    My product being in warranty and still not working and neither the help desk nor the engineers are of any help. Please change the product asap.
    Hi,
    Firstly please resolve my issues it has been more than 10 days that the complain remains unsolved. It's really shocking to know that the engineers you all send drop the parts so many times on the floor as the guy did while attending to my printer 3776 model number and after that he saying that the printer part is damage from inside it's really sad to have these kind of people working as the product is under warranty would like hp to take necessary steps either to replace or attend to the complain asap.
    Please escalate this to top management so thst they can be aware of things rather than thinking all is going fine with the company.

    I want someone to take action on this asap.

      Sir monitor of my hp all in one desktop is not showing resolution. Improper displaying and dim also and bluetooth keyboard is also not working. I hv 21 computer in our institution of same configuration but out of them two computer is having monitor display problem and 5 hv bluetooth keyboard problem. So please resolve it as earliest as possible.
      Date of incident - before 15 days
      Full discription - it starts to dim and in one corner immature color display
      And key boards are not working even after checked by changing cell.

        Hello team,

        This mail is in regards to the transaction made on[protected] @ 6.59am of rs.1199, which was failed, but amount deducted from my credit card account. For this i even received an email stating for incomplete transaction from merchant side. Later, on same day i made another payment of rs.1199 @ 9.54am. It was successful.
        Merchant is saying that they haven't received any payment made @ 6.59am, kindly contact bank. Its more than 10days of transaction.
        Kindly look into it and do the needful, as its almost more than a week.
        For your reference, i have attached the photo copy of the mail received from merchant, as well you can read the below trail mail that i have received from them.
        I would like to know who will pay me the amount, as merchant saying to ask bank and vice versa. Both are making me to run here and there.
        Its a request, please help me.

          Dear sir

          I purchased your product on 14th december 2017 through oxygen dealer at vellayambalam, sasthamangalam, trivandrum, kerala, india. And i was very upset to find it did not works as expect.

          I could switch on the system only 2 or 3 times but it suddenly became shut down..
          I contacted the above mentioned oxygen dealer the very next day of the purchasing date but their responds was unsatisfactory.

          When i approached the oxygen dealer, they guaranteed to solve the problem.
          But we were out of station for 3 months, but we were in touch with them through phone.
          The oxygen group offered to arrange an hp dealer but when we approached them later they refused to do the same. We registered a complaint at hp's authorised service centre on 12th april 2018, but the technician was unable to findout the problem of the system.

          We approached your dealer several times but they were unhelpful.

          As i have come to expect much more from your products and therefore this has been very upsetting for me.

          I definitely need this situation to be solved as soon.

          We have also attached billing invoice and service report for your verification.

                Dear sir / madam,
                i, r k ralhan purchased a cart hp802 combo from shrichand computers pvt ltd, vishal tower, distt centre, janak puri new delhi 110058, mobile numbers [protected] & 56 on 12/07/2018. The next day i installed but it wasn't working. I called an engineer, came on saturday 14/07/2018 found that the colour cart wasn't working. On sunday 15/07/2018, i went to the retailer for exchange of colour cart but he said to go to the raja garden service centre. On 16/07/2018 a rainy day monday i went to the raja garden service centre and showed that colour cart. They replied that colour cart was blank and can't be changed.
                I am a senior citizens, a pensioner and also an asthmatic person.
                Please look into the matter as early as possible and help me .

                  Respected sir/madam, Iam a gas consumer of HP gas under M/s.Prasad Gas company, East Godavari Dst., AP from 5 yrs. I have 2 accounts- one is in Bank of India, another is SBI. after started subsidy system, subsidy has been depositing in Bank of India a/c only. Mean while on demand of SBI, I submitted aadhar to SBI. Then onwards amount is depositing in SBI. Because of high minimum balance maintanence... I closed SBI a/c and immediately renewed my aadhar details in my previous bank (Bank of India) in April-18 and again in May, June & July also, to refresh my details in NPCI satus. Till this problem (adding my bank a/c in NPCI) not rectified. So that, and on advise of SBI, I opened a fresh a/c in SBI on 02-7-18, and linked gas details to my a/c newly. BUT, NPCI STATUS IS STILL INACTIVE. From March month till now Iam begging neighbours gas cylinders. Please add my a/c to NPCI status and rectify this problem as early as possible.                     On 11th of July I contacted HP assistant to resolve my problem of noise and vibration coming out of my laptop. They said they will sent a service guy to check what is the problem regarding to the issue. On 16th of July the service guy arrived at my place and dissembled my laptop to check the issue where he found that one of my exhaust fan blade was broken. He assured me that cases like this is unusual and I would get the part replaced and he emailed my complaint further. I didn't receive any mail so I again contacted HP assistant on 18th July and they provide me a phone number of Amit Kumar. This guy repeatedly ignored my call and was hanging up every time i was calling and then he messaged me that he's in hospital so understanding the situation i said sorry to him and expect him to call me afterward which he didn't so today i called him again and he straight away said we cant approve your claim because of the term and conditions which say no replacement of damaged parts even they are under warranty and the damage was caused by you only by the means of fall damage or any other external damage and i was making him understand that my laptop was dissembled by your service man and was never been dissembled before but he kept on accusing me that this is your responsibility and we have nothing to do with it. So just to prove myself i took my laptop to the HP Service Centre at Okhla and told them the whole scenario and gave my laptop to them to check any external damage on my laptop but it was clean and there was not even a scratch on it so how could Amit Kumar accused me that i have done a fall damage to it or any other damage. Then i called the service guy who dissembled my laptop to get the email copy which he sent for the further investigation he said he cant provide me the email as the manager has denied him to sent me the mail of my own problem and then he said you can contact to the manager. So i called this manager named Pankaj Chawla, he straight away said we cant provide you the email which was basically my registered complaint regarding to the broken fan and said it is confidential and when i asked who's responsible for the broken part he, within a second, replied in a rude way 'obviously you'. He said you must have damaged it as our service man found it broken already, but as i have mentioned above there is no external damage on my laptop and it is quite silly that only one fan blade is broken why not the rest, if there would be a fall damage or any external damage there would be a sign of damage on my laptop but it was clean and this manager was keep accusing me that i am solely responsible for this damage and was also talking to me on high volume. Kindly look into my situation and check on to the behaviour of the staff of the company.

                      I have been claimed for extended 2 year onsite warranty for my hp notebook series. I got a confirmation mail of hp care pack services certificates. In that certificate 2019 year of expiry is mentioned. Why? it should be 2021.also there was no explanation of 1year accidental damage protection. i have got the nother mail of mcafee internet security. but i don't get any total 3 year onsite warranty of my laptop. they told me i got the confirmation mail withim 23rd july. it's 20 today. plz tell me how my issue will be solved.

                        This is regarding washing machine drain motor replacement issue.
                        I am Ramesh Bawankar DISPOINTED FROM HP as they have done such a pathetic work which no company would have ever done.
                        I am living in warje, Pune Maharashtra, i had called your service center regarding the same 2 months back & service person came to our house and identified the problem of drain motor which was not working and asked us to replace drain motor.we had purchased genuine hp part and called the person and he started given execues, still the issue is not resolved, please look into the matter on high priority.

                          I ve bought a hp 15 series laptop on July 15th and registered fr extended 2 yr warranty n Antivirus on 16th july with the redemption code number BGPX156026BG.. I was supposed to get a mail in 72 hrs.. Bt no mail or msg has been sent regarding further procedure fr payment n download.. There is no response to my mail as well. Hp should really look into this issue at the earliest and respond back.

                            I have purchased a HP Envy 15 series Laptop in August 2013 in India. However, later that year, there has been a hardware problem and I have sent the product to the repair center. It was repaired and I got it back after few months. However, a few weeks into the repair I started encountering heating problems and weird noises. Turns out that when I sent off for the repair last time, A screw wasn't screwed properly and got into the cooling fan and broke it. I sen it to the repair again and got it several months later.

                            So now after the Windows 10 update, the internet and Wi-Fi does not function. So when I try to troubleshoot the problem, and look for the serial and product numbers, I cannot find them anywhere.The label that was supposed to be inside the battery panel is missing.Also the software has been changed. Mine is a ENVY series and the system shows it as a PAVILION series.

                              I have recently one week back purchase hp printer, having problems of not connecting. The printer is handed over to your service centre “iQor”at 309-310 sakar seven complex Ahmedabad on 13.07.2018. Token no 03.
                              No feedback from the service centre and I am not able to contact them as no body is land line, mob nos given are either wrong/incomplete or out of service.

                                Warranty expired.How it possible.If it is so, then why you authorized that driller to sell that printer.And why i am going to collect all document you need to give me the warranty of that printer.(already i submit my bill and S/NO of the printer)

                                Due to some printing problem I was called to customer service no .then they told me that your warranty was expired. They ask me to produce the bill and photo of sr number of the printer to update my warranty. I produce all documents they needed via mail. Today again they call me and ask me to produce the dealer purchased bill of my printer. How can I give that bill from my side. They should ask the dealer for that bill. My complaint is for both my dealer and HP support. Because my dealer wall my a out of warranty product, and HP support giving irrelevant excused.

                                This printer was purchased on 05/07/18.with proper bill.Now you say that the

                                  I am too DISPOINTED FROM HP as they have done such a pathetic work which no company would have ever done.

                                  Could you please tell ME why have YOU stolen my HP MONEY. I do not see single point in my HP Account. It was 1651 points now it shows ZERO. i have been told by you people that it will be valid till 6 months but its not more then A month and HP MONEY GONE. I WANT MY HP MONEY BACK OTHER WISE I AM GONNA GET YOU CRIED ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

                                    I have bought HP 32 GB pen drive on Flipkart, which is not working properly. l contact HP service centre at patna, where i directed to contact with seller for warranty.( invoice no.FABDH[protected] Dated[protected] .Flipkart adviced to contact HP service centre but HP service not attended my query/problem.what can I do.Please give me advice to solve my problem.

                                      Hello recently i had purchased two laptop's from HP(Hp omen ce070tx and hp gaming pavilion cx0140tx) and got both the product's defective.For hp omen i got my money back but till now haven't got the refund for the ipl offer which i paid to hp.It's been a month but hp always replies that you need to wait for 7 days more.Also coming to hp gaming pavilion cx0140tx, till now i haven't got the replacement for my product and now i have to go outside on 15 july.I suggest hp to solve both my case before 15 july otherwise i will take my case to consumer court, also will post it on social media and that will be very bad for your goodwill.
