I ordered Book Shelf "Felix Book Case Wenge" from www.housefull.com.

Order no HFOD07308 dated 20-Oct-2016
Item[protected] for the HDC No. 9956/2016/264 dated

I received the material on 29-Oct-2016 in damaged condition.

I communicated on 1-Nov, 6-Nov, 9-Nov and 14-Nov through emails, along with photographs.

I got no satisfactory response for refund / replacement.

As per their return policy, i am liable to get the refund.

But they are not providing the refund.
Need assistance for same.

    I ordered a storage unit from Housefull.com with order id: HFOD06045. The product is BRAD STORAGE UNIT WENGE. The customer care is not at all helpful. No one picks up the call, it gets disconnected while we are waiting for some representative to attend the call.

    When we mail them as well, we do not get a response back.
    I tried pinking them on whatsapp for which they replied that the product will be delivered by 18th Oct ( Order date : 2 Oct) .

    Now they are not providing any update and just saying that due to unforeseen reason delivery is delayed.

    While if I look at the order status, the order is yet not ready or processed leave aside being shipped. We have been waiting for an update for last 15 -20 days. Pathetic service from Housefull.

    Will suggest everyone not to buy anything from them.

      I have placed my order (order no. #HFOD05530, HDC No.9957/2016/108) online on 19th September 2016 and I made online payment for the same but now around one month is completed and they yet not deliver my product. Every time I call them they said that this week I got my product but the product is not deliver to me any time. And now from 3 to 4 days continuously I am calling to them for complain and they are not receiving my call. I even mail them my query at [protected]@housefull.com but they are not replying for the same.

          In August 2015 I had purchased 2 Door Wardrobe (my shipment reference #[protected]. Since last couple of months allover the wardrobe some kind of fungus is coming (attached images). After cleaning the same it comes again. Tried to contact Housefull customer care but nobody is taking the call. Finally I emailed them my concern. The following is the reply I got from House full. As per them polish needs to be done and they will charge me Rs. 600. Paying Rs. 600 is not an issue but I don't understand one thing that why polish needs to be done on the sunmica when the wood quality itself is bad. Since then I am writing to Housefull for the reply but no body is responding. I tried to call but nobody is taking the call. Only one tape is played "ALL OUR REPRESENTATIVES ARE BUSY".

          Made an online payment 3 weeks back.Today was their expected date of delivery.On calling repeatedly, they say that there is a delay by 5 more days

          They also say that it is not possible to cancel the order right now
          I have booked and received the frniture.. nut still assembly not done.. noboddy turned up for assembling the furniture.. I ordered it for diwali... and still awaiting the help. I tried to call the call center but every time it is busy.. Please help or i will cancel the order.

            Delivery dates keep on rescheduling, first committed date is

            i have mail communication for these from housefull, i have been asking the customer care to find the refund no response only after these many days telling like product damaged in transit will refund, but not given any commitment when they will refund.

              Hello People

              I had purchased one wall unit named Merlin FTV 906 WLL UNIT CAPPU and within 8 months the rack which is supposed to hold a photo frame turned sloppy and frame came down. On calling the customer care, they said since its almost 9 months passed they will charge to send a person to look at the matter. Their customer complaint supervisor Ms Swapnali has no manners to speak to customers and they go on singing their own tune saying it is not a manufacturing defect but a usage defect.
              Now if a rack is not holding a simple frame of less than 100 gm then how it is supposed to be called a wall unit and how come it is not manufacturing defect. Can someone brainy other than Ms Swapnali can explain...??
              Thug people cheating customers will low MRP products, was planning to buy entire bedroom set but thanks now won't go ahead and also would like to urge people please buy something good although a bit expensive but don't buy anything from houseful. Also they have closed all the stores.

                  I had purchased furniture in the month of april'2016 from chembur branch.
                  In the month of august'16 we found that white fungus gets deposited in the inner compartment of furniture (Show case and shoe rack).
                  Also we noted that in the shoe rack cupboard, at the bottom compartment, black polished portion found to be removed as a scale and original wood is seen.
                  We are weekly cleaning furniture with dry cloth and taking utmost care of furniture.
                  As the furniture is under warranty period, we had sent request to depute technician to our residence for verification of complaint, but no response from customer care and the concern person mr. Dhiren rajgor.

                    We have bought Oxford sofa set in October, 2015. delivery was delayed by more than two months.
                    We bought the new sofa set as our guests from Italy were to come in September 2015. The sofa set was delivered after our purpose of buying new sofa was defeated as the guests had already left India when finally the sofa set was delivered after much follow up but that was also in damaged condition for which we lodged the complaint immediately on delivery.
                    Finally they took the sofa set for repairs in June 2016 which has still not been delivered after repairs even after two months.
                    They don`t provide contact nos of their senior officers as no satisfactory reply is forthcoming from their grievance cell no.
                    Housefull International Furniture customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    We will never buy any product from houseful nor recommend any body to buy from this company as you don't have any access to the company

                      Purchased an entertainment unit (Id[protected] on 23rd june. Firstly the delivery was delayed due to product not available. On 13th july raised a return/cancellation request. Also spoke to their cs head sandesh koli who agreed to return the the product. Have mails from him as well.
                      Even after that we got delivery updates and repeatedly told them that order is already been cancelled.
                      Yet the product landed at our door step on july 16th which we did not accept. The delivery guy also called up his superiors and took the product with him.
                      After this nobody picks the calls, sandeep koli does not respond, call centre is useless, no reply on mail and we are still struggling to get the refund

                          Hello,

                          I had ordered digital 4 seater dining table on the 13th of july. My wife had ordered the same item from another vendor due to which i had sent an email to [protected]@housefull.com on the 14th july requesting for the cancellation of the item.

                          I received an acknowledgment email from shradda kadam from the same team on the same day informing that i'll receive a call from another team from housefull.

                          Till date i have not received an call, i have been calling the customer care number provided on the website but every time i call the number reaches to a queue which never get answered.

                          I called the number today also and lady picked the call and she disconnected without answering, y call.

                          Please help me in getting my refund.

                              Order id - hfod01155 was placed on 18th june 2016 with estimated delivery date - 29th june 2016.
                              However delivery was delayed to 8th july 2016 without any intimation.
                              Further when i called up their customer care number i was informed that the product was out of stock from the beginning.

                              How can they sell an out of stock product?
                              Also if it was out of stock from the beginning it should be their duty to inform about the same.
                              I only came to know about it on 6th july 2016 when i called up again to know the status about it.

                              I should be compensated for it

                                I placed an order on 22 June 2016, the website displayed order will be delivered on July 6th, a week later as no response of a delivery courier tracking # came, I called the customer care which is the most ridiculous one i experienced, the female who picked up said it will be done on 9th july, and the way bill# will be send to me as soon as it is ready for shipping, I waited till 7th july, once again I called up, another rep Ashwini said that the order will be delivered by the 15th, i wanted to cancel the order, she denied to cancel it saying I have to email them, when I asked for a supervisor, she said he is in a meeting, I said I will hold for the supervisor, she rudely said she cannot keep the line on till the supervisor arrives. what kind of company is this which doesn't have the courtesy to inform the customer about a product or cancel it on request.

                                  I had ordered a book shelf case 3 months back from their online website. The delivery of the product was super delayed. After calling them for around 20 times I was able to track down the shipment. The product received was defective in a worn out condition. 3 of the components were completely shattered and broken. I raised a complaint and till date it has been around 1 and a half months and no action has yet been taken. This is the worst customer service I have experienced. Customer care will make false promises. The logistics and shipping is pathetic with absolutely no tracking. The assembly provided is out of control and you have to track down the vendor with lot of pains. After making the payment around 3 months back the received components are wasting away with no action taken. I would highly recommend to never buy anything from this company.

                                    I ordered a wardrobe..Advance payment was made
                                    It was suppose to come in 20 days...On 15th day I called up customer care for status as no mail came.
                                    After 3 calls and 15 mins keeping on hold--

                                    She told me that wardrobe is out of stock and she can offer me a refund or i can choose another one.
                                    I informed her that it was available when i ordered..but she said it was in damaged state.
                                    My 15000 Rs were laying there...no one was worried till I called up on 15th day.

                                    Very very poor service.

                                      I purchased kitchen cabinet from housefull against order#hfod00059 on 15th of may 2016 for rs8000. Till date they were not able to deliver the product, so i requested for a refund 2 weeks back. Till now i have not received my money whenever i call them they give excuse saying that there team will contact me but no one has contacted so far. On one occasion one of the representative told me that they dont have stock of kitchen cabinet, they are cheating customers by putting ads for which they dont have physical stock. Also when i initially purchased the item i didn't get any confirmation in my mobile or email saying that this item is purchased and will be delivered on so and so date.

                                      My money is stuck with them now and i am not able to do anything. Can you please help me getting the refund. Thanks

                                        It is unfortunate that Houseful not trying understand customer concerns.
                                        First and most the product sofa is of bad quality and got damaged withing 9 months of the purchase,
                                        When i tried to reach Houseful customer care, there was no proper response, upon continuous follow-up a technician visited our place and again there was pause from Housefull side for almost for a week.
                                        I did again call to customer care to know the status has gone to deaf ears, after three four time follow-up and marking communications Consumer forum. i git one single reply from Houseful service team for charges of repair the damage as Rs. 1500 and pay in advance.
                                        I agreed to pay, the said charges upon completing the services, by Houseful representative Silvia argued on high tone, thrashing customer concerns, Which is according me unethical unprofessional.
                                        I request Houseful again and again, please repair the damaged goods first and I shall pay the service charges as per the invoice.
