Sir first i have my bank account in kotak mahindra i get 4 subsidy and later i change to indian bank link with npci but payment failed it showing inactive aadhar pls check once what is reason for delaying my subsidy amount not credit to my latest
Indian bank account. For this purpose am getting to much tensions and roaming from bank to gas office and from gas office to bank i don't know where it is making trouble in crediting subsidy amount.

I am Ramdas Kadam (Consumer no-650840) . i have use HP conection from last 15 year. but, Now my account is blocked from last 2 months. I could not able book gas cylinder. I have already written application to my gas agency - Ashirwad gas (Bhosari) to unlock my account.

Kindly, un lock it as soon as possible.

    I am using hp 15bs662tu laptop from the purchase date on august 2018. I cannot use properly, every time this device stuck and hang up. One of your service members visited our office 3 times and done the software and hardware level check, also replace the hard disk after that the issue is the same. Now almost 25 days over we are following up this case. Still, the issue not yet resolved. Please escalate this matter with the hp team and replace this laptop.

      Referring hp services.

      I have been experiencing performance issue with my laptop, which was purchased 1-2 months ago.

      Hp service center in india registered a case, hp engineer visited at my place and he diagnosed, this model does not have 2nd ram slot and cpu fan either, due to which performance got degraded for this model. Hp engineer installed all required patches along updated bios, but it had gone worst!!

      My request to hp, either add ram slot to this model or replace this laptop with the higher series and i am ready to pay the difference. Would you be able to assist me with this request?

      Background:
      I had purchased from hp authorized store and i was told this model can be upgraded to 16 gb but no one mentioned that 16gb chip will be added to the same slot where 4 gb has been installed... And now, if i go an upgrade to the 16 gb, then 4 gb chip is waste!!

      Any solution? In case if not due to internal hp process then fine... I will bear this loss!!

      Yes, this issue has been resolved.
      I think, HP won't give higher model.

      Brought a new laptop on 31st Aug 2018. It stopped working on 22nd Oct 2018. Logged a complain with HP toll free on 24th Oct 2018. Case Id - [protected]. Till date 5th Dec 2018, its pending due to non availability of parts. Both local service center as well as the customer care is not able to get me date by when the parts will be available.
      Scanner is not working properly,
      Please sent your engineer for maintenance our scanner.

        I got my connection transferred from Mysore (Karnataka) to Bangalore. I Mysore I use to receive my subsidy on time for HP gas. But the dealer in Bangalore Kaniska gas agency (Bellary road bangalore) They have told me if you were getting subsidy in Mysore then here also you will receive it. I asked him clearly do you need to add it but then he said not required. But now when I check i haven't received subsidy amount. when i checked with agency they are saying it is lapsed.

          The hp ink tank 419 printer which we bought recently is connecting to the computer but we are unable to take print out.

          We have tried over customer call and they came back to us over phone but though we followed the step by step instruction we could not able to resolve the problem.

          But at present we can only do scanning from the printer.

          We could not able to print a single page from it.

              I gave my laptop for repairing of hinges to the hp world service center satya niketan on 23rd of november. He checked the laptop screen and opened it. The screen was okay and there was no other issue. And when i took my product on 24th evening. Hinges were okay and i asked to open, so he said that its not charge you can open at home and i gave 2500 to him. I reached home around 11 at night and i had my cat exam on 25th. So, i checked my laptop after returning from home and it was destroyed. The screen was broken, data was lost, there was no password protection. I went to the service center next day in evening and he denied and started behaving ill to mean me. I started crying and he said he did not do it.

                I bought a laptop offline in kolkata on 25th october. After purchasing of two days i noticed that there is some spot in display and then i register a complaint (28th nov 2018) to hp company to regard that but company says that is not cover in gurantee period i want complaint regard that if i found a manufacturing defect product then is it true to say about what thing is cover in gurantee or not.

                    On 13th I ordered HP laptop from www.hpshopping.in and its been 1 week and its still in transit and more over they have shipped it via Bluedart Surface mode, when enquired they say requested them to deliver in future date. Come on HP been such a big brand you save money on shipping, do you think the laptop will come in good shape via road. I am very disappointed by HP India

                      On 26/09/2018 booked cylinder and as per receipt of sms payment done online throgh http://ezpay.hpcl.co.in amount of rs.821.93 and same debited to sbi. But due to not reciept of payment dealer taken back cylinder and delivered on 01/10/2018 for rs.865. Register complaint on call [protected] request no.18149627. Called to see about status of request lady reverted same has been closed and again raise complaint and cut phone. Again called for complaint then also unnecessary call on hold for 28 minutes and complaint not lodged. This was totally unacceptable. At one hand sms by hp for cashless and delay in timelines. I beared extra cost due to you. Hence refund full amount. Hope this will taken seriously and resolve.

                      Also raised complaint with citrus pay but they reverted transaction was successful. But as per dealer till amount not credit to his account and he ready to show bank statement.

                      Finally again raised complaint to hp gas under complaint no.[protected]Consumer no.608405) and following with hp then there revert is as below :-

                                Respected sir,
                                I'm consumer of h p gas from the year 2017 having my consumer number: 608167. I have facing lot of problems these are:-
                                1. I am facing problem from 8 months onwards am not getting subsidy amount.
                                2. My distributor aagency is maa hp gas agency, (Distributor code[protected], main road, at/po-kashipur, rayagada-765015. The gas agency have taken rs.1000/- for filling up one gas cylinder and on the time of delivery they are taking extra rs 100/ than total amount. When i asked reason they very rudely said these are delivery charges. If you have problem contact to anyone. They are directly taking 100 rs more per cylinder every time.
                                3. While i was lodged a complaint to the local distributor manager, he was very rudely said that disconnect your connection, the similar process is continuing from long time, we can’t change this process for you. If you have any problem, disconnect your connection. Please look into matter!! My consumer number: 608167. I was shocked by his rude behaviour, and he asked me to get out of the office.
                                4. The distributor threatening me that he will not supply the gas cylinder to me, and said wherever you want to go you may proceed, no one will bother to me for the same. This is totally unethical and illegal.
                                Please solved my problem and give me my subsidy amount.

                                  The printer right from the beginning was working very well but lately it was troubling in the sense that a good printed page was coming out with difficulty. Now it has come to a situation where a torn page comes out after printing and the print can be seen every where without any margins etc. Even after using ten pages, not a single page comes out with proper printing or without being torn off. The ineffective touch pad, 2 very slow system). Hence i called and registered a complaint with your toll free number on 13 oct 18. No response from your service team till date.
                                    I registered an online complaint on 16 oct 18, case number: [protected]. No response for 24 hours.
                                    I again register two complaints on 17 oct 18, case number: [protected] and case number: [protected]. First useless response i received from a lady ms rathi on 20 oct 18 that some engineer may attend the fault on 22 oct 18 asked for location for my house. My house is located in centre of the city within corporation limits and is about 7 kms from the encore office
                                    On seventh day after complaint, on 22 oct 18, one kaliswar came to my house in the evening. After checking the system for 90 mins by offline and then connecting to some online help with my net connection, he told the touch pad is defective and the system is found to be very slow and the hard disk is also defective hence both need to be replaced. He noted the details by taking photos of the touch pad and hard disk. He told he will ask for replacement and it will take about a week’s time and he will come with the replacement items. Till then, i had to deprive of the laptop for my engineering student daughter whose semester exams are on. This issue i brought out to the engineer also. Next two weeks no response from hp.
                                    On 03 nov 18 at 1130 hrs, ms rathi of encore system called me and told that two items have come and enquired me as to can she sent the engineer. I requested her to send the engineer in the evening but she told the engineer may require more time as he had to replace touch pad and hard disk. More time will be required for os installation. Then i told to send the engineer by 1400hrs and i travelled back 50 kms to my house immediately and found that there was a power shutdown in the area. As kaliswar was telling in his earlier visit power is must for repairs and accordingly intimated her to organise for sending the engineer either evening or on very next slot. She told 04 nov 18 is holiday and will send the engineer by 0900h on 05 nov 18. Is on-site response times and work to completion not applicable in my case?
                                    After 14 days, on 05 nov 18, same kaliswar came to my house at 1215hrs. He told me that he is issued with only touchpad. He will replace it. When i asked him about the hard disk, he told he is not issued with hard disk by coimbatore office he has been instructed to re-install only the os. Now i wish to check with ceo of hp:
                                    (A) does it take more than two weeks to take a decision to re-install os for a slow system?
                                    (B) why the engineer after checking for 90 min told that the hard disk is defective?
                                    (C) will you as the ceo agree to keep a defective laptop with your engineering student daughter in a similar situation for the fault of your company staff for more than three weeks
                                    (D) ms rathi was speaking in an arrogant manner to a customer who is rightfully demanding a warrant service. I as an military officer with 20+ years engineering (Ict) background had a horrible experience with your company at coimbatore. Though i have been handling many it major (Including your hp for service support) as it head of major air force stations at chennai, new delhi, ambala, bangalore tanjore, thane and baroda but my this experience is horrible and horrendous.
                                    (E) notwithstanding the above, on 05 nov 18, both ms rathi service incharge of hp coimbatore and the engineer mr kaliswar were telling that hp has got a policy to replace at a time only one item. So he will replace touch pad today again he will come to replace hard disk if it is required. I request the ceo if you have a multiple problem or an accident, will you go for one item at a time or will look for a complete solution. Is this your esteemed company hp’s service ethics and culture?

                                    (F) kaliswar wanted me to backup all the data in other drives so that he can go ahead with re-installation of os. If this is the decision why i was not cautioned about it earlier? When i asked how it is possible suddenly to do that. He was telling the restoration of the system to old state is not his responsibility and he will wipe all the drives. I should purchase an ext hard disk and do the backup. I wish to know from the ceo of hp, is it required to wipe all the partitions to reinstall the os or only the c: or the drive in which the windows os is installed? Also if the hard disk is found to be defective after os installation, what will be the course action, is my daughter need to leave the laptop at the house for another 15 days for repair?

                                    (G) when i referred about the discussions ms rathi of 03 nov 18. Your engineer was repeating that every decision is by ms rathi the service in charge and he don’t have any answer. When i spoke to ms rathi, she was talking total irrelevant and non-sense and was blaming the hp service system.

                                    (H) when i escalated this issue with your hp, i was connected to ms lakshmi, service in charge for tamil nadu and other state. She was only repeating multiple ‘sorry’ and it is a case of communication gap. Will the sorry will replace about one month non-availability of a serviceable laptop for my daughter?

                                    (I) what is the use of having a paid warrant repair contract with hp if a small notebook could not repaired by hp for weeks together?

                                    (J) now i doubt i will get a real solution to the problem without addressing to more people and also bring out in open the esteemed company hp’s service ethics and culture.

                                    (K) should i take that i am looted or what is the meaning of these terms available in your document :

                                      I'm still waiting for the call of hp support i didn't get any call still while they promise me that they will call me today date on 6th november 2018 but i'm still waiting a call and i want to tell you that i'm total very much disappointed with the hp laptops service just you all people are making me fool or what last 15 days my new laptop is getting problem and still its not resolved..
                                      If you peoples are not able to solve my problem then replace my laptop. I think that i'm made fool from hp laptops paying 52000/- rs
                                      The worthless laptop it doesn't have any a single 1 rs worth
                                      I just wasted my money on your fraud hp laptops company

                                      I got late call even I was promised by a text message that the engineer will call you in 2hours then after that I got a call from hp customer care and then she asked about that then she called the appointed engineer and took him at same line on my call the engineer was telling that sir I called you you didn't respond and I told him that I didn't got any call from any where then he gives a nonsense excuse that the last number of your mobile number was 7 and call 8... I cant understand whats happening with me .. I request you that please help me consumer forum and take it seriously and solve my problem I'm a student I want my laptop ready as soon as possible
