I approached honda car dealer, classic honda, faridabad, to renew my car insurance and same was renewed by ms. Deepa under 'national insurance' but without covering under 'honda assure'. On complaining about it, the sales manager contacted and promised that a letter stating that my car has been insured under 'honda assure' will be positively issued and submitted at my residence by 15/jan. Nothing has been received so far and when contacting ms. Deepa's number or the insurance dept number of classic honda - the call is not taken.
Wish to inform that this type of staff at a honda dealer is unacceptable, who is not interested in customer's requirement and only bothered about their own commission. One goes through honda dealer only to ensure 'honda assure' assurance is there as else much cheaper premium can be obtained from private insurance company or outside dealers.
Request you to take up this matter urgently and let me know your action taken.

    Sir i am rajan jhangiani a senior gazetted officer in govt of india. Me and my family have beeb duped and cheated by a sales consultant of ring road honda, udyog nagar. He quoted a price of 8.15 lakhs for silver vcvt honda amaze car. This quote was given to us on 23 december 2018. He never handed over the cal calculation sheet to us even and promised the car delivery in a couple of days. But to our families dismay he never arranged the delivery but kept on giving us false promises that he is arranging the car from jaipur etc etc. Finally the year lapsed and we landed in 2019. But in the new year he again called and promised delivery positively. We again fell into his sweet talks and decided to buy the car on 16th january 19 as it is my sons birthday. He came and told us that the rates were the same and a couple of thousands up because of insurance. I again confirmed that the price would be under 8.20 naa, which he confirmed. My wife requested him to hand over the cal calculation sheet to which he said it is not required as that's almost final and demanded a electronic transfer of the booking token amt of rs 11000/- which i immediately did and we also shared a beer too to celebrate and he left. But who knew this was such a big bluff with my family and our sentiments. A couple of days later i received a call from some kamal rana who said that this manish was sick and now he would be handling our case which was very confusing to me and i immediately called manish to know the reality but as i could reckon the phone was switched off and till date it is switched off the number being [protected]. Seeing this havoc we rushed to honda showroom where we were dealt with by some aman bhatnagar and not mr kamal rana who i presume iis acting in connivance with manish and both are planners in catching genuine customers as murgas make them pay token money and at the time of the deal increase the price by almost 50 to 80k knowing that i am trapped as it is my son 's birthday tomorrow and we can't go any where else at such short notice. This is what happened at the honda office we were quoted a price of almost a lakh in addition to the price we had booked the car for. We got really purturbed and angry seeing the state of affairs and told this aman the whole incident. Who along with same ashwini whom he stated to be the owner of the property and office but who never looked like the owner at all. He said that he would surely look into the matter and call us tomorrow ie monday 14th january 19 as we met on 13th sunday. As expected no one called us till late evening till i called up the so called owner mr ashvini who said to again wait till he call back. After around half an hour this aman bhatnagar called me and said that manish was a fraud and he said he can only give us a price of8. 6 lakhs with exchange. Sir had you been in my place trapped like this and sons birthday date fast approaching and suddenly you find the price jump by more than half a lakh what image would you gather for a company of such repute like honda. I am under huge depression and searched for your contact details till late night and penning down my plight for justice. I request you to kindly take out time from you busy schedule and see that we get our car ie honda amaze v cvt petrol silver which is already booked to be delivered tomorrow within the 8.2 range. I have also promised to make lumsum payment by neft/ rtgh their and then.

      I have purchased new honda city automatic v-cvt through infinity honda, sohna road gurugram on 10 jan 2019.

      I found new car door glass operating system defective in which it does open smoothly and gives heavy jerk to door including side sifting of door at time of fully closing and opening of glass.

      I request that company shall take back such defective cars and replace with another car. Such companies shall be penalised for inefficiency.

        Daer sir, after several call to gm sri niranjan ghosh librabra honda dealership at dhanbad regarding my insurance claims of my vehicle no jh10ay 6564. I am bound to write this complain letter. I am md ehtesham alam submitted my vehicle 3 month before for accidental claims. After completing all formalities i had paid my all bill amount from my end but bill generated in my name in spite of insurance company name united insurance india ltd. The branch manager of insurance company anable to pay the claims amount due to the gst issue. This utterly harrasaing and disturbing on your that is the dealers counter part. If my problems is not solve then i go for legal notice against dealers and the gm sri niranjan ghosh. This my earnest request to kindly look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.             I am the registered owner of honda city car bearing registration no. Rj 14 wc 5643. The car was sent for servicing at pink city motors pvt ltd. Jaipur on 13.01.2019 (Morning) through driver tara chand. At about 10.43 am, i received a call from mr. Yadav through mob. [protected] that the total charges for services would be in between inr[protected]/-. I requested to drop the vehicle latest by 1500 hrs, to which he assured me.
            Again around 1300 hrs i received a call from the same number and mr. Yadav told me that since the vehicle has a run of 20000 kms, its break-pad was to be replaced for a payment of inr[protected], to which i denied.
            I made a call to mr. Yadav at 15.08 hrs and asked about the status of my vehicle, to which he informed that the vehicle would be delivered by1330 hrs and that i have to make a payment of inr 10000/-. A message was also received over my mobile no. [protected] at 15.26 from vm-tnorth to the effect that "invoice inr 10000 for your vehicle rj14wc5643 has been generated".
            Since the amount generated was not in the line i was told earlier, i contacted mr. Yadav over his mobile at 15.33 hrs. Mr. Yadav told me that the charges of inr[protected]/- as informed me was his mistake and i have to make a payment of inr 10000 to the ambassador rajendra thakur.

            The car was dropped at my residence at about 1600 hrs and i made a payment of rs. 8632.00 to rajendra thakur.in a couple of minutes, i again received a call asking me to pay inr 10000/- towards service charges as has been messaged to me earlier.

            I request you to please look into the following issues :

            I) the car was not at all cleaned either from inside or out side.
            Ii) why they charged inr 8632 against the agreed payment of inr[protected]/- without proving any extra services.
            Iii) when the invoice was of inr 8632/-, why the service provider was insisting me to pay inr 10000/- (Through sms as well mobile call).
            Iv) when the vehicle was to be delivered by 1500 hrs, why the failed to deliver the same at the given time.

              My name is rajasekhar, we like honda quality and models in the span of 3 -4 months we bought 3 different cars from our family in 2018.

              I have bought hinda wr-v disel edition on 27 jan 2018 which is 2017 edition in tirupati andra pradesh.

              But here i have a problem some how when i received the documents car warranty period start date was given from oct 2017 which is 3 months prior date these the purchased date.

              I have given complaint on the same multiple times in the showroom but i don’t see any proper action has taken from them. Hope you should be able to help me in this regard.

                  I've purchased honda amaze s - model from central honda angul (Kulad) branch, odisha on 29th may 2018, with exchanging my old alto -800. No exchange offer, no corporate discount, no carry forward of my insurance and no accessories kit given to me at the time of purchase by your sales executive. Only committed to me to give the seat cover and body cover. But about six month already passed, till now they are not giving to me.

                  When i was called after 1 month of purchased they told me that the model has newly lunched and the spares have not come to us, u will delivered shortly after we receiving the spares. After 2 month/ 3 month they told we will arrange shortly & will deliver to you. But now they are telling that we had not committed to give you, if possible we will adjust it from any side.

                  Therefor i request you to take a decisions at your end please.

                    My car has been standing at courtesy honda since 24 november, 2018 and they have been telling me that a part unitassy, smart pcu is awaited. First they said it will be delivered in a week, then 28 dec, then 5 jan and now 8 feb. My car is getting depreciated and i am not getting any clarity. Car no. Is dl3ccn 6333.                       The saga of # service of great honda brand continues. Stop turning a deaf ear and blind eye to the customer. I believe this is what you believe in???

                      My honda city when given to me after tyre replacement and having me pay 5000 rupees, had the air pressure as 47 and 42 in rear left and rear right tyres respectively. Really??? Is this honda??? That # and disgusting and you're trying to defend this. So many people at the service centre took the trial and the car was delivered to me at my home and none of them, i repeat none of them could gauge that what the air pressure was and they were cosy with that. Seriously???

                      How can you be so reckless and hopelss, both at the same time and you, ms shabnam having not known the fact is sending a disgusting email over to me to cover these guys. Let me tell you, i have had enough now, don't push me to the edge. The car is still bouncing as bad as it was the last time. If a layman like me can gauge it, your technical team certainly can. Either they are hiding something from me or may be they are not that smart???

                      Let me tell you because of too much air pressure in my car, if anything wrong had happended, i'll go extra mile to get it claimed through consumer court. Get my car checked and get this issue fixed of bouncing as you've pushed me to the edge now.

                      I'll wait for your reply on this.

They said that they are calling from honda motors ltd. They took a telephonic interview and asked for security money of ₹ 1450 by saying they provide training. They again asked for money of ₹5800 and said by this amount they will provide a laptop and mobile. I have numbers of three of them.

                            I have honda city car bought in 2011-12, vijay bhatter. Have the car for six years plus never faced a issue in service but today my car had gone for service to arya honda sewri workshop their service advisor was mr. Anand, he was very rude and arrrogant and wasting time, picking time of the car was 8 am but the driver came at 9am, then we had to follow up then someone replied that they have just recieved the car that was 11.30 am, we explained the issues faced anand was not interested when pushed he said he will revert, for couple of hours no revert, my wife called him around 2.30 pm to her he said they cant find any fault in ac, they had argument, he was abusive and banged the phone, i was not aware as i was busy at work around 3.30, anand called and said ac not working, brake pad not working and host of other work, i told anand i will revert, i spoke with my wife she told me what happended with anand...

                            Is this service standards of honda dealership.. Very disappointed.. Now since couple of hours we are struggling to get our car back, we dont want to get our car repaired at place where people have no manners..

                              My name is tarun gupta and i belong to hoshiarpur city. I bought honda amaze car from g s auto world (Galaxy honda) situated in jallandhar punjab on 10 oct 2018. Now even after 3 months dealer is not providing me rc of the car and are making daily excuses. Even local staff has stopped picking up my call. I have not drove my car from last 1 month because of no documents. I think g s auto world is the most irresponsible dealer i have ever dealt with. So necessary action should be taken against the dealer and my rc should be provided to me.

                                I am here to inform you that the honda jazz v cvt 2018 (Automatic transmission) which we owned has a problem with its air conditioning from day 1 and also has problem with fuel meter, infotainment system etc. Already contacted dealer several times more 20 times in past 9 months and dealer tried everything but the problem has not been solved. The problem is air conditioner is not cooling our car at all. Even if we set the temp at low and fan speed is at max the car doesn't get the chill. Even the passengers seating back seat don’t feel that ac is working. Looks like someone has fitted a 1 ton ac in a room which requires a 2 ton ac. Since the summer is around the corner and we live in palakkad, kerala where the temp goes more than 40 degrees celsius it is my request to you, please figure out the problem make the air conditioner right. Please respond as soon as possible and make sure our ac works.

                                Kindly figure out all the issues and clear to make the honda as most valuable and trusted brand.

                                  Hi,

                                  I have been using a honda city i-vtec since 2013 and prior to this i have also owned another older model of honda city. (Include car details like vin number and rto number)

                                  Two months back, i gave my car to sundaram honda, tirupur for a full service insisting them to completely take care of whatever needs to be taken care.

                                  They advised me to replace the entire clutch unit (Replace flywheel, brg clutch rls, bolt flance, flywheel comp, disk comp friction, oil seal) & some other miscellaneous parts as they have worn out.

                                  I agreed upon and they charged me around 60, 000. Rs for the service.

                                  Further to this i double verified with them that nothing more needs to replaced and they said the car is good to go

                                  But right after 3, 500kms from the service has been done., my car gets break-down in the middle of the road without much of any prior ruptures.

                                  Then, i had to tow my vehicle to another sundaram honda, service hub at chennai., where i have completely lost faith over honda.

                                  They now told me that the entire clutch unit needs to be replaced again (A good joke indeed) also very much shocking.

                                  The reason : they have left a bearing unit unattended previously (Which has caused a very new clutch unit to worn out within a mere 3000 kms)

                                  I have raised a compliant against this. They people at the honda service took my car for a toss and are now asking to replace for the clutch parts again.

                                  Was it my fault to check the parts of car., inspite of double verifying the condition of car with the service advisor or is it that the service people at the honda lack proper knowledge about honda cars???

                                  Is this the quality of products at honda?? Why does not my new clutch unit is covered under warranty

                                  If this is the case, then how i can trust honda and how i can use anymore for the long/night drive?

                                  I am never going to purchase a car with honda next time and also not going to suggest anyone as honda is lacking proper service destinations and also highly compromising on standard of quality recently.

                                  Its so sickening when things like this happens again.

                                  Many times complain but not changed . Yesterday we submitted issue again but service provider says that it is not in our guarantee. My car is in under guarantee and this is manufacturing issue, so it is company responsibility to change it.

                                    Myself dr krishna keshav had bought a car model honda city v petrol from vaishali honda in 2015 from vaishali honda, patna.in 2017 i had claimed to change front bumper which was damaged due to strike by a buffalo. But it was not changed at that time as i was assured that its ok but problem was still persisting. Apart from that right side gate at driver site was also damaged which was also not fully changed due to which problem in side mirror is persisting. Its very disappointing because at the time of insurance i was told by the company that you will not have any problem if anything needs to be changed under insurance claim. But when i go for servicing and to look for problem their behavior and attitude are not like service provider. What should i do, kindly guide.? Should i sale my car? This is totally disheartening and against consumer protection.

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      I want to bring your notice for action of my problem.
                                      Our complaint ticket no is 1-[protected] dtd 19.12.2018 and 1-[protected]. No action have been taken till 10.01.2019.
                                      Even send letter to us to take back activa from show room, other vise they will charge rs 100 per day for garage charges. Since 12.12.18 vehicle is in dealer show room.

                                      I purchased activa through above subjected agency and its breakdown several time in a month and i visited to dealer for rectification, details are as under.

                                      Before receiving the activa its was run 16 km. And when i drive it and use break, it stop, i phase this problem several time, then visited to dealer to rectify it, they told it is minor problem and retune it but after that also i phase same problem and visited again and same answer was given by dealer and rectified as previous. (Two times visited for same problem).

                                      Again when i start it to drive, it start to run without giving any race than again i visited to dealer and they again do something to rectify it. (It was third time visit for rectification)

                                      On dated 12.12.18 when i was going to put number on plate on my activa (Same vehicle) its stop to working horn, light and then stop the activa between heavy traffic and i was with my spouse and we just save us, otherwise we may phase serious accident at that time. Then i call dealer and send back the activa through his mechanic to him. Next day they inform me that i rectify it and change battery now it is ok. (It was fourth time)

                                      Due to above problem i requested to dealer to change the activa but mr. Satendra owner of sarda automobile, refused it and told me whatever you want to do, do it. Then i went to meet main dealer as mentioned above on subject. They call to mr. Satendra and instruct him to bring the activa in his workshop.

                                      On dated 18.12.18 ceo of aditya sales call me and told me that coupler was loose and repair it.

                                      I want bring to your notice again that i phase several problem as mentioned above with this new activa (All problem found within one month only).

                                      Due to above problem i requested to ceo of aditya sales lucknow (His contact no is [protected]) to replace it or give me assurance in writing that if any problem will come they will replace it but he also refused for it.

                                      You are requested to instruct to dealer to replace this activa or give me assurance in writing that in future if this type problem will come they will replace it.

                                      I also made a complaint to national consumer helpline and complaint no. 1060673 dated -19.12.18.

                                      Abhikaran Honda bhopal after confirming and accepting the booking of Honda jazz on December 19 cancelled the booking on December 25 saying the stock is not available and asking us to pay the new price as per the revised rates of 2019.

                                        Date of incident & towed to service center: 19/12/18
                                        Date when the insurance surveyor reported to have given clearance: 21/12/18 (Bharti axa - chennai fpv/12535452/24/03/005788)

                                        Brief description about the damage: bumper, radiator and condenser reported damaged in a freak incident of one iron rod piercing from bottom.
                                        Present status of repair / delivery: company reports it is not yet done and the vehicle will be handed over after repair. (After 10 days yesterday i received one whatsapp photo o[censored]nattended vehicle)

                                        I am g raghavan from axis bank and on our collective decision my bank has procured more than 5 vehicles in the year 2017 from olympia honda, ambattur, chennai.

                                        My vehicle's radiator/ condenser are reported damaged due to piercing of one iron road, and the vehicle was towed to olympia honda on the same day from the place of incident to olympia service centre, ambattur, chennai.

                                        However the treatment meted out to me despite regular follow up with the service centre are pathetic. Despite the insurance company clearance for go ahead 8 days back, the service person informed me on 25/12/18 that they have ordered for the spare and it may take 2 days. He assured that the vehicle will be ready by thursday 27/12/18, evening.

                                        On not receiving any information on 27/12/18, i called up the service manager/ supervisor just to get information that they will check and inform. Then after repeated calling they informed that "the spares are received but work is not commenced". When i specifically told that my family is planning for a tour outside the city on sunday the 30/12/18, they informed that they will try to give the vehicle on saturday. However again after patiently waiting until saturday evening, i called up the team. Much to my dismay, they casually informed "the vehicle requires much more time as they have just started repairing it."

                                        I am supposed to take my elderly parents who are to attend a family function at trichy, today, which i have been informing the service team since thursday.

                                        However, due to casual/lethargic/ irresponsible approach of olympia honda team and extraordinary delay in handling customer requests, the entire tour programme is shattered.

                                        No one in the service centre is taking up any responsibility and even to reach the correct person it takes 15 minutes. For obvious reasons i am not giving any name of the service team members, which you can infer on enquiry.

                                        (A) what is the use in choosing the show room attached service centre for this simple job, from where i have purchased the vehicle.?
                                        (B) what is the service protocol your company has prescribed for these repairs? Even a road side mechanic would have completed the job in 3 days while it is almost 11 days today, that i do not know when the vehicle will be finally be ready.
                                        (C) what is the time schedule for replacing radiator/ related repairs?
                                        (D) why the customer is given a false promise for delivery on thursday (27/12/18) and non execution of job even after 4 working days?
                                        (E) why is the service personnel are so casual in their approach?

                                        I am using honda city for the 2nd consecutive time in the last 6 years for its name and performance. Now i am totally fed up with the service delay and attitude displayed by your authorised centre (Olympia honda - ambattur).

                                        My entire tour programme planned for this new year eve with my parents, and family members are shattered. Arrangements made at few temples for performing pooja are getting cancelled which we consider inauspicious and has left us in lurch.
                                        Getting alternate mode of journey, with elderly people around, at this crucial time (New year - long week end) is not found feasible.
                                        You have taken customer's requirements very lightly but kept on promising alternate days, without even understanding their plans, despite clear indication well in advance.
                                        You have treated customer's representations with utmost disrespect and displayed your arrogance of market leadership. The market position is nothing but collective experiences of loyal customers, which are clearly taken for granted. I am forced to write that, "who cares" attitude, will ruin any corporate.,
                                        The mental agony created by your service team has left an uttlerly dissatisfied customer in me, on whose insistence, my batch mates have purchased 5 vehicles from the same show room, for the second consecutive time. (You can check with the show room - sales managers)
                                        I am not sure what is your company's policy towards this sort of complaints.
                                        Nevertheless, i am forced to write this mail on a sunday, as my 2 day's tour is marred by one irresponsible team.

                                        You are liable to compensate my family for the mental agony. For sure i will take up with appropriate legal forums, in case i don't get any response from your company within 5 working days.
