Very very pathetic tech support from HP India and iQor (HP Service partner). Beware – HP supply refurbished parts. I was forced to scrap my HP all in desktop due to pathetic service. It's time to share agony towards HP service issue. All in one desktop PC is down since Dec ’16. Technician visited multiple times but to no avail. Apart from main complaint, few more issues have arisen due to negligence and lack of technical competency. HP is yet to resolve the issue inspite of many calls since then. Call got closed by them to meet their KPI. HP delivery managers don’t respond to mails. I am sure HP is not going to fix the issue but I can request you to re-think if you want to be HP loyalist. Never Ever make a mistake of buying HP products. Please share this post on Social media.

Sir i am buying in HP Deskjet 5820 2 month ago. in vijay sales in pipload surat ..HP Deskjet 5820 not regular working in more time error E 9 Error and page in waste and pls sir arjent to servise in one day
