Hi,
HDC no. 1022/2013/1590, had received partial product and got assembled the cot only after one week followups & finally it is a damaged cot.

cc3/0513/245 is the complaint number and promised that it will be replaced in one week.

Have ever seen this worst service anywhere else. No one has the concern to respond to calls, entire day have sit with phone to get connect and without intimation they will disconnect the call. Just fed up of these guys.

    I have three complaint against House Full Furniture. I purchased queen size bed on 26th April 2013 at Housefull showroom Porur, chennai for 0% EMi on standard Charactered bank.

    1. 0% Emi - The sales manager told me it will take 3 working days to convert it to EMI. But my credit card statement on 4th may 2013 is showing the full amount as debit, when i inquired they gave no proper reply.

    2. Damage - The delivery was done after 15 days as promised.But contains some scratch on the bed exterior and when informed about this to customer care again no proper response.

    3. Missing parts and not installed - The installed guide came and told that some parts were missing and would fix it when the parts arrives after 2 days from their warehouse. I made call after 2 days to the showroom and the reply is will take another 5 days to delivery it and after 5 days i called, they are saying another 7 days for the stock to arrive.

    Each time they are giving false promise only and still now after making full payment till now it is not fully installed.

    Furniture — Damage Piece Sold

    Sir, We have bought a furniture stand on 20th March 2011. While purchasing itself we have seen a damage in the stand. But the shop man has not that is not a damage. But when we have take the furniture to the home oure parents has informed us that this is not the goods piece. so we have called the show room and informed that we dont need this damage piece. but they are not ready to take back the piece.

      I bought a Display from House full. They took more than one month after the notice period to delivery (and only did it after my call), than more than 3 weeks to assemble it (also only did it after my call).
      And when I received the product, it was completely scratched!
      Even the assembling guy was surprise how the product was damage.
      He advised me to contact House full to get it fix. I already call the company 5 times, but I only receive promises that somebody will go to my home to fix it but still now nobody came! I am calling and calling for more than 4 weeks, and still nothing happen!
      DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE.

        Hi,

        I am PraveenKumar G from Chennai, I have ordered furnitures via online from housefull.co.in, Order Reference no. HDC- 9954/2013/475 dated May 7th 2013 @ 4Pm. I have noticed that the product ordered (COT + WARDROBE + SIDE TABLE) doesn't suit my living room and hence cancelled the same on same day May 7th 2013 @ 7pm via email . Their customer care numbers is just for show business. its of no use. No one will respond on the same. Next day,their executive& sales manager Mr.Anand called me and agreed to refund the amount within 7 working days. on May 17th,their delivery person called me and said they are delivering the product and the shipment has been moved out from their Mumbai warehouse. after repeated mails on everyday no one had responded. Finally on May 21st, Customer care number connected and sales manager Mr.Anand spoke to me and he said he cannot refund the amount.The most funniest thing was that he doesn't rememeber the conversation and commitment he had given to me on May 7th 2013. He couldn't solve my problem and after long discussion another person came into Picture Mr. Chandrakanth and he is also repeating the same statement. We cannot refund the amount.It is the worst company to deal with. Now, to compromise me , they are giving me an option to select another product for the same price.they are not ready to share any of their top management contacts,neither email ID or Mobile numbers. I got frustrated with the attitude from House full furniture.This fellows doesnt even know spelling for Customer service and customer satisfaction.

        Furniture — Failed to Deliver Furniture

        I booked a wardrobe worth Rs 7999 on 12th Sept. from Total Mall, Sarjapur Rd. I was promised that it will be delivered by 16th, but didnt. Waited for few more days and again went to Total on 18th.To my shock they told that particular model isnt available and choose another one. I came again next day and chose another model but told them it has to be delivered and fixed on 22nd, for which they agreed.I tried calling the whole day on 22nd but couldnt get a clear picture and by afternoon and evening they stopped picking my calls. Finally in the evening I spoke to their Manager Manish and Abhay and told to give me refund if they cant deliver it, to my surprise they agreed for that, how shameful. Next day I went and got the refund, NO word of SORRY from their mouth!!They showed attitude instead of me!!!

          I bought a spring size metros from Housefull ferniture store Kohinoor mall on 1 may.which details are
          Gilson spring metros pearl ( size 5*6 feets) queen size. But they delivered the metros on last Friday gilson spring metros pearl+ (size 5*6.2 feets). Now the metros is not fit on my bed .Than I call them and tail our problem but they are not ready to file my complaint and take any action.so I want to return it and compunsetion for these trouble .I have the bill and all call details.

            I purchased a queen size cot from Housefull which do not have standard size of length & width and purchased sleepwell mattress it not getting fit. When I started sending the mail to these guys they are not replying nad stating it will not be replaced. I have total loss of 35k around because of this. Could you please help me out in this regard or let me know to the process to lodge a compliant against them in consumer forum court. Please help us out.

              I bought a two door wardrobe from http://www.housefull.co.in via online on 20/02/2013. Delivered a defective product. One of the door is not fitted properly. While asking the technician says will replace the keel in 2 days. Again I called to the local warehouse. The manager saying is not our problem, you need to contact mumbai, because purchased via online. So I sent a mail to customer care. One of the executive replied will see your house in 2 days. They saying like this from the month of FEB. I called again to the local ware house. The persons threatening. Talking with harshly. Mentally disappointed of those guys. Kindly take necessary action. Attached is the invoice copy for your reference. If you want will send the corresponding mails they sent. Thanks

                I bought a 2 door wardrobe product from houseful.co.in via online on 20/02/2013. They sent defective product to me. one of the door is not fitted properly, its hanging now. I contact many times to the customer service. more than 20 times. They not responding some times. Even is answer saying within 2 day technician will see you place. But no one came yet. Also, if I called local warehouse they are threatening. Its frustrating. Mentally disappointed. Kindly do the need full. Thanks.

                  I ordered 2 items from housefull separately, 1 online and 1 from their store on 11th April and the delivery dates were promised to be 1 week post the purchase for 1 and 10 days later for the other one. Its been almost a month and only 1 was delivered a few days back and there is no clue of the other item. Despite several email sent by me and plenty of calls made, i cant get a response from them. Their call centre is always out of order and Ive received only 1 reply via email to my first mail. I have no clue if they even exist or theyve shut shop.

                  The one piece that was delivered was not assembled and again i cant get in touch with anyone for that.

                  I am thoroughly disappointed and want my money back

                    Please avoid buying from housefull store. I bought one dining table from housefull and paid the entire amount as they forced to pay. It's been more than 3 months now and i have not received the delivery as well as no status as well. Moreover, on calling store they abuse you and the customer care don't even respond / pick up the call. Complete waste of money and lots of pain. Can anyone pass on any contact of reliable customer care / executive of housefull all numbers listed on website don't work.

                    Also, is anyone willing to approach court ? I am planning the same and if anyone would like to join me, let me know we can work it out.

                      Housefull took the full payment of 14000 from me for a TV Wall Unit and delivered me a damaged product.
                      Its been over one month but they havent delivered my the damaged part yet.
                      They are a fraud company.
                      Their Customer Care is hopeless like anything. They do not even receive the calls.
                      This company needs to be sued.

                      They deliver damaged furniture and take the payment before giving you the product.

                        I bought a 3 door wardrobe which was never delivered from Marathalli, Bangalore store (HDC NO:1022/2013/1288) and Manager was very very unperturbed about the delivery, in spite of calling nth no of times. I had to personally go and collect my order on my expense. Service is totally pathetic


                        This is the worst experience, I ever had with any furniture shop. I would recommend no one to ever go and purchase from there.

                        Housefull International furniture have got the most pathetic service ever.

                        - Got the furniture delivered late.
                        - Got the fitting done by carpenter late.
                        - After 2 days of the fitting, the glass top of the center table came off.
                        - Raised a complaint, carpenter came after 10 days.
                        - Dismantled the table, and then informed that one of his tools is not working. So, he will come tomorrow.
                        - Tomorrow never comes for this company.
                        - When called the company, they tell some stupid story and give some of the lamest excuse possible. Customer care have no idea whats going on.
                        - Called carpenter directly. He told he will tell his manager and get it done as soon as possible.
                        - Afterward, they started to avoid. Started picking up the phone itself.
                        - One month gone. Still waiting.

                        * Advise people not to go for furniture with this company. I read the negative comments about this company on internet before buying but I was still went for them. Don&#039;t know why.

                          Rs 2790 Cody book case
                          Order placed on 31/3/13. I recieved a phone call within an hour and the executive said its out of delivery area. So i requested them for cancellation immediately.
                          I kept calling customer care for cancellation and i was assured a refund.
                          3 days later when i call the customer care they tell me product is already shipped and they cannot cancel
                          I mailed them repeatedly.. I was assured if product not delivered by 16/4/13 i will get the refund.
                          I again mailed them asking for refund. I get a email on 21/4/13 from the housefull.co.in apologetically asking for 2 more days for delivery.
                          Today 25/4/13 they have stopped responding to my mails.
                          What i cannot understand is why cant they refund it if they cant deliver the product. My refund request was given within 1 hour of ordering as they themselves said they cant deliver it to the particular pin code

                            I made the booking of an Illinois 3 Doorwardrome Walnut on 30th March 2013 with upfront payment of Rs. 13490. the delivery date was given as 20th April. However, after not receiving any call or intimation from Housefull we started inquiring from the customer care number given from Thursday 18th April onwards. The lady who answered the call said you delivery will be on time on 20th April between 3:00- 4:00 PM. No call received till date from Housefull. After waiting for hours on 20th April when we called the customer care again it was told that the delivery will happen after a week. No information/ intimation was given to us that delivery will be late. Post speaking to them it appears that our money is gone and we wont be receiving any product.
                            My appeal to everyone is that dont get carried away with their advertisements as this is a fraud unit. They will show fancy products and take money from you but wont give anything.

                            Housefull Furniture — Damaged product delivered

                            We have purchased a Bed from House-full international ltd, West field center, Tolichowki Main Road, Hyderabad.
                            The product was damaged at the time of delivery, so we requested the House-full staff to replace it with a new one, but after continuous follow up there was no response from them.

                              This is regarding this chain of furniture stores called Housefull. I have bought two 5 door wardrobes from them last July from Towlichowki store, Hyderabad. They took around 1 month to deliver them and when the carpenters turn up they tell me that door pieces of both of these wardrobes are missing i.e. not delivered and without it they can't be assembled. Since that day I have been chasing Housefull on daily basis but all in vain. The customer care in Mumbai doesn't care for customer. They either won't pick up the call or would say that the concerned person is out or would say that I will get a call back which never happens. The Managers in Hyderabad act like nothing is in their control and just keep either running away or giving false information and promises.
                              Till now my problem is not resolved and doesn't look like its going to be resolved. These wardrobes cost me around 50000 and they are piece of junk until they get assembled. I would advise everyone to never put your hard earned money at risk and buy anything from Housefull. I wonder what kind of company is this which doesn't care about the customer. I have now decided to go via legal route and very soon they will be served notices. It will cost me a good amount of money to pay to the lawyer but I hope it teaches them a lesson.

                                NEVER BUY ANY FURNITURE FROM HOUSEFULL ONLINE
                                THEY ARE CHEATS AND FRAUDS
                                I purchased kitchen rack from housefull furniture online HDC no: 9953/2013/790
                                They delivered it on 8apr 2013 as per promise.
                                Beyond that noone has come till date for assembling and despite repeated calls and followups they hardly care about any commitment.
                                Their warehouse manager Mr. Ravi gives false commitments and mislead people.
                                Their customer care is very very pathetic and doesn't even care about people.
                                Thinking of taking leagal opinion now.

                                Housefull Furnitures — Pathetic Delivery and After sale service

                                Have purchased furnitures from Houseful Pune.They ask for full payment at the time of booking and give a future delivery date but two times it has happened with me that they either dont turn up to deliver on time or deliver defective pieces.And then takes hell lot of time to redeliver the same.

                                Their service is very pathetic and dont even respond to customer in the proper way.They keep on delaying the delivery and thousands of follow up is required for the same.

                                Will suggest everyone not to buy anythinf from their store if you value your time and money.

                                  I have purchased lex dining set SKU[protected] on 30th Nov, 2012 order no. 12821 delivered to me on 7th Dec, 2012 HDC No.[protected].

                                  After getting delivery and installation of the above dining set, around end of feb, we observed that the legs of the dining table were moving and the alignment of the glass top had changed. So we filed a complaint by phone at your customer support on 4/3/2013 vide complaint no. 338CC/0313/778 that the legs of the dining table were moving. The lady who has taken down the complaint told me that within 7-8 days, a person will visit your house.

                                  After constant follow up nobody visited or gave me a phone call after making the said complaint. one person visited the house in the afternoon after 15 days without prior notice in advance and he inspected the table and told my old mother that as the top glass was not properly attached to the table, the legs were moving/shaking and further told that on the same day one person from hypercity housefull will come in the evening to stick the glass and the table will be okay.

                                  Then till 27th March, no body visited my house and on 27/3/2013, while we were having dinner, the table suddenly collapsed and the lower glass shattered and the legs of the dining table got bent out of shape.

                                  Till today i.e. 12/4/2013, I have made several complaints and mails, but there is no reply from co. when I called in co, today ms. radha from complaint department told me that we never guarantee you for the glass, you will have to purchase another lower glass of table without which we cannot assemble the table.

                                  my grievance is that when I noticed that the legs were moving and alignments of top glass had changed I immediately intimated the co and I made several complaints on phone and also by mail. and now as within 2 months I lost the table, I may be replaced with new one.

                                    I have purchased the product on 24 March 2013, HDC :1022/2013/1057. I don’t have a big budget so fall for housefull price. One big mistake which everybody does. Product is paper laminated and not ply laminated so its average quality product which is the reason its cheap.

                                    They deliver the product late and when I inquired i got reply "all the eight delivery vehicle is out for delivery". I asked when will it get delivered, standard reply tomorrow. Again tomorrow when I called another reason, product is not yet received. Surprised in one day product is there but delivery vehicle was not there, now the product itself is on transit.

                                    Anyway after a lot of persuasion product got delivered of-coarse with some more delay.

                                    Then now struggling to get it assemble. Earlier they said with delivery only they will assemble, now story is different. It will be assemble only tomorrow i.e. today 10 April, 2013. When called customer care they said "today not possible only on 12th April 2013". Hope they will do.

                                    My hard luck, but if you are in Bangalore purchase product from BTM or Banaswadi in outer ring road. Lots of shop to choose from and really a very good design and quality.

                                    AMZ, National, Good looking furnitures etc are there in BTM. I got my rubber wood (not Assam) sofa from there for Rs. 20000 with ontime delivery.

                                      Hello,

                                      I had bought one bookshelf from Houseful on 3rd March 2013. HDC number being 1019/2013/732. On 19th I got the delivery but with 3 broken glasses which the staff told they will replace in 4-5 days. Till now, I have called 100 times to houseful customer care - complaint department and every time I am promised a new date of delivery but no action has been taken yet.

                                      It seems they are fooling customers like us and their services are not as promised during the deal.

                                      Kindly help me get those broken glasses replaced ASAP or take back the item and refund the entire amount me.

                                        This is in reference to the trailing mail.
                                        There has been a delay of more than a month in installation since I have purchased this bed. Even after this mail from the customer care, I did not receive any call from the fitter/carpenter regarding the installation for more than 7 days. It was only after we tried to follow up, that the fitter was arranged for a visit. When he visited our place on 02.04.2013 he came with the mentioned spare panel, but did not bring along with him the required Hardware (Screws, Washers etc.) as the original was already damaged. While trying to fit the new panel with the original hardware, the new panel also got damaged.
                                        When the same was told to customer care, their response was that it would again take 2 working days for arranging required hardware from Housefull warehouse located in Bhiwandi & the fitter will "definitely" come on or before 04.04.2013. Neither have we received any call from the fitter nor are the customer care executives responding in an assured.
                                        I humbly request the Indian Consumer Court Forum (ICCF) to help me in getting at least necessary Refund against this product, as Replacement does not seem to be a good option to me, if these people are not going to provide necessary services against what they sell.

                                        We had purchased "Spectrum Queen-size Bed" with HDC No. 1009/2013/667 from Palm Beach Galleria Mall store -Vashi on 03.03.2013 at 7:30 pm which was delivered to us on date 11.03.2013 at 3:30 pm. As mentioned in the delivery challan, the installation was supposed to be done within 48 hrs of delivery by the authorized expert technician from M/s Housefull. The suitable timing for assembly/installation was decided mutually i.e. on 13.03.2013 by the Housefull technician & me, however he was unable to come citing "distance to travel" problem. After this M/s Housefull sent their store sales persons to assemble the product.
                                        They arrived at our place only at 8:30 pm on 13.03.2013 after which they started the installation. They tried to assemble the product for 2 long hours till 10:30 pm, but were unable to install it cleanly & completely. The fault diagnosed by them was "Hole mismatch in Left side panel from Head board".
                                        In the process, 02 nos M8 x 70 screws were also damaged. The same has been written & signed by me on their copy of delivery challan. I was given a verbal assurance by them that the expert technician/carpenter shall come on 14.03.2013 after giving me a tele-call.
                                        But despite waiting till 6 pm on 14.03.2013, I had not received a single call from any technician regarding the matter, after which I called up on the customer care no. I was told that the technician can be sent to re-check the condition of the product only on 15.03.2013. I took up this matter with the Vashi store where again I was told that the technician will come on 16.03.2013 (i.e. approximately 120 hrs after product delivery).

                                        There is complete difference in what you assure & what you deliver to the customer. Now it has been almost two weeks since I purchased the product & I am still unable to use the product. The product, though remains partially assembled as left by the Housefull sales persons thus acquiring a lot of space in my house. I have been personally following up with the assembly co-ordination team regarding this matter and while there have been assurances, there is no action from them. This in turn has been affecting my work schedule as well as my personal life.

                                        Please confirm whether it is possible for you to get this installation done on 15.03.2013 else suggest what should I do with this product.
