Have communicated multiple times about my printer issue which has not been fixed yet. Now your people not lifting the calls. I have purchased priner hpnw126 its a damaged piece. Techincal person visited confirmed printer to be repalced. But from there no proper response from your team to give a letter to repace. There is no use of purchasing printer in shop.
