I contacted hp support through online chat when i found my laptop battery is not charging anymore on 2nd august. Battery diagnostics showed that some of the battery cells are faulty. It recommended replacement of battery. Accordingly i asked for a quotation of the battery. It took six days for hp to send the quotation. I paid the full amount of inr 7916.00 through online neft transfer on 8th august 2018. Since then i have not received any communication about the status of my battery till today (18th aug 2018) despite several email sent to iqor global services india pvt. Ltd.
I am told that iqor global services is the authorized service provider for hp in india. Iqor services are the worst that i experienced in my lifetime. They do not pick up telephone calls or return calls. They do not respond to email either. Pls let me know, what do i need to do to get the battery!!!

HP is not providing service and fixing my HP laptop damaged screen. After contacting HP customer support, I received quotation from IQOR (HP service partner) on 24th July 2018. The quotation included cost of display screen and Technician service fee. Even though my laptop is under HP care pack warranty which covers free on site service, I accepted the quotation unwillingly and approved IQOR quotation on 25th July 2018 to fix my laptop. IQOR assured me that my Laptop screen will be fixed with in 3- 5 days. Now 3 weeks completed till today, but no response either from HP or IQOR. I called HP customer support for more than 20 times. Till now no response from HP. They are not even providing the status my replacing part and calling IQOR customer support is waste of time. They will make wait on line and finally you will disconnect the call.I lost my hope that My laptop will be fixed by HP.

Please somebody help me, how to proceed further on this.

    Not working properly. Paper gets jammed each n every time. Newly bought from reliance store mangalore karnataka on 12th august 2018. Even a4 size page doesn't have full print last column gets deleted. Wont print at all. A5 size also has problems. Dont no way to do. Plz it's urgent. We r using it for a business enterprise. Very difficult to print to give bills n all.

      Before the replacement of keyboard ref case id : [protected] my speaker was working perfectly. But after the replacement of keyboard my speaker is not working ref-case id [protected]. This is due to mishandling by your engineer. The engineer put brush on my speaker while replacing the keyboard he was not able to open the laptop properly he was un-experienced he accidentally thrown my laptop internal speaker on ground. As its not my side of fault. So, i request you to replace the speaker in warranty.
      I also had lodge a complain against hp as after repeated call and mails hp did not give a positive response in this regard.

          My laptop was purchased on 27/7/2018. On the hp website it shows warranty started from march 2018 which is date of manufacturing, despite repeated emails hp is not giving warranty extension as per date of purchase.
          Email i sent to hp is as follows.
          My product hp laptop with serial number cnd8110mm5, product number 2ey84pa was purchased on 27/7/2018. Case number registered was [protected]. Kindly review the case number and give product warranty extension till 27/7/2019. Your website shows that my product was purchased on march 2018 which is completly wrong. The date of purchase is mentioned in attached invoice.
          Invoice is attached herewith.
          The new case number assigned by hp is [protected].

            I had purchased a laptop past 1 month ago and just use for only 15days and after that the motherboard crashed. I had pay 31000rs for this laptop i am a lower middle class man have lot of burden of family.
            If the company won't produce a good product then why they are selling there product.
            I just want a replacement of this product with a new one.

              Hp customer case id [protected].

                Dear sir,

                I have logged a complaint to hp on 27th june’18.
                For troubleshooting of laptop battery hp has took 37 days, hardly its required 2~3 for days for troubleshooting.
                As per procedure, i have to wait 37 days for my laptop battery replacement, till that time no work on laptop. Same thing informed to hp, it’s not possible for me, my laptop having important data and daily basis its required for metro train commissioning, so i didn’t wait for your laptop battery replacement and case resolved. So i have purchased new battery for my laptop to continue my required daily work completion and old battery has miss place somewhere.
                On 06th aug'18, hp informed that without defective part we can’t replaced the new part as per hp guideline.
                This is not the correct way to customer support.

                  About 7 months ago i purchased my hp laptop from walmart, about 2 months or so into owning it, it started shutting down unexpectedly so i contacted them to fix it. They went into my computer and turned off many processes which caused some of my programs to not run when launched. I tried getting them to undo the changes and they said if they were to go back into the computer they would need to charge me an additional fee

                  Why should i pay more money to fix their screw up? All i want is for them to undo the changes and i will figure out how to resolve the shutting down problem myself.

                  I was passed around 6 different times to just be told there was nothing they would do unless i payed more money for something they screwed up.

                    Hp noida service is so horrible. I was having issues with my laptop so i called at the main service centre number (Found it from the website) in orded to seek remedy. The guy on the phone told me that there is no home service provided in my city and i'll have to go to another city's service centre to resolve my issue. And so i checked the hp's official store locator and located a store in noida (Being the nearest to my city). The address was given for sec-18, on reaching the destination the security guard told me that the service centre has been shifted to sec-15. Then i, again, called the hp staff and asked them to guide me through the location as i could not find it on the maps and neither on the official website. That girl constantly kept reciting me the address "a-27 d, sector 16" but when i told her to actually tell me/guide me the way from their previous sector-18 office, she had no idea. I don't know how has your standard fallen so low that you can't hire appropriate staff for your company. Then after she failed to help me get to their new "unidentified" address, i called another staff from hp online services and she told me that there is a home-service facility available in my city and that she will send him to my address. This is the worst experience i've had so far with any of such things. So disappointed. Will not make purchases of hp products in the future.

                      I am A. Johnson owned HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545 printer for personal purpose and I am often experiencing some problem with the power point. HP service and help line service are worst. More than seven times I gave this for service and same problem occurred now. I am much disgusted with the service and I replaced power point each time with the service charge of Rs. 1200. No words to express my experience with your HP product. BAD EXPERIENCE AND AVERSION ON HP PRODUCTS. In the last service given in Wipro Limited, Tirunelveli, after seeing the printer the person attending service told ‘Engineer from Chennai has to come and open printer’. I am experiencing this within three months of purchase. My contact number is [protected].

                          I recently purchased an HP deskjet 2131 printer and recently had and issue with the black/white catridge. I called the customer care and spoke with them for about 2hours regarding the issue. Eventually i was told to wait for 24 hours for a response. But it's been more than 2weeks I haven't received any response yet. I request Hp support to please solve my problem at the earliest. I have been a very loyal customer to HP since a long time, so if this issue isn't solved i'm losing my trust in HP

                            I had bought hp computer and is under warranty and just after 3 months of purchase monitor stops working and i had lodged complaint on 20/07/2018 and today is 02/08/2018(13 days) after also after 5-6 times calls in customer care they are not able to resolve the same and answering that they does not have this monitor in warehouse.This system i am using in my office and i am facing revenue loss and other problems due to this stoppage.I am totally dissatisfied with the service and service time and still they are not able to give me time when this problem will be resolved.
                            Its my humble request to help in this matter and provide me the resolution and justice.

                              As per information, delivery of cylinder is to be made within 7 days of receipt. I want to know whether we are suppose to remain at home for 7 days.
                              Why it cannot be delivered on the same day or next day.
                              After booking we are getting receipt no next day but delivery takes time. If there is any problem in delivery why you are making hurry in giving receipt and unnecessary keeping us waiting for 7days

                                My HP LPG Consumer ID 637361 and I am not getting my subsidies amount in my account. Early the Aadhaar link was active but suddenly it has been inactive.
                                I have submitted my Adhaar details in bank several times but not get any impact of this.

                                Initially My SBI account was tag but last subsidies credited in my HDFC account.

We have purchased the printer before 6 months only. When we approach the concern person they told if it is the major problem in printing section. Please send the your engineer and solved the problem.

                                        My laptop battery is not charging properly and laptop panel cover was also damaged. And HP asked me to pay the cost to replace the same even when product was under warranty.
