Hi,
I purchased a Marvel Queen Bed on 7 th august and it has got cracked after few days. I tried to call the customer care number to register a complaint but it was never picked.

Following are the details:

I have already given a complain regarding the issue earlier as well but it was never entertained. Complain no is : CC/2013/10/1521

Also since the entire bed is weak it has been broken completely. I have been cheated by the company and I would like to get the complete refund ASAP. Please help me..

    I was handled by an agent call Sanjeev Reddy who sold me the cabinet on 22nd October and promised for a delivery of the same before 2 days of diwali. When i called they tried to avoid me by not picking my calls or call again and keep the line engaged when I went to store the bloody agent is so rude and circastic who does not know how to keep up the committment and recieve customer. I have thrown my billing there since they rejected to cancel the order. Never ever buy your prodcut.. Regards Sridevi [protected]

      We bought a set of 4 chairs and a dining table from Housefull Furniture, and also a wooden cupboard with doors. Alas! The chairs broke in two months and the rivets and screws have come off. Also, the cupboard doors have not been fitted properly by the carpenter and the nails from the wooden cupboard have come off as well. The defective furniture poses a risk to human life. Is anyone hearing my story? The customer service officers are unwilling to respond to our complaints even after repeated requests. The carpentry of the assembled furniture is defective and the items in question have not been fitted properly. The service of Housefull furniture, located in Thakur Mall, Mira Road is most pathetic. Housefull deserves the epithet of " House Empty." What a commendation for such shoddy customer service! Keep clear from Housefull. Can anyone help me in confronting Housefull and getting back my Rs 21, 000 that I invested in the brand new furniture?

        We have Booked a L-shape Chacigo model Fabric Sofa of Price(Rs. 34, 660) in House Full Furnitures(Kukatpally Branch), They assured that they will deliver the product with in maximum of 15 days. They took more than a amonth to deliver the sofa-set upon several follow-up by visiting the showroom, even the sales person was not responded properly. we recieved the sofa atlast yesterday on (25.10.2013). After reciving the sofa-set we reliased the complete set is USED, DAMAGED & FADED one, House Full have done fraud. We need Money back..

          I booked two desks from the Worli outlet of House full. At the time of purchase, the staff told me the carpenter would come within 28 hours of delivery.After delivery they said the carpenter would come in the next 48 hours. 4 days after delivery, the carpenter shows up. Fixed one desk and said the hardware supplied with the desk from Housefull for the second desk was inadequate. He said he'd return the next day with the parts.. Two weeks since then he hasn't come yet. The staff is rude and stupid. They don't know anything and promise stuff they cannot deliver. Phone calls were futile. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHAM OF A PLACE.

            This is regarding the Grace Black Sofa Set I have purchased from www.housefull.co.in. The 3 seater Sofa's foam material is getting torn by itself at one part of sitting area. Also at the bottom the foam is getting torn at many parts. The product is defective as the material should not get torn in just six months. When I emailed to housefull they told me that sofa foam is not covered under warranty. When I talked to their customer care on online chat as a new customer he told me that its covered under warranty. After seeing one can easily make out that the material is bad quality and it is getting torn by itself not manually. Housefull is selling faulty products and when it is spoiled they are not repairing it being still under warranty. Can I get justice.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I have made an online purchase of a Amelia shoe rack on 21 Aug 2013 from www.housefull.co.in website. Please see the order receipt as attachment. The item was not delivered even today (25 Sept). Even after reaching out to the customer care on phone multiple times, they kept saying that delivery is delayed and gets delivered in a couple of days. I was being sent out email messages (see attached) that the item assembly is complete but the delivery is delayed. Even when I ask for my money refund they keep saying that the product gets delivered in a couple of days. I am fed up talking to their customer care anymore and their email messages saying unable to deliver and delivery rescheduled to a new date.

              Request you to kindly look into this matter and take action at the earliest on such fraud companies cheating online customers.

                this is in reference to order # 30297, for 'JACK 3 DOOR WARD HS 3DP WENGY' wardrobe priced at Rs 8990/- with shipping charges Rs 340/- . this order was placed by me on 9th Aug' 13, friday for my Bangalore residence, through the company's official website 'www.housefull.co.in' via my HDFC Debit Card. Due to some reasons i had to cancel the Order, the very next day. S to cancel the order i called thrice & was offered a call back but nobody called me back. finally fourth time when i called & asked for the supervisor , i was connected to swapnali Panchal & was promised a full refund by Swapnali Panchal (Supervisor) within 10 days. i didn't receive any refund in next 10 days. so i called on 21st Aug' 13 & spoke to Rahul Ingle (Supervisor) who promised me a refund in next 10 days as they couldn't process refund as the delivery date was to pass due (even after cancelling the order). during 21st aug' 31 to 25th Aug' 13 i kept on receiving calls for delivery & assembly which i kept denying as i had cancelled the order & wanted a refund. out of frustration i called again on 30th aug' 13 & spoke to Swapnali Panchal again & inquired that why was the refund not made, to which she replied that the refund wasn't done due to technical error & promised again that the refund will be made in next 7 days. Today on the 6th Sep' 13 which is the 27th day of order cancellation, here i stand frustrated, demotivated and angry that even after telling them that i will be taking a legal action if refund is not made thrice, i haven't received any refund. this is Policy non adherence & mental harassment to me.the company & the named Supervisors have driven me to this point that i have to submit a Consumer Complaint through your columns. Kindly help me out & get me out of this harassment

                Received an email from Swapnali Panchal (Supervisor) stating that the refund will be processed on or before 13th Sep 2013. That didn't happen.

                  We bought Winner study table wenge from Housefulls andheri mega mall outlet on 15/08/2013. We received the unassembled package on 21/08/2013. Their person came to assemble it on 22/08/2013 but he couldn't complete it because he said in the package some parts were missing. The very next day after never ending call forwarding between their employees finally a female call centre executive assured us that a person will reach us by 7 pm and the job will be done but that person never came.I have written them mails several times but non got the reverts, we have even tried calling their customer care which just keep forwarding the calls till the customers disconnects due to frustration. Please see the attached picture its still lying unassembled as no body has visited us. Its been 14 days since the date of purchase and we still can't use it.

                  Sorry to say but our first experience with House full has left a bitter taste and we won't consider buying anything in future from any of their retail outlet.

                    We purchased the product HDC No.1017.2013/1490 on July27th 2013 from Housefull International Ltd, Bangalore - Kalyan Nagar. the commited date as per invoice is: Aug 10th 2013. But Delivered the damaged item. So, we gave a complaint in front of the Houseful person on 10th Aug 2013. Complaint number is: CC/2013/8/1023. We have not received the response till today. We made phone calls to Bangalore and Mumbai offices. No one is taking the responsible. If we are asking to create another complaint ticket to the Complaint department, which they are not doing so. We got a message as such the product was delivered and assembeld (without doing so). Evev though we booked the item on July 27th, we are still waiting for proper response. The BAD NEWS is: We are not receiving any contact person who handles such kind of issues from Housefull. Bangalore office points to Mumbai. Mumbai office points to Bangalore. How it matters to the Customer? The Bangalore office (where we purchased the item) are not at all giving the response except Mumbai office numbers. If Bangalore office is not responsible for the item delivery, why should they need office in Bangalore? We could have purchased from online or from some other store. The response from the store as well as from customer care is not at all addressing the issue. We made several calls to different Housefull people. Even today morning around 11 AM, we made several calls to customer care. They are getting the information then subsequently terminating the call (after 15 min or so) without giving any intimation. Why should I spend time and money and undergo mental stress? Please address the issue ASAP. Thanks for your help.

                      I have bought a Two door wardrobe from M/s. House Full International Ltd., ( Neelangari Branch - Chennai ) on 05/05/2013. The amount for the same was paid on same day and the product was delivered on 14/05/2013.

                      After three weeks, Door hinge of the right side door of the wardrobe has come out from its position and i raised a complaint and the service guy came and attended it by just tightening the screws back.

                      Again after 2/3 weeks , the same portion got detachd , and on a common sense i told them that the hole cannot take it any more . The service guy convinced me this time too not to change the door and just tightening will do . But i have told that next time if it happens the doors need to be replaced new. He agreed to convey my feedback to Store manager....

                      Not for my surprise , it exactly came out in the same slot and even more worse , the card board is completely deformed from its shape and other screws too got out from its position. This time i made my stands very clear to change the door but still they applied some arphradite and told once get dried up we can have a new hole positioned in .

                      I was not convinced on this and i went to the branch to discuss on this but as usual i couldnt get the store manager but on my continuous demand the store manager came into line and said that i have mis-used the product and cos of which the damange is ( Higher Hanger lenght has caused the damage ). I am a BE + PGDSMM working as a Sales Manager for a MNC and he advisex me on the basic usage of wardrobe. Its ok if it really makes sense which i am willing to learn but how come only one door gets damaged often if the hanger lenght is more....This no one can answer.

                      Store manager is relying on the field level guys feedback which is not shared to customer and we are kept in dark and till now all the service men who has attended the abvoe issues is visiting after 19.30 hrs and who will like his Bed room being often visitied by a stranger and my wife is really worried about this.

                      Also , the Store Manager - Rajesh , conversation on the phone is also un-pleasant as if his message is this is the best we can do rest we have to live with it.

                      I strongly demand a product exchange ( A New door ) being replaced ASAP else and need to teach store the store manager how to address the customers on a business model.

                      Hoping for a justice on this note.

                          I purchased the sofa in Oct-2012 .. today is June -2013 (HDC no 1010/2012/3585)

                          Not even year get complete and particular patch (left hand side support of my sofa get) sag/out , damaged like sun burn.

                          I book a complaint in 21-May-2013. Did followup almost a month no one came and no one help to repair

                          Though it’s under warrantee, I am regretting my why I purchased 53K of sofa from housefull.. instead of better to purchased from road side stores.

                          Please find attached photographs, to see what happen to my sofa..!!!

                          I know I cant do anything now., but trust me being an software engg atlest can make a website which will act as anti housefull furtniture store.
                          And I will try to put my review.. as much as possible..!!!! even in my office I can circulate the mail…!!!

                          My wife running a her own clinic .. on notice board also I will put a comment saying don’t buy anything from housefull …..

                          At least if I can stop one customer to buy furniture … would be happy..!!!

                          Thank you so much for making me fool and selling me crap..!!!!! Feeling cheated…!

                          Exactly same thing happened to me. Housefull is selling faulty products. Please Please Please dont purchase from them. Local shops are far better than them.

                            I have purchased two products at kasarwadavali at hypercity mall (THANE) . they delivered it after one month which was broken and when i gave complaint they took another two months to replace it . Now it is almost four months they have not arrived to assemble it . Also one product which was assembled has broken . I am totally shocked that how this fraud company is working . when i said to them i don't want their product and take it back and refund my money excluding delivery charges and taxes, they said it cannot be returned .
                            Then i again made a call and i don't want the product and take their garbage for free from my home they said no. I am totally fed up with their behaviour and i am writing this complaint . Their advertisement must be banned from MUMBAI MIRROR and their license should be removed .
                            I will fight till end whatever the consequence .

                              Can you guys please let me know when the following order will be fulfilled?!!!
                              It has been more than 1.5 months. And there has been NO intimation of WHEN the product will be delivered!
                              I have called you guys twice and your representative told me the date of 31st May!
                              It has been 20 days after that!
                              I want a refund on my purchase asap!

                                I had bought a Recliner from Housefull Bangalore Banshankri Branch in 2012 May.In few months itself recliner Mechanism stopped working in September. I gave Complaint and asked for service. they said they will send Carpenter home in a week. But they took 2 months to send and 1 month to repair mechanism.
                                Now from 2013 April same Recliner again stopped working.Till today they have not sent Carpenter and saying same thing that they will send in a week. I visited them personally thrice to check whats happening But they said they will send soon with in a week and didnt respond to me properly. I donot recommend this shop to any one. Worst Service ever i have seen till date! I want to take it forward in Consumer court for their product , irresponsible service and attitude

I visited them personally thrice to check whats happening But they said they will send soon with in a week and didn't respond to me properly. I don't recommend this shop to any one. Worst Service ever i have seen till date!
                                I want to take it Forward for Consumer court for wasting my time, bad quality product and irresponsible attitude in providing service.

                                  I booked furniture (1 cupboard, 1 book-shelf & one table) worth Rs. 18000 on 2nd June 2013 (Cheque of ICICI Bank submitted).
                                  Housefull Furniture promised to deliver furniture till 9 June 2013. cheque was realized on 3rd June 2013.
                                  Till sunday evening(9 june 13) I did not received any of the booked furniture item. after chasing Housefull furniture customer care, we got to know that it will be delivered by 9:30 PM (9 Jun 13).
                                  But it was not delivered as agreed terms & conditions. after making complaint, they promised to deliver furniture till Monday (10 June 2013) but same status till 12 June 2013. It was delivered on 10 June, but without one cupboard and glasses of one cupboard(which are still not delivered till 15 June 2013)
                                  It was not assembled also as per promised date and was got assembled on 14 June 2013 (without cupboard lock and glasses)
                                  Thus furniture which was suppose to be available to be use on 9th is yet not fully available for me to use.
                                  After chasing Housefull Furniture, still I haven't got any response from them for remaining items(book-shelf glasses & cupboard lock) and late delivery.
                                  This is clear case of cheating and it has caused mental torture for whole family.
                                  Therefore i request you to look into the matter and issue appropriate order against Housefull Furniture (Aundh, Pune)

                                    CAUTION: HOUSE FULL => COMPLAINT FULL;

                                    With CHEAP PRICE, comes CHEAPER QUALITY and CHEAPEST SERVICE;

                                    The attachments are self explanatory. Order was placed for a book case on 22nd April. Goods delivered in first week of March with out the glass for the doors.(It was supposed to be this product http://www.housefull.co.in/products/238-frame-book-case.aspx)
                                    It is 13th June and was told it will take another 2-3days. This has been repeating for last one month.
                                    This was my third purchase. An earlier purchase of JORDAN shoe rack with has come with Bad fitting and is still awaiting their attention.
                                    Complaints can be given only in Mumbai office. Chennai stores will not entertain any calls.

                                    Please suggest how to address this.

                                      Recently I have bought Dining table from one of your houseful store.

                                      Yesterday your installation person came to assemble the product & while assembling couple of defect / damages found in the product.

                                      It was surprise to see such manufacturing defect & damages in the brand new product.

                                      HDC number: 1001 /2013 /1855



                                      Please see below list of defect in the received product:

                                      1) One chair rear side leg unable to assemble as due to mounting hole were mismatch with rear panel.

                                      2) Same chairs hardware were missing

                                      3) Two chairs seating cushions top surface have holes.

                                      4) Dining glass has few scratches from bottom side of table.


                                      It is frustrating to see such defect in brand new product & need money refund.

                                      HOUSEFULL — Manufacturing Defect

                                      Hi! I have bought Furniture worth Rs.1.1L from Houseful in Pune during the month of April' 2010. I found that in one of the bed-room set (Zurich set) the under-storage drawers have come lose of its rolling channel. I have been calling them to fix it up. They indeed sent carpenters twice who could not do any good to the defect as they were manufacturing defect.
                                      I have retained the original bills etc. I would like to formally sue Houseful for delivering sub-standard material, and not attending to the customer complaints.
                                      Some one please advise how do I proceed.

                                      House full International limited — Defective furniture supplied

                                      I have purchase a wall unit in July 2010, at the time of installation the unit was defective. After complaining, a top panel was sent, that too defective. When I spoke to the customer care, I was asked to choose from the two defective. After some time the wall unit started bending, for which till date no replacement is there, even though the product has 1 year warranty.

                                        To whomsoever it may concern,

                                        A TV unit was booked in APRIL and it reached us a month afterwards in abysmal condition, the packaging of the product was so poor, all the wooden planks are broken. The complaint was lodged a day after delivery and till now no action has been taken. It's almost TWO MONTHS since the product was booked and the amount paid in FULL.

                                        The customer care executives are of no help at all. They are the most apathetic people. This has been the worst shopping experience.

                                        Strict action needs to be taken.
