a nylon rope... I called to the showroom immediately and they did not response well then i had to talk to the owner of the showroom, he helped me and asked to go to the show room... I did the same, the men at the service center were tring to replace that part with a part of some old demo car. I did not allow them to do so... Then they got another part from somewere and replaced this... Sir this is a used part and look rough and having scratches on it... I want this part to be replaced by a brand new one... My first experienc with honda was not good... Expecting a helping response from your end... Kamal bhandari [protected]...

          Hi, my name is abhijith dev and this is regarding a complaint on honda faulty service. Request you to take suitable action and help me to get this car repaired.

          Car details:
          Model: honda city 2005 aug
          Vehicle reg no: ka01mb1031

          Issue:

          I have been travelling approximately around 5000 kilometres by car per year and every year on a regular basis have been getting it serviced at whitefield honda bangalore (M/s whitefield motors pvt. Ltd).

          Last time the service (90k) was done on 16th to 18th february 2019 at 91993 kilometres in the above mentioned service station in bangalore.

          On 3rd march 2019 early hours, i started to my native place on bangalore - pune highway. At around 92250th kilometre, i. E approximately around 120 kilometres from bangalore on that day, the oil leakage symbol was shown. I stopped the car and monitored for 5 mins. I could see 1 drop of oil on the ground. Since no mechanical shops near by and on the assumption that this oil leakage is the reported - 'big end oil seal slight leakage' as per the last service, i thought this should be okay to go further. But after 3-4 kilometres, some noice started as well. I continued slowly for one kilometre to reach karjeevanahalli toll plaza on bangalore pune highway.

          I took the local mechanic persons help, and came to know that oil was completely leaked/ no oil available. With the help of local mechanic from the near by city sira, we had put shell oil 3.5 litters and started the engine, to see immediate leakage of some 200-300ml oil from oil filter. I stopped the engine and the local mechanic took out the filter and said, the gasket is not fixed properly in that oil filter. He said, he cannot fix that and again we bought new oil filter and fixed it. This time, the oil leakage symbol disappeared and there was no oil leakage after the change.
          But, engine noise was still there after turning on. Local mechanic insisted us to travel 18 kilometres further to reach sira town slowly and get it checked there. Through out the 16-18 kilometres, engine noise was there, no danger symbol on the dashboard.
          Again, local mechanics in sira inspected and suspected a problem in the engine.

          By then i called whitefield honda service coordinator vijay and informed him about the issue. Since it was a sunday, he asked me to take the car back to bangalore (120km) or take it to shimoga (180km) and get it inspected. He even asked me to drive it back slowly to bangalore and kind of assured that engine will not be problem if vehicle can be started and moved further. But local mechanic person alerted me not to do so and insisted me to tow it.

          With a great difficulty, the vehicle was towed till shimoga (180kms) through a trax and i have given the car to global honda showroom shimoga to inspect. Even for them, it was a holiday, and since we requested, they took the car inside and helped us to drop the car there.

          Yesterday, 4th march 2019 when they inspected, they said there might be a engine issue.

          Now, after the whitefield honda service, within 300kilometres of drive, oil leakage through oil filter happened. There was no impact/accident/stone hitting happened in that span. Even, global honda shimoga, after inspecting it, confirmed there was no visible impact of stone or something hitting to oil filter. As per the local mechanics near sira, oil filter gasket might not be fitted properly.

          With all these, i want to complain on m/s whitefield motors pvt ltd, bangalore for a faulty service. When asked the service coordinator, they don't want to own it up.

          That's the reason, i'm raising a complaint on this forum to take strict action and also believe honda will take/own the responsibility in fixing it for your customer.

          I have asked global honda shimoga to wait till i confirm whether to take out the engine for fixing. I'm waiting to hear from you after logging this complaint.

            A lady from globus activa scooty centre called on the registered centre on 14th feb 2019 saying our first scooty service is due and she informed us that they can come home and get it serviced with rs 200/- for this additional service. Since then, i have been calling her every day to get the service done but nobody is coming and providing us the service. If activa doesn't have this pick up and drop option then they shouldn't misguide the clients. I'm very frustrated with the service and the staff.

              Purchased my honda amaze on 24sep 2018 from prakash honda pathankot and it's 1march 2019 not received my rc yet. Not even this total amount of car paid by me included rsa which is near about 2k and when i need the rsa service the service provider refused cause no rsa is done related to my car. So this is how honda scams or loot customer. Such a shameful act by dealer. I will never suggest any one to buy honda cars. This company literally sucks.

                worst honda service dealer - sai point honda thane

                This is regarding the honda service dealer i have registered with and their day by day worst services. I was always less satisfied with the way they provided services. Moreover this time they crossed the limits. The adviser at the dealer workshop had my vehicle kept at their place overnight saying that the clutch wire isn't working so it needs to be replaced. I trusted them being honda dealers...

                I abhinav handa having vehicle honda city reg dl10ck9990 jst purchased last december 2017..3400 km only done.. Last december 2018 i gave my car for service at samara honda maya puri.. Before that my car front parking light left side working after i serviced the car december 2018 executive leave my car at my home after that i had not even drive that time after few days i saw my one side parking light is not working. Today i visited 26 feb 2019 at samara honda for parking light issue, they told me that light will be replaced and you have to pay the amount i told my car is under warranty after listening this they told that wire cut problem is their which is done outside but wire cut is for indicator not for parking light which is not working.. Today i saw one cap also not there.. This is not my fault as u check my car always serviced from samara honda mayapuri.. Kindly check it and requesting to replace under warranty other wise i have to take legal action.

                  I visited to shubh honda car showroom at raipur chhattisgarh. Manager and salesman refuse to give exchange bonus and i want to exchange my car and purchase wr-v but now i will nigther visit any showroom of honda nor purchase honda car and refer this to every one that what happened to me. Manager is want to take that exchange benift and he says this offer is not for you what is this solve my problem.

                    My honda city car bearing registration no mh 31 eu 8167 send for accidental repair on 20/02/2019. To prepare estimate after 4hrs. On 21/02/2019 survey job has been done.
                    On 25/02/2019 informing me parts are not available and order today. It will be receive after 5 days, then start repairing of vehicle. Work will be finished after 15 days.
                    A small damage repairing will get 25 days?, the monopoly of only one dealer in nagpur has argue to reaper your vehicle any wear, not given proper answer,

                    Sir, i am sr. Divisional manager in new india assurance co. It is very bad experience to me, kindly take urgent action to repair my vehicle.

                      I am here to give complaint regarding honda city car which i bought in 2016 (Kl 11 bc 3961).in the past 6 months my car's headlight got fused twice. I gave complaint to my dealer and they checked i to the matter and said that nothing is wrong with my car's electrical circuit. And saying that bulb is of poor quality. I think that honda is cheating. I doubt honda's credibility. Hope that you people will take prompt action into this matter

                        I have honda amaze 2018 vx mt variant. Shifting from 1st to 2nd gear and 3rd to 2nd gear is very hard and does not slot. Sometimes i have to cautiously push it hard to slot which is very uncomfortable for city driving. Also the pickup in 2nd gear is very poor.

                        It takes 5-6 seconds for the car to become responsive.

                        Complained about these 2 things to service centre during my 1st service (600 kms) and also subsequent to a long trip with 3000kms. At both times, they mentioned it is normal for 1200cc car.

                        This isn't something i paid for. If it is normal why can't you mention this fact in the brochures while selling?. Atleast the customers can be aware that this car is not good for city traffic due to these issues.

                          Hi, i would like complain about the all new honda amaze that i had purchased in the month of december 2018 from frontier vehicle named infinity honda situated in gurgain haryana

                          The first thing is that the car's body is so light that it couldnot handle the shock of ice pebbles and have multiple dents on the overall car, how can we feel safe while driving the car.

                          And the second complain is about the music system that i have purchased from the showroom which costed rupees 15000.

                          The actual cost of the accessory is not more than 5000.

                          I would like the company to compensate against the dents on my new car as it is not my fault and ask the dealer to take the music system back and refund my money.

                          Looking forward to a positive response as honda is very caring about their customers.

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            I had booked a honda city diesel in a he month of december 2018 from krishh cars pvt ltd) a division of solitaire honda mumbai in the name of mrs. Komal nimani for which we have made a payment of rs.1345000.00 (Rs.545000.00) margin money made from the savings a/c vide rtgs and the rest rs.800000.00 through loan from the cosmos co-op bank ltd.
                            They have refunded the bank loan amount of rs.800000.00 on 21.02.2019.
                            The balance amount of rs.545000.00 paid by mrs. Komal nimani has still not been refunded in spite of reapeated reminders and requests.
                            Kindly help me getting my refund back at the earliest.

                              We have bought a honda city from vision honda on 31/05/2018. Now there is a complaint for its battery. I have given for service check to premier honda kottayam but they didn't rectified the same saying it can be done only at vision honda. 4 days they kept at their station from 16/02/2019 to 20/02/2019. At the time of purchase honda promised that we can avail the service of any authorized service cemtre but this promise is not kept by premier honda your authorised dealer. Now i have given my car to honda they also not rectified the error till date. My car is in warranty period

                                M. Eswari bought a used car - mahindra verito vibe d6 plate number tn 55ay 6716-on 07.01.2019 from trichy honda tamilnadu.
                                Today is 22.02.2019.
                                More than 40 days are over.
                                They have not finished the rto formalities
                                Change of name of owner and have not given her rc and insurance certificate.
                                As she does not have rc and insurance she can not use the vehicle.
                                We do not get any good reply.

                                  Problem in battery..
                                  I am user activa 4g. For 18 months scooty is very good but you battery gets damage in 18 months.
                                  You service centre say that you battery is finish.
                                  And i service my scooty in november but you staff said all things is good and working well...
                                  Where is you battery check...
                                  So, where is you battery warranty

                                    I purchased a second hand car from honda assure named honda brio vx amt 2014 model on 24/07/2018 registration number pb10ep1341 from lally motors ludhiana. I severly ask about noc of car hypothigation. I gave them full payment in cash or one time payment. But rather providing me noc they harrasing me and said your person has collected noc of bank from us. I said to show me the signature of that person who collect noc of car but there is no response. Today the insurance policy of my car is going to be over. So i am not able to transfer my registration certificate on my name thats why insurance company is not able to renew my policy on my name. This is very big harassment for me and today is last day of insurance. If any loss occured. Then it has to bear by agency.

                                      Amaze vx mt petrol variant purchased from shubham honda raipur (C. G.).
                                      The vehicle got damaged on 15.02.19.
                                      Therefore gave vehicle to the dealer for 2nd servicing and insurance claim on16.02.19.
                                      They assured me that vehicle wil be delivered within 3 days after insurance claims.
                                      Today on 21.02.19 i was informed that auto parts to be replaced has not yet reached to the dealer.
                                      When i requested them to deliver the vehicle on 23.02.19 morning. They showed their inability.
                                      It will be more than a week on 23.02.19.
                                      Such a poor and slow service was not expected from shubh honda raipur.
