1). That sir, i am regular resident of arunachal pradesh currently serving under the department of land record posted at deputy commissioner office, seppa east kameng district.

2) that sir, i had purchased a laptop hp pavillion 15-av oo3tx. S/n-5cd61810b1 from the jain computers, bb complex, nb road tezpur-784001, assam on 20/8/2016.

3) that sir, i use the laptop personaly on official purpose that too very random.

4) that sir, now the laptop blinks its monitor/screen suddenly on working and comes to normal screen after restart

5) in this regard i had called one mr. Pintu, salesman of jain computers, tezpur regarding persistance of problems in my computer but no assurance has been received and instead he sent a toll free number your company.

6) that sir, on persistance of such problems, later i noticed that the system which i purchased was opened at the cpu unit, and some screw were missing from the holes of cpu guard and some had a scratch mark of opening the cpu unit before delivery to me.

7) in such, iam of a firm believe that my system were tampered before delivery at the showroom and suspected that few company originals fitted items may be siphoned off or replaced at the showroom itself.

8) in this regard, i request u too kindly arrange an engineer of your company to check my system in itanagar, arunachal pradesh as i had confident over the jain computers, tezpur.

      I had purchased HP15-D004TU Laptop (Sr. No. 5CB4052TY1 in July 2014 at Patna under 3 years extended warranty. Presently I am on an assignment at Shimla. Today (1/4/2017) I contacted your Customer Care No.[protected] and[protected] for registering a complaint and could know that my warranty coverage as per their record is upto May 2017. I said that it should be upto July 2017 as I purchased it in July 2014. On this I was told that since there is confusion on date, we are unable to book the complaint unless the purchase bill is produced. I said I am out of Patna and is not carrying the bills and will be possible only when I go to Patna. I was really shocked to have such a bad experience from your officials and never expected such treatment from a reputable firm like HP. Earlier also I booked complaint but failed to get the support timely and had to get the problem rectified from other source. In such situation I find your warranty coverage is useless and customers are being cheated. For my inconvenience and loss due to not attending the problem timely I put your company responsible and may take up the matter with other appropriate authorities if required.

        My name is Pulkit tandon, I'm.working in merchant Navy, first time when I had issue with the laptop during bios update my motherboard crashed, same was replaced along with body which was also broken from inside- til then I was satisfied, then I personally tried running recovery CD as laptop was slow but it didn't work, I ordered a new hp recovery CD it came after 8 days I recovered it still dere was some tiny issues then ultimately I handed in aforeserve they made all correct til then laptop worked fine,
        Then one fine day means 10 days after repair I realised my finger print sensor is not working then inexpensive guy came wasn't having any knowledge I told him may be wire is NT connect then he opened it up n wire was out .. Software I struggled to rectify coz he was having zero knowledge.
        After 2 days from dat my keyboard suddenly stop working in middle of office work.then was resolved by restarting, 3 time this issue came in a span of 1 hr, next day I called up customer care she told me to update bios and chipset o told her previous issue related to bios but she insisted me that I Shud do it n she wil call me day after tomorrow as tomorrow she is on off...I did bios ran good I don't know what happened but my laptop worked full day on updated bios then I received again issue that the moment laptop goes in sleep it can't get up all time need to manually shut down ...
        Sir motherboard is again crashed coz of the bios update that what I predict.

        In 5 days time I'm gng abroad I need it rectified else what further action I will take against hp I also don't know

        Send u copy of the mail down indicating me to update bios n case is still open where u u will find my laptop all details

        Kindly look into matter as on date of 8 the I'm gng back Singapore

          I have purchased HP Split x2 PC serial number 5CD 3328 wLG from HP authorized dealer at tilak road pune . Recently laptop was making noise while in operation with key board use to get hung up occasionally. System otherwise was completely operational. As a precaution i took it to HP service center. HP authorized service centre at Tilak Road Pune, examined and told there is issue with hard disk. I told them to take complete back up and then proceed with repairs or replacement as necessary. However without taking backup they started repairs and system went completely non operational. This resulted in loss of important data. For data recovery service centre expressed inability. Now I have withdrawn the system and request HP to replace laptop free of cost and pay me charges towards lost data and subsequent inconveniences.

            Hi,

            On 05th April 2016, i bought hp 64gb pen drive from Snapdeal invoice number :s492ac/16-17/430. The pen drive is too slow and the data doesn't get copied to the flash drive. If i call the customer support they ask me to contact Balaji Computech in Bangalore for assistance and when i contact balaji computech they refuse to replace stating the product is not imported by them and is a fake product. I asked for a written confirmation but they denied and Snapdeal wants a written confirmation to take up the issue. Please help me as i am running pillar to post from past 6 months without any relief. I am extremely disappointed by HP's after sales service.

                Dear sir i have newly purchased a hp laptop from Agarwal Computer Katihar dated 18/03/2017 which serial no is CND7066VWN. sir my issue is that when i used laptop 4 to 5 hours its occur sound to much from internal part and when restart the laptop it's allways flash a message "Hardware has been change you must restart the computer" when i reach again Agarwal Computer to say my issue he did't take any response and said call to customer care, so i request u to plzz solve my problems as soon as possible. thanks

                  Your engineers not help me
                  My laptop is in warranty but your engineer said i not help you.
                  "Battery issue is not in warranty".

                  My charger is connected but battery automatically connect and disconnect.
                  3 or 4 times within a minute.

                  Laptop is directly shut at 50%
                  And Not charge at 92%
                  Not more charge up from 92%.

                  Why warranty is thier i[censored] not help the customes.

                    Sir I am a preparing candidate o[censored]PSC for last three year and this is last chance for me to appear as going to exceed age limit next year so taking this in view I started online preparation for UPSC so I was to bound to take a laptop of Hp sl no. CND6386NJ8 on 19/12/16 which is unfortunately appears as a defacted product in which the screen was fleecring I several time lodge complai starting from 17/01/17 but not got proper resolution finally on 18 /03/17 service center has changed the mother board without informing me but my stand is as I did not use the product for even a month so I want replacement for the product considering the time which is for me like a drop of water in deseart right now for avoiding any such problems in future because I am not in position to take any more chance considering the fact I am already lacking time. Shopkeeper is also saing service center is responsible for the service and replacement of the product .I have already lodge the complainant consumer court via Docket No. 202675. Now as my right I have paid for new product so I want a new product not tampered one . I will not be satisfy less then replacement of the product.because right from the beginning I have been told that this is a software issue which appear finally as a big hardware issue lead to change the motherboard. First I have reported the problem to the shop (Alfa Computer Ambala cantt ) just after 8 days of the purchase date 19 /12/16 but that's time they silly reinstall the window and gave it back to me then next I visited the shop on 17/01/17 for the same pro what appeared first time then shopkeeper send me to service center their also I did not get proper resolution . On the whole I want a new product because I am shick of the said product. Thanks.

                          I submitted my laptop to service center on 23rd feb 2017 regarding a problem related to charger not comnneting. manger said that the laptop is under warranty. i also checked on the warranty check online and it was under warranty. Manager broke the hinges while checking the problem and wrote the hinges problem also in the jobsheet assuring that it will be covered under warranty. now service center is saying that the warranty has lapsed. laptop is completely damaged. they asking me 34k approx for repairing. it was the negligence of the service center. also the sudden change in warranty dates after submission of laptop is misguiding and wrong. Also, the Manager resigned just after this incident. the service center is not looking into this matter. i want my laptop to be repaired completely under warranty free of cost or want a new laptop of same model.

                            Greetings for the day.
                            I would like to bring to your notice that i have purchased an HP officejet 7610 printer (Serial No- CN37J2KGG8) and there has been some issue with the print head and have submitted to the service center and they gave us a response like we dont have that part available. If you dont have any such part available then you should also stop selling that product.
                            I have submitted my Printer to iQor Global Services Private Limited, Thane(West) before 2 months and there has been no update or service from their side.
                            This has been a very bad experience with HP.
                            I would hope this mail would help resolve this issue soon.

                              Dear Sir,
                              On 16 Sep 2014, i brought a brand new HP 15-r014tx Notebook PC @ 45, 000 Rs (top class laptop at that time). Few day back, i noticed one black spot in my left hand side laptop display, which is increasing slowly and after that its started from the right hand side also and now both are increasing gradually. When i contacted to service center marathalli bangalore, she told me i have to replace the display and for that i suppose to pay around 6000 Rs. Now 2 days back onwards, i noticed that my charging indicator showing charging but actually its not charging. when i put my mouse in that its showing "0% available (plugged in, not charging). Now my laptop is working with direct supply only and its shut down immediately as soon as power cord removed or on electricity failure.
                              I am staying alone and this is my personal laptop which i used it occasionally as i have my separate official laptop for my work and i used my mobile for doing all my online transaction . Hp can check out the status of my laptop which is still look like brand new physically. I am not able to understand after taking so much care of laptop still am facing these types of problem and the cost of spare parts is too much which is unaffordable.
                              Before hp i used sony laptop for around 4 Years[protected] and i never ever faced any type of problem with that laptop even after using it roughly as that time smart phone are not available and all the official and personal work i always done with my Sony Laptop only.
                              After taking so much precaution and even without using it, i am not able to understand why HP laptop give these types of defect. Be careful with HP, instead of purchasing HP better to buy some other brand.

                              With reference to my above mentioned complaint. Hp assigned me complaint case # [protected] || CND4332KD3 regarding display and battery issue for my notebook. On 25 Mar 17, i got a call from Hp, Kolkata management team Mr Biswajit Ghosh . First of all he don't know wat he want to speak up, sometime he said don't buy any product from hp service center as they don't give 1 years warranty in their hp product and after that he asked me wat i really want from hp. During conversation he cut the call and when i trying to call back, he didn't picked up and after sometime again he called me.
                              Its quite disgusting to speak such type of person who behave like sabhji bechane wala. I am sure he is from sale department and Hp is not able to recognized his quality and put him in management team.
                              i clearly said and even mentioned in my email (Check below) which i sent him that i am not able to understand wat you want to say means am not able to handle such type of confusing character so its better if you handover this case to some one else or its better if you transfer this case to bangalore, as per my previous experience also i feel that bangalore guys are more cooperative and active in compare to kolkata. But instead of giving positive response or to cooperate he closed the case which is seriously disgusting and we can't even expect that hp recruit such type of psycho guy also. i still remember Mr Biraja Prasad Bidhar and Ms Praveen who worked in old airport road service center in 2015 and who are always be ready to help their customers even going beyond the limit also and see nowadays these type of cheap guy who think himself as CE0 Hp.
                              Please reopen the case and hand it over to Bangalore as i am also in banagalore only and i think its easy for us to find out the solution here in bangalore instead from kolkata.

                              In regards to the complaint case # [protected] || CND4332KD3 regarding display and battery issue for your notebook, as discussed, notebook is in out of warranty and you will do the needful for replacing the part ( display ) from your end later.

                              As you do not want any further communication from our management or customer relation department end, we are going to archive this complaint at this point of time.

                                Sir, regarding complaint id [protected], honestly speaking team HP is not trustworthy i am not satisfied with response i got from team HP.
                                Sir, problem with my product (laptop) was the issue of colour, i have lodge a complaint through phone interaction after this you team HP deployed an engineer.when this engineer came and he open my laptop but he tried so hard and unfortunately by his hand the display got cracked inside and after that he said there is liquid spillage inside and then he refix my laptop and my problem of display become more worst then earlier.And the team HP said hp is not responsible for this then who is responsible for this i am i responsible for this engineer you team hp deployed him and now you don't accept it..

                                  It has not completed even eight months...but it almost has become useless!! it has started hanging!!...DVD reader is also not working ...and keypad is also not working...whole system has become very slow!!! !!! IT COMPLETELY USELESS!!!

                                    I placed order on 12 feb till today no response yes first phn call stating change adress as you address you gave is not in our route.gaurav was responsible to communicate who failed so misrably i dont want to hear the stinking hp name in my life i demand immedeate refund.hp service stinks.
                                    1 month so many calls all they say each time irs on the way you will get it next day nearly a month later want alternative address.under no circumstances i want that product i want urgent refund.

                                      The above Printer purchased from Novo Computers, Kozhikode, Kerala, India is not working properly. When we submit word document for printing, caution arrives as " word document cannot be printed " When submitting other documents only the paper is drifted through the printer. I think configuring is not done properly. The shop owner is not responding now.

                                        I have purchased a HP note book vide Invoice No:CR16104475 dated 08.11.2016, We got Headphones free along with the Notebook. I received phone in the month of Decebmer16 with right side of phones defective. I complained the same to [protected]@redemptionsupport.com. They advised me to submit the same to nearest servicing center. I submitted the defective headphones to Solapur servicing center on 23.12.2016,
                                        Till now I didn't receive my headphones. I communicated to HP many times but invain, recently they are not responding to my call. When I go to the servicing center they said that they didn't receive the headphones after repair and they they will intimate once they receive the same.
                                        I need my head phones at the earliest.

                                        Servicing center people contacted me and saying that the product given for servicing is obsolete and can't be repaired/replaced, instead they are offering a different model (B4B09PA) which is of low cost in comparison with the product I gave for servicing, I denied the product, awaiting HP reply.
                                        Both windows button on key board panel as well as window icon on screen not working .
