I purchased hp pavilion x360 on april 19, 2018. Within 2 weeks i started experiencing problems,,, it doesn't respond at all. At such time the task manager shows 100%of disk usage and 80-85% of memory usage. I have reported the problem on 13th june - case # [protected]. Today is july 2 and i have no resolution. I called the customer service and was told to wait till the technical team finds a solution,

I have spent rs 46, 300 for this notebook and spent about 12-14 hours talking to the customer service. Needless to say that its extremely frustrating experience.

Since I was not getting a resolution to my problem with the Customer Service call center, I decided to give my notebook to the Service Center in JMD Mega Polis, Gurgaon on July 3. I also agreed to have the hard disk formatted to get rid of the problem. My notebook was to be given back on July 4. However, I have been told that even after re-formatting the hard disk, the same problem persists. Now the service center is elevating the problem to the next level.

Please let me know what is my fault? I have not been able to use my notebook for more than two weeks after purchase.

I would really appreciate if I can could be given a refund for this purchase as I have had more problem with this notebook than I can handle. My work is suffering and HP is not able to help.

    I gave my hp laptop for top cover damage on 15-6-18 for repairs at your
    ADYAR service centre (adjucent to viveks) and took delivery on28-6-18.
    The said damage is rectified. I also paid Rs.8591/- Now when I checked with
    the CD performance it is not at all worked. I again went to your service
    centre with lap top. Your staff cleaned the CD compartment and inserted
    two old CDs of mine which were hitherto was working. Your staff inserted
    one of their CDs ad it was working. When I brought my LT to home and tested
    with various CDs. None worked. I am now upset.
    Kindly advise me further without any more expenses. My bill No. is 217.

      I have been purchased a hp laptop on june 25 2018. The hp company says there is an offer of 2years additional warranty and a macafee antivirus of 1 year subscription, damage protection 1year. But when i have visit to register to the website. The website says that your notebook serial no. Has already been registered under hp back to campus offer flipkart. Please help me to provide the offer.

      I have purchased a laptop hp 15 bs66tu on june25 2018, so the reseller informed me to visit to website for the offer redemption, i have registered, but till now no payment options i have got
      So i request you to please help me please sir i have tried many toll free numbers of hp but till i have no get the full solution

        I gave my laptop in service centre 1 week ago but they still not repair it.. What kind of service is it u r providing.. I m very disappointed with this kindly look into it and inform me. They said it has a problem related to motherboard and it will take 2-3 days to repair but now 1week is pass by but they haven't repair it and still saying it will take 2-3more days will take as part is not available. So i want u to look into this matter and tell me as my work has stopped i want my laptop as soon as possible. Thank u

          I am abhishek kumar, student of manipal group.
          I registered a complaient on 18th june 2018 regarding my laptop.
          The complain number is [protected].
          My laptop serial number is cnd5346jw8 and it still in warranty.
          I was receiveing a error message on my laptop.
          I have called the hp support many times, but they are doing nothing.
          I have also called the hp technician distributor amit kumar phno-[protected]
          But they are not giving any response.
          The technician was scheduled to visit on 25th june, but did not came.
          Today is 26th june and i am getting no response from anyone.
          I will complain regarding this to the manipal authorities.
          If a serious action is not taken against this.
          Please solve my problem asap.

            I am facing badly problem with this desktop since last 8 months. I have complain to hp customer care, local office, mail, telephone repeatedly reminders but all the hp customer care can't help me & they always taken my pc on remote & check then suggest that they will revert for this issue but till date, there is no favourable reply. As this desktop is defective in manufacturing due to slow speed & hanging problems. It's got hanged within 15 minutes & shut by power button repeately in 2-3 times in a day. I am feeling mantely distrub from this pc & request for replace

              Issues with my laptop are increasing now i am having trouble opening my documents in laptop.
              I have already made note if all the issues i have.! But the hp staff is not helping me at all.!!
              Its been more than 2 week since i have complained the about my problem.! And a month when i started to have problem.

              Officials of hp are delaying my case day by day

              P. S. I want to replace my laptop with new one, i dont want any spare parts to be put in my new spectre 360x...

                Had ordered two pen drive of hp 64gb from shopclues on 18th jun 18. I got a message on 28th jun18 that your plbnenterprise surface package with delhivery awb[protected] will be delivered today. Keep rs.1037.0 cash ready. I was not at home so i asked my friend to make payment and receive package. On returning back, i opened package and found that there was nothing inside the pendrive steel covering. My order from shopclues was cancelled due to some issues and this vendor collected the info regarding my order and sent this empty covering. Such vendors and hackers must be punished for cheating the public and such shops must be closed. My amount should be refunded.

                  Hi sir/mam, i had purchased a laptop after that i want to get my laptop warranty increased. For that i had submitted documents, invoice bill of revati adurkar but yash mahagaonkar has written in online registration. So claim is on hold. I want to get name changed instead of yash mahagaonkar to revati adurkar. Because the name written on the invoice bill is revati adurkar inorder to get the warranty increased.                     My pavillion notebook is in warranty period. I applied for my laptop repair on 28may 2018. The case was created. But today is 20th june 2018.
                    Still no engineer visit. Nothing. I call the service centre thrice a week. They says that once they recieve the part, they will allign engineer. Now three weeks after same reply. I called your main toll free service number they gave me contact number of head of service center. Then i called he said ask the service centre..
                    The triangle keeps going on but no resolution to my problem..

                        Hello,

                        My hp 4535 printer copy/scan is not working after the firmware patch update. You can find other details from the case number - [protected] (Crm:[protected]. I have given my printer to authorised service centre now and they are charging me rs 750 just for the general service. I know my printer is out of warranty but why should i pay for no fault of me. This problem started after firmware update from hp last saturday, everything was working fine just before that. Please address this asap adequately.

                        Now service guys are saying scanner needs to be replaced and costs Rs 5000/-. Ridiculous. Just firmware update spoiled my printer and costing mountain. And moreover this Firmware update was automatic. Without testing the firmware how do they release? I don't trust HP anymore. Crap.

                            I wanted to buy latest model of all in one printer. The dealer sold me hp deskjet 2135 printer saying the prints can be mad3 using usb cable and suggested that it has same function as wifi printer. Later when i was not able to make printouts by connecting my mobile phone through usb cable, i made a complaint at hp service centre. The engineer called next morning and mentioned that this printer model does not support mobile prints. I called the shop keeper to complaint that he sold me wrong model to which he said he can't change the printer and i can complaint about it wherever. I need support in this matter as my maximum printing purpose is through mobile only.

                                Trouble in setting toner in printer hp laser jet m 1005 mfp
                                Hardly take print with high dark sport on both side in a4 size paper
                                Problem facing since one month, many times cleaned printer & toner, but
                                Problems remains as it is. Even-though darkness on both side in a4 size paper
                                Continuously saw, no any cleanness found in printing, little noise in printer
                                When taking print.

                                I received this laptop with a tiny crack and complain the matter on support within one week of purchase but the company replied that it is not covered under warranty. This is a very poor response from a reputed company like HP.

                                  Amd radeon™ r4.

                                  But accidently i received the wrong laptop which has no operating system loaded. Before booking
                                  The order ms anjana (Hp sells representative) checked the configuration and confirmed that this laptop is with windows
                                  10pro loaded. And i have cross checked with sku no provided by ms anjana. I have attached the
                                  Relevant document herewith for your reference. I requested ms anjana to customise this laptop
                                  With 1tb hdd but she told me that no customisation is possible with purchase of one no
                                  Laptop. After all confirmation over phone (Ms anjana) and verification of product from hp online
                                  Portal, i had booked that order. The order was booked in the name of :

                                  So hereby, i would like to request you to please change the product and deliver the right one

                                    We purchased hp 22vx monitor on 23.03.2016 from bhubaneswar. It is showing a vertical end to end line on the right side of the screen. We have given the details to the hp dealer at bhubaneswar but no action was taken. We understand that since it is in warranty period and it might be a hardware problem a free replacement may be done by the company for the 54-62 cm 21.5" defective monitor.
                                    The product number is m6v66aa, niv83aa and sl. No. 3cm5240dv1 as per label in the monitor.
