I bought a new honda jazz on 29th july 2015 and it got stolen on 30th july 2015 then After a couple of days of applying insurance the insurance inspector brought it to my notice that one of the spare key out of the 2 keys which were given to me by the company was a fake one and does not match with the original key.
the company is also not helping me find a solution to this problem as well as the police is also not helping me attain justice.
I am feeling helpless in this case and i am being cornered by everyone.
my case is registered under fir no - 008752/2015

    My car no HR 51 AW 3397 My car accident i sent my car to dealer for repairing but insurance claim given only for glass but my bumper also broken. my insurance is zero depreciation in internal Honda insurance ( National insurance ).       I have purchased Honda JAZZ petrol version by booking on 16.07.2015 and paying the remaining amount on13.08.2015. The vehicle was delivered on 19.08.2015. When I went for vehicle registration at RTO office in september they identified that the chassis number of the vehicle by Honda dealer at Tirupati was wrongly entered and I was denied vehicle registration. I approached the contact persons at Express Honda whose mobile numbers are :[protected]; [protected] several times and they repeatedly say that they are going to complete it in a weeks time. But there is no progress. Twice I complained to the people who contacted me about the feed back about the purchase of Honda JAZZ. I request for immediate action.

          I have bought my Honda Amaze in July 2014, My Vehicle Regn No is RJ35CA1358. After 14000 KM I felt loose of power and at 14200 suddenly my car lost pick-up at all. I took it to dealer AutoKam Honda, Udaipur. They said that clutch plate is broke down and needs to be replaced. They says that its is not covered in Warranty. While repairing they mentioned that Pressure plate and Flywheel also needs to be replaced. They gave me a bill of 25000 Rs. My car is in workshop from past three days. I do not understand how clutch plate, pressure plate and flywheel can be worn at in a new car. Reason they give is driving conditions. I am driving from past five years. And have driven Maruti and Ford cars. I never need to replace clutch plates even at 95000 kms on Swift DZire. I asked the dealer to sit with me a point out the fault in driving pattern. However I did not got a answer from them. When I researched on google I found hundreds of Similar cases like this across India. Does these means all of these complaining customers are bad drivers? I think Honda should make a driving test mandatory before selling cars as per their quality standards. I have read the cases on various forum where even after replacing clutch plates, it worn out again very soon. I think Honda should address this issue and provide a constructive solution. My car is still in workshop. Can anyone suggest what should be done? I am not sure if this forum will be helpful for my case, but I am sure future buyers or Honda Amaze owners with similar problem can related to clutch plate issue. Bharat Paliwal [protected]@gmail.com
          It is same case with me. My car Amaze S MT.. The clutch plates have gone for 20000Kms.. Not sure what to do.

            Dear Sir

            I am an owner of Honda Mobilio car. Very enthusiastically I opted for new Honda Mobilio in 2014.I bought it from Prestige Honda, Lally Motors Pvt Ltd, Jalandhar, Punjab, vide B.No-658 dated 19/10/2014.My Car’s Registration No.- is PB 29 T 6400.But sorry to say that I am highly disappointed with the whole experience. Material used is of very light, rather I would say of poor quality which I never expected from a brand like Honda. There is a lot of noise of seats, from side pillars in the cabin and irritating noises from the back portion of the car when we take a turn, move around or upwards. We complained of the same to the service center also and they assured that the problem will be solved, but of no avail. No doubt, the service centre people listened to me very patiently, rather they were very accommodating but could not help me out of my problems.

            I wrote it about the same to you too few months back but got no response. After getting done two services from Vidhata Honda, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana, the problem is still there.I don’t think if I can recommend this car to anyone who wants to enquire about it.

            Sir, I have been using Skoda Octavia since 2006, Hynduai i20 and Verna cars since 2010, Cruze and Toyota Corola but till date I have not faced any problems with these cars.

            Kindly pay attention to what I am writing and try to resolve my problems with the car.I am hopeful to get a positive response this time.

              I am verry disappointed, with the honda city's cabin noise. In this car cabin each and every sound filters in to the cabin and for such premium brand it's very shameful. I just want to say that, when I was taking the vehicle at that time I feel so pride for buying the honda car, but becouse of this cabin noise, I have broken my trust on honda. Do something about this problem.

                Car sold already registerd for warranty 6 months ago - basically sold me a used & second hand car - Delight Honda - cheating customers - do not buy cars from Delight Honda - absolute rouges. took delivery of Honda amaze on 1/11/15 - tried to register for warranty - refused by Honda as the car is already sold & registered for warranty to some other owner - highly regret buying HOnda - HONDA hand in glove & selling used cars cheating used cars

                  Having the desire of purchasing a HONDA car within reasonable range i have waited for 1 year and rejected the offers from other car manufacturing companies, although considerable amount of discount/offers is offered at their end.But i have planned to stick to my plans. With the launch of NEW HONDA JAZZ with good security features i have planned to purchase the said car and have started enquiry from Spectrum Honda, Dibrugarh.Getting the verbal assurity of good service from the sales persons, i have ignored my problem of distant location of dealer as my work station is in Jorhat, Assam around 150 km from the dealer.Purchase process goes well and i have purchase a Honda Jazz (I-VTEC) on 14.10.2015.

                  On 31.10.2015 at 2.53 pm i have received a call from the dealer enquiring about the service quality. She has requested to give 10 marks out of 10, so that the dealing staffs has good future prospect and this also will increase the image of the concerned dealer. I wish for their betterment, so i gave 10 marks out of 10.Additional interesting fact the telecaller informed me "if you give 10 out of 10, you will get good service in future from the dealer".It means if someone gives less marks, he/she will not get good after sale service.I did not understand as it seems more as a threatening than as a request. But i have decided to give 10 out of 10 as it may help someone.

                  My first service is due on 1000 km or 1 month whichever is earlier.So i have started enquiring about with the sales person whom i have contacted for purchase of the vehicle ie Mr.Deepjyoti Haloi.Being a Banker, my schedules are usually very tight, so i was planning to go for my first service on Sunday ie, 08.11.2015.I has a slight scratch on the front right side of my vehicle, which i need to get painted.He informed me that painting is not possible on Sunday and inform me to come on some other working days.He ask me to give him a call to book for service.As per my record i have booked for service on 08.11.2015 at 11.58 pm.

                  On 09.11.2015 we have started our journey early at 5.00 am as we have an appointment with a doctor for my ailing wife. But due a fire in a oil taker between Moran and Lepetkata, Dibrugarh, the road was blocked for 3-4 hours and we have reached late.we have entered the dealer at 11.30 am.We have entered the service area for the documentary work.The lady at the service centre directly said "you have no booking".I was shocked, as i have enquired a no of times with Mr.Haloi before coming to this point and has booked the same on Sunday as i have already mentioned.I have called the concerned person to enquire.He was on leave on that day and said " no, the booking was made and ask me to give the phone to the concerned lady", they have spoken for sometime and we have been kept waited.Finally, the lady said " ok, it was made in the Sunday evening " As already informed to Mr.Haloi, i ask her to paint the scratched area which is considerable small.She inform me to talk to Mr. Keshab Gogoi, the in charge of paint section.The straight reply i got, not possible today, you have to leave the vehicle for one day in the workshop.Again, i called the sales person Mr.Haloi and ask him why did he call me if painting can't be done, he has no reply.Now, i come to know that all are same and they are not going to respond to my request, so i requested Mr. Keshab Gogoi to do the general servicing, he went for vehicle inspection. During inspection i request him to check the Brakes sound and Bumper adjustment. He replied we will check the brakes but bumper adjustment is not possible today. Now, i get angry and shouted at him " what you can do?"Observing my angriness, he has noted the same in the service sheet in a unwilling attitude, which a premier customer does not expect.

                  After getting the vehicle into the service area at around 1.00 pm, we have went for seeing a doctor nearby as by that time condition of my wife has worsen.But we could not traced any one.Thereafter we have waited till 3.00 pm each time requesting the persons in the service room to do it early as somehow we have delayed our appointment with the doctor to 4.00 pm and condition of my wife becomes more serious.Additionally, we have to go another 200 kms to reach our work station ie, Jorhat.

                  Wahh...finally What a reply from Mr. Keshob Gogoi, we can't deliver the vehicle before 6.00 pm.Considering indifferent attitude from Service area employees, i have left with no other option than to personally visit the service area to see the present progress. The vehicle was kept intact and with the little adjust of front bumper.Seeing myself there Mr.Keshob Gogoi rushed in and said that your bumper was cracked, whereas no damage was there in the bumper before putting the vehicle into the service room.This means that as a revenge to my anger during vehicle inspection, he has willingly broken the front bumper.I have explained my problems to Mr.Jayanta Ghosh, dealing technician for internal servicing.Being a man with humane nature and watching my ailing wife standing besides me, he has completed the process with 10 minutes and went for a test drive for checking the brakes, the sound of brakes was not there at that time.But later on the problem again arises.He rushed the vehicle to the washing section.There also Mr.Gogoi( a short guy) if i has not made any mistake helped me to complete the work as early as possible. He on humanity ground considering my doctor's appointment and long distance of return, has cleared the Vehicle before a vehicle locally from Dibrugarh.This attitude of the Employee is not appreciated by the seniors and was scolded for such consideration.This process also takes hardly 30 minutes.

                  I hurriedly return to the Service Room to get the invoice of first service, but there also they have waited me long and at around 5.00 pm we were able to come out of the dealer. Due to much delay, we are unable to get any appointment.

                  Another suprise of the day is puncture of front right wheel.A new car which has just run 1200 km, how can a tire be punctured?There is a defect with the tyres of the Company.There is leakage of air from the front wheel resulting in this disgusting condition.As the spare tyre is R14 size, i have to purchase a new tyre on the very next day costing Rs.5000/-

                  I felt to be at great loss and disgusted to be attached to a Company/dealer who can't provide the minimum service that is being expected by every Customer. As a Customer of your products, i request the Company / concerned dealer to give reply to the following issues:
                  1) What is my use of giving 10 scores out of 10 to a service of a dealer, if i actually got ZERO? After reading the above narration, do the Company feels a Customer will be satisfied with the service?After giving such service, do a sales person have the right to ask for good score for their service?
                  2) If a dealer can't give the service, why they call a Customer to harass? What is my use of pre booking for service, if after booking also none of my issues are attended? It is universally known that free service is nothing but giving a good wash to your car.It is again proved by the service of the dealer.
                  3) Do the Company/Dealer thinks a good review from such a disappointing Customer?
                  4) I did not went 200 km from my work station, with loss of 1 day leave just to wash a car.It is available in my area at just Rs.200/-. Why my issue of painting the little scratch of right front side, brake sound etc are not at all attended?All these issues are being discussed with the sales person before making the pre booking. Who will bear our cost of fuel/fooding/new tyre cost, as i got nothing except harassment?
                  5) Do the Company/Dealer only trains sales persons to attract Customers, not the service persons to handle a Customer? Do you that a Company/Dealer will gain business if the sales and service are completely opposite, one gaining at one end and other losing at the other?

                  I am at great loss and is completely harassed and disappointed by the service of the dealer.My first free service has resulted nothing but loss of my time, energy and money.As such reimburse me the following expenses which i would have avoided, if i would not have chosen your service:
                  a) Cost of Fuels(Rs.2000/-) and Fooding (Rs.2500/-) total amounting to Rs.4500/-
                  b) Cost of new Tyre purchased for Rs.5000/-

                  All the above narrated matters are true and can be supplemented by proofs/records/bills etc.This can also be enquired with some of the staffs of the dealer with whom we have made verbal request.My intentions are neither to hamper the Company's/Dealer's image nor to revenge any employee but to lighten you with the present horrible service condition of the dealer ie, SPECTRUM HONDA, DIBRUGARH

                    Had purchased an Brio car ( MH-01_BU-3129) more than one year ago. First six months there was no problem with the car. After that, scraping noise when you rotate the steering started. Gave the car to the service centre. They were not able to resolve it and gave me a mail that this noise is prevalent in all Brio cars. As such the same is an inherent feature of the car and cannot be considered an complaint. I wrote to the Customer care of Honda. They give a reply on similair lines. I asked them to specify under which Standards ( whether Indian or International) such noise is permitted. They did not reply instead just replied that they are making improvements in respect of the same for their future supplies. . On my continous complaints and follow up they deputed their service Mangaer (Western Region) to inspect the same. On discussion with him he admitted that there is a design flaw ( my error i did not record the conversation) and they are improving on the same. They again recalled the car and returned it as it is. It was basically an exercise done by them to comply with their ISO norms. Now they just ignore my mails and complaints. Basically Honda has manufactured and dumped an sub standard car on the Indian consumers. They are very well aware of it and are just hoping that the customer gets fed up . I have been very clear with them, I just want a defective free car. But they are just ignoring because they know that Indian laws are lax and they are taking advantage of the same. I have all their written mails which clearly point out that an defect ( which now they are terming it as an inherent feature) is there in the design.

                      I purchased Honda Amaze from Deccan Honda Pune, Vehicle no. MH14 EP 767 SMT. Problems which will put my life on threat when I drive Honda amaze.

                      1. Dash board reflection( image of dash board) comes on front glass ( wind shield) during bright sunlight and visibility becomes poor and cause pain in eyes.
                      2. In night when front vehicle flash comes on wind shield glass of my car, total vision gets loss, light on front glass spread over entire area and can not see the road and front of my vehicle. This may cause accident.
                      3. While driving in night head light is very low power can not see the road. I can not increase the power of light by changing bulb as warranty will spoil and Honda do not takes any responsibility if made changes outside.

                      This is design problem and how RTO has passed this vehicle is question mark.
                      I complaint in the Honda from 3rd service itself after driving less than 5000 km.But Honda response is very poor and they comparing with other Honda Amaze car and saying this is in all vehicles.
                      Honda should solve this problem or give me my money back. I can not put my life on risk by driving Honda with these problem.

                        I have purchased Honda Jazz VX Diesel on September 23rd from Dakshin honda, Bangalore. I was informed that navigation chip will be delivered to me in couple of days. Then i have called the sales executive, she told that it was not received from Honda India private limited. Few days again i have visited the showroom still same answer saying that it will be received in two days. This answer has been repeating till now (Oct 30th) today. Not sure when i will get the navigation chip. There is no use buying a car with Navigation system and I believe honda was most trusted among the world and dont know where the issue is being stuck. There is no communication from showroom or executive for the update. Every time i need to visit the showroom to get this answer. Kindly do the needful to get navigation chip. Its almost more one month over.

                          My car HR51AF- 6768 insurance policy was renewed on 10th October 2015. Two days earlier Ms. Shweta insurance adviser inform that My car insurance IVD Rs. 347800.00 and premium Rs. 8150/- after discount cheque to be given. Accordingly I have given Cheque and same was informed by Ms. Shruti who collected the cheeque. When I received the Policy documents the IVD reduce to Rs. 321000/- without my information. when I contacted to Ms. Shweta regarding she told me she will cancel this policy and will provide me new policy on take new photograph of my car. at work shop. When I reach there they inform me Inspection of car can be done at my place also. Same day some one came and made inspection and photograph. There after two days Ms. Shweta told me now my Policy can not be cancel. due to the National Insurance co. refuse to cancel.. Then ask her to refund me the excess premium you collected. Then she refuse. and told me next time will consider. That is not acceptable to me I asked her either return my cheque amount or amend the policy IVD. but she did not understand. This way Classic Honda is cheating people collect the premium on higher IVD and issue the Policy on Lower IVD. I hope you will understand how these adviser are dealing with your clients. So next who will go for any work there.

                            I complained noise in car of Honda jazz petrol. They took my car thrice, but noise not removed, their service manager reply is this noise persists in all Honda jazz & they cannot remove this noise at this point of time. But i purchased this car of Honda brand assuming, they deliver me best car. But regret to state i received car of cyclic noise in neutral. Hence i need replacement of car.

                              My car met with an accident on 10/10/2015 at mid night when the car hit an obsticle on jaipur-ajmer highway, ground clearance being low airbags opened giving my family a great shock. On 11/10/15 at noon My car was brought to sunshine honda jaipur it took a weeks time for insurance process after all that i was told that airbags will be transported from Bangalore after five days i inquired Mr Ajay (Honda G.M.) said car will be ready by 29/10 2015. Today (29/10/15) when i called up Mr Manish(Service manager) said airbags have been received but the seat belts are not available, again i spoke to Mr Ajay he said grey colour belts are not available whereas our car has beige seat belts to which Mr. Ajay said that he will find out and get back to me but he didn't respond. I feel i'am being misguided by Mr.Ajay, Mr.Manish, Mr.Jagdish, Mr. Swadesh (all Service managers). nobody gave a satisfactory response. Things have gone beyond Limits as company like HONDA is lacking services.

                                Hi, This is Ashish having Honda City VX. I did the 3M teflon coating for over body paint as well as under body coating in Girinar Honda Amravati (MH) but they did not given card for overbody coating and they just put 3M sticker over glass and told me that if you show this sticker to any honda showroom then your 2nd round of teflon will be done..but Punes showroom is not accepting same.I have mail from GIRINAR Honda Amravati that they will invoice mail for teflon but they did not send..

                                  I bought Honda grazia scooter from Pashankar auto pvt. ltd. (address-364, 364/2shivaji nagar, jungli, maharaja chowk, pune, MH411005) Billing date 16 April, 2019, vehicle received date 30 April, 2019 but I am not satisfied with bike and your service because of lots of issue in bike and service.

                                  List of issues in scooter are as follows:-

                                  1. Wrapping mark, scratch on lens Lens yellowish and wrapping not removed from lens in front Turn indicator lamp in both side
                                  2. Scratch on Tyre cover guard/black cover
                                  3. Wrapping mark and wrapping is not removed from lens in front RR(Reflex reflector) lamp in both side
                                  4. Lens surface layer ( Hard coating layer) peel-off, Wrapping mark, and wrapping not removed from lens in Head lamp.
                                  5. Wrapping mark, scratch on lens Lens yellowish and wrapping not removed from lens in Rear Turn indicator lamp in both side
                                  6. Wrapping mark, scratch on lens Lens yellowish and wrapping not removed from lens in Rear Lamp(Stop function)
                                  7. Rubbing mark and scratch on front vehicle black body near to turn indicator lamp in both side
                                  8. White mark between lamp & vehicle body.
                                  9. Pathetic condition/Dusty in the pocket of mobile charger.
                                  10. Silencer Rusty.
                                  11. Foot Mat not complete assembly from vehicle.

                                  All issue shown to Mr. Manoj & Mr. Kunal from Pashankar honda during delivery of vehicle.

                                  List of issues by Showroom are as follows:-
                                  1. Till yet didn’t received Vehicle number. Every time giving same excuse that RTO office is closed.
                                  2. For “Free Servicing” date given is 01/05/2019 – 15/05/2019 even though I have taken scooter on 30/04/2019. As per rule 1st free servicing is provided for distance coverage 700-1000 km. Dates given for servicing is wrong it should be 16/05/2019 – 30/05/2019.
                                  3. Chassis No. of scooter is ME4JF49ACJU029350. Based on this it’s manufacturing date is March2018. I bought it in April which means I got more than 1 year old scooter.
                                  I have a issue with battery problem in my manual book there is 21 month warranty or till 20000 km but they r saying they cannot be replaced it the warranty is only for 15 months ...this is vehicles 21 month is running thy can do na ...

                                    Dearsir/madam..my communication number is 1-[protected]. my car honda city i dtec UKO4Q6839 was recived by delear planet honda haldwani on[protected] due to accidental claim . todey my car work was fully completed and i go to dealership to take my car but dealer staff didnot give me car as they say to me that if the claim is more then rupee one lac so the honda have make rule not to delevir car untill we get D.O. i asked them to show me copy of rule or instructions regarding this they were unable to show and then i request them to take cash money or filled amount cheqe by me and give me delever car again they were unable to do my insurance policy is fro honda assure royal sundaram which dealer saled me as cashless and 0 dep. iwas very disappointed by this kind of behaviour from planet honda delership.. they dont give me my car . i feel asamed and disapoointed by this behaviour i have trust honda from last 15 years and frst have owned city zxi then city ivtec and now city idtec and i love honda product heartly and trust it.. but sorry to say that planet honda haldwani dealership is not up to the mark in any sense regarding honda image... i hope thier will be some hard action against this concerning dealer bcoz i trust in honda .thanking yo your sincerly: kailash singh kweera [protected]

                                    dear sir/madam, very sorry to say that nothing have been done on regarding my complain. one e mail i recieved on 27-10-2015 fromarti mishra, customer relationship management honda cars india ltd greater noida that the my matter will resolve in two working days but now seven days have passed yet thier is no response from honda dealership i have done several call to honda 121 customer care no also but i fell that these customer care facilities provided by the company is useless and waiste off time please help me take some other inniatative step for this concerened iissue ... hope that honda will take some hard action against this issue ...regards: kailash singh kweera 9412085124, uk04q6839, honda city i dtec vx

                                        I am a customer of honda cars since 5 years. Recently on 30th of september I met with a small accident on road from my honda amaze. Next day I went to the showroom Abhikaran honda bhopal to claim the insurance and estimate of the damage. the person dealing was Mr. Pandey, he was not at all co-operative with us and gave us poor verbal arguements. After the estimate was made, he assured us that the bill will not exceed 15, 000 and if it does, we will inform you, but after 15 days the company gave us a bill amount of 48, 000. No one in the company gives a good response to the customer and also, never pick up the phone. whenever we call, the concerned person is on holiday and we have to go all the way to showroom to consult for everything. This is an insult for honda cars India to keep such people on duty who don't give appropriate response to the customer. I shall look forward on your response on this matter
