we bought gautier bedroom set from house full furniture in the month of January...its totally collapsed and useless within the spam of 6 months against the great saying by the company people that will work atleast 4-5 yrs.

Now when we complaining again and again for repairing or replacing it....they always come out with the new excuses.

we almost spent rs 2000 in petrol to visit their respective counter..

if i would have political approach, i could have kicked them out of market legelly or illegely,

please come to me before buying any product from them at [protected]@gmail.com

and banned them to work in india so that we can teach them the lesson of making consumer fool.

house hold furniture — non delivery of furniture even after 12 days

I got my household cane furniture booked from NJP RAILWAY STATION on 23 sep 08. Total items 06
for delivery to me at jammu railway station. The railways bookiing office gave me a receipt which is numberd as 302748. I ave already made the payment of 5210 rupees to the railways. Though there are direct two weekly trains for jammU tHe railways have sent my stuff to delhi through Mahananda train which terminateds at old delhi rly stn. This I have enquired through the Siliguri based friend of mine. now 10 days have passed my stuff has not been delivered to me.
How can I be delivered my stuf at the earlest AS I have to go to shilong where my husband is posted and there wold be no one to receive the stuff if I leave the station within next week or so.

Target Furniture/Double Bed — Poor quality and no customer care

I had purchased a double bed from Target Furniture Pvt Ltd, Vadodara based on their advertisement of No.1 in India and supplier to:

and so on.

After purchase of double bed, it was found of inferior quality. When we started drawing their attention, they just responded once by email and promised to depute some one and offered to jump on double bed to prove quality of souble bed, but it has never happened in last 2 months.

We have taken up the matter through CERS, but no respomse to them also.
I too bought a dining table from Target Furniture, Chhani. Now, one leg of the table is detached. After placing complaints twice to them there has been a stunned silence from them.
absolutely spot on ;they are a bunch of crooks who entice people with schemes to sell off their rotten stuff. i hv had exactly the same issue. after sales service pathetic to put it mildly.my advice ...its a house to fool people.dont enter vashi shop even by mistake.and i[censored] enter pl dont buy anything. wishing 4 an early closure of the shop to save many people from the misery.

I fully agree with the feedback on Housefull furniture. Its the most ridiculus quality of furniture they sell and they service is over pothetic. DO NOT buy anything from housefull furniture unless you want to waste money and time. I am sufferring by purchasing a sofa set from them and it has borken down in 6 months. Do not buy this furniture. I have purchased of 57K value furniture and with in a month all furniture caught fungus. Even after their some fungus treatment its not resolved. Service is totally pathetic. I am looking for going to consumer court or something like that so no one get cheated again. If anyone have already complain about it please let me know I can also join.

While buying furniture they said its for life long but I hardly use it for one month and now its total waste and they are not responding. I have sent couple of emails to email ID which is mentioned on their site but didnt get any single reply.

Total Mall Furniture — Took More than 1 Month in setting up wardrobe

I bought a 3 door ward robe from Madiwala Total Mall, Bangalore on 23rd Sep, 2010. Its 18th Oct 2010 but so far its not completed the setup of my ward robe.
Its taking more than month in completion of customer complaint.
Very poor customer service.

what all you people have gone mad or something; the furniture I have bought is still the same glowy and solid for past 4 years. Its the best I have ever purchased.

I agree more than 100% with these comments.This company has no business to exist. They are a gang of dacoits, cheats and thugs -more than terrorists.

I bought full sets of furniture from them and :
- Sofa furnishing cloth got disfigured and discolored within 5 months o[censored]se
- Glass Centre table bottom glasses became loose from the adhesive
- Cupboard handles and knobs came off and got broken easily while opening the doors
- Cupboard doors gradually will not close and remain out of match
- Beds planks took the shape of a boat - no proper support
- Top surface of the furnitures peeling off gradually
- Dressing table mirrors showing disfigured images
No Consumer forum in India can punish them.
They can flourish in India only .
I strongly agree to that facts about readymade furnitures available in market.

Readymade furniture is a good item, in Europe, USA, where people define what is to be done, and they do like that.

Here the people just make dummy items, which are kept in showrooms on atractive decorated stalls. They look good as long as they are in show-rooms, because the care-taker clean them, patch the defects, replace defective items.

It is the people, who subscribe to foolish schems run by the shops.
So one should be careful, and do not get into schemes..

Get your furniture done by carpenters. This will help Indian craftsmen. I have bought a cupboard [I can not say it wardrobe] from Zuari. The next year I got two "Deevans" made from a carpenter.

Zuarian cupboard is dancing and the "deevans" are still good.

Take care this Diwali and avoid buying such stuf[censored]nplanned. The schemes are awaiting for next targets.. Jai ho...!!!

a similar experience: we bought a wall unit; for which the front glass arrived was of different size than required; I am doing continuous follow up with House full for last 7 days but no commitment or satisfactory answers from them.
Its silly on my part that I didn't check on net b4 approaching house-full.
At least, I am not going to but anything more from House-full.

I am Balaji.V from surat. HOUSEFULL is No.1 Fraud company. They never keep promises. I bought Full bedroom set for Rs.27999, Matress for Rs.4999, 3+1+1 Fancy sofa for Rs.17000(along with centre table) and a dinning table for Rs.10000. All are THIRD RATED products. In two months time, there are many complaints which i you people already specified above. Mr.Dhiren Rajgor will not pick his phone up. I am going to BURN these products at the ground of my society and put a BANNER where it will be indicated "THESE PRODUCTS FROM HOUSEFULL ARE GOOD FOR BONFIRE".. They had a good taste from the Money from my Blood & Sweat.

I suggest the people to get furnitures done from carpenters. Basically these PARTICLE BOARDS donot have their quality when compared to wood. Usually, the furniture made from particle board are not Water resistant, heat resistant and even in moisture they catch fungus easily. These particle boards from malasia are very bad quality.

From Site I downloaded E Catlogue of HOUSE FULL and was in a mood to go for Full set ( @ Bed .Hall, Dianing ) sets.

which had bent like boat shape earlier.)and My Dressing table mirror

Total Mall Madiwala Is Pathetic To The Core - No Doubt

I had ordered for a sofa set which they delivered 12 days post the date said by them that too only after hundreds of call from our side.
Many a times they never used to answer the calls and at times switch off their cells as well.
Total Mall staff and management has behaved in a very disgusting manner - ABOVE ALL the sofa set I received was defected/faulty and its been 3 months now I am trying to get it replaced but they have not buzzed. I would have made more than 100 calls but no response. 2 people came to my house to see the sofa set on 2 different occasion, they confirmed that the sofa set is faulty but nothing has been done yet.
I have been speaking to Sateesh [protected] and Lawrence [protected] and its hard to say who is more disgusting.

I want to know what action can I take against them and who to approach for a complain - if any idea please help.

I am also one of the customer who has been cheated by the HOUSEFUL - i got a 3 door wardrobe some six months back which is of no use now - the entire back side got bulged and these people are not even attending the complaint. My only request to those who are planning to buy from them is to re-think their shop and better not to choose their stuffs...

I completlly agree with this. One of the sadest company in giving service. Called around 10 times, but still problem is not rectified. They are BIG FRAUD. Bought one sofa set & the quality is poor... Poor is not the word to use...
Please do not go for any housefull products especially ones they sell cheap during sale. Their wardrobes are of very substandard quality. The wooden base in each drawer is hardly 3mm thick. And they tend to bend if you put slightly more clothes/items on them.

Customer care is even worse. I have been calling them every day to send a carpenter to my home. Everytime they have some or other excuse for not coming. I'm really frustrated with these people. I hope this company goes bankrupt soon so that more people wont be cheated.

the dining set we have ordered, reached our home after 13 days, again they took 1 more days to install it.house full furnitures have charged Rs2000 extra from other stores of same dining set.when we confirmed it outside and tried to cancelled it, they have refused to do so.we want strong action against it.
I bought 3 wardrobes from Houfull, KukatPally, Hyderabad on 19th August. I was promised that the delivery will happen on 28th August without fail. However they didn't deliver on 28th. When called they said sorry we will deliver on 31st Aug and again no showup. Then when went to shop, the delivery was promised on 1st Sep. Even that didn't happen and when I try to call no one is picking up the phone though the phone appears busy at times, even if you call after that there is no response. Their service is pathetic.
I saw this post very late. After getting cheated by this stupid company. Now regretting why i didn't search about this furniture market cheaters earlier. Suffering after making a purchase of 17000 . Only thing that is still remaining after 2 months is the shoe rack. All the other things are in the worst situation. Ruby dressing table glass came out completely and fallen on earth twice in a month. For the fist time i approached 20 times their head office and complained and after 20 days the person came to change that. And within a week, it has fallen down again. It is not only the bad furniture i am regretting for, it is also the risk i have created for my family which bothers me most. Just imagine, after spending 5000 you bought a dressing table and while sleeping on the bed just next to it, the full glass falls down and spreads all over. And that too twice in the same month even aftter the replacement. It clearly gives the idea of the cheap quality they are using. PLEASE DONT BUY ANY PRODUCT THERE.

Glass Centre Table — Company Fraud

Hello, My name is Jyoti Arora and i live in Geeta Colony Delhi - 110031. A company is opened in Geeta colony with the name of Aprutha Traders. I booked a glass centre table from this co, they take advance payment and deliver the item after 15 days so many people of Geeta colony booked items from there but on 1st Oct this shop was not opened and co goes fraud. This co fraud around 1 Crore and i have given Rs 1300/- so nobody get payment. so pls register my complaint.
I am also one of the victims, suffered because bought product from this company. I bought saphire bed in October, 22, 2010. I have lodged a complaint(M 207111/86) about sagged planks in the last week of August 2011. After lot of follow up, carpenter showed up on 1 Sept 2011. He inspected the bed and said that a report would be submitted to Vashi Branch from where I bought this and lodged complaint. Since then I am following up with them on phone(Most of the times nobody responds on this no[protected] and made many visits to their show room. So far nothing has been done and gave some or the other excuse. Now, on 3 Oct recieved a call from their HO (Ph[protected] informing me that I need to pay Rs 1800.00 for replacement of these sagged planks. They are trying to avoid to cover this under warranty. They are cheats and their only intent is make the public fools. Their service is pathetic to say the least and their products are third class.

I bought a sofa set, center table and study table from Housefull on the 6th of october, subject to their guarantee that they would deliver them on the 7th. The furniture was delivered on time, but the leather on the sofa was torn and someone had done a shoddy job of sticking it back with superglue. The center table and office table weren't assembled on time and when they eventually were, the laminate was damaged. I have made three trips, multiple rounds of screaming at the store manager to convince them to give me a refund for the sofa, since they had fixed the center table and promised to give me a credit note for the office table. The store manager, Mr.Vishnu said he would refund in cash. It has been over five days since he promised me this, and every time I call him, he says he does not have the money since all purchases made the previous day were paid by card!! I fail to understand how they can come up with such ridiculous excuses. Mr. Dhiren Rajgor, who has posted so many comments above does not even pick up his phone. I had to threaten legal action for them to even commit to a refund. With the money not in sight, I am contemplating getting a lawyer to sue them. I have complained in housefull, banashankari regarding the dinning table I had purchased on 19-dec-2010.The first response which I had received was misbehavior from your manager. I suppose her name was namita manjunath. Is this the way we the customers should expect once the delivery from housefull is done? my item is still in warranty period but she has told me a different story altogether. I am afraid if this kind of attitude is shown by the manager herself, the name of the brand will go to sands...I again had to call and ask for somebody to check my item and a person had come on the next day and in this day, I spoke to another manager of your organization named mr. Manjunath whose number is [protected] who was supposed to call me in 2 days to give the feedback regarding the process. Its 2 weeks now...no calls from his side...I tried his number thinking he might have forgotten...but then he keeps on disconnecting. It will be nice if you throw light on the matter. With so many competitors around, a simple question why would somebody go to housefull to get such a response?

We are also one of the sufferers of this Housefull furniture at Kukataplly Hyderabad. Purchased dining set of worth Rs9000 of in the month of July2011. 100% payment was made before delivery and had to chase for almost a month for the delivery of the dining set.The delivered set was defective. lodged a complaint with store manager assured to get new piece but for couple of weeks no response .Again going to the store for 3 rd time assured to get new piece in a week till then will deliver the display piece. Accepting this we have been using only used display piece till now yet to get the new dining set. Followed more than 10 times in last 5 months kept assuring new piece will be delivered upon arrival of stock and have to talk to head office. Now the store manager took U turn saying the the selected set is out of stock either have to go for new set paying extra difference amount nor amount can be refunded. Can someone suggest how to act upon these unprofessional rogues wasting our time, money and no peace.If any sufferers from Hyderabad join me in taking this to media exposing these cheaters or lodging a complaint in consumers court.

I have purchased 4 items from Hosefull Furniture for Rs 30000/- couple of days back in their recently opened store in Neelankarai, Chennai. The products are yet to be delivered. They said it will be delivered before 11th July. But after looking at these reviews in internet, I got scared. I don't know whether my products will be delivered on time or not and the complaints related to the quality of the material is concerning. I never thought Housefull is meant for cheap furniture. Rs 30000 is a big amount for me. If I would have read all these reviews in advance, I would have not gone to their store at all.

Problem:

I got Chicago sofa set model in the month of April 2012. It got delivered on may 14 2012.
The wood inside the sofa is of bad quality and completely broken wood.

I paid 25000/- rupees for that sofa and in just one month it is broken and when i called call center for assistance pune they called some one in Bangalore branch and assigned the task to them and they are very bad and rude people ever i met in my life.

They are not helpful and instead of taking the concern and working on it they are always telling the reason that they are busy and dont have time to come and pick the sofa for repair though we are in warranty period, is its just 2 months we got the sofa .

Really very bad behavior from the support team of houseful (pune and Bangalore as well ). Really upset why bought a product from houseful.

IF YOU ARE FOOL BUY IT FROM HOUSEFULL. THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED TO US.

My daughter-in-law was pregnant and we wanted to replace Sofa cum Double to new Single Queen Bed (to comfort her as advised by doctor). We booked Queen bed from
their showroom at Poonam Chamber, Worli Mumbai.Booking No. HDC 1028/2012/1574 in the month of June along with 2 door cupboard. As promised delivery was done partially (cupboard delivered but yet to be assembled) stating that bed got damaged and can be delivered only in August. After several visits/call to their showroom and godown at Bhiwandi, there was no effect on them.

Finally the ordered bed required for NEW BABY, WHO IS NOW NO MORE. We are shattered.

We made Fool of ourselves by not going through the site and complaints made by you all. We are going to give adverse publicity.

We require Refund. We have not expected this from A RENAISSANCE JEWELLERY LTD. INITIATIVE who is connected for this HouseFull Sale. (As per advertisement appeared in Mumbai Mirror of 1/7/12).

I think I've been too late to read these complaints from all these customers, and now I regret not knowing how PATHETIC Housefull is before making a purchase. I purchased 2 wardrobes from your Andheri retail store in Mega Mall on 24th June 2012, the delivery was supposed to be made on 10th July 2012. since the delivery wasn't made on 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, and neither a call from your store regarding the delivery, I decide to call customer care to know what's wrong with my delivery. But what do you know? I keep calling for hours, LITERALLY HOURS YOU HEAR ME? and NO ONE answers the call. so I decide to head to the store where I purchased my product from, where I demand to speak to the manager, but in fact they lie to me saying their head office is in Seepz, when I got back home and searched the net for their head office, it was the same place where I made my purchase from, so now they're FRAUDS and LIARS. Then I get a call saying my goods will be delivered on 16th July 2012. I waited, and the goods were delivered on 18th July 2012. But this is not over yet, another twist in the tale by Housefull, 1 of the doors and mirrors of the wardrobes were BROKEN. So they say the replacement will be done within 2 days, at this point I was like "Yeah Right" cause by now I was aware of housefull's DISGUSTING SERVICE and CONSISTENT LIES. Its 1st August 2012 today, almost 15 days after the replacement should have been done, but I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE REPLACEMENT.

I am never recommending ANYONE, even my ENEMIES to purchase any goods from you. I don't even expect to get a reply from you for this complaint, but I've typed this just to vent out my frustration towards you some place where I can, and hopefully someone will read this before buying any products from you.
I bought a peice of furniture from this company. IN spite of several calls every day, the only response I have got (if at all the phone was answered) is "I will get back to you".
There is no service at all.
It has been over a week tha tthe carton is lying here and nobody has cared to get the same assembled.
Calling the number (of the person who has responded here) also, is of no use. The standard answer is - let me see the status and call you back

Hi All,

I had too purchased furniture from Housefull furniture costing around 30 K. I ordered furniture on 8th July 2012 of which only few furniture were delivered and few furniture are yet not delivered. A part from delivered furniture they are very poor quality, dressing table is not steady keeps dancing when anyone touch it.

My Computer table is yet not delivered, and wardrobe received in damaged condition, both are yet not resolved.

I was really stupid for not referring consumer complaints forum and purchasing furniture from housefull.

Each time customer care team commits to send and repair furniture tomorrow. For last 1 month i am waiting for their tomorrow.

I completely agree with all the complains. However I am yet to experience the quality of the products as I have not yet got the delivery of the wardrobe. First they give a date for delivery which will be almost 20 days after your purchase, secondly they don't deliver on the promised date, thirdly when you try to call and check the status the numbers just go unanswered...then you visit the store to check with the delivery status, they give yo another day and guess what...doesn't happen on that day too...so me and my husband waste most of our time calling the store, customer care which most of the time goes unanswered.

These guys only take orders and collect money, but when it comes to delivery of services they dont remember you, ...bloody crooks..please please please do not purchase furniture from this third grade place!!!
I completely agre with the worst service i ever came across... They have a bunch of managers and how the owners survive after so big frauds..we ordered the wardrobe and valour chest...got delivered late, late assembly, no follow up from the store, jst fake promises... STRICTLY NO GO STORE FOR ANYONE AND EVERYONE.
Its really pathetic - Housefull furniture services are not upto the mark and their staffs are irresponsible and i feel mismanaged- the store manager was supposed to be disciplined but even he goes on giving hyperboles - and even after giving in writing about services/installations pending no action is being initiated - even the company's complaint No. no one picks the call.

this has reference to a order i booked in the month of April and got delivered in the month of july - and still there is no response from their side.

I bought goods worth Rs.55000/- and found cheated, am thinking of moving to consumer court shortly.
Hey guys, i completely agree that Housefull furnitures is a scam. I did some digging and found out their modus operandi. They buy sub standard furniture and often damaged at cheap prices and in turn sell the same. The pieces in the store are in good condition, but what they supply to their customers is damaged. Further on their visiting cards, they do not provide any store numbers. On the bills they provide 3 customer service numbers which are also a fraud. They have one person answering the phone (provided you get through). Either the phone is busy or nobody answers.

The scam does not stop here. Each store or city has a complaints manager. When you go to the store and complain, they direct you to the complaints manager. He will initially empathize with you and assure you that the furniture will be replaced. And later he will avoid you calls (will save the number from which you call) and at times also switch off the mobile.

This is a scam of the highest order. Infact an organized crime. I cant believe that a sham company exists in India. After trying all possible means, I have decided to lodge a cheating case against them.

Pincer buy any product from housefull. Horrible service and bad quality product. Delivery made one month after payment and no responses. Assembly of furniture still not done and they have an excuse ready. Worst experience ever. Would be filling a case in the consumer court soon. Pathetic!
I enjoyed the online experience and ordered 2 TV cabinets and Shoe Rack after visiting the store. I should have taken the cue from the store and the the kind of 'dead' & interested people in the store.

The fun started when my part shipment came by and the delivery guy just called me and said that he is near my house and will be there in 20 min. I was out shopping and then he kept calling to check where he was. The when I reached home, I called him, he said that he would come around 7pm. At 7:30 pm, he said he would be 9 and at 9 he said that it is too late and he will come tomorrow at 3. I requested to come around 5 as we had plans to go out. He said he can only come that time as he has come from Kengeri, Blore. Next day he delivered around 4 and had the audacity to ask for a tip!

I thought my ordeal was over and I was told that the next day, somebody would come and install. I tried calling all the numbers in the invoice for assembly and NOBODY picked a single number of the multiple times I called. FInally, I went to the store and inquired and they gave me a carpenter's number and asked to call to get it fixed. Since I was in a hurry, I called the same day and he did not pick up. I called the next day, he said to call at 11 and at 11 he just asked my order number and put the phone aside for 10min. Later I called Mumbai office and they said will get it done the same day but cannot promise when. Even now I am hoping that it will be installed sometime today, tom, ...

My recommendation is that please do not purchase from here.. It is not worth the headache, frustration or the irritation!!!
ya we too facing the same problem, within a month the door of the wardrobe which we bought it for 10000/rscame out, now when we are calling up, they are not responding.if theypickup the cal they keep giving excuses .if only we can punish these people.
i also agree with the comments actually we all should go to the showroom when they arrange discounts/sale etc., let other people b aware that should not buy products from housefull. Their product as well as service is pathetic.

I had brought iowa bed on 15-aug-12 they hve done power assembly on top of dat the middle plank has not fitted properly after several call they sent their people to check, when he open the bed there was fungus inside

I have ordered one dining table and one 3D shoe rack on 15th August 2012. Within one week I got a call requesting to change the dining table model as the product has got out of stock. Understanding the constraint of supply chain management I revisited housefull vashi store on 8th sept 2012 and make extra payment for the dining table which I choose as replacement. The product was delivered to me on 16th sept 2012 and they assured me that the assembly of both the product will happen within 48 hours. After n number of followup installer came for the installation on 21st sept 2012 and while unpacking the product they found that the shoe rack is damaged and agreed to install the dining table. Since they unpacked both the material at a time they took a damage note and refuse to install the 3D rack. Since then I am in touch with the housefull furniture vashi and HQ customer care. As on date neither the product is replaced neither they have given any complaint number. Each and everytime I was given few structured excuses like the server is down; will call u back in 10 mins; will send you the material in another 2 days time along with the installer.

I am fedup with all this jockers and now I wish to file a case against Housefull furniture at the earliest. Kindly guide me the process to do so. Now I need a strong action to be taken at the earliest along with the compensation.

With so many complsints why is anybody not doing anyhthing. You are all acting like dumb sheep after handing over you precious to them. The first thing is you have to call them and if they dont respond after repeated attempts just walkin to your nearest police station and lodge a complaint of cheating. Then as complaints start increasing the police will definitely prosecute them.

Posting here is good to help educate others but just posting is absolutely useless, take some action, isnt that your hard earned money?

This is the worst ever experience i had ever in my life, Housefull provides the worst services for delivery of

products and installation, i had purchased a wall unit

on the 23rd Sept 2012, made the payment on the spot

using debit card, they said the product will be

delivered only by the 3rd of Oct 2012 due to ganesh

festival, even then the product was delivered on the

4th of Oct and for the installment of the wall unit the person came on the 6th of Oct 2012, but the

installation is still pending as the person who came for installation said that the warehouse guys have

delivered both the cartons of same type (2 of 2 cartons

), the 1st carton might be delivered else where and

after complaining so many times to the houseful

customer care and the house full shop manager, kohinoor

mall, kurla where i had bought the unit, still the

products is not delivered and there are saying it might

take another 10 - 12 days.

I am also going to complaint against this cheater company and also highlight in media. I don't believe that I bought the products and delivered on June, 1st and the door came out on 17th. After that I was calling them, emailing to customer care but it was not resolved. On 15th Aug, I was bound to visit their outlet and shouted over then also I got a false commitment from Mr. Shaikh. Then again ph calls and finally it was resolved just 2 - 4 days before Ganapati. They replaced the door but the lock was not set and they promised me to get it resolved by 2 to 3 days. In mean time the drawers also came out and I showed the boy who came to fit the door. The channels of drawers are made of plastic and the base of drawers are just a thin paper coated thing which have been bended out. I bought this to keep my cloths but I realized that I should have kept "air" only. Just on the day of Gaapati, Deepak, a carpenter from Housefull, called up and assured me to come by 4 o clock to resolve the issue. At 4 o clock he called me back and informed me that he was stuck somewhere and could not come that day but committed me to come on next day. On next day at evening, he called up and informed me that he would come by 15 mins. But still I am counting his 15 mins.

Now the question is I have used the product hardly but having problem more than that. The product is in 1 year warranty and they did not give us proper service as far and after 1 year, what will I do? just keep the product in showcase? I asked for full refund and request them to take their product back but they informed me back that refund will not be possible as their company policy. Do they have company policy to cheat the people only? I think tomorrow some thieves opened a company and set their policy not to give back their goods which they have theft and inform police about their policy.

Now I want to see, what court and media will take their policy to teach them. I will see their last minute.

i really support u guys who has posted all these complaints.i had recently on november 2nd purchased a bedroom set with bed and wadrobe and side table.they have given delivery on 16.11.2012 they have commited to install on 17.11.2012 but still now they have not yet installed and when iam calling to the customer care guys they are promising me that they will install today...and they told that their carpenter will call...still now i didnot received any call from carpenter...really i lost my patients iwas really fed up with this guys calling daily even i have taken leave on 17.11.2012 but no one came for installation...i am really frustated by the harrasment given by this Houseful furnitures...

I had worst experience buying an Alice Sofa Set from Housefull Furnture. I have not even used for 4 months now, it has got totally damaged. When I approach local office in Chennai, they demand me for 1500/- rupees to rectify this.

I am writing this letter with lots of pain & Anger, I brought a LEX Dianing set, on Date :November10, 2012 from Pune's Aundh showroom Keeping Brand name in my mind for my family, as it was told to me by your team while visit that you were known for quality and reliability .

We bought a 6-seater Hemnes dining set from Housefull in Bannerghatta Rd, Bangalore in October 2011. This complaint is about the very poor quality dining set, which turned out to be a bad buy. The table wobbles and needs re-tightening of screws at least once a month. The chairs are completely hopeless. The seats are made of very fragile materials. The first chair seat broke within a month of purchase. We complained at the store and after a billion follow-ups they sent a carpenter with a replacement seat. Within a week another seat broke...and then FOUR more chair seats have broken! It's embarrassing to have guests over for a meal - you never know which chair is going to break next. We have given up asking for replacements as they are all poor quality. We are going to get a local carpenter to fix real wood seats now - such a waste of money!

Customers beware - don't buy from Housefull!
I have bought a bookshelf a month ago and they have delivered a damaged piece with it. They promised to replace it but came back twice with the wrong piece totally. Despite my repeated calls and mails the customer care says somebody will visit and bring the correct piece. This is going on for 20 days now and when i ask them to take back their furniture and refund my amount their customer care tells me arrogantly that their policy does not allow...These guys look like bunch of crooks altogether.

My sincere request do not buy from HOUSE FULL they are a bogus company and now i realise that even their furniture is of third rate...

Please don't get cheated by the cheap rates...rates represent the quality of the product...

Recently I bought a 3 door wardrobe from House Full- Tolichowki (Hyderabad) store . It was to deliver on the 2nd of FEB'13 but I received it on the 6th Feb'13. I was not happy with the commitment of the delivery . When I got the product it turned out to be defective. The mirror was broken, lock was defective and there were lot of scratches on the product . I am really dissatisfied with the product . I called up many times but the responses were not good . NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT from this Company . I am tired of calling them. I am still suffering a lot. I do not know what to do????? Today is 9th of Feb still the they are not replacing the product . Whatever they say on their website are not true .I am thinking that today I will go to their store and if they do not replace the product I will file a dispute on this charge . VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! I wished that I would have read their reviews before buying the product . I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from HOUSEFULL . I am a very unhappy customer .

After facing such an harassment with their executives, wastage of my time & money what I only want & deserve is at least refund of my money by cancellation of my order since the delivery date has not been honored, But that too they rudely declined.

Now After wait of 15 days when the wardrobe is delivered, my pain do not get alleviated since no one turned up for installation.

The boxes are lying as such at my home & my house looks more like a furniture warehouse

On 02-12-12, I bought a NEO SOFA CUM BED, with HOUSEFULL Kalyan Nagar Store, Bnaglore. It had been deliver on 06 - 12 - 12 @ 6.00 pm.

Unfortunately, your product has not performed well. the product have been damage next day itself. I went and complaint to your store on 08-12-12 @ 11.00 am the store keeper giving me the warehouse no. [protected] after making hundreds of call your people came and pick product my home on 29-12-12 and not return for a more than twenty days calling many time they brought the furniture on 19th Jun 2013. with repairing the furniture and kept went away very next day I warehouse person. He spoke to me very rudely go and complain to store. I went complaint to store. The store people gave the same number pillar post, post pillar and finally on 15 - 02 -13 they take furniture till date we got the furniture back. I wasted money on making calls and coming to your store several times. even my health also spoiled due to hypertension.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your repair or exchange furniture to me ASAP.

I have been complaining about a short shipment of my cot for the past treem months. No one came and no response at all. I have bought some furnitures from a local shop and response from them is great.

I am too going through the same horrible experience.

I have purchased the product on 24 March 2013, HDC :1022/2013/1057. I don’t have a big budget so fall for housefull price. One big mistake which everybody does. Product is paper laminated and not ply laminated so its average quality product which is the reason its cheap.

They deliver the product late and when I inquired i got reply "all the eight delivery vehicle is out for delivery". I asked when will it get delivered, standard reply tomorrow. Again tomorrow when I called another reason, product is not yet received. Surprised in one day product is there but delivery vehicle was not there, now the product itself is on transit.

Anyway after a lot of persuasion product got delivered of-coarse with some more delay.

Then now struggling to get it assemble. Earlier they said with delivery only they will assemble, now story is different. It will be assemble only tomorrow i.e. today 10 April, 2013. When called customer care they said "today not possible only on 12th April 2013". Hope they will do.

My hard luck, but if you are in Bangalore purchase product from BTM or Banaswadi in outer ring road. Lots of shop to choose from and really a very good design and quality.

AMZ, National, Good looking furniture etc are there in BTM. I got my rubber wood (not Assam) sofa from there for Rs. 20000 with on time delivery.

I have bought 2 sidetables from housefull online in Mumbai and after 5 months it still hasnt been assembled. The previous order also that I bought from housefull never got assembled so I had to do it myself, but this the instructions are so sily it goes from step 1 to finished and is impossible to make.

The cost of the phone calls and the trouble I have taken to follow up doesnt make the savings worthwhile. Will strongly discourage people from buying housefull furniture and spend a few extra hundred rupees and save yourselves the hassle. The product also is tiny instead of looking like a side table it looks more like a bird cage, so very disappointed.

Absolutely true. They are cheats. on june 9 we ordered a book case - the shelves are already sagging with the weight of the books on the same day of installation. The carpenter says - just flip the shelf after a couple of weeks to resolve that!!! We ordered a a kitchen cabinet the alignment of the doors is so bad that there are scratches on the floor of the cabinet already. They delivered a damaged panel for the shoe cupboard - which we complained on the day of installation - one week after it was delivered. June 15 2013. till now they have sent one more defective panel as replacement - customer service at the worli poonam chamber store is the worst i have ever come across. they dont answer your phone. even if they do they say they will get back to you but their calls never come.

I bought up one Spectrum queen bed & kurlon mattresses on 22nd sep 2013, material delivered on 5th oct 2013, & assembled on the same day, but while assembling one side panel internal threads were not there, the screw is not fitting properly, the technician said that its a manufacturing defect sir complete side panel has to be replaced, we will send complaint to our company at Mumbai, after two days one more technician came and checked & he also told the same thing that complete panel has to be replaced, again after two days another technician and asking sir we have some fitting complaint shall i come and check the product, i said come and check, he came & checked he also told the same thing, one day i got SMS stating that your complaint has been attended, & it has been rectified.now we are closing the complaint.Again i called the house full people several times till now there is no response.

Housefull.co.in sucks big time. Their customer care number goes on ringing unanswered, their chat service remains unanswered too. I totally regret having placed my order with them.
On 29th Sept 2013, I had placed an order for 10 furniture items worth over Rs. 2 lakhs from Housefull Furniture's store at Mega Mall in Oshiwara (HDC no. 1012/2013/4615/4616/4651). This was to be delivered to my Goa address on 23rd October 2013. I informed the salespersons that I needed to have the furniture delivered on 23rd Oct 2013 as I was going to be in Goa for a short period and had a lot of other agenda to attend to during that period. Inspite of constantly reminding them about this a zillion times, they messed it up and delivered the same on 24th October 2013, thus completely upsetting my schedule. This was the first mess-up...absolute lack of coordination between the front end and back end of the Company. Terrible customer service...every time they said they would get back to me but never did. I had to constantly follow up.

Secondly, the glass of one of the items i.e. Leo Side Board Unit was broken. Again time was wasted in getting the glass replaced.

The final nail in the coffin was when we discovered to our utter horror that the ply on all the borders of the Alice Sideboard unit was peeling off within 3 days of delivery and that too when we had not even started using the same !! (pictures attached). I was shocked at the quality of the item which actually looks like it is a second hand item rather than brand new furniture. Is this the quality of product which should be expected from a company which spends lakhs on advertising everyday in prominent newspapers???

The only time the people inthis company were prompt was while selling the products and collecting 100% of the payment upfront !! I am totally disappointed with my decision to purchase the furniture from HOUSEFULL Furniture. I blame myself for not surfing the net for reviews on their products and service...if I had read the reviews of the numerous disappointed customers, I would not have been in this situation today.

Though I complained in November 2013, till date, they have not even sent a person to inspect what the problem is. I do not understand why they offerdelivery outside Mumbai when they are not at all equipped to service them promptly.

I fear what the fate of the rest of the furniture will be and for how long it will last, having read zillion complaints about termites and fungus on furniture from Housefull.

THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS WARNING TO UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS PLANNING TO BUT FURNITURE FROM HOUSEFULL. DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THE TREMENDOUS ADVERTISING AND DISCOUNTS THAT THEY OFFER. YOUR MONEY WILL GO DOWN THE DRAIN AND YOU WILL REGRET YOUR DECISION!!

Mr. Pawan of Worli branch (the fellow Sale Manager ) has promised to give furniture on wedding day but as on today 22 may 2014 we have not received Dressing Table we have spent Rs 5000 in petrol for visiting worli branch much on Phone but still they cannot Arrange the Dressing Table and no one answering on complaints They all are .

Hi All,

I had finalized my home furniture shopping of worth Rs. 22, 000/- from House Full and by the time I was about to make the online payment, I just checked their Customer Care number but no one answered it even after several attempts.

I got a bit of doubt and checked online for reviews on these guys. To my surprise & shock, I see so many complaints of cheated customers...!!!

I thank you all for making me aware of their fraudulent deals... I'm dropping off the whole shopping cart.

Thanks a million to all the useful reviews and my honest sympathy to the people who got cheated.

It's a good idea to spend on old school wood & carpenter rather than wasting hard earned money on these fraudsters.

What a good idea to repair broken furniture, or promise consumers that the issue will be fixed in a week's time? Liars who make use of India's byzantine laws to satiate their thirst for profits. Such cases like poor customer service by Housefull only speaks about India's ineptitude in enforcing laws protecting customers. I feel that aggrieved customers should throw off affected furniture in front of the shop to warn potential buyers of the dangers lurking ahead and a non-violent fight against consumer injustice! We bought furniture from Housefull furniture worth Rs. 22, 500, including a dinner table with four chairs and a book shelf. The products were defectively assembled by a Housefull staff. Within two months (October 2013) two of the chairs that we purchased broke. Also, the doors of the book shelf came off when I opened it for the fifth time. What defective and appalling furniture! Defectively assembled furniture poses a threat to human safety. Housefull should be sued in court for compensation! Housefull should be renamed Houseempty!

The Housefull furniture management and staff are adept in stealing millions of rupees from hard-working families only to satiate their sadistic pleasure of cheating customers. Is anyone hearing me?

Bunch of buggers have the worst customer service.. Must be BANNED from ONSITE selling of good..


My order number is 49537. Ordered on 21st Saturday .. For 4 items seeing the advertisement in "The HINDU Newspaper" Chennai..(Hindu must also check the background of the company before publishing advertisements)


Ordered 4 items by mistake and now suffering
1) Shoe Rack
2) 2 wall fittings
3) Center Table


When ordering on 21st June and payment was not successful they called from a number immediately +[protected] and said they had not received the payment. In the call the lady said one of the product is defective and requested to change the order. I must have realised it that time.


I unfortunately changed the order and said and replaced the shoe rack with a different shoe rack. Ordering done.. My ordeal started


1) I did not receive any online confirmation of the order till now(its 26th now).
2) I called them back on 22nd, 23rd asking for a mail confirmation. Every time they said they would send a mail in next 30 minutes
3) I called them on 26th June(today). They are telling that they cannot process all the order and only 3 items can be sent
4) Shoe Rack cannot be sent as its damaged.
5) I asked to cancel all the orders and pay me back my 15K immediately. They say its not possible and not in their process... what ..
6) I asked to send a mail in next 30 minutes and a person called Sonu Yadav promised to send it . I hope they they at least send the 3 products in good condition and return back 5000 Rs immediately for shoe rack.


Is there a place where I can register this as an official customer complain and stop this company from doing business...its seems to be based out of commercial capital MUMBAI.. what a curse these companies are allowed to do business ...they dont even understand customer service
I had placed online ordered for a three door book case worth Rs. 15, 000/-+ and paid via credit card. The order has been acknowledged by Housefull. Till date there is no sign of delivery. All contact numbers go no reply. This seems to be a funny store, no customer care, no accountability. I feel consumers need to knock the doors of legal recourse. I booked a wardrobe from housefull on July 24th. I was promised that the item will be delivered in 15 working days. The item was delivered on 21st August. The box was delivered in open state. The items was fully damaged with mirrors broken. And the hardware missing. Logged a complaint and they said that it will be verified when the carpenter comes for assembly. When he came only we noticed that the hardware was also missing. I asked for a refund and they said the problem will be resolved on or before 10th Sept. Till now no response and all the customer care call options goes to deaf ears and no one answers now. In my 14 years of online shopping the worst service I ever had. My Rs.15, 000 is kind of lost. No one ever give them money and book items through this site. Full of frauds.
I am from kerala and had to go this route as I was staying abroad and had no time to select from shop.

I have bought furniture from Housefull Furnitures, and my experience has been satisfactory. Though I faced issues at the initial stage with delivery & assembly of the products, I was calmed when the furniture was finally assembled. My room looks nice with the furniture pieces I bought. I am happy with my decision to buy furniture online from Housefull :)

I was very happy with the house goods which I have purchased from your branded shop. Some of friends had visited my house and apprised me about this and that’s why they also visited the same shop and then decorated their house by same items.
    Sir, now I am facing little problem the with two items which I had purchased last four month back,
    1)Double bed : The middle metallic channel is broken and wooden ply is bent and thus it can not be used for a simple rest on it. The service team also visited but as per them, they problem can’t be solved at their end and the problem persist. Now the service team has asked me to replace it but as I had purchased from the branded one from your well know shop at Surat last four month only. I request you to do needful at your end, by either completely repairing it or by replacing it with other so that I will be happy with your branded items which I had purchased from your mall .
    2) Wardrobe ( cupboard) : Same problem in this good, the wooden ply is bend and thus we are not able to use it and it also looks odd in view.
    I am submitting the details of bill and the photos with this, so that u can very well judge about the situation and also do need full at your end to maintain your houseful image. If my kind request is not considered, I will not hesitate to approach the consumer forum.

    i do agree with that, i bought bedroom set from housefull, Surat within four month back double bed got break, then i come to know about quality. i invested in wrong outlet. their employees also misbehaved by saying we've lot of customer walkin, they'll buy from us - statement by Rakesh & Vikram

    I ADVICE EVRYONE NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM HOUSEFUL
    Even we too faced the same problem when we bought a shoe rack and bed side table from this "BRANDED" store.
    Housefull: Faced same problem - Bought a sofa cum bed from housefull pune for 13K. The wooden base has stopped moving, the wheels were broken, the cushion finishing was stapled to the wood and at time it hurts people . Worst quality - products.
    Dont buy any product from housefull surat in imperial square star bazar . we have purchased a center table within 7 months one side seen wooden look paper comes out.They have not replace it and repair it.they are selling a cheap products.

      I had booked a dining table set and double bed cot from M/s.Houseful International on 6th June 2010. The promised delivery date was 14th June and assemby date was 15th June 2010. On 14th June, only dining table set was delivered and they are saying that double bed will be delivered on 23rd or 26th June 2010(they are not sure). Dining Table set is still in unassembled condition since the carpenter came and went back saying that he'll bring screws. Has not turned up till now. they are giving unnecesary excuses. Want to know where to register a formal complaint. I am asking refund of the booking amount and asking them to take back the dining set. If they delay the refund of money, kindly let me know the course of action i can take against this store.

          Since then, I have made several visits to there store as well as have tried to call them n number of times.

          till date, however, housefull is not able to clear the complain,

          WORST KIND OF AFTER SALES SERVICE I HAVE COME ACROSS.

          the store needs to be closed down till it clear all its customer complains

          when material was delevered to me i noticed that this material is defective i called the concern sales person and complained him about it he commited that with in 5 working days he would replace the defected material but it was not done after that i complained to the store incharge about it he said he would be doing needful but still i am waiting for that.
          its been 8 months i am waiting for the replacement of defected material now i have decided to launch a complaint angaist housefull store and the people who have failed on their commitment, i would grap them to consumer court and also in civil for for the fraud they have done with me i will make them pay for this.

            I bought a centre table from Housefull, Kharadi, Pune branch on Dec 8, 2009. The set was delivered to me on Dec 27, 2009. Installation of the furniture was done on Dec 29, 2009. 3 of the 4 supporting legs were found to be either cracked or broken (defective). Till date nothing has been done. Kindly help me out in this.

            We completely agree wih the comments posted here for housefull. Housefull is a useless store...staff there are very irresponsible...they take you for a ride and do not honor the commitment...me and my husband are repenting having purchased furniture from there...they do not provide any service, they dont bother to respond, they do not give the manager's number, store manager is never available...very very frustrating experience...

              I bought CALINO BEDROOM SET and BURNEI WALL UNIT Set from House full international limited, Karadi branch, Pune on 19 Dec 2009 (with full down payment of RS 32,398, thirty two thousand three hundred and ninty eight only, Vide booking #[protected] and HDC # 1001/2009/3984) which they have delivered on 2nd of Jan 2010 and fitted the same on 3rd Jan Night until 11 PM after lots of follow-up and personal visit to his showroom. The furniture which they have delivered was on pack and quality and quantity can't be checked at the time of delivery (Quite obvious). After my lots of follow-up and request they finally turned up and assembled the furniture until 11 PM approx in hurry.
              1. During this process they have not fitted the components with proper alignment resulting the bottom of the bed (on which mattress rest) broke ( One piece), the moment my kid sat on it. Since then (5th Jan 2010), I have been following with them but in no result.
              2. Secondly, Two handles of WALLUNIT were also missing and they are not turning up to fit them. Many request being turned down
              In turn they are giving me suggestions that I should by 8 MM ply from the market and get them fitted on with my own cost. They are telling me that this would give me lifelong mental piece. They are pretending as if they are my true advisor and not doing any corrections on the damage part.
              Spoke to Mr Basir ( Supervisor and head of all boys of houseful International, Mr Laukik Head of House full international Kharadi branch pune, Mr Raj , Head of Carpenters of the same branch, Mr Deepak sales boy, Mr Ashwani Sales boy who dealt with me during purchase and the receptionist who lodge complain.
              They are very unprofessional in handling the complain and after sales services, Not turning up for corrections and not responding to the request though all material bought are covered under warranty period. When I asked for the warranty card they said the challan itself is the warranty and does not required any additional paper. They assured all types of services during the sale and turned down everything once product is delivered.
              May I request the competent authority to save of money and do take proper action to this house who is cheating consumers with false promises.

              i got this product this week, personally i feel this product is not worth.

              it is just paper covered not fly wood. if you put any scratches accidentally then the paper on this product will come out very easily and not water proof also.

              i recommend visit the store and check the quality before you order.

              don't see this discount what they are showing here and buy...

                From House Full Nashik Purchsed One Nano Double Bed booked on 16 Aug 2009 and delivered on 29 August 2009 which is also not deliverd which we have selected and cheated us saying better model.

                On 24th Dec we raised complaint about breakege of the same, and Excecutive told us will sending sombody on 28 th Dec to check the same and will take corrective action.

                No body turned up on 28th , we called up again on 29th and message given by Housefull No warranty on this product.

                I want say nobody communicated us about warranty and they cheating every body like this.

                Needs to take action on the same.

And further make sure that don't purchase any thing from E-Zone, pass this message to all your friends, so that at least they will be safe from this kind of cheating. Even some time they will increase the MRP and give discount on MRP (Wrong MRP).

                      I had ordered a dining set and a bean bag from house full. the dining set was at my place in time but the installation process was delayed by 2 weeks and today it is 26th September and yet the bean bag is not yet delivered. they even took rs.800 for transportation but it has been a month now and i have not received the bean bag!
                      yes I am totally agree with the kind of pathetic service housefull provides to its innonance customer.
                      Anybody who is planning to buy home furniture item, should think twice before making payments because once u make the payments there is no way to get your refund back despite of any number of attempts that you put in for getting your money back. I also would like to clear the misconception about Housefull that there is no guarranty that what you place the order you will get the same item with same specifications as theier product coding system is also not standerized.
                      So beware of all this problems
                      Very very bad service.

                        Ordered Dining Set. Housefull Chinchwar only delivered part of the dining set on 8th August. It has been 24 days since the part delivery and yet no delivery of the other has come tto my house. Whenever I call Delivery People of Housefull, they make up many stories. Some of them are even rude in their behavior. Want to get the the full dining set or a complete refund of the money. It has been a mental hassle following up for an object for which I have made full payments long back.

                          I would like to bring to your notice the unethical and fraudulent business practice carried out by house full furniture store Kothrud, Pune.
                          I had purchased the following from this store worth Rs. 30, 000+ (Thirty Thousand and above).
                          - Sofa set (3+1+1)
                          - Wall Unit
                          - Stool
                          - Shoe Rack.

                          The delivery was not done on time. The wall unit was assembled improperly and by amatuer carpenters which house full claims to be pro. The carpenters were very rude and created a lot of mess in my house and denied to clean it.
                          The shoe rack was delivered in a damaged condition and the store did not agree to replace it though it is clearly mentioned in their replacement policy that "any goods found in damaged conditioned will be replaced if reported within 15 days".
                          As of now we still have not recd our shoe rack where as while booking the take the entire money in advance.
                          The staff there is not properly trained, they have very pathetic, unprofessional and rude carpenters, they never deliver good service and their products are of substandard quality.
                          Such stores should be closed/banned from doing business. They are crooks and cheats.

                          Dittoo...i am from Mumbai...this exactly my saga as well...my wardrobe was assembled by untrained and ameteur carpenters...one door of the wardrobe got bent. I was promised a replacement but after 15 days i am still awaiting the replacement and the customer service staff is also very arrogant and indifferent to customers complaints..the name of this store should be Housefull of crooks.
                          I too agree .. i have purchased a sofa worth Rs. 21000.we had given measurements to the sales staff and he said that this sofa will fit into our home..after delivery we have noticed that the sofa couldnt fit in our room.. we had asked money back then they refused to pay and said that you have to take another sofa ..we still agreed with him and chose other sofa worth 16000 when we asked for balance 5000 then he said you need to purchase some other items of balalnce amount.
                          The staff is extremely rude.

                          This is just rediculous..i will not recommend anyone to visit housefull and purchase anything.
                          I do have similar experiance.
                          i HAD PURCHASED A METAL DOUBLE BED. IT WAS NOT DELIEVERED ON TIME. IT WAS NOT ASSEMBLED PROPERLY. ONE OF ITS FOUR SCREWS WAS NOT FITTING, THE PERSON CAME FOR ASSEMBLING TOLD ME I WILL BRING THE SCREW WITHIN 2-3 DAYS. HE DID NOT COME FOR 15 DAYS THEN I WENT TO THE SHOWROOM FOR PLACING COMPLAINT. I TOLD THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND ASKED THEM TO BRING THE SCREW. BUT THEIR MAN CAME WITHOUT IT AND REFIX THE BED BUT ITS OF NO USE. THE MIDDLE MAIN SUPPORTING MEMBER GET BEND AND THE BED MAKES NOISE. I DONT THINK WE CAN USE IT FOR MORE THAN ONE YEAR. INSTEAD OF SUCH SHOWROOMS IT IS GOOD WE BUY IT FROM ANY LOCAL SHOPS.

                            I bought illion bedroom set from housefull in april, after two months there was problem with the bedroom set. I called their customer care and logged a complaint but they did not attend it. Till now i have called their local office in pune as well as head office in mumbai many times, even went to their local office twice but they simply doesn't want attend it. Please dont buy any product from them, their only motto is to sell after that dont expect any service if any problem arises with the product

                              I would like to draw your attention to the defective furniture items delivered to my by a well known large furniture shop known as “House Full”. This shop is located at following address.

                              I’d purchased a bedroom set – “Celina”, from this shop on 01 July 2009. The set included a large wooden bed, a large wooden cupboard, a mattress and a small wooden cupboard. The total price of the set was Rs. 13, 992. I’d paid the full amount on 01 July 2009 to the shop keeper by an account payee cheque. The shop keeper promised to deliver the goods on 11 July 2009.

                              We were shocked when we received a partial delivery of the furniture items (all purchased furniture items except the mattress) on 11 July 2009. The back side of the big as well as large cupboard was made with very delicate 2 mm thick cardboard pieces. The cardboard pieces were stuck to the back side of both cupboards with pieces of cello tape. The other 3 sides of the cupboards (the doors on the front side, left side and the right side) were made using 12 mm thick wood while the complete back side has only 2 mm thick cardboard pieces stuck using some small nails and cello tape. From inside, all the 4 sides (including the inner portion of the backside) has uniform finishing, so, by looking inside the cupboards, no one would be able to detect the difference between the material used for the back side and the material used to make other 3 sides of the cupboards.

                              Because of the 2 mm cardboard used for preparing the back side of the cupboard, it has become so delicate and thin that if you just press your finger with very little force, the back side will completely break down. Considering its 2 mm thickness, it is going to break very soon.

                              When we called the shop manager and complained him about this deficiency, he refused to accept that it was a deficiency. He also refused to change the backside with 12 mm thick wood or repay the price of the furniture.

                              This is a clear case of cheating the customers. A wooden cupboard should have all 4 sides prepared with same thickness. I’m yet to see a cupboard like this where the thickness of the back side is much less than other sides of the cupboard.

                              This shop is using very delicate 2 mm cardboard pieces for the backside (which is not visible most of the times) while other visible sides are prepared using 12 mm thick wood. In order to avoid any suspicion or disclose the reality of the material, this shop is using the same paint and finishing for all 4 sides of the cupboard from inside. If someone looks inside the cupboard, he/she will not be able to understand this fraud as the cupboard has uniform paint and finishing inside.

                              We are disappointed and feel frustrated because of this cheating. Our hard earned money has been wasted on these poor quality furniture items. We’ve not got the value for our money. The shop manager has completely refused the accept the deficiency as well as replace/repair the back side or repay the price in lieu of this deficiency.

                              May I request you to kindly look into this issue and give us justice so that other customers will not be cheated by this shop in future.

                              Houseful people are the worst, they never deliver the product on the mentioned date and time, this is the second time they have have cheated us with the date of delivery, the executives from the shop have totally refused to deliver the product on the date mentioned in the invoice, they are the worst people in the furniture market and this is the last time, after this we are going to end our relationship as a customer with the houseful, and also, if i dont get my product on the mentioned date, i m surely going to take Houseful to the consumer court.

                                Myself Vishwanath,

                                I have purchased double bed from House Full International Ltd. company located at Kharadi Bypass, Pune. At the time of purchasing, they have given delicery date of 13.6.2009 and installation date 15.6.2009. They have delivered me the bed on 26.6.2009 and still today they haven't sent a carpenter to install it. The boxes of bed are occuping my whold bed rooma and there is no place to sleep to my family members. Also, they have taken all 100% payment of installtion in advance on 6.6.2009. I am calling this showroom dayly 10 to 15 times and they tell lye all the time. Each day evening carpenter will come, they assure and whole day passes and till there will be no call from them. Because of this I can't go anywere as all day I was waiting for carpenter. This caused me a lot of telephone bill and harrasment of my and my family. Please take some action against them as this is the same case with my one friend from House Full.

                                  I too agree with their bad customer service, I ordered a shoe rack for 3k on 01-06-09, After a long wait i got the material on 08-06-09. But latter i found, when the guy came to assemble that its is not complete shoe rack. Some parts were missing from the pack.

                                  Till now i am following up with them, They casually reply saying they have ordered the missing parts to the mfg company and soon they will deliver, After arguing for so many times i am still not able to understand, why they can't just replace my piece or just take the missing parts from other pack and fix my problem ?. Why i am suppose to wait for their next consignment from their supplier ?...Now they started even avoiding my calls, once they come to know i have called them.

                                  I had purchased a sofa set in Feb'09. Its April's first week yet they have not made the delivery. The same sofa set would have been bought by me now at a cheaper price had i bought it from them now only.
                                  So much inconvinience despite making full payment on the spot is highly regrettable from a brand/ company which states about its branches in major cities.
                                  I would strictly recommed all the prospective furniture buyers to please think twice vefore buying anything from House full. Please do not get fooled from their cheap advertisements as the products mentioned would not be bought by any o[censored]s.
                                  i do agree with that, i bought bedroom set from housefull, pune. within a week time double bed got break, then i come to know about quality. i invested in wrong outlet. their employees also misbehaved by saying we've lot of customer walkin, they'll buy from us - statement by some akbar salesman
                                  I am frusteted with HouseFull's pathatic service and customer orientation.

                                  I booked four items worth Rs 30, 381/- on 15th Aug 09 ahainst HDC No: 1007/2009/2707 (booking No:[protected] in Pune.The delivery commitment was 21st Aug 09. I received a phone call from Wagholi godown that they cannot deliver on 21st (i.e.Yesterday). I force them to deliver same day as Ganesh Festival starts from 23rd Aug. They delivered only 50% material at 8:30PM (late evening!) The carpenter came for assembly atoday and messed up my drawing room with screws and garbage and refuse to clean. The wall unit knob is missing and it is assembled wrongly. The customer care tel[protected], no one was lifting today around 4:30PM.

                                  Finally I manage to contact Mr Momin from Pune office[protected] and he confirmed that the carpentors do not clean up the mess they created and you are the first pcustomer complaining.I disagree with this kind of customer orientation.I told him whosoever comes to my home for repair work(Electrician, plumber etc )cleans up the area after work. I told him to take back the material supplied so far and refund my money. He told me to contact higher authority on [protected]@houseful.co.in (Ms Deepali and Miss Ranjana) I tried again the same customer care no...no reply.

                                  Mr Momin told me that he will depute the carpentor today for delivery of rest of the material and pending work of wall unit.It sis 6:00PM now no body turned up so far...

                                  I recomend my friends not to deaI with HouseFull and if they do so have clearcut agreement
                                  I yet to acess the quality of the furniture they nhave supplied so far!!!

                                  God only can save me and Housefull !!!

                                  I had purchased furniture around 80 k, some of the parts i got after delay of two months that to be after following too much. They agreed to give me discount or gift voucher for delaying the material...but now they are denying the same giving reason of global slack..just like they are doing bussiness globally...

                                  IKON FURNITURE - Dinining Table — Faulty Dining Table

                                  We have bought very high valued wooden Dining table from IKON furniture, Chinchwad, Pune almost 6 months before.
                                  In 3 months, the wooden dining table and chairs have several cracks and polish issues.
                                  Now when we complained about this the shop keeper has taken snaps and promised to repair/replace it.
                                  When followed up, he has denied any repairs or replacements and saying we cant do anything.

                                  I purchased a wardrobe from House Full’s outlet at Thakur Mall, Dhasir on[protected], invoice no-1412. which was delivered on[protected] late evening. At night 9pm a person call me from House Full and said by tomorrow morning they send some one for assembly wardrobe. Till from that day after making so many phone calls no one come to assembly wardrobe. Employees are ill-mannered, indecent, unrefined.
                                  Each time when I call them their employees talk in a very rude way and giving false commitments each time.
                                  At the end I decided to return my wardrobe under their Exchange & Returns Policy which is mansion on the back of Retail Invoice. but they refuse to take it back.

                                  When i bought a dining table set from them. Before buying they mentioned dining table comes with free dinner set. Even its mentioned in the receipts. But they never delivered dinner set. Following up with them is such as waste of time. CHEATERS

                                  I ordered a centre-table from the store 5 days back, which got delivered to me the next day. The carpenters came the following day to assemble the table, and they claimed that one of the connecting rods were small in length. They went back and promised to come the next day with the replaced part.

                                  But since then, they have not turned up.When I try to call them up, they reply to me in such an uninterested manner that they are trying to reach the manufacturers etc etc. But they are not even telling me when they will be sending the fellows!
                                  I suspect that we were cheated with the faulty product! The worst part is that, the manager advised us to take up delivery service because he said they won't take up responsibility if damaged goods were sent or we find them damaged on unpacking them!!
                                  I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEIR DAMNED SERVICE AND YET TO ASSEMBLE MY ILL-FATED TABLE.

                                  This is unbelievable! They are a group of big frauds and criminals.
                                  And checking up the nature of all the complaints listed above, I think there is a similarity and all the customers are being duped in the same fashion.
                                  They need to be penalised for all this! The shop needs be pulled down.

                                  Yes... Friends, I have also got the horrible experience with this furniture store. Really, no one even think of buying a single product from this store. I had purchase one bedroom set on 20/07/2010. They had committed to deliver on 30/07/2010. On 29/07/2010 i had called up and inquired about the delivery, they told me that, the whole consignment had damaged and we are getting it in one week and from that day story begins. They had given delivery date like 5/8/2010, 12/08/2010, 20/08/2010 23/08/2010 one after the other and still i have not received my set. what will you call this service?. My request to all of you is that, don't deal with such type of buggers in future, because I have got lot of disappointment than good and timely service.

                                  My father had bought an entire bedroom set from there, consisting of double bed, 3-door wardrobe, dressing table and side table...for Rs. 58, 000/-
                                  I have similar complaints - a bedroom set falling apart within 6 months and no response on the phone number that i have of HouseFull, Mega Mall, Andheri, Mumbai.
                                  Has anyone approached the consumer court so far?
                                  These people need to be punished.

                                  I bought a dining table set in July . One of its chair broke on the very first day and my dad who was sitting on it narrowly missed injuring his head .


                                  I have made more than 20 calls for the last 3 months to house full, rajajinagar - bangalore . Every time I call them, they give me some date to send the replacement .. and ultimately nobody turns up . They have wasted so much of my precious time .
                                  They have still not replaced my broken chair .
                                  On top of it, they even disconnect my calls .
                                  And I have tried to book a complaint in ur portal, No response yet . YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR STORE TO ANYBODY !!

                                  Even after said delivery date I had not been communicated for the status. Hence I contacted the store as well as godown, but the persons there asked me to contact the other person.

                                  After following with them for 2-3 days I have been told that delivery will be done after one month i.e. on 22-Jun-2012.

                                  I told them my concern that my wife is pregnant and I want the table immidiately or cancel my order and give my money back.

                                  Then I got the call on next day saying delivery will be done on next day i.e. on 29-May-2012. But the delivery has not been done and I didn't got any call from housefull after that.

                                  Whenever I call anybody in housefull, a godown, store & even customer care, I have been promised by all of them that dining table will reach at my place today evening only. But every time I got disappointed.

                                  I have got frustated by the kind of service housefull is providing and want to cancel my order and get my money back.

                                  In future I will not ever think and even suggest anyone to buy anything from housefull.

                                  The Housefull should be banned from the market and fined heavily for providing the worst service to the customers, delivering the goods late and providing defective goods.

                                  There is a correction in the above comment. The table is booked on 24-Mar-2012 and delivery date given was after two months i.e. 25-May-2012.

                                  I have purchased dressing table and bed from Housefull showroom and feel that it was mistake of my life. They show us lucrative discounts on products but in reality the products are of third class quality.

                                  I am facing following problems:
                                  No timely delivery after making payment
                                  Frequent service issues
                                  Pathetic customer service
                                  Useless after sales service
                                  False commitment

                                  recent example since Since last 3 weeks housefull staff is continuously fooling me. They say that they are sending carpenter to resolve my complaint, I come home early form office hoping some day the guy will come and resolve my complaint but nobody arrives

                                  when I call them back why the person has not arrived they have no courtesy and talk as if they are doing a great favour to me. They say that complaint redressal is not their responsibility only sales is the priority for them.

                                  Hate the store! Would not ever recommend it to anyone. If you are looking for service, forget it. Housefull have a bunch of idiotic people sitting there who take no responsibility and in turn treat their customer as one. Imagine you are so excited about your new house, your promised delivery is on Friday and assembling on Saturday, you confirm this with them a couple of times and then you plan to call your family and friends over on Sunday to show them your new house. But the problem here is, my goods were less than half delivered on Friday without notifying me. I called the store and the warehouse to make sure that they come on Saturday and also the carpenter assembles it on the day itself. On Saturday, after a million calls to the store, head office, warehouse, I get no delivery and no assembling of the half delivered products. As a result, I cancel my plan to call the family and friends after I had made arrangements for them. Ok, so now, they had promised that everything would be delivered and assembled on Sunday by 2 in the afternoon. So, I was waiting on Sunday, guess what again after a million calls, only half of the remaining half was delivered at 9 30pm. I waited for more than 6 hours all alone in the new house. Again, a new promise by Monday before 12pm everything would be delivered. Now the funny part, my 2 wardrobe were left and they delivered only 1.
                                  The problem is I hate these people. Bunch of . How much ever you abuse them, it falls short eventually. These guys won't answer your call in attitude. Don't know how to respect and treat their customers. Trust me, have it been someone else, these guys would have had it. I was so calm and cool, but I realized they didn't deserve. Abuse them please!

                                  And a sincere advice, never do business with them unless you wanna screw up your excitement of your new furniture and lose your temper.

                                  We had Brought Zurich Bedroom set 226 in june2010 at value of Rs. 44999/- (Hdc No – 1010/2010/757).

                                  Today bed & wardrobe condition has become worst. We are unable to sleep on bed as the base of bed is broken from 4 to 5 place.

                                  Wardrobe is only standing, we can even move the product as it will broken from all side.

                                  Please we are not so rich that we can invest Rs.45000/- in every 2 year.

                                  Requesting you to send your person to examine the Bed & wardrobe & give us some solution for repairing the Product because the local carpenter has told that Bed & wardrobe can’t be repair again

                                  Is housefull listening. Even after multiple complaints and wasting my time these peoples are not responding at all. They told me that my problem will get solved in few days, but it's more that 2 weeks now no action has taken. I am fed up with this kind of attitude. Now i will take action. First i will file a complaint in cosumer forum regarding this after that i will post multiple complaints like this with pictures of my faulty sofa sets. And i strongly recommend all customers to not buy anything from the housefull. They are bunch of lazy guys, who knows how to make trap others and then irritate them by doing all this. This is my last and final warning to housefull, i have already won a case against such looters in past this time also i will not think twice. These people deserve to get punished.

                                  I bought a dining set and every month one chair is breaking. Once I called them and complained. They visited once and took a photo of it . Replied saying that they will get that piece and replace the same. After that if I call them will get a busy tone for a while, later ring tone. As soon as they see my number they switch of the mobile. Dhiren: Is it the way Housefull has instructed you staff to serve the customers?

                                  I tried calling the above number provided by Dhiren, he is not ready to listen and the number does not belong to Dhiren.

                                  I have emailed to Housefull folks, no reply, nothing seem to work.

                                  I enjoyed the online experience and ordered 2 TV cabinets and Shoe Rack after visiting the store. I should have taken the cue from the store and the the kind of 'dead' & interested people in the store.

                                  The fun started when my part shipment came by and the delivery guy just called me and said that he is near my house and will be there in 20 min. I was out shopping and then he kept calling to check where he was. The when I reached home, I called him, he said that he would come around 7pm. At 7:30 pm, he said he would be 9 and at 9 he said that it is too late and he will come tomorrow at 3. I requested to come around 5 as we had plans to go out. He said he can only come that time as he has come from Kengeri, Blore. Next day he delivered around 4 and had the audacity to ask for a tip!

                                  I thought my ordeal was over and I was told that the next day, somebody would come and install. I tried calling all the numbers in the invoice for assembly and NOBODY picked a single number of the multiple times I called. FInally, I went to the store and inquired and they gave me a carpenter's number and asked to call to get it fixed. Since I was in a hurry, I called the same day and he did not pick up. I called the next day, he said to call at 11 and at 11 he just asked my order number and put the phone aside for 10min. Later I called Mumbai office and they said will get it done the same day but cannot promise when. Even now I am hoping that it will be installed sometime today, tom, ...

                                  My recommendation is that please do not purchase from here.. It is not worth the headache, frustration or the irritation!!!

                                  On 30 Sep 2012 -4:pm, I bought Royal 4 door wardrobe oak with the Item number[protected]invoice no.2667) at House full International Ltd, 3-44 1st floor, 134 East Coast Road, Pallavakkam, Neelangarai, Opp Kazura Garden, Above French Loaf Restaurant, Chennai -600041.
                                  Unfortunately, your new product has delivered to me was not in good condition and 3 pieces of ward robe was damaged. I am very unhappy because of following reasons:
                                  1. Product was ordered on 30 Sep 2012 and it was promised by Rajesh store manager even though we mention 15 days to delivery from the date of bill, we will deliver the product within 7 days.
                                  13- Oct to 15 Oct 2012
                                  2. Call 1: As per the store in charge, product was supposed to be delivered on 13 Oct 2012 before 5:00pm. However, it was not delivered to me. “Got the SMS, product is dispatched”

                                  3. Call 2 : 14 Oct 2012, My calls were not answered properly, after so many times, we are able to get through with the line by store in-charge(10:50am), he promised that he will check and come back. “No reply from Store Incharge” .

                                  4. Call 3: Again I called up the store in-charge, asked him no reply from your end. He again promised me the product will be delivered to me before 5pm today and driver will call you one hour before the delivery to location. “No call from driver until 6:00pm.

                                  5. Call 4: Called up again store to know the status that product will deliver or not. Again same story started, he will check again and come back.

                                  6. Luckily, this time driver called up 6:38pm, we are in Neelangarai, need to know your location to deliver the product, explain the address to deliver the product.

                                  7. 15 Oct 2012, carpenter called me in the morning and said that he will before 3:00pm today but he did not turn up until 4:00pm today, Call 5 ; Again called store in-charge, he gave me carpenter (Arun) number to call up. Call 6: Called carpenter to get know when you will come. He said, he will come before 6:00pm today.

                                  8. Finally he came and identified that given product is damaged (bottom piece was damaged) informed me that it will take another 10 days for replacement of that piece, after so many follow ups, I am very much disappointed with the product.

                                  9. Call 7: Called Rajesh again, he said that the same thing will take 10 working days to replace that piece. However, let carpenter assemble the other items. Asked him again, how do we use that product and it cannot manage the weight. He said that it will and he will take the full responsibility to replace the product within 3 days.

                                  10. House full Carpenter started taking one more piece from the packet and even that was damaged
                                  a. Damaged items from one packet. Not open the second packet.
                                  i. Bottom wooden piece was wet and it was damaged in the corner, it look like old piece, never look like new one.
                                  ii. Second side piece was damaged and never look like show room condition.
                                  iii. Laminated sheet was tored from one piece (We were told by Rajesh during shopping of product, it was water proof. If it water proof, how the lamination would be tored from the side piece.

                                  On result of the above, I am very much disappointed with service and quality of the new product which has many issues and I do not believe replacement of product holds good for long term.

                                  I will be complaining this to consumer rights act, if any one interested, pls call me

                                  I am also going to complaint against this cheater company and also highlight in media. I don't believe that I bought the products and delivered on June, 1st and the door came out on 17th. After that I was calling them, emailing to customer care but it was not resolved. On 15th Aug, I was bound to visit their outlet and shouted over then also I got a false commitment from Mr. Shaikh. Then again ph calls and finally it was resolved just 2 - 4 days before Ganapati. They replaced the door but the lock was not set and they promised me to get it resolved by 2 to 3 days. In mean time the drawers also came out and I showed the boy who came to fit the door. The channels of drawers are made of plastic and the base of drawers are just a thin paper coated thing which have been bended out. I bought this to keep my cloths but I realized that I should have kept "air" only. Just on the day of Gaapati, Deepak, a carpenter from Housefull, called up and assured me to come by 4 o clock to resolve the issue. At 4 o clock he called me back and informed me that he was stuck somewhere and could not come that day but committed me to come on next day. On next day at evening, he called up and informed me that he would come by 15 mins. But still I am counting his 15 mins.

                                  Now the question is I have used the product hardly but having problem more than that. The product is in 1 year warranty and they did not give us proper service as far and after 1 year, what will I do? just keep the product in showcase? I asked for full refund and request them to take their product back but they informed me back that refund will not be possible as their company policy. Do they have company policy to cheat the people only? I think tomorrow some thieves opened a company and set their policy not to give back their goods which they have theft and inform police about their policy.

                                  Now I want to see, what court and media will take their policy to teach them. I will see their last minute.

                                  Booked 3 door wardrobe at housefull, MegaMall Andheri showroom for Rs 20, 000 on feb 4 2013, this is the biggest blunder I have done in 2013.

                                  After that I I have to do repeated follow up with customer care which mostly won’t pick up the call, if luckily they do they will keep you on hold for indefinite time period.

                                  Had to visit the housefull Andheri showroom thrice to check on the status of wardrobe delivery & each time the delivery date given to me is not honored by them,

                                  After facing such an harassment with their executives, wastage of my time & money what I only want & deserve is at least refund of my money by cancellation of my order since the delivery date has not been honored, But that too they rudely declined.

                                  Now After wait of 15 days when the wardrobe is delivered, my pain do not get alleviated since no one turned up for installation.

                                  The boxes are lying as such at my home & my house looks more like a furniture warehouse
                                  Whole Thanks to Housefull .

                                  So once you buy any goods from Housefull forget about the quality if the good is delivered & assembled consider yourself lucky.

                                  Moral of the story: don’t get lured by big advertisements & bit lower prices of Housefull furniture, they are dacoits who are there to rob you.

                                  no reply comes for email.. If at all customer care lifts the call they tell us to go to store.. IF we go to store they tell us to put e mail to customer care ..I have not seen such a worst service..
                                  We too, bought a book shelf on 1st may and delivered damaged on 9th may.am calling everyday to customer care no use.they just promise saying- 2 more days it would be fixed, now 29th may no replacement, book shelf not fixed.
                                  Customer service don't pick calls, online feedback mail- no response.
                                  We are just fooled by the Brand.Pls don't buy from them.

                                  Housefull furniture dont repair their faulty products when even under warranty. They are cheaters selling chinese products. Please dont purchase from them.

                                    I have bought a bedroom set from housefull international ltd, Chinchwad, Pune. The delivery of the same has been done on April 6, 2009, whose delivery challan number is 1008/2009/670. After 2 days the delivery person comes and started installation of the set. During the installation he found that some channels are missing in the wardrobe. He left the installation then and there and from date til now i am following up for the missing channels. i am constantly getting in touch on [protected]. At start representatives used to pick calls but now they have stopped taking calls also. Now i am in complete mess what to do. It is purely a case of cheating.
                                    Can some one help me please.

                                    I completely agree! i have experienced the same thing.. my delivery was scheduled for 19 of nov.. i informed them well in advance that i have a party at 21 so i want everything before that.. i purchased goods worth 60 K in one go from house full.. but was felling so helpless after placing my order.. after so many phone calls & personal visit i got my goods delivered much after the scheduled date.. that too not all, they just delivered half of the stuff and said half in not in stock.. then after waiting for 4-5 days finally i got remaining stuff but this time it was not what i ordered!!.. he is delivering something which i have not ordered!! and arguing with me that company doesn't deliver wrong thing &. i must have ordered that! finally after speaking to their seniors they agreed their mistake... . that is not enough.. it is hardly 5 months and my bed i.e. CADIZ BEDROOM SET is literally broken into two!! screws from one side are all loosed & it is of no use to me.. i have uploaded pic of my broken bed on this link c it your self!--http://img246.imageshack.us/img246/7308/housefulldahisar.jpg i am warning all those who are planning to buy any stuff from them.. Now we found that, the dressing table is missing. still it was not delivered, i went to their Chinchwad - House full office, where i have paid. NO ANSWER.

                                    Buying anything from Housefull is not a wise decission. I don't know, what should i do ?

                                      I bought a sofa set (3+1+1) a week ago from Housefull pune, it was okay when i saw there in the showroom but when they delivered it at my home it was defective. I have told them clearly that its their responsibility to deliver the right product at the consumers end. They are not responding to this, just delaying the matter...I want to have a new fresh sofa set. WHAT TO DO WITH THESE PEOPLE...ALL ARE FRAUD

                                      I have purchased a sofa set from the store at Pune, in the month of Oct 08. The company has supplied a defective 3 seater to the undersigned. I have been calling them for the same and they have beeen assuring me to get ot rectified froim the day one.

                                      I too have the same promblem.The sofa that we saw in showroom was fine but they delivered a damaged one. I am sure they will do nothing abt it so i am just wondering if there is some way where we can exchange the sofa in some other shop.Some shops do these exchanges but i dont know how to find one.
                                      I have a similar problem with the sofa from Housefull. It was good fro initial 2 months and the wood has started cracking. Have called them "n" no. of times, but have not received a positive response.
