Please don't take the house on rent on address D-76, Ashok Vihar, Phase-2, Gurgaon. because the landlord is not good as behavior..please note these points because i faced these situations. unki doosri property bhi hai jo Laxman Vihar mein hai...wahan bhi same ye hi conditions hai jo maine niche likhi hai...
1- if you want to dispatch your courier on the same address, they open your envelop/courier.
2- Every time when you will go to market then close the door otherwise they listen to you.
3- they want that you will clean their house daily ( two floors like seedhi, chhat)
4- Agar aap apne clothes dulne k baad kapdo ko unki dori par sukhaane k liye daalte ho to wo aapke kapdo ko utar kar deewar par rakh dete hai.
5- Aapki job ko hamesha apne se compair karna...agar aapki koi cheez jaal mein se niche gir jaati hai to wo kabhi bhi wapas nahi deta
6- All time water problem, kiraya hamesha time par chahiye ek din bhi late nahi..
Please don't take this house on rent...otherwise you will suffer these problems...

House For Rent — deduction of amount from advance given for renting an house
Dear Sir,We had rented a house in may 2008 for 11 months period and we had rented the house for Rs.10, 000 and paid an advance of Rs. 1, 00, 000. We had vacated the house according to the agreement after 11 months. And we have no pending rent to the owner. But when he gave back the advance he had deducted Rs. 2, 000 for painting the house. which should be beared and done by him.
this is a complaint againt the house owner.
