Dear when i drop my car at service center they behave with me in bad manner. And says no to drop for car. I 100% unsatisfied with them service. They didn't listen my problem and cut my phone many times.
I wait here at least for two hours bit didn't respond
There are no one ia responsible person in all workshop and do not respect the customer. So i heartly request please solve my problem

    Dear sir, i purchased all new honda amaze in feb, 2018 but regret to say build quality is very bad. All the rubbers to doors are either torn, loose or broken causing leakage of water into car. Also, i can find lot of rust into the door interiors which i also pointed at service center. Very bad quality material... Please help and improve.

    After sales and service is pathetic - worst than anything.
    Cost of servicing is very high 7k for 20k service in my case.

    Very high cost of maintenance and very poor build quality.

      My car mh14bx8538 was serviced for 60k km service with the cost of 25000rs.
      After that i drove my car hardly 2000kms suddenly i started getting engine heating up symbol after that i contacted rsa and they towed my car and sent to crystal honda wagholi and since last 12-15 days my car is there.
      Initially on inspection there supervisor told me that in your coolant and engine oil got mixed and due to that it has happened but your engine is starting and car is running perfectly but still so we will drop off the engine and check is there any damage or not later he said just for precaution i will cylinder on lathe machine and said it's fine too.
      Now today he has shared me quotation of 82000 rs and asking me these all parts we suggest to change and if you do not change them then there will be no assurance that engine will start or not.
      They are doing cheat with us, i need immediate action on this. I am sharing the quotation images with this post.

        Sent my car honda city (Tn 14m 2927) for routine servicing at the below service station:
        Capital honda
        #130 & 131, perungudi indl. Estate, chennai - 600 096.

        The car was picked up on 19-feb-2019 at 0930 hours from my office premises and supposed to be delivered back by 1700 hours the same day. I send my car for servicing only after confirmation from service centre that the car will be delivered back before 1700 hours, as i had to attend a critical medical case of a family member at that time.
        At 1645 hours, the service station called and confirmed that my car will be delivered in another 20 mins. I again confirmed with them that in case there is any delay let me know frankly in which case i was come to the service station directly and pick up my car to able to reach my destination in time. But service centre again assured me that the car will be at my office premises by 1705 hours.
        Since 1705 hours i was waiting on the road infront of my office but there was no sign of my car arriving. Finally i took a cab and went to the hospital. At 1810 hours i received a call from service station that my car is on the way and reaching shortly.
        Luckily by taking the taxi i reached hospital in time for the planned medical treatment of my closed one.

        Till today morning 20-feb-2019 i have still not received my car.

          Dear honda,
          10 months before i purchased honda cb shine from pratul honda, hyderabad.
          Within 1 months some sound is coming from front axel, for that i visited 10 times but they are not able to resolve the problem, service manager told me this is a product we are not able to solve. All are useless felow they are only doing formality instead of checking the issue. I never thought that honda will provide us this type of product and service. Service is too worst. Technicians are making fool to customes. They are not borthered to rectify the issue not given satisfaction after service of the bike 3 times and after my last servicing i gave my bike 4 times but of no use.. I feed up of this type of service. We required immediate action on this issue and solutions as well as from your end. Sound is still coming...

            I had complaint sometime back about the 2% extra charges deducted by the dealership for the purchase of honda activa 5g. I got a call stating the dd is with them and that o should come and collect it. I visited the dealer in 2 weeks and they informed no such dd could be allocated/located by them. Please check

Service me car gandhinagar gujarat sector 30 ke dealership me car service ke time di thi to aapke service head suresh thakor ne mujhe repair kar ke car ac air switch repair kar ke di thi but after 25 days same problem aa gayi last service jo ussi delear ke waha pe hui to unho ne koi ac cable change kar ke dene ki baat kahi or aapke service head suresh thakor ne mujhe kaha after 4 days baad hum aapko call karege tab aap showroom sector 30 gandhinagar gujarat me aake change karva li jiyega. Me unki baat pe agree ho gaya or 4 days nh balki or kaafi days wait kiya par aapke delaer sector 30 gandhinagar gujarat ki taraf se koi response nh aaya phir mene honda 121 pe call kiya unho ne kaha ki hum delaer se baat karte he but phir bhi koi anser nh aaya aapke honda 121 me bhi kai baar phone karne ke bawjud bhi honda or delaer ki taraf se koi response nahi mila. Jis wajha se car chalate time ac ki saari air lag me aati he or leg thande ho jate he or car me heat bani raheti he jisse me or meri family kaafi pareshan hui kitni baar car ki is problem ki wajha se apne kai kaam mere bigde jisse mujhe loss huva or family members se ladai bhi hui.                 Landmark honda situated at sg highway ahmedabad have still not provided me with the hsrp number plate. I took delivery of the car on 16/1/2019. I had done the booking of the car on 29/12/2018. Still the process of obtaining no plate is pending. They are saying it will still take 15 day. They have made mistake in writing the booking form. The sales executive was also rude. I have to call 2 times for knowing any information. I dont know how long do i have to wait for hsrp plate.

                  I’m owning wrv top model.. A part of ac was not working properly and it comes under warranty.. Riverside honda told us the part is not available and it’ll be available within a week.. After a week they called us that part is available. Today on 19 th pf february i reached service centre and now they are saying that i’ve to wait for 2 days..
                  We travelled 200 kms for service but honda is giving only metal harrasement..

                    Mainly reason to write this word I have not received My Car Registration Card. When I approach for my Registration Card every time agency dealing person giving me a different explanation. I cannot visit the Agency regularly (Prestige Honda Amritsar Lally Motors) because I am live in out station. Even I had taken time to visit the agency Twice and Thrice but the assistant of manager is told me that manager is too busy but I have seen him in his chamber much time and he talks in his personal phone but do not have any initiative and I have visited the agency on 22 Jan 2019 I have also entry on visitor register of agency. till the time I am waiting for my RC.

                      Hi all,
                      I purchased a new honda city in oct 2017 and second day we found the tyre had a puncture, i went to the honda showroom in madhapur, hyderabad and got it repaired.
                      Then within a year i found the air is loosing then i took the car to showroom again and they said the alloy wheel is having a hairline crack - now seriously not sure on how alloy wheel can have a crack and bent. Showroom people said they approached honda and it cannot be replaced. They only helped to do some repair and kept that wheel as a spare wheel in the trunk. The reason they said for dent could be some impact of a ditch on roads as there is no accident. This happened to the front wheel and we all know the status of indian roads and not sure if this car is not designed for indian roads?

                      Now, yesterday night while travelling with my parents the left side front wheel went totally flat immediately and i had to put that repaired wheel from stepany and drive back. Ideally the tubeless tyres should last for a while and it cannot go flat immediately, second issue is not sure on what is the issue for it to go flat. I was driving at 65kmph and on highway there was a ditch on the road and as soon as the wheel went on it the tyre went flat.

                      Can you please help me in this regard. I buying this car for 16lakhs now really feel disappointed with the investment.

                        The services in sundaram honda is comparable to olympia honda in chennai. Does not meet standards of honda outside india. From service records to online booking to free service for new cars, are not in sink with honda international standards and fall short on many accounts.
                        Honda japan should meet customers personally for feed back and to improve quality of service all round.
                        At a loss to go to a third honda service company here in chennai... Why would it be different

                            Todayi. E. On 17.02.2019 i have gone to as above service center for paid service at 10.30. A. M. Thereafter on around 1.30 p. M. From service center i have pic up phone and told about my car that your back glass has been broken due to mistake and some dent problem of dicki side pls come with your insurance paper then i told him that at the time of hand over the aforesaid car you draw pic from your mobile and at that time my back side glass was okey then this is your own mistake then how will i suffer its your own problem you will have to short out problem which is your own fault. Now he said it will take four days to cure defect. I fell to understand how will i attain court for days pls do need full.

                              Worst ever experience with honda and it's dealer. I got amaze which is just 3months old. After my first service which was 2 months ago, i started hearing noise coming from fromt right side shock absorber. Till now issue wasn't fixed and i get pissed off following up with honda and it's dealer. Had raised complaint comm. Id - 1-[protected] with honda but it's mere waste. Being japanese car maker and coming from such quality ideologies, i never expected such unresponsive attitude towards their customers

                                I placed my honda wrv (Tn72 bw 6609) model car for 3rd free service yesterday 13.2.2019. At southern honda, tirunelveli, tamilnadu. The service was very bad in such away that it was not even washed. They charged an amount of rs.3005 saying that they carried out wheel alignment work and cleaning ac filters and disinfectant work for the same. Though the wheel alignment is mandatory during 3rd service they did the works connected with ac without informing me and without my consent. They have not even carried out the water service or vacuum cleaning inside the car, which are the only free service they told. Moreover i feel my car is remaining same as before i placed it for service, without any change. I am very much annoyed and not at all satisfied with the service

                                  I purchased a honda amaze car from perfect honda, anayara show room on 25th january 2019. According to the sales contract they assured me bucketmat $pillow. At delivery time of car i didn't get the offered items. Because they said due to shortage of items and assured that they will deliver the items in my home. On28th january. I contact them several times they cheated me and telling silly reasons and not ready to give it even now. As a customer what i can do? Is it your policy.                                     I am very worried after service our car honda amaze dl3cck5054 your center on dated 27/01/2019. Because today i am going to out of city. And suddely pencher in tyre on the way so i checked the stepney for change the tyre. But stepney was missing.
                                    I shock. It is cheating during car service and not taken responsiblty service adviser mr amit kumar and no check before delivery of the vechale. So plese look into this matter. It is very serious matter.

                                    Up to date my bike was running 14000 km . So yesterday I seen horn sound is different so I checked horn.
                                    It's bike speeker with whole attachment bracken was broken.
                                    When I seen carefully so showing result are frame welded horn bkt is broken and hanging with support of wires..
                                    Please do and correct this.

                                      Sir, i am maintaining a honda amaze car (Diesel) bearing reg. No. Hr-06ak-1659, model dec-2016. My car has travelled 48600 km till date. The authorised dealer i. E m/s kally automobiles (India) oct. Ltd., gt road, siwah, panipat has informed me that front shockers of my car has been damaged and needs replacement. My car is under warranty and run less than 50000 km till date and shockers has to be replaced by the company free of cost. But it is regretted to point out that the dealer has refused to replace the shockers free of cost under warranty. Please give directions to dealer to replace my shockers free of cost. Thanks

                                        I am pandiyan my vehicle number TN22CM 0231, As i left my car in the service center for oil leak complaint on 3rd of JAN 2019
                                        (MAANSAROVAR HONDA SHIV MISHRI KRIPA NO 15 ARCOT ROAD CHENNAI). VISIT ID IWS-DD[protected]

                                        There is miscommunication between service advisor and insurance surveyor, As the insurance person not accepting the insurance claim part of the H frame of the vehicle. The reason behind that, insurance person saying that they never inform by the service person at the dismantling time.

                                        This reason is already escalated to the honda customer care toll free number on 28th JAN 2019.As the told same compliant will be forwarded to the maanasarovar honda and to do the needful.

                                        But till date known one is taken any necessary action against my vehicle. I am suffering without vehicle to travel to my office and home and unable to do marketing for my business

                                        As i spoke to the insurance person he told if the service advisor would have informed him before dismantling the parts as he says he would have given her 100% claim. At last the sufferer is the customer who brought the honda vehicle.

                                        I would request the honda company to look in to this matter and do the needful to me.
