The hp printer 1020 plus cnchc 46832 hsn no 8443 purchased by us on dated 25.07.2018. Due due malfunctioning since the date of its installation, we have informed the seller many a times over phone, but you have not provided with appropriate service in rectifying the error/malfunctioning.in view of this, we would request you to depute one of your technician to look into the functioning of the printer and defects noted by us so as to remove the defects and or replace the printer with a new one.

      I purchased my laptop on dec 2016.
      From the first day it is flickering often,
      I have complained with hp cus care already. And also i have serviced 3 to 4 times at authorized service center. But no use of that. It was around 65000 rs.
      Already display got changed. Still my laptop display is flickering. Kindly go through it and give me the best.
      I have extended the warranty also for that.

        after that date contacted no of times on mails, customer care, service center and dispite false promises no one has turned up.
        I want the company to refund my money as i have no confidence in them and this is my second laptop giving the problem in 3 months .Very substandard product.
        I again request that i should be refunded or i will be forced to take the legal route to get my dues.

            My laptop has been in service for the past 2 months
            It is within warranty and following is the sequence of events :
            1. Os issue detected - service centre advices to place order for recovery usb
            2. Usb arrives but laptop unable to boot from it
            3. Service centre advices to reorder a new usb
            4. Second usb arrived, laptop still unable to boot
            5. Service orders a mother board - (They dont tell me what happened with that)
            6. Service centre then orders a touch screen panel (They dont tell me what they have done with that either)

            Here is the problem. I have so many case ids that are being opened and closed and there seems to be no end to this. The worst part of it all is the service centre doesnt have the decency to inform what they are doing. I have called them so many times and ever so often their numbers are not reachable or switched off. I have also written to the css head and they have said they will take immediate action but i dont see anything being done to speed up the process.

            I am not sitting on money to afford another laptop considering this was a relatively new laptop and being my work laptop, this has been an absolute inconvenience for the past 2 months.

            I am not from hp, I am a normal user like you, do you know many laptops are in service centers still not solved the issues, some few customers they sent their laptops to service like bluescreens or failed windows update issues.

            I have Asus vivobook r542uq-dm153, till now no issues like BSOD, if i get problems in windows, i solve myself, even though i have 26 months warranty remaining,

              Within three week of purchase laptop became extremely slow, so slow that it take 1 or 2 minute to open chrome browser and when i contacted hp customer care they told me that 2 to 3 minute of time for opening application is normal they cant do anything i even visited to authorized service center in goregaon-west mumbai but they also don't have any idea how to resolve this they tried some random driver update, bios, windows etc update but all in vain they just give you some hardware quotation if its is out of warranty and most of the time they wont find the hardware component by saying that this model is become old and it is hard to find component of this model. Let me tell you some of the pros and cons of my laptop hp bs654tu and all similar hp 15 bs series laptop because they all are same
              Cons
              1 worst display quality even though it is full hd led display you will find spotted/blurry image/video just compare with other company laptop display you will see difference
              2 pathetic camera quality feel like ant moving on screen
              3 as i mentioned extremely slow

              Pros
              1 battery time is very good
              2 this laptop only looks good in online adds with exaggerated so called configuration

              Suggestion to online laptop buyer never go for online purchase if you haven't used that particular model at anywhere of any model/company
              Specially don't buy hp bs series laptop because they all have same hardware component which ultimately be seen in garbage

                    I have purchased laptop as on July 2015. At the time onwards I have problem very slow. I went HP Chennai authorised service centre also, they not provided solutions properly. I send an mail to both side authorised service centre and HP support. Both are not responding . Few months back my hard disk damaged confirmsd by Kochi center. They are also not responding properly. Please do needful for me.

                      Good morning sir/mam,
                      I bought a hp laptop in march, 2016. From past a few days i am having a problem with my laptop. It gets shut down whenever i connect it to charger while using. It only gets charged while it is in shut down condition. It's performance was also an issue for past few month regarding which i visited the hp service center in district sangrur (148001), punjab and they were like my laptop is working perfectly. They just ignored it and their behaviour was very ina ppropriate. My laptop has an i3 (5th gen) processor, 4gb ram and it can't play a 720p video (Such a bad performance it has). I am very much troubled with this laptop and loosing faith in hp. Please help me through this.

                        I want to complaint about service centre of hp. My case no is [protected]. I had an over heating issue in my laptop and i was complaint about this before few days about ending of my laptop's warrenty. So the service engineer came much more days to take report about my laptop for faulting to taking right report.. And so that reason my case date is extended bt my laptop issue is not solved.. Than.. As like after few weeks from service centre call me to again they send service engineer to take report about over heating. Bt some of my office issue i was out of town.. So that m not able to co operate.. Bt from hpservice centre presserised me and threntend me.. If i m not help to take them report.. They can close my case.. Bt i m not able to help so they close my case and talking with me as badly... I m very dissapointed about hp.. Plz hlp me

                          I write this mail for bad experience from iQor Global Services India Pvt ltd, P-39, Princep Street, Ground floor, Kolkata, West Bengal-700072, regarding case no[protected] dt 08/09/2018. I purchased my laptop ( HP PAVILION X 360- 15G-BR019X, 2XPO1PA) Serial no- CND73885RK from Khosla Electronics pvt ltd, 110, Raja S.C Mullick Road kolkata-700047 dt 25/03/2018, If HP provide one year warranty the expire dt should be 24/2/2019.But in HP support system show warranty dt november 2018, How is it possible? Now I come to the point that I lodge a case no 00256556 dt 08/09/2018 at Kolkata iQor Global Services India Pvt ltd, for
                          a problem in my laptop that issue reported by service centre like- left side bezel near left hinge not fitted properly, noise coming from right side hinge while opening the lcd flap. The service man assured me with in 10 days
                          to solve my problem and gave me a mobile no- [protected]. but nobody contact with me between this days, then I tried to contact through mobile no-[protected] nobody received the phone but I got massage the person
                          is either busy in meeting or eating. Then I went to service centre and ask the reason of delay. Service man told me that they cant provide warranty
                          & insist me for paid service, they sent quotation in my mail on 24/09/2018.
                          Again I lodged a case no [protected] through hp customer care . they assured me service engineer contact me within 48 hours, but there is no reponse still now . Today (26/09/2018) I got a mail that says " With reference to above WO[protected], we would like to inform that your part has been ordered, we have received the part ETA 26/9/2018 here. Whenever we receive the same we will align the engineer."
                          So, it is common sense that the procedure is intentionally delayed, because whenever I'm saying that I'm ready for payment, I'm getting mail asking me contact with the office as the replacement parts are ready, but whenever I'm talking about the warranty service, I'm getting mail saying that the replacement parts have been ordered and engineer will be aligned after they'll get the parts.
                          So what is actually going on here?? Here 2 people are giving me 2 different informations which are completely opposite in meaning. So, can you please tell me exactly what kind of staffs am I dealing with?? Please look into this matter and resolve the problem.

                            I have purchased hp pavillion notebook 2 months back and along with that i availed the opportunity to get "back to campus offer" due to which i paid for b&o speaker and according to hp policies it should be deliverd within a month but see its around 2 months now and even the speakers are not dispatched yet.
                            We people as customer rely on you but what the heck you people are doing? Is this is the way you treat your customer? If yes then really sorry i'm totally disappointed with hp service.
                            Please let me know when the speakers will be dispatched? If you people don't want to give then its a request that please refund my amount.

So i request you to look the matter urgently. So i greatfull to you. My gas has been empty from last fifteen days.                                   04/09/18 i made a complaint for no power in my laptop they sended me a service men and he replaced parts of my laptop
                                  1. Mother board
                                  2. Top cover
                                  3. Cpu fan
                                  4. Hard disk
                                  5. Now their is no network connection on my laptop and as it show no network hardware found
                                  But still they are unable to resolve my laptop problem and i have requested them for a replacement but they didn't replied for this

                                  Pls help me and guide me what to do for this as i m a prop. Firm and my off. Runs on this and i am not able to perform any work due to this

                                    I had purchased hp pavilion x360 convertible 14-ba0xx on 15 september 2018. I also purchased two years onsite extended warranty. On 16 september 2018, i noticed a white spot on my display. I contacted hp support accordingly. They said that the white dot w=is due to physical damage and it will not be covered in warranty.
                                    I am very sure i have used my laptop with utmost care. My previous hp laptop also had developed displayu problem...

                                      I want to say you that's i bought a laptop of hp pavilion series with a good hope approximately 26th of july.BUT I HAVE TO FEEL BAD TO SAY THAT THE LAPTOP IS NOT WORKING WELL

                                      1.- IN FIRST WEEK TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM HAD OCCUR
                                      2.- AND THAN THE HARDDRIVE OF LAPTOP CRASH
                                      3.- NOW AFTER THAT HANGING PROBLEM IS OCCURING

                                      M seriously tired with these type of issues. You just think once how can so many problems comes in a new product of your company. May be its simply means that you sold me a bad product or third class quality product.

                                      SO, NOW I JUST WANT TO CHANGE MY COMPLETE PRODUCT (laptop) IN ANY WAY.
                                      I DONT WANT REPAIR

                                      I want to say you that's i bought a laptop of hp pavilion series with a good hope approximately 26th of july.BUT I HAVE TO FEEL BAD TO SAY THAT THE LAPTOP IS NOT WORKING WELL
                                      1.- IN FIRST WEEK TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM HAD OCCUR
                                      2.- AND THAN THE HARDDRIVE OF LAPTOP CRASH
                                      3.- NOW AFTER THAT HANGING PROBLEM IS OCCURING

                                      M seriously tired with these type of issues. You just think once how can so many problems comes in a new product of your company. May be its simply means that you sold me a bad product or third class quality product.

                                      SO, NOW I JUST WANT TO CHANGE MY COMPLETE PRODUCT (laptop) IN ANY WAY.
                                      I DONT WANT REPAIR
