I ordered a side table from Housefull on 13 March 2013 from the Worli, Mumbai store and it hasn't been delivered to me for over 1 year and 7 months. Housefull initially delivered a defective product that I refused to accept; the delivery team noted this and assured me the delivery of a new piece at the earliest. I followed up with Housefull multiple times over emails and phone calls to their customer service number. I got no response. For the past 6months, I've been chasing them incessantly. It's been extremely frustrating and mentally agonizing. The internet is rife with complaints against this company. They shouldn't be allowed to cheat and harass customers this way. They should refund the money and fairly cocmpensate me for the distress caused.

      There was fungus problem in my wooden cot, wardrobe and side table during the 1st period of warranty. I faced this problem twice in the warranty period. When it came for the 2nd time, I demanded to provide replacement but they told this time we will go for chemical solution and if it repeats again we will surely give replacement. This was committed by Housefull representative via e-mail. Now I am facing the same problem and when I asked for replacement, they told it can only be serviced. I am totally unhappy with the service provided by Housefull.

        I have bought ashoe rack and 2 cabinets for storage cabinets on 7th september at dahisar and they have commited delivery on 14th. Initially, they called me on 12th and confirmed that the material would be delivered on1 4th, but on14th, they again called me and confirmed that there is a fir accident at their godown and the aterial woudl be delivered on 24th.
        When I called them up and after 5 minute of painful hold, they told me that there was a fire accident on 3rd and hence they will send the shoe rack before 19:00 hrs on 14th and storage cabinets would eb delivered on 24th.Today is 16th and neither I received my shoe rack nor my storage cabinets.Even today when I called them up, they were so rude, not resposnive, and disconnected the call stating that they will call me after 5 mins.I have nto received any call so far.
        Now my questiosn woudl be...
        1.If fire accident happened on 3rd, how come, their store people gave a commitment of 14th delivery inspite of knowing that there is a fire accident in godown and material cannot be delivered?
        2.How come they realised that there was a fire accident on 14th, when they themselves ofnirmed delivery of 14th on 12th?
        3.Inspite of knowing that they cannot deliver the product, why did they sadi that shoe rack would eb delivered before 19:00 hrs and dont go anywhere..becoz of which i couldn't go out of my house resulting in agony and frustation?
        4. I have sent a complaint email on 15th and till now there is no response or ackowledgement?
        5. Now I recollect even in 2012, when i bought a wrdrobe, they used the same non sense reaso of fire break out?
        6. Lastly, I think its a money laundering company where they take money in advance and then do not deliver the items even after committed date and then give them a refund. I'm sure this is their main business and not selling furniture..

They do not come for assemble nor they are responding to my calls How such fraud company's online store can be allowed to operate.             Housefull delivered a damaged bookshelf which I purchase for 9000. They do not come for assembly nor respond to our calls. It is a fraud company. Please arrange to book them and put behind bars immediately as other people should not fall prey to such day light robbery

              Hi Team, It’s been over a week now, I am calling Housefull complaint department on daily basis, however, the kind of reckless demeanor shown by team seriously made me to think that I had made a big mistake dealing with your company. The middle plank of my bed needs to be replaced & even after several reminders, no engineer has turned up to fix it.

                I had booked a shoerack online from their site on 07 Jul 15, which was decribed as made of compressed wood. The product delivery dtae was 19 Jul 15. On 11 Jul 15, i happended to visit their store. I was shocked to see that the shoerack had cheap plastic grills on door, rear side was some cheap cardboard kind of stuff and the whole thing was held together with staples.It was not all as per the product material as given on their website. I tried my best with the company to cancel my order as the product was not even dispatched, however they did not agree. Then I requested them to give me different product for which I was ready to pay the difference. This also was declined by them. One Ms Jagruti looks after such issues in housefull, however the lady did not even have the courtesy to respond to repeated calls.

                  Parts was not enough furniture that arrived in December 2012. Then I did a mail many times. Then she sent me two times the parts does not matter at all. Both were part of a different furniture. It was said to be unable to refund two months later, it is ignored and say I want you to refund rather than a replacement. Even if the e-mail, it is a day-to-day months are also ignored then. It has been ignored more than a year and a half from buying the goods. Level of customer care of this company is very low. Moral of this company is very low. I am Japanese. It is a correspondence that discriminate against foreigners. I can not forgive absolute. Do not those who know where to complain like this. Everyone should not be bought from the company absolute. Product at a low quality, distortion immediately, mold will appear immediately.

                    Unfortunately I happen to be one of those unlucky souls who opted to buy furniture from Housefull Furniture. I had placed an order for 2 KU
                    DELL SLATED 4D SHOERACK (HDC NO : 9954/2014/590)on Jul 27 2014 online and made the payment of 12000/-. The items were delivered promptly on 27th as promised. The packages were opened by the person who came to aseemble them. On opening, it was found that one item had scratches and the other one had a damaged part. The assembly person himself had suggested that I ask for a replacement as both the pieces had damages in it. On contacting the customer care no[protected], I was assured that the damaged parts will be replaced with brand new ones. As I didn't get any further update from them after 2 days, I called them on 1st August. I was told that someone would come from the Chennai showroom and replace the item on 3rd August. The Chennai showroom people contacted me and I asked them to come on 4th as I had some prior commitment, to which they agreed. They assured that they would come on 4th evening. On calling the Chennai porur showroom on 4th evening, I was told that theywon't be coming as I had bought the items online and hence they are not responsible.
                    I sent a mail to [protected]@housefull.co.in updating the events but never got any reply. Again I contacted the customer care and a lady named Sylvia said that they don't have similar products in the Chennai showrooms and that she would get back to me in 2 days. After a lot of failed attempts, I managed to get her online. She told me that they don't have any more pieces and that I should choose some other product of theirs, and also that they won't refund the money. I do not want to try my luck again as I am already regretting the decision of choosing such a company with a bad customer service.
                    Request you to kindly help me out with the issue as 12000/- is not a meagre sum that one would be willing to compromise on.

First they deliver it at wrong address which is of aligarh instead of ghaziabad. and when we ask why product is going to wrong address got response it was typo mistake at their end. today is 29 july but yet product is not delivered inspite of multiple follow up.every time new date and now they are not even replying. order num:49314

                            I purchased one book case and Study table from Housefull Furniture via online . I made the payment on 24th July, they committed the delivery around July 12th. But not yet they dispatched the product from their warehouse. When we call to their so called customer care everyday the call will be answered after 30-45 minus. But the irresponsible company people always tell we will get back to you in 30 minus/before 4 O clock like that but it never happened. 4 times they give blind commitments like will dispatch your product on tomorrow evening. But all these are lies. I am planning to wait for 2, 3 days after that i am going to take legal ways [protected]@gmail.com

                              Reference Please note that your complaint has been registered and forwarded to our concern department on or before 17th July 14 your complain twill be resolved. Kindly note your complaint number (CC/2014/7/199). To Customer care I have many complaint against Housefool. Which complaint you will resolve by 17/7?- Complaint number (CC/2014/7/199). I do not know about which complaint you are referring. 10 days for resolving a customer complain – that to domestic item customer. Is this the customer centricity /satisfaction standard you are maintaining? where world class standard is in minutes(not even hours). Just to understand customer feeling, note following. I am repenting of my decision of buying goods from Houseful This I am talking about my experience about the service and behavior quality shown by houseful employee (produce quality is yet to be tested as I have not used the products yet. At time of booking of order I have confirmed that I will be getting delivery when I want (Saturday delivery and Sunday assembly) only point was the delivery will be after 3 week from confirm order. 26/6 – I rec call for delivery. I confirm the delivery on 5/7 and assly on 6/7. after 3-4 calls from houseful it was again confirmed that delivery on 5/7/14. On 4/6 it was confirmed by lady from Houseful that delivery on 5/6 /14 and I will get call between 1-6pm for confirming the timing. No call till 6.20 pm. I called back at 6.30 pl – no body pick up phone (as per papers the timing is 10 to 7) On 6/7/14 – no call till 11.30. When call back the lady informs me that delivery is postponed to 7/7/14 . With whose permission, who was informed? - only one answer – we do not have information – our system do not give us such information. She was not even ready to enquire to W/House and give me information. I asked for a person whom I can take up my matter. A person in Houseful who work for customers money? No answer( out of 10 minute discussion only one answer “ we do not know). After a lot of discussion and at least one staff member(Mr Milind) who understands customer pain it was agreed that the delivery will be on 7/7n and assly on the same day………. On 7/7 nobody confirms me the delivery timing. When I enquired I was told the it will be between 1 to 3. Act material received after 4.30 pm. After follow-up for 1 hour the carpenter reached for assly. Assly was done till 10 pm. Still work was not completed as material required for fitting of extra rack not delivered (This fault was by design or real fault – you only check your system – White collar harassment) The carpenter left saying my work is over and left with the place without my opinion about the product/performance/customer report/signature( look how much important customer feedback is for you?) On 8/7 nobody lifted call till 10.15 am(no system for call back even though my mobile no is officially registered in your record) At 10.30 mr Ramesh answered my call. Housfool system/record was not having any information about short material at customer even after 12 hours). I told him 4 complaints as follows. 1) Bottom plywood not provided for the box bed[protected] – later I was told that is provided – lesson – customer should not believe items kept in showroom (funny – box bed without bottom) 2) Item[protected]/62 – lock not working. 3) Extra shelf not fitted 4) The packing material not cleared by houseful person – why customer should take responsibility of clearing garbage made by houseful (packing is supplier requirement and customer need only goods) – I have spent Rs 400 cost for disposing the packing material left by Housefool 5) I asked for complaint no – which he refused to give saying that It will be on SMS After 1 hour I asked for SMS of customer complaint no the lady told me that she has enquired with the carpenter about complaint and he said that there is no problem. Hence she has not registered the complaint. After insisting for a long time lady agreed to register complaint and gave me complaint no. When asked which complaint she has registered? – no answer No call till now about when material will be available/when the pending work will be carried out?? During all this episode every time I have to call housefool. Nobody bother to call me and give me update? During these 3-4 days I have gone through many discussion forum and customer websites and confirmed that I am not the only one who has suffered at the hands of House fool. Whatever I have stated above is on recording with me and can be produced if required. Conclusion – You may be thinking that the name Housefool is a spelling mistake, but it is not – this word is proved by you about your customers.

                                The following problems:

                                1) There is no clamp or a strong base/backing. It can easily collapse with/without contents. Very dangerous.
                                2) There is a problem with the hinges as the door BANGS shut. I m sure it will be in pieces once I start using it.
                                3) You mention that your products are quality tested. Really? Have you seen the finishing of the book case? Even if you do some polishing which is really not what one does when its BRAND NEW, it has such a cheap look to it. It doesn't look anywhere close to the picture on the website.

                                Dont make the mistake of buying on this website.

                                  Bunch of buggers have the worst customer service.. Must be BANNED from ONSITE selling of good.. My order number is 49537. Ordered on 21st Saturday .. For 4 items seeing the advertisement in "The HINDU Newspaper" Chennai..(Hindu must also check the background of the company before publishing advertisements) Ordered 4 items by mistake and now suffering 1) Shoe Rack 2) 2 wall fittings 3) Center Table When ordering on 21st June and payment was not successful they called from a number immediately +[protected] and said they had not received the payment. In the call the lady said one of the product is defective and requested to change the order. I must have realised it that time. I unfortunately changed the order and said and replaced the shoe rack with a different shoe rack. Ordering done.. My ordeal started 1) I did not receive any online confirmation of the order till now(its 26th now). 2) I called them back on 22nd, 23rd asking for a mail confirmation. Every time they said they would send a mail in next 30 minutes 3) I called them on 26th June(today). They are telling that they cannot process all the order and only 3 items can be sent 4) Shoe Rack cannot be sent as its damaged. 5) I asked to cancel all the orders and pay me back my 15K immediately. They say its not possible and not in their process... what .. 6) I asked to send a mail in next 30 minutes and a person called Sonu Yadav promised to send it . I hope they at least send the 3 products in good condition and return back 5000 Rs immediately for shoe rack. Is there a place where I can register this as an official customer complain and stop this company from doing business...its seems to be based out of commercial capital MUMBAI.. What a curse these companies are allowed to do business ...they don't even understand customer service.. ===============Sonu Yadav replies but see the quality of the reply===========will post till the goods are delivered and money received back on as promised.                                     I bought wardrobe in housefull furniture

                                    Both in online and showroom they displayed the size as

                                    72" x 32" x 18.6"


                                    But after delivery if you check the dimension it is only

                                    71" x 31" x 16"

                                    Due to this anchor can not be place in side the wardrobe. This is not usable. I have given complaint. They simply saying sorry.

                                    Please dont buy anything from Housefull furniture. Im also going to file complaint in customer court.

By god grace I could locate your customer care person over phone and asking her for help and register a compliant to process the issue. she is reluctant to register and asking me to go to Stores and pay amount then your Mumbai go-down will send material for replacement? Is this the practice? Customer who is visiting your shop/ buying goods has to wait for your mercy on service part? What does it mean by Customer Care? I have asked her to register a compliant and told her that I’ll pay money once the replacement is done but she refused to do so. Is this the customer care/ satisfaction. This particular sofa I could not able use due to loss of primary function which you have sold to me few months ago.                                         I had order a dressing table through Housefull.co.in for RS 4330/- vide order no 47411 dated 17.05.2014. After 2-3 days the customer care informed telephonically that the ordered item is out of stock and asked me to take anything else. But I asked to deliver same product or refund back the money. even after so may reminders vide email and telephone company is neither refunding amount nor supplying the product.
