Reference HDC No. 1036/2014/287 - sofa got damaged I've registered complaint before 30 days but till date nobody has attained or visited our house for inspection. On 30th March I've received SMS saying "your complaint no.CC/2015/3/421 has been resolved" which is not true. Further, after some time I've received new message saying your complaint no.CC/2015/3/536 has been logged. How can I receive message like this without attending complaint. 5-6 times I called up customer care to know the status but always I am getting answer saying we need to check with our warehouse & will call you back & confirm but after that no revert. Now even after 30 days nobody has attained the complaint and it is very embarrassing when guest come to your house & you don't have proper sitting arrangement.

    i ordered furniture with Order Number: 65490 worth 14k SEDRON WALL UNIT WENGE on 22nd feburary but it was not shipped yet if i call them on contact number they say online team currently unavailable i feel its cheating compamy even after 50 days no shipping is done

        Hello Sir, I have purchased a Double Bed Last year from Housefull Furnitures. As per the terms and conditions, the product was under warranty till 1st March 2015. On February 23 2015, I have reported some issues with the bed: 1. In one of the plank, the ply has burst open from one end automatically. 2. One of the side ply has started breaking from mid. On reporting the issue, I was told: 1. THe product is not under warranty 2. ALthough the defects are Manufacturing defects but still I am being charged a big sum of money 3. NOw their, customer care representative, also dont talk nicely. THey will neither transfer your call to Supervisor, nor will they try to provide you a solution.           I had purchased a shoe rack from this site in october, 2014. Product was delivered after about 3-4 weeks. During transit, one part got damaged for which i informed them asap.They agreed to change the damaged part. They took another month and a half tod deliver that. As luck would have it, this time a wrong item was delivered(someone else's). Again, i informed them about wrong delivery and even after repeated follow up calls and mails, I have not received the right product yet. Their customer care service is kind of non existent. I would urge others never to buy from them if you want a hassle free experience.

            I bought an Eliza Queen Bed Oak from Housefull Furnitures in August. First of all they take a lot of time in delivering and fitting. But, I could have ignored that fact if the bed was serving its purpose. After 4 months in December(30 Dec) the plank broke and I had to waste a lot of time in only getting a response from them regarding the complaint, which I logged through email. Finally after a lot of follow-ups, the carpenter came and told me that the plank broke because of some fitting issue and fixed it again. But again after 1 month, on 29/Jan, the same plank broke again and I am still following up with them about my complaint. They don't even bother about the broken bed lying on the floor. I would request all of you who reads this, please don't buy anything from Housefull Furnitures. You can contact me at nitish.[protected]@yahoo.com before buying any product from them.

                The most pathetic Housefull.co.in experience. I can't belive a company like Housefull is so customer unfriendly. They don't listen but just want to absorb money from the cusotmer without giving any service. They don't respond to email, website doesn't give any updates on delivery

                  Hi, This is to bring to your notice the horrible and disrespectful experience that we received for our shipment of furniture items (cost: Rs. 91000). The person -- Gaurav Patel was over-enthusiastic when selling the furniture and we bought items of Rs. 91000/- trusting his service and deliver promise -- HDC 1014/2014/885. However, the delivery of the product was not at all up to sanctification. Gaurav Patel informed to deliver items at 6pm and finally the delivery van came at 12 am (after 6 hours delay). Also, Gaurav was asking us to wait at home to receive items every half an hour until 8pm. Then he stopped answering the phone and never picked up the phone. He also mentioned that the sofa that we ordered originally is not going to be delivered because it is not made at all. Apparently after a small distress from ourside, suddenly the sofa was arranged and delivered late with other item. Ideally, in such situation, Gaurav Patel or Parag Patel should have been present for the delivery to explain the situation however, no body was there except driver and fitter. The items were delivered at 12AM and the person who was suppose to fit/furnish the items went away without informing us. We had to complain about it to Surat office at 1AM and then he suddenly turned up. Very dis-respectful behaviour with my parents who were waiting at home for 7 hours without having dinner. They had to wait there till 3AM dealing with such irresponsible staff that you have. During this time, they called Mr. Gaurav more than 50 times but he didn't bother to pick up the phone. We are going to complain consumer court if we don't receive your call from you in 1 week time. Regards, Ravi Shah

                    I have ordered two products on Oct 20th and expected them to be delivered in 7-8 days - However one item reached me on 9th Nov and got assembled on 16th Nov after multiple follow-ups. The second one has not been delivered nor they are ready to refund the money a. To reach call center it takes hours and hours b. I have written at least 9 emails - none of them has been answered c. Chat option / Call me back option on their websites are just show pieces d. One executive has assured me finally that product price and 50% delivery charges will be refunded in 5 days - 15 days later I called back to realize that I had to start the conversation all over again - Now they are not ready to refund the 50% delivery charges and are eager to take me for another ride Websites like these must be banned so that other innocent customers do not go through the harassment like us - Experiences like this will kill the faith of customers in e-commerce sites. Any online website should be reachable in 10 telephone rings - anyway they do not have a face at least they better have a voice - I hope some body looks into it and brings some sense into the e-commerce industry

                        We have been waiting to get our product assembled the last few days with order number 55894. HDC no 9950/2014/2335 No response till date even when we asked for a product exchange. Highly disappointing and i need to mention the delay of over 3 weeks to get the items delivered and in parts! We have sent a number of mails for an exchange and so far we have not received any mails for the bank details and procedure for the exchange despite constant follow up with your team. We are highly disappointed with the response and so far we have not received any acknowledgement on these mails as well. The least you could do is to acknowledge the receipt of this mail and let us know if you plan to exchange it or do the installation

                          15th October went to Housefull Bangalore store @ marathahalli, the sales staff ordered product with a different specification. Later when i realised they have ordered a different product, went to store for replacing the same with correct specification. Sales person said this order is shipped cannot do any thing, informed me to contact the Housefull Head office. He was ensuring to secure his position was correct and informed me don't come to me again with the problem and he wont be able to help out. 22nd October i have written a complaint to Houseful mail id given in their website, no one has responded to mail. I tired to call the number given in the website around 4 to 6 times no one attended the call. Again i written a mail to housefull that also remain unattended. 31st October they delivered the product(wrong specification) to my address. Having paid the money with installation charges on 15th October itself, i though of go for installation. Since then i am chasig up both store and number provided in the website and through email, shave not received any response from them. I got another mail Id from this website and i sent mail to that mail id and next day i got mail from Mr. Silivia Rodigues that the product will be installed with in the 2 days, more than one week over no one turned up till date for installation Housefull is cheating customers by giving incorrect numbers in their website and also providing the wrong mail id''s in the website. They never bothered about the customer feeling. They are not dealing the in the specialised products, the products which they are dealing are widely available in the market. Hence my warning to other customers pls don't purchase product from housefull, instead go with some reputed shops/dealers. They have collected 100% advance on the date of booking including installation charges, delivered the wrong product, one month over still not installed, can you pls help on this. Sreejith, Bangalore

                            Order Nos - 56985 & 56987 - HORRIBLE SERVICE - PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED I had placed my order on the 18th & 19th of Oct 2014, to which I was told to re-order to make my payment online, which was done on the 21st of Oct 2014, I was supposed to receive the products within 7-11 days, however it has been 19 days & I haven't received the goods paid for. I was promised delivery by Rahul Ingle on the 5th of Nov, then when I called on the 5th, i was informed i will get the delivery for both my products on the 8th or before the 11th of Nov 2014, yesterday on the 9th of Nov, I received a call from Housefull call center, spoke to Rehan & Jaganath, (Report to Akshay Majumdar) who informed me that I will receive the products only by the 16th of Nov 2014. They were absolutely rude & not listening to what I was saying, they kept puttin my call on mute & hold and ignoring what I had to say, I had to scream & keep repeating as they were not bothered to listen. When I asked them to cancel my request & return my money, they very conveniently hung up without informing. I did not receive a single call after that, however when I initially placed my order I would receive a call couple of times everyday for the payment, which i finally did on the 21st of Oct 2014. It is very clear that Housefull company will call up & follow up everyday for the money, but will not deliver the products on time. horrible, disgusting service that I have received And nobody from Housefull department is willing to help with the cancellation. I am forced to pay for a product which I have not received and I'M NOT WILLING TO WAIT ANYMORE. I want to cancel my order & want my money back in my bank account but there is no help.                                 Hello, I ordered a wardrobe online in Housefull.com on 31st August 2014 and paid amount of 5400 by credit card, later even after a month I did not receive any updated. Hence I called to customer care and they said we will deliver in other 10 days but did not so asked them to cancel the 16th of October. They said i will get the money back to my credit card and till now i did not receive anything, when ever i call to customer they say it will be done by next Monday.                                 On August 15th 2015 I have ordered on study table (order #77761) HDC No. 9953/2015/1458. After two days I got a call from your customer care representative. He told me there is no stock so I was promised the amount will be refunded with in 4 to 5 working days.

                                I have given them enough reminder call, always they were able to convince me that we will refund the amount with in four to five working days. But till date I dint get the money back.

                                Please do the needful. I dint realize that Houseful is this much inconvenience to the customer while ordering the product. I am repenting on that.

                                Already I sent mail to [protected]@housefull.co.in but there is no reply.

                                  I ordered furniture worth 99100 on 12th September 2014. I did not get my products until 2nd October. And that also after making lots of calls. I did not get 2 items of my order. I kept calling and their customer service kept giving me false dates. I am fed now. I search for reviews of their service and I came to know that its a fraud company. Many consumers are duped by Housefull International.

                                    I ordered two furniture products from the company on 24 June 2014 and made the payment worth 11390/- with my ICICI credit card . After that I didn't got any communication from the company . I regularly contact them but they always misguide me . Finally after many communication they told that product is not in stock, so I request them to cancel order and return my cash . After two months they refund 6990/-. Still I am communicating with them and I spend telephone charges worth 1234/- for them . Not yet I received balance money from them and they are not giving any reply to me .

                                      This company is total fraud. I had ordered for a shoe rack and Storage Cabinet on 9th Oct 2014. There was no acknowledgement of the payment made by me immediately. I received a mail on 13th Oct 2014 stating that the product will be delivered to me on 27th Oct. If the product was out of stock, why was the order taken? Till today I have not received the delivery. I have made number of calls at their call center, but there was no response. No one seems to attend to calls. After a number of mails, I receiveda a mail today saying that the product will be delivered on 6th Nov. This company is using my money since 9th Oct and I demand for an immediate refund or delivery of the product immediately.

                                        We have not received our order from last 2 months. Submitted complaint almost every where. Housefull website, customer care. But thee is no one to respond. No one is serious. Your customer people are good at their work, making fool of others and not responding. Is your company opened to do frauds and mint money from people. Are you serious of running your business. How come police is allowing you to run the business after so many complaints. Anyways you are not going to escape just tell your mad sumit shah.
