I handed over damaged car at honda workshop noida for repair under insurance claim on 25 jan 2019. Till date car not handed over after repair.

Initially it was told to handover in 8-10 days. Subsequently delivery date extended to 15 days. Later kyc form was asked and for want of do it was not handed over on 11 feb 2019. Further reason for delayed delivery has been cited as urgent demand place on honda for sensor cap.

Such excuses reflects poor working of honda workshop at noida and certainly not in customer's interest.

    Dear sir/madam
    As i mentioned above in the complaint about the harsh behavior of service head. Myself sowrabha gopinath owner of honda city car since 2016. Recently i had an issue with my good year tyre which was given by honda car dealer. (Daksin honda, banglore) during sale of car. The issue is that the tyre was flat due to the unknown reason. So i took tyre to my nearest honda dealer global honda shivamogga for warranty the warranty incharge told me that a engineer from good year will visit within a week for inspection (But they didn't came for inspection within weak) so when i visited them the warranty incharge started educating me about maintaining the tire properly he told me that this was happened it due to lack of air but but i had checked them before a weak by the time when we had a conversation with warranty incharge kiran he called me "brother listen to me"so i told him you should not communicate in that way calling me "brother" because it is not showing your professionalism. For this reason he had registered a complaint against me to the service head telling that the customer is behaving in a rude manner so i told so i told them i am not behaving in a rude manner i am just complaining about your mistake after this when the goodyear inspector mr krishna visited the global honda for inspection they had a report that telling that the tire does not claim the warranty and they called me and told me about the report so i asked him why can't you climb a warranty on this because it was just driven for 18000 km so conversation with exchanged between me and the inspector from goodyear at last even he had made a false statement by telling his service head that the customer is behaving in a rude manner so the service had called me and behave in a very harsh manner that i had lost every hope on global honda for treating a customer in a very bad manner and even i had lost hopes and respect towards honda so please resolve my complaint

        I recently bought honda city 2017 vx automatic version. I went for a trip from delhi to jaipur (Before first service i:e within a month) when suddenly on a small bump my front left tyre collapsed and touched the ground.
        I was at a moderate speed of 80 kmpl. I was told by mechanic that the tyre cannot be repaired as this is not a puncture but a cut which needs to be substituted with a extra tube inside. I used the stepney tyre to use for my rest journey.

        I was highly disappointed with the way the car tyre behaved on a small bump.
        I have driven other cars and they do'nt have such problems.
        I have bridgestone tyres (185/55 r16) tyres on my city.

        Company is not taking resposibility of the car tyre and they say this is the problem with the tyre manufacturer and i they could contact them, but not sure what could happen.

        Honda cars should take the responsibility of the product they are using in their cars and should help the customers. It is not the customers headache to contact bridgestone and get the matters resolved at personal end.
        What kind of car insurance for 3yrs is this.

        I want a new tyre replacement for the tyre that was cut.

          Dear hyundai team,

          Myself mr. Sonal pazare and my vehicle model is hyundai i20 elite magna with number mh31ek8571 purchased on dec 2014 from grace motors nagpur.

          My issue is, as communicated to me by shri hyundai service centre located at bajaj nagar, nagpur, i need to replace ac compressor of my car costing approx inr.20, 000 to inr.25, 000,

          Last year i replaced one external pipe because of ac leakage costing inr.3000 at shri hyundai service centre nagpur and now again the ac is not working hence on 9th feb 2019 i send the vehicle to shri hyundai service centre nagpur.

          I am always delighted by the shri hyundai service centre and always gives 5 out of 5 marks, here in this case i am not saying that i have a problem with services or with service franchisee hence consider this as a technical issue of ac compressor

          My question to hyundai as an car manufacturer is why the ac compressor needs replacement in 4 years 1 month and i believe my point is valid hence i would request hyundai to give me the replacement of ac compressor on free of cost basis.

          Looking forward for the support and positive reply from team hyundai on priority.

            I am owner of an amaze registration no. Uk07bh3808, which was purchased in december 2014 from divine honda, dehradun.
            Since beginning, i faced problem with the quality of plastic material holding the key. Everyone falling from hand, the remote key material developed cracks and sometimes pieces of it got separated from the key. Everyone, i managed to fix it with some fixative. This happened about 6 times and i managed everyone. It was not appropriate to ask your company for a new key.in fact the key was almost intact after every repair. Last month after falling from my hand, the plastic part contain remote assembly got separated from the metal part of the key. Now i am using second key provided by the company at the time of purchase.
            I had cars of 3 companies earlier and such problem was never with the key. I am sure the plastic material used by your company with the main key is of very poor or brittle quality. For such a reputed car company, this problem seems surprising and cheating the customers.
            Second problem is that the second key provided is without remote assembly. This is again embarrassing for such good cars.
            Please tell me what should i do. I came to from that same problem wasis being faced by some of my relatives and friends owning honda cars.
            Your representative asked me to order for duplicate keys, which i didn't like.in fact it is the problem of manufacture and sale, and not of service work.
            In such circumstances, it is not possible for me to never purchase a honda car and would never advice friends and others for purchase of honda cars, and even would discourage them for such purchase.
            Kindly do the needful in the matter.

              Hi,

              I have purchased honda amaze vcvt on october 31st in the name of vijaya sudha since then there are many issues with the car. I nearly visited the service center for 10 times.

              1. The foul smell of outside used to come inside the car.ac issues
              2 accessories which were installed used to not work properly. Few times remote used to not work, few times mic. Few times back camera. Few times navigation system. Few times boot space door.
              3. Honda connect used to not work properly.
              4. Even after the key is kept 1-2 times it showed me no key.
              5. Now the door locks are not working for both the back side doors. And windows are not getting down properly.

              It is very disgusting to leave my work and go to service center every time could you please change this defective car with a new one.

              It's been 3 months i have visited the showroom 10 times. If the car becomes old then it will be more worst. I want a replacement immediately. This is disgusting to visit service center every time.

              At the time of purchase I asked michellin tyres. They provided me with mrf. They said me this at the time of giving a DD in their hand. I tried to adjust myself. Now all these issues making me impulsive. So I need replacement immediately.

              I forgot to mention in my complaint regarding the dust which is coming inside the car. I do have dust elergy and asthma due to which my health is getting effected.
              Even on 11th Feb 2019 I experienced The foul smell and dust coming inside the car, when I was at the back of a polluted bus which happened twice in a single day.

                      I come for service of my car in lally automobile (Courtesy honda).
                      On the slip they give me details of services and write the approx. Time but its over 2 hrs and my car isn't serviced, yet. They gave me many check points but only 2 are done in the mean time, they are consuming much time and yet not servicing further. Only they are attending their friends car and listing to waiting for me.

                        2018 Honda City with Bridgestone Ecopia tires are having a lot of issues. The car was purchased on August 30, 2018. It have only 5k+ kms on it when the front passenger side tyre burst from inside wall and car got out of balance and was about to went into the side ditch. My whole family along with my 2 years old granddaughter was with me. After I described this to Lally Motors, Jalandhar (Prestige Honda), they told us that they will replace the tyre and also informed that the vendor of the tyre had been changed due to bad reviews and so many complaints about this specific tyre. So I requested them to replace all the tyres but they just changed one tyre which got burst (Instead of Bridgestone they put in Goodyear). So as per the quality issue I want to get all my tires to be changed so that I do not have to face similar kind of phase again. You are requested to instruct your M/S Lally Motors Jalandhar for replacement of all the remaining four tyres for the smooth running of my 2018 Honda City Car.

                          This is to register a complaint about my above mentioned vehicle which has been broken down last week due to an engine failure. I have noticed the rise of the engine temperature followed by the spillage of oil from the engine compartment. I didn’t move the car further and approached the authorised service center. It’s confirmed by them that the engine has failed and the repair is costly.
                          I have purchased the above car from your kottayam dealership (Vision motors – honda) in may 2013. At the time of purchase i have been persuaded by your agent about the reliability and the quality of after sales services offered for the honda vehicles made me to conclude the purchase of the above vehicle. Please note that i am totally disappointed with the latest breakdown incident of this vehicle at very low running mileage of 71218 km.
                          I have complied with all the regular services stipulated in the owner’s manual at vision motors honda service center and i do have a copy of the stamped log book as proof. Ordinary wear and tear could not account for the problem so soon in the life of this vehicle. I have obtained my driving licence in 1977, since then i owned several vehicles and i never experienced this issue in any of my previous vehicles shows i am a careful and conscientious owner. Further, i also own few automobile related establishments for the past 36 years and fully aware of the importance of proper maintenance of vehicles to get its maximum reliability.
                          Based on the above, i believe i am still entitled to a free repair because the existence of such a serious defect in a car which has only done 71218 kilometres even though this car been maintained according to the manufactures guidelines from the date of purchase. This opinion has been confirmed by other reputable motor mechanics.
                          Please let me know as quickly as possible what arrangements you propose for rectifying the problem.

                            Greetings from kaushik kr. Phukan...!!

                            Being a honda city fan from quite a long time purchased a city smt model on[protected] from spectrum honda dealer, dibrugarh, assam bearing registration no. As-06u-5666.

                            I am highly disappointed from the post purchase of the car as far as service & performance is concerned. As honda itself is an esteemed company throughout the globe which doesn’t need any introduction has failed to provide its customer satisfaction.
                            Below mentioned points / complains which are already been noted down by me in the job cards during all servicing dated-
                            1st servicing - 29/11/2017
                            2nd servicing - 29/1/2018
                            3rd servicing - 6/4/2018
                            4th servicing - 31/12/2018

                            1. Horn sound was complained by me from the date of purchased and has not been replaced yet.
                            2. Complained for body sound from the very 2nd service which hasn’t been solved after the paid service done on last month. It’s pathetic and a matter of shame from a brand like honda which interior body sounds like a ordinary share taxi.
                            3. Front right wheel sound was complained by me from very 1st servicing which is not yet solved. Main intention is to change various parts after the expiry of the warranty, which is a common practice of dealers.
                            4. Left rear window channel was bend from the date of purchase of the city which i requested to replace. But it is strange that every time the channel is repaired and fitted. The repair last for a week or two.
                            5. After the paid service the drive is not smooth and during this service i was surprised to received a call from the mechanic of spectrum honda regarding brake pad change. As this is my personal 4th car, i am very much aware of the dealers misleading customers.

                            I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter as ex-urgent to retain the 20 years of legacy of honda which is at stake.

                              I bought a scotty from globas honda showroom which is at saraswati vihar on 30 october 2018. I have made a payment through paytm and they have told us that we will receive 1000 rupees cash back and 3000 rupees vouchers. When we went there to purchase the scotty the sales girl forget to apply the promo code because of that i did not receive any cash back. It was there fault. We went there many time for that issue but no one listen to us carefully. It is not a good behaviour to treat with the customer. So i want that you should necessary step against this.

                                I purchased “honda amaze car” from divine honda, dehradun on 09/05/2019 vide cust. Id: 1-[protected].
                                About 9 months back i noticed some black / brown spots appearing all over the car body which turned into brown rusting spots prominently in roof, bonnet, all door panels, doors and dickey etc.
                                The matter was reported to honda car india corporate customer care when their dealer did not respond. All details were provided to the company and car sent to their workshops several times for inspection by different agency/officials of the company and they accepted the issue raised. But the honda even after dragging the matter for 3 months did not give any resolution instead opined that the rusting is due to external reasons and can be serviced on paid basis. This means honda is not dependable on quality & its customer satisfaction policy any more. Would not recommend anyone to buy their cars.

                                  I purchased a honda city vx automatic petrol car with sunroof on feb 18 2018 from olympia honda. My 3rd service at 10000 km was done by olympia honda and delivered the car on 19 sep 2018.on 20 sep 2018 i was driving to trichy from chennai and i met with an accident at 200km from chennai and the car fell into dry canal and rolled over and landded by left side digging the car in the mud. Accident happent due to left side tyre burst at 7.45 am and i requested honda assist to help me in towing the vehicle to the nearest service station. They helped me to drop the vehicle at 6pm the same day in the capital honda trichy the authorized service center of honda. I explained the incident and they issued me the job card. Then i took delivery of my car on nov 10 and paid 32k to them for the tyres along with the insurance claim amount of 448000k.after that i drove back to chennai the next day and noticed that there is noise in the car and dashboard alighnnent is not correct. I informed to the service person via phone but they said they have done a very good job and there is possibility for that. Some what i convince and i strted to drive the car. After few days
                                  The interor parts started to fall off and the dashboard produced rattling noise and the doors not getting locked properly and the post at both the sides were producing a big gap between the door and the post. I informed the honda company via mail and then the dealer contacted me and asked me to drop the car so that he can rectify the issues. I too dropped the car to their service center trusting that it will get rectified but the car started giving more and more problem like the seat belt is not replaced by the capital honda trichy and one of the tyre was retained. When i asked them theor reply was unethical and the service was very much pathetic. They asked me to compromisr with all the problems in the car. They changed the tyre and the seatbelt at chennai and other problems were not rectified. They mailed to honda and me saying the car is in good condition and they insisted me to take delivery of my car at the unrectified stage itself. Now the bonnet itself not getting opened, wiper and spray nozzle not working, glass in the doors creating rattling noise, mileage dropped to 8km/hr honda claims the mileage as 18 km/hr, while driving vehicle pulling towards left, could hear outside noise, could feel even the car claimbing on the small stone on road, creating noise from dashboard above 80km speed, water stays inthe gap between the door and the post while it rains, etc. The car has been driven by me only for 6 months from tge date of purchase the authorized dealer capital honda trichy and chennai were serving the car for almost 5 months. I own a B2B insurance and Return to invoice from universal sampo and tyre warranty of 3 years from bridgestone india and extended warranty of 5 years from honda cars india ltd. Even i own everything from all these companies for my car these companies have failed to return my car in good condition and the honda cars india has not taken any responsibility for their dealer mistake. I asked then for the repayment of my money but they are not providing any relevant response.

                                  My complaint is not at all resolved or responded by honda. I am mailing honda for almost 5 months and the response from honda is not so serious at all. Just a sorry and saying dealer will rectify he issue. I had given the dealer many chances to rectify the issue but the comes up with new problems along with existing issue. Total loss car ha been repaired by the inefficient dealer and the personnal and they are over heading me with the burden of loss of 15 lakhs.kindly ask them to pay my money to me for the

                                    It is now more than 3 months since I have been following-up for refund of my amount of Rs. 11, 100/-. I am a retired senior citizen having very limited resources / income and would request you once again to refund my amount instead of mentally harassing and torturing me by not even picking up my calls.

                                    Please note that if I do not get my refund on ASAP basis I will be left with no choice but to file my complaint with the various Consumer Forums / Courts, at your costs and expenses..

                                      I met an accident on 11.12.2018. After that i applied for insurance claim at showroom. They told me that after one month i will get my car. But today is 23 jan n i didn't get my car. I went many times to showroom for enquiry but they are making excuses all the time. No response form there end. I m without car since 2 months. Nw i have to go consumer forum
