Dear hp,
I want to complaint about service centre of hp. My case no is [protected]. I had an over heating issue in my laptop and i was complaint about this before few days about ending of my laptop's warrenty. So the service engineer came much more days to take report about my laptop for faulting to taking right report.. And so that reason my case date is extended bt my laptop issue is not solved.. Than.. As like after few weeks from service centre call me to again they send service engineer to take report about over heating. Bt some of my office issue i was out of town.. So that m not able to co operate.. Bt from hpservice centre presserised me and threntend me.. If i m not help to take them report.. They can close my case.. Bt i m not able to help so they close my case and talking with me as badly... I m very dissapointed about hp.. Plz hlp me

    I write this mail for bad experience from iQor Global Services India Pvt ltd, P-39, Princep Street, Ground floor, Kolkata, West Bengal-700072, regarding case no[protected] dt 08/09/2018. I purchased my laptop ( HP PAVILION X 360- 15G-BR019X, 2XPO1PA) Serial no- CND73885RK from Khosla Electronics pvt ltd, 110, Raja S.C Mullick Road kolkata-700047 dt 25/03/2018, If HP provide one year warranty the expire dt should be 24/2/2019.But in HP support system show warranty dt november 2018, How is it possible? Now I come to the point that I lodge a case no 00256556 dt 08/09/2018 at Kolkata iQor Global Services India Pvt ltd, for
    a problem in my laptop that issue reported by service centre like- left side bezel near left hinge not fitted properly, noise coming from right side hinge while opening the lcd flap. The service man assured me with in 10 days
    to solve my problem and gave me a mobile no- [protected]. but nobody contact with me between this days, then I tried to contact through mobile no-[protected] nobody received the phone but I got massage the person
    is either busy in meeting or eating. Then I went to service centre and ask the reason of delay. Service man told me that they cant provide warranty
    & insist me for paid service, they sent quotation in my mail on 24/09/2018.
    Again I lodged a case no [protected] through hp customer care . they assured me service engineer contact me within 48 hours, but there is no reponse still now . Today (26/09/2018) I got a mail that says " With reference to above WO[protected], we would like to inform that your part has been ordered, we have received the part ETA 26/9/2018 here. Whenever we receive the same we will align the engineer."
    So, it is common sense that the procedure is intentionally delayed, because whenever I'm saying that I'm ready for payment, I'm getting mail asking me contact with the office as the replacement parts are ready, but whenever I'm talking about the warranty service, I'm getting mail saying that the replacement parts have been ordered and engineer will be aligned after they'll get the parts.
    So what is actually going on here?? Here 2 people are giving me 2 different informations which are completely opposite in meaning. So, can you please tell me exactly what kind of staffs am I dealing with?? Please look into this matter and resolve the problem.

      I have purchased hp pavillion notebook 2 months back and along with that i availed the opportunity to get "back to campus offer" due to which i paid for b&o speaker and according to hp policies it should be deliverd within a month but see its around 2 months now and even the speakers are not dispatched yet.
      We people as customer rely on you but what the heck you people are doing? Is this is the way you treat your customer? If yes then really sorry i'm totally disappointed with hp service.
      Please let me know when the speakers will be dispatched? If you people don't want to give then its a request that please refund my amount.

        I have a customer of hp gas vide consumer no. 623327 under sanika gas agency, baripada. But, the my gas has been blocked by the so till date. So i request you to look the matter urgently. So i greatfull to you. My gas has been empty from last fifteen days. So you are once again request to take the matter personally and solve it as soon as possible.

            04/09/18 i made a complaint for no power in my laptop they sended me a service men and he replaced parts of my laptop
            1. Mother board
            2. Top cover
            3. Cpu fan
            4. Hard disk
            5. Now their is no network connection on my laptop and as it show no network hardware found
            But still they are unable to resolve my laptop problem and i have requested them for a replacement but they didn't replied for this

            Pls help me and guide me what to do for this as i m a prop. Firm and my off. Runs on this and i am not able to perform any work due to this

              I had purchased hp pavilion x360 convertible 14-ba0xx on 15 september 2018. I also purchased two years onsite extended warranty. On 16 september 2018, i noticed a white spot on my display. I contacted hp support accordingly. They said that the white dot w=is due to physical damage and it will not be covered in warranty.
              I am very sure i have used my laptop with utmost care. My previous hp laptop also had developed displayu problem just few days after one year. That time i had not opted for extended warranty. That time it was vertical line. Hp advised replacement of display which was rs 6, 000 for rs 30, 000 laptop. Hence i purchased a new laptop trusting hp.
              Hp support are reluctant and they say that the white dot is due to dead pixel and considered as physical damage. Their policy does not cover this issue.
              They further told me that it is written on their website which i shoul have read. Now thats where i feel bad, entirely i am held resposible.
              I dont understanf then what is the use of me purchasing the extended policy.
              I have purchased three laptops in two years from hp. Now i am feelimg i am losing trust from hp.

                    I Brought printer from flipkart shopping site. i got the printer on 8th sept 18.the printer is defective screen of the printer is not working anymore. i called no to times to Flipkart customer care for replace the product they said they will arrange technicians for check the product. they promised me on 9th sept but till date no one visited. I Come to know from Flipkart customer care that they are getting fake confirmation from HP technician that they visited and product is in good conditions and customer is satisfied with the product. 3 times i gave request for technician and 3 time i got fake sms and email. from last 20 days i m following for my complaint but no resolution from HP and flipkart. the product is still unused

                      I am writing to you to raise an issue about online & mail order

                      The issue that i have experienced was: i booked case on last 28th aug regarding the issues with touchpad.
                      The nearest service center "iqor" sent an engineer (Kannan). At the time of opening my laptop, he broke down the base cover and that day he scold us and misbehaving with my friends at my room. He was totally unprofessional. I have the copy and video footage of him. How he was behaving with me and my roommates.
                      After, talking with his team lead and service center member. They agreed to repair my laptop soon. But, its completed & days, still, the case is pending and talked with them regarding this issues they just trying to avoid it and sent the wrong email. And i don't know how it will solve. I have the voice recording and email copies of every email for the proof. If needed i'll take a legal action on this.

                      It occurred on 10/09/2018

                      Nothing more i just want to repair the laptop.

                      I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by trading standards, i would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                            I have purchased the hp laptop before two months band now when my laptop hard dick is corrupt. I have complain toll free number and the hard disk is chance but the concirn depart are not support the install the window and office sofware. I have purchased the orignal version and licenced version of microsoft office. But when i complain the number thery are not tell the proper solution and they told me that the laptop is out of warranty. Is the laptop warranty is only for two months.
                            I purchased laptop before two months only. And getting suffer from purchase. Ald also the toll free person not responding properly they told me to transfer the call but no one is pick and give proper solution. Can i go to direct microsoft for install the software. Hp is not liable to this servive than why they sale this software.

                              Dear sir we brought hpdeskjet 5821 All in one printer serial no CN77J5G2ZB, FPU NO- M2Q2864002 on sep-17 after that working fine recently printer getting some issues and it was showing paper jam, so we registered complaint about that in your HP service center on August 25 th& your technician visited almost 6 to 7 times and not same person we have to explain every time but result is zero and once he replaced some gear ball something (I don't know exact name) know he told me some board need to be replace but part have order like that so almost 1month problem not solved we are so disappointed about your service quality & we are so disturbed about printer because our works all pending so we hope your customer care will take seriously about this complaint mail and below mentioned complaint number& case I.D also.

                                  I purchased a hp laptop on 23 july 2018. Along with i purchased a combo of bluetooth keyboard and mouse of same co. After some days mouse stopped working then i contacted your hp world center and sent it along with keyboard for replacing with new one, as it is in warranty period.                                       I purchased hp deskjet ink advantage 2135 on 12.08.2017. Along with printer a black and color cartridge is given. The black ink cartridge stopped working on 15th september 2018, so i took it to volta technology solutions - hp authorised service centre (Parthasarathi puram, t nagar, chennai, tamil nadu 600017). Service center says the cartridge is empty and that the cartridge given along with printer is usually only filled up to 50% and not full and sold to customers. When i check the ink levels in the hp software it shows 50% ink is still available.
