I purchased hp pavilion x360 on april 19, 2018. Within 2 weeks i started experiencing problems,,, it doesn't respond at all. At such time the task manager shows 100%of disk usage and 80-85% of memory usage. I have reported the problem on 13th june - case # [protected]. Today is july 2 and i have no resolution. I called the customer service and was told to wait till the technical team finds a solution,
I have spent rs 46, 300 for this notebook and spent about 12-14 hours talking to the customer service. Needless to say that its extremely frustrating experience.
HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by anjumotwani Since I was not getting a resolution to my problem with the Customer Service call center, I decided to give my notebook to the Service Center in JMD Mega Polis, Gurgaon on July 3. I also agreed to have the hard disk formatted to get rid of the problem. My notebook was to be given back on July 4. However, I have been told that even after re-formatting the hard disk, the same problem persists. Now the service center is elevating the problem to the next level.
Please let me know what is my fault? I have not been able to use my notebook for more than two weeks after purchase.
I would really appreciate if I can could be given a refund for this purchase as I have had more problem with this notebook than I can handle. My work is suffering and HP is not able to help.
