They delivered a product(Queen Bed) that took them one month and that too damaged pieces almost all .But they agreed to replace 2 damaged planks with major damage and that too they took again one month but they sent wrong replacement pieces i.e. they sent same good pieces again but what would i do with 2 sets of good pieces as damaged parts are still not replaced . And now when I again complain, they don't pick call, if they pick too they hang up by promising to call back with resolution but never call back and don't reply to mails too.Please help me, I have ordered the product in March 25, 2014 and now its June but my issue isn't resolved.

    I had ordered a bedroom set and a dining table online as gift for my wife on 19th Apr, 2014 via order number 45902. It was supposed to be delivered and assembled on or before 2nd May, 2014 but was not done. The carpenter came for assembly on 6th May. He assembled the bedroom set and informed me that dining set has some faults and will be done in next 2 days. A complaint was registered after another two days against the number HDC No.9953/2014/966, and they asked for another 7 days for further updates. And all this has happened despite regular timely follow-ups via e-mails. Added to that the Customer Care is pathetic and the numbers are being rarely attended to.

    Now this is a misery for me, as this was supposed to be a birthday gift for my wife, and now I appear to be at their mercy. Would strongly ask for remedy as well as financial compensation for the mental suffering that we suffered at their hand.

    Please look into this matter as lot of people are reportedly suffering due to their unprofessional behavior.

      I had ordered a shoe racka and a book shelf on 18th April. The delivery was supposed to happen on 26th (Saturday) The man from the ware house - (mob no [protected]) called me and told me delivery will happen on 25th, i categorically told him please send the person after 430 as i will be at work during the day it was agreed. I tried calling him again today morning but the phone wasnt answered. the driver (mob no[protected]) called me at 1240 saying he will come and deliver the stuff in an hour, which wasnt possible as i was at work, he insited that he can only come now, i called the guy from the warehouse, he spoke to the driver and told me that it was sorted and he would come after 430. the driver calls me at 135 saying he is at my door and he will leave the stuff at my neighbours, and i told him that it is not possible, i have just moved in and i do not know the neighbours. the man was so arrogant and refused to listen. i tried calling the ware house, and many times but no answer, its 3 pm and still i have no call back from the warehouse. i called the Mega Mall store, there to the response was cold, on calling again, someone else answered the phone and said that the 1st man i spoke to is out on lunch. Is this what you call customer service? At this point i dont even know what has happedned to the products, has it been left at the neighbours or is the driver taken the stuff back and will come back at 430.

        The service is hopeless and pathetic, do not go for housefull furnitures.. they are daily saying they will send person to assemble the products delivered...but they did not send even after delivery of products after long time.. their contact number is always not reachable.. Very frustrated with their service..

          Bought Glasstop dinning set 6 +1 from Bangalore marathalli branch. Suddenly within 3 months Dinning set get collapsed. Later on it was identified by store team that glass fitting was not done correctly. But coz it did not happen on day one or two they can not do anything.

            I purchased one CHARLES TV UNIT from Housefull, Tolichowki, Hyderabad. The HDC being 1030/2014/326. As promised they delivered the TV unit in knocked down condition by Navatha transport to my residence at Ramagundam. During assembly I found out that the screws for the drawer handles were not supplied, instead 32 screws of no use to me were added in the hardware. I am not able to assemble the unit completely. I had posted a complaint on 14.04.2014 but there has been no response from Housefull.

              Got a sofa delivered on 10th of March with damages. Raised the complaint by 12th March. Just keep getting calls from their customer care number to ask if the issue is resolved and the sofa is picked. Nothing beyond that happens. Everytime I call or get a call from customer care staff, I am told that either today or tmrw for sure the sofa will be picked. I have to either apply a leave or arrange someone to be at home for the sake that sofa need to be picked. But then no news. Horrible After sales service. NEVER EVER go with Housefull Furniture.

                I ordered a 3 door wardrobe from Housefull furniture in Bellandur, Bangalore. I received the product but was a damaged one. Even their carpenter and I registered a complaint on this issue for a replacement. I got a call from their customer service that they will replace the product within 15 days but now its more than a month. There is no response from their side.

                  Purchased TV cabinet from housefull (PCMC branch) on 5th Feb 2014. Got "display piece" (used in store) instead of new one. First company do not agree that given piece is "display piece". After words agreed and promise to replace it asap. Then asked to wait till 5th March 14 (1 month) as particular furniture is not available. But no response. When Called they ask again to wait more 15 Days. Now it is more than 20 days passed but still there is no sign of Response...

                    Dear Team,

                    We purchased a sofa from Housefull Furniture in Dec 2013. Sofa was delivered however we noticed scratched on the sofa. We requested for a replacement since the sofa was delivered damaged. Sofa was taken back by the company, however they have not returned the sofa till date - 16/03/2014.

                    Frequent calls have been made to show room and also complaints registered with the head office. There has been no reply from their end. Numerous calls have been made to follow-up, complaint still unresolved.

                        Poor quality product and bad service

                        Hi,
                        I ordered a dining table from houseful.co.in. It was a Nova Dining table. the picture online shows grey coloured glass. No where on the page is it mentioned that the glass is of sky blue colour. The pictures on the website show grey. I have attached 5 pictures in the complaint, 3 of them are as shown on the website, and 2 are of sky blue colour that I have in my house now. I just got the product assembled and it is sky blue. It looks yukk. I asked the assembling guy regarding this, he said the website shows grey but actually it is sky blue everywhere. I am calling and calling the Houseful customer care, no one is picking up and when they pick up they put me on hold and disconnect. I do not want this product. Either I want them to give me a glass of grey colour or I want my money back.

                          I have bought "FLASH KING BED WENGE" from housefull on Dec 18th Dec 2013 which gets delivered on 28th Dec 2013. HDC No.is 9953/2013/2982. SKU no is[protected] And Order no is #38253. Housefull details : Housefull International Ltd. Administrative Building, 1st floor, WICEL, MIDC, opp Seepz, Main Gate, Andheri (E) Mumbai - 400093. Email [protected]@housefull.co.in [protected]@housefull.co.in [protected] [protected] I want a refund for this order as well as I want to cancel & refund for my another order which I bought on 28th Dec(I booked one sofa on 28th Dec 2013 from Housefull @ 14400) and yet to be delivered. HDC No.9953/2013/3057 SKU No is[protected] Invoice No.0101/4332 On 13th Jan 2014, I found that Bed is damaged from many places. I am highly disappointed with the Housefull service and quality of product. Bed material is just like a house of cards. It is made of compressed rotten wood and laminated with paper kind of thing.The bed is defective from day 1 and that is highly unacceptable and unbearable.It does not worth even Rs 2000. Housefull has cheated me. I have informed housefull customer care via email and over a phone call that bed material quality and service is below par and pathetic, even I cannot imagine the quality of bed material, it is worse than I can think. It seems it was made of compressed rotten wood. But they are not ready to refund the money.I can't take the risk to get the replacement/repair of bed from Housefull, as the safety of my family is my foremost priority for me and can't risk it asking any of my family members to sleep on that bed whose quality is clear to us.I fell down due to damaged bed, I cannot take the same risk with my pregnant wife. If housefull can answer that how he will compensate the future risk, then I will take the replacement of bed otherwise kindly refund the money (Rs14400 for sofa +Rs10900 for king size bed = Rs25300.00).This is my hard earned money and its a huge amount for a middle class person like me. Many people are cheated by Housefull and still they are selling their product. They seems very polite and decent in mails but they talk very rudely and in very offensive tone (like Mumbaiyaa local Gunda) over the phone and they have threatened me that If I will complain somewhere, then I will not get a single paisa from Housefull and even they will not deliver the sofa.Just imagine after spending Rs25300.00 I am with broken bed and with no sofa and even they are not ready to consider my complaint.                             We bought one Dining table set from House Full International Ltd after reading some good reviews about this shop and finally we ended up in buying worst dining table from one of the worst shops. Beware of this guys.While buying the table they have asked us to pay full amount and they said product will be delivered in 15 days. We received the product after a week but a fault one. They then raised a complaint for the fault product and sent another guy after a week of time with corrected product but without the screws and bush required for fitting the product completely. Due to this they partially fitted the product and gave the reason like the shop persons who logged the complaint haven't informed him on what he needs to take while visiting the customer place. He then said he will come back after a day or two to fit the remaining parts of dining table. This has happened yesterday and no response yet on when they will be correcting this issue. It is almost 20+ days before i paid the cash in full to this shop and till now i haven't used the complete product. So go over this review before even considering buying any products from this shop. Worst part is even if you call them and inquire about the status of product they wont respond properly. This is how they treat the customers and am not sure how they are expecting customers to come and buy more products from them.

                              Dear Sir, I order from Houseful Furniture Housefull- Rajaji Nagar No. 729, 1st & 2nd Floor, Swarna Dhara Building, Modi Hospital Road, Rajaji Nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka - 560086 5- Door and 2 door wardrob on 20th Oct 2013. As per the promise the expected date of delivery was 23rd Nov but they kept on delaying and we have to make so many calls and atlast they delivered the product on 6th Dec and 7th Dec when the carpenter came to assemble the product. One of the Product was damaged and the other one was also with lot of scratches and not good quality. We called the customer care and informed the condition of the product and asked them to refund our money and take the product back. They are not ready to refund our money and says as per the company policy they don't give the refunds to the guest. Is there a way I get my money back and they take their product. Thanks Padma

                              I tried calling the customer care number (Mumbai Number ) so many times . The care center guys are too rude over the phone. They don't know how to talk to customer and they don't understand the concern. I know I have wasted my money by buying the product and lost the peace of mind. And the product what is assembled I don't think so I can use the same for even a day. It just lying at my place, we are even scarred to touch it.
                              Hence I have complained online, I thought some one will get back to me or at least other people will not face the same problem as I'm going through. I really want someone from Housefull to take their product back and refund my money.

                                They took the full payment and then sent a pair of to set up the furniture who ended up breaking part of it. Then they excused themselves and left saying that they would return with the replacement part. Now no one has come back with the replacement part and the furniture is incomplete.

                                  I had bought my sofa from Housefull furniture.com 7 months ago. However my sofa has started developing cracks and leather is tearing off at the areas where sofa has wrinkles on the arm seat and sitting area. However customer rep even without listening to entire issues, is calling it as regular wear and tear. But one look the product and it’s obvious it’s not regular wear and tear but manufacturing defect instead. I have requested them to atleast look at it and make a call themselves but instead they are talking about cost of repair. If a product develops some serious issues within warrant period should company replace or fix it. I am attaching the snapshots of the product, please have a look and see if it’s 7 months wear and tear or manufacturing defect.

                                    I ordered TV wall unit from Housefull furniture through their website on 27th of Oct 2013. They said that product will be delivered on 10th of Nov 2013. But when I called back to them on 10th of Nov 2013, they said it takes another 8 more days, that is 17th of Nov 2013. And today 16th of Nov, I called back to them and asked the status. I am surprised to hear that it takes another 8 more days. That is 22nd Nov 2013. I called many times to talk with the sales manager and he is not available. Finally I decided to cancel the order and asked them to refund the money back. But they said that it cann't be refund the amount.I hope I have called more than 15 times to[protected] / 9786, but they are very irresponsible. So I am totally frustrated by this worst service from the Housefull Furniture. Invoice No. 0101/3119 dated on 27th Oct 2013. Home Delivery Challen no. 9953/2013/2647. So I need my money back along with interest also phone bill and fine for the irresponsible service.

                                    Customer dont need any excuse. If you are not meeting customer expectation means, close your company immediately do some other business.
                                    Today also I called to your executive, and he said that delivery will take another 10 more days.
                                    What do you think about customer? does he wait for one product which he already paid for that almost one month back and didnt get his product. If it is not possible to deliver the product means, you should inform me while I booked. But you people are not informing customer instead of this, when customer want his product updates, you will put his call on hold for more than half an hour and disconnect without any intimation. I called to your company alomost more than 20 times and spoke with you for more than two hours, and it was the STD call, who will pay for this...
                                    I will claim for this too along with penalty...

                                      Placed order on <B>13/10/2013</B> for SPECIAL METRO 2D BEDROOM SET, order number <B>34886</B> on housefull.co.in. Cheque was collected on <B>19/10/2013</B> i.e. after 6 days though they promise a 2 day turnaround time. Delivery which was supposed to be within 14 days, i.e. on the 27/10/2013 was later promised for <B>2/11/2013</B> i.e. 14 days from collection of cheque. After repeated calls, delivery of parts was made on 5/11/2013 (learnt then that assembly of parts wouldn't be done the same day) The guy delivering the parts was a rude thug who <B>demanded money</B> for the delivery even though delivery charges had already been paid when ordering. When refused this money he turned from being rude to using expletives. Called the Bangalore operations manager Harsha ([protected]), he was least bothered about the rude behavior of his employee and said that assembly of parts had a turnaround time of 48 hours. After 72 hours, i.e. on <B>8/11/2013</B> the carpenter came to assemble the products. He found <B>two of the planks damaged</B> and had to place a complaint for replacement of the same. Now customer care says the replacement parts will reach at best by the 20/11/2013 (assembly might take longer) Addendum to the above, the customer care numbers listed on the site goes unanswered most of the time and the chat facility responds rarely too. Should a customer really have to <B>wait 40 plus days</B> for his order, would he ever have ordered if he had know he would face this kind of harassment. I regret ordering from this brand that doesnt know how to take care of one simple order. It might be just another small order for them but they should understand that its a "timeline" event for the customer. Writing this long review is so other prospective customers will be able to make an informed decision.
