Dear sir,
My printer 5525 is out of warranty. A few days ago, it suddenly stopped printing. I carried the printer to your authorised service centre, opposite manipal hospital in kodihalli. After examining the printer, the service man told me that it required some parts which hp had stopped supling and the printer is an obsolete one. When i checked online site of hp, i find that 5525 is not mentioned in the retired list. If that be so, do you have the part a new print head to replace
In 5525 so that i need not go for another one.
Further if you do not the spare, that i am left with only to go for a new one.
I would appreciate, if you suggest a colour printer which can print, scan copy and photo with usb and wifi. Also it should print from mobile phones, ipad etc.
Also scan to email and auto dplex printing and scanning

1) When device connected to audio jack. The loptop shows that the device is still not connected.
