Sir,
It is now more than 3 months since I have been following-up for refund of my amount of Rs. 11, 100/-. I am a retired senior citizen having very limited resources / income and would request you once again to refund my amount instead of mentally harassing and torturing me by not even picking up my calls.

Please note that if I do not get my refund on ASAP basis I will be left with no choice but to file my complaint with the various Consumer Forums / Courts, at your costs and expenses..

    I met an accident on 11.12.2018. After that i applied for insurance claim at showroom. They told me that after one month i will get my car. But today is 23 jan n i didn't get my car. I went many times to showroom for enquiry but they are making excuses all the time. No response form there end. I m without car since 2 months. Nw i have to go consumer forum

      I was eager enough to buy your product honda city 2018 as i waiting for it to undergo facelift. After buying as days passed comfort decreased especially at rare. We have paid a huge amount and a vehicle of half it's cost provides much much better comfort than this. Please provide a solution to this and recall all the vehicles undergo this change otherwise you people are gonna loose a happy customer from kerala. Earlier batches of honda city like that of 2014 was a beauty between ride and handling. But this time my hope got shattered and also increase the quality of materials used in making a product. People have trust in this company. Over years please improve.

      When asked How Much Comfortable our car was Showroom Peoples knowing that rear seat of all 2017 batches of this car lied to us.Please Do the necessary or else give us our money back with compensation.

        Sir we brought over honda mobileo on 2014 dec then we got nill dip policy in sundaram honda unforthnatly we met with an accident at 2015 june they said compreser will not come under insurence
        After 2106 extended warrenty was about to be expared we got a call from honda to renuval it was up to 2018 it seems in that issuce i need to complain about sundaram honda

          Respected Sir,

          This is to bring into your kind notice that I had purchased Honda Amaze car (UP 25 BL 1616) in july 2015 from Eternal Honda, Bareilly formerly Heritage Honda. In last 3.5 yrs, my car has only covered 13, 500 km distance which is quite less.

          During my purchased, the music system which your company had provided to me which i had changed it later, is of 'MYAVN' company which is one of the vendor company of Honda. In last few days the music system was creating a problem i.e. its display is not working properly. When i report to your service dealer in bareilly, during my last service in December 2018, they told me that dey will send d music system to the concerned person. After few days, the service dealer told me that the main panel of the music system got defected and it would cost Rs. 8800.

          Sir, my complain is that within 3.5 yrs span of time, my car has only run 13, 500 kms distance and with such a short usage of my car how a music system panel get defected??... That means your company is providing duplicate accessories to your customers.

          The honda cars have captured the maximum Indian market and have created an excellent goodwill in the eyes of customer... But day by day your company is imparting bad image on us (customers).

          In the last two years, dis is my second bad experience from your company. In d second last service my 'navigation chip' of d same music system was missed from the service center and your company has not provided my navigation chip and now the second worst experience from your company is of the 'defective music system'.

          I am soo much disappointed from your company that in future i will not suggest any of the customers, my friends and relatives to think to purchase honda cars... 'Duplicacy at its [protected]@ hondacars'...

            I have bought new honda city car on feb 2016. My car started showing a tremendous problem whenever we open our car even after 20 minutes of rain i really dont know from where water enters towards driver side floor. Lally motors ludhiana dont have any solution about this problem. They say (Even after 6 to 8 visits regarding same problem) that some dust got stuck in ur cars roof vents which are made for disposal of water. Day by day my cars condition getting worst as water is destroying its floor. We have bought this car as my dream car but im very much disappointed that we have spent about 15 lack just to get harassed by lally motors (Dealer ludhiana). Its my humble request kindly take this defected car back and give me a real honda city which is worthy in 15 lacks.

              I met an accident on 11.12.2018 after that I appiled for insurance claim .my car was received at planet Honda haldwani they intimated that I will get my car till 1jan first wk .but it's 21jan today n t went to show room 8 9 times but still they are not delivering my car as I m without car since 2 months .no one receives calls there .they are aking excuses all the time .now they are saying I will get my car on 31 Jan .o talked to manager dealers but there is no solution of my problem .now there is only one option to take legal action against planet Honda .redilicuos service.

              I could not do my fourth free service within 365 days due to my health problem.
              i have given my bike to service center after a month.At the time of service center people told that there would be no cost involved for this service. But after service, when i contacted them, i was asked to pay the service charge.

                I sushant rao owning car amaze honda (Mh03 da 1325) bought recently on 28th august 2018 from mumbai. I had a minor accident in vadodara where my car's back bumper was hit by an auto who lost applying brakes causing a dent. I had claimed insurance and had given it to authorised dealer aspen honda situated opp gsfc gate, vadodara. Aspen workshop manager replaced the bumper however has done a shoddy job as the bumper colour is too dark compared to car colour.
                Now everytine i look at the car i'm feeling disappointed with the quality of work done as it's vividly visible on colour difference.
                Request you to please suggest a solution as i expected work to be o[censored]tmost quality since it's honda authorised dealer however results are disappointing!
                Expecting favourable response on my issue.

                More amount obtained for the servicing 40000km and 4wheel changing.
                The amount declared at the vechicle given at servicing and the amount received at end of servicing is having huge difference.

                  My one sided break disc and break pad keep on getting eroded and making a sounded i have visited the showroom thrice changed the break disc and pad 4times under 21k run of my car and still keeps on getting effected. I have checked my system but i feel some defaulty mechanism with the making of the car. I have visited all 4 time the honda showroom only but they say my allignment and bearksystem is pretty fine.

                  Worst customer service of honda as after 24 hrs of lodging a complaint, no call back or mail back .Moreover there is not escalation matrix available to highlight the customer problem.

                  I am facing same problem many times (self staring and kick start) service center make a fool every time and every time take a charge for service. If company not provide service with proper resolution so get back your product (Honda active 5g) and return my money. Other wise i will go for consumer court.

                    I have changed disk break pad @33000km at aspire honda mysore and now ran around 44000km. Now they are saying need to change break pad again as i know break pad gives life of minimum 20000km after replacing but for m only 12000km ran. Honda people’s using low quality material and concentrating on generating high bills.

                      I have done 3rd servicing my 4g active no. Mh03cx3581 at jhaveri service centre, add: lbs marg, near hari masjid and kurla court, kurla west, mumbai 400070. He has charged me rs. 1200 for service out of which he charged me rs. 381 for oil replace and rs. 770/- for oiling on brakes, brake shoe replacement, filter cleaning etc.

                      Later i came to know that he is no more authorized dealer for the servicing of the vehicle.

                          Front right window glass of my brio car (Purchased on 18.07.2013) was not moving up properly for last 2 years. The problem started (May-june 2017) before the extended warranty expired on 17.07.2017. On making complaint at your service centre at patna, i was told that the problem will be over after greasing of channels, which was done at that time. However, the problem again started after 1-2 months by that time extended warranty expired. On 09.01.2019 motor assy and reg assy was replaced. Today i am again facing the same problem. Kindly look into the problem and its permanent solution. I am not in a position to frequently visit your service centre for the solution of these minor problems or send the car frequently to service centre. It seems that this window problem is cronic in your brio model as i came to know from my friends and clients who are using the same car. If this is so, it is a manufacturing defect, which needs calling back cars having defective parts.

                            I lost both keys of my honda wrv vehicle due to theft at my house and vehicle. My vehicle has been given to intel honda palakkad for repairs on 04/01/2018 and i was informed that the work completed on 14/01/2018 but due to delay in payment by insurance company they were not able to release the vehicle. When i purchased the vehicle from ur dealer i got assurance that the cashless facility provided by bajaj allianz is very fast and no need to do payment by the customer at the time of work completion. The premium also on higher side than other insurance companies, if i opted other companies now i could have got reimbursement. And body to body policy offered the reimbursement including towing charges, now they are offering only rs.1500/-. Pls do the needful at the earliest to avoid further escalation of my complaint.

                              My car (Up 70 em 1870) is in honda workshop for repair since 07/01/2019 and they had given the date for the car delivery on 12/01/19 (Saturday) and the car has not been delivered to me till date. Furthermore u have not received any feedback call from honda company since the day i have have purchased my car that is 10 august 2018. Even i have not received any reminder call from honda for free service of the car. Kindly take necessary action in this regard.

                                Hi I bought Unicorn 150 may/14/2018 after used to do proper services in 3rd service they done service and Bike given to me one day i saw oil was comming out from the engine i went to service center they some ring issue we have and cleaned carborator after i used to face problem like while riding on bike automatically stopping (i.e when petrol is not the bike) really very bad experience from Honda contiguously going to service center to find out to fix the problem.

                                  I bought this car on 26th oct 2018...

                                  I hv continuesly complaining about suspension noice in my honda wrv diesel car. But there is no corrective actions take from honda. I need to discuss directly to honda engeneer for the same as honda dealer infinity and ring road honda is not able to resolve the same. It's a very irritating noice which i m facing from when i bought this car. Complaint honda 121 three to four time but no action taken.
                                  I m not satisfied.

                                    I approached honda car dealer, classic honda, faridabad, to renew my car insurance and same was renewed by ms. Deepa under 'national insurance' but without covering under 'honda assure'. On complaining about it, the sales manager contacted and promised that a letter stating that my car has been insured under 'honda assure' will be positively issued and submitted at my residence by 15/jan. Nothing has been received so far and when contacting ms. Deepa's number or the insurance dept number of classic honda - the call is not taken.
                                    Wish to inform that this type of staff at a honda dealer is unacceptable, who is not interested in customer's requirement and only bothered about their own commission. One goes through honda dealer only to ensure 'honda assure' assurance is there as else much cheaper premium can be obtained from private insurance company or outside dealers.
                                    Request you to take up this matter urgently and let me know your action taken.

                                      Sir i am rajan jhangiani a senior gazetted officer in govt of india. Me and my family have beeb duped and cheated by a sales consultant of ring road honda, udyog nagar. He quoted a price of 8.15 lakhs for silver vcvt honda amaze car. This quote was given to us on 23 december 2018. He never handed over the cal calculation sheet to us even and promised the car delivery in a couple of days. But to our families dismay he never arranged the delivery but kept on giving us false promises that he is arranging the car from jaipur etc etc. Finally the year lapsed and we landed in 2019. But in the new year he again called and promised delivery positively. We again fell into his sweet talks and decided to buy the car on 16th january 19 as it is my sons birthday. He came and told us that the rates were the same and a couple of thousands up because of insurance. I again confirmed that the price would be under 8.20 naa, which he confirmed. My wife requested him to hand over the cal calculation sheet to which he said it is not required as that's almost final and demanded a electronic transfer of the booking token amt of rs 11000/- which i immediately did and we also shared a beer too to celebrate and he left. But who knew this was such a big bluff with my family and our sentiments. A couple of days later i received a call from some kamal rana who said that this manish was sick and now he would be handling our case which was very confusing to me and i immediately called manish to know the reality but as i could reckon the phone was switched off and till date it is switched off the number being [protected]. Seeing this havoc we rushed to honda showroom where we were dealt with by some aman bhatnagar and not mr kamal rana who i presume iis acting in connivance with manish and both are planners in catching genuine customers as murgas make them pay token money and at the time of the deal increase the price by almost 50 to 80k knowing that i am trapped as it is my son 's birthday tomorrow and we can't go any where else at such short notice. This is what happened at the honda office we were quoted a price of almost a lakh in addition to the price we had booked the car for. We got really purturbed and angry seeing the state of affairs and told this aman the whole incident. Who along with same ashwini whom he stated to be the owner of the property and office but who never looked like the owner at all. He said that he would surely look into the matter and call us tomorrow ie monday 14th january 19 as we met on 13th sunday. As expected no one called us till late evening till i called up the so called owner mr ashvini who said to again wait till he call back.                                         I have purchased new honda city automatic v-cvt through infinity honda, sohna road gurugram on 10 jan 2019.

                                        I found new car door glass operating system defective in which it does open smoothly and gives heavy jerk to door including side sifting of door at time of fully closing and opening of glass.

                                        I request that company shall take back such defective cars and replace with another car. Such companies shall be penalised for inefficiency.
