Honda Cars India Ltd. — Honda connect not working

I purchased a car from prestige honda, rajpura road patiala ( punjab) in diwali 2015.
When I went to prestige honda, patiala for service of my car on[protected]. There I purchased honda connect, an accessory for safety of car of Rs 6000/- whose details are under below:

1. Trips and analysis of journey and GPS System not working.
2. It is showing location of our car in Manesar, Haryana at all times.

On registering complaint with Prestige Honda Patiala, they neither changed instrument(accessory) nor resolved my problem.
Please look in this matter.

please do not buy honda connect, if it is free also. they are asking for1 year subscription after a month and if device is not working they can not do any thing except blaming their counter part.my device was not working since I purchased. after daily follow up it was replaced and I paid one year subscription against my old device. the subscription amount has not been transferred. I have complaint no.1-[protected] nd 1-[protected]. but one to one executive has same answer" your complaint has been forwarded to concerned person. He will revert back" In reality, that concerned person does not exist.

Honda connect device not working even after paying renwal fee for current year and 8 months are already passed. No body has answers but for subscription renewal they do calls, not for service.

The same is with me. The subscription was renewed but it is not working showing the device is not active. Worse service by Honda connect.
