There was an offer going on this product from hp. I. E. To avail 2 year extended warranty by paying 999. I bought the laptop and claim to avail the offer in hp redemption cell however they denied to give me this offer saying that the offer is not valid on this laptop. I checked online the offer is still valid. Please do the needful to get me the offer.

      also once a engineer visited and opened my laptop after which the usb ports are not working.now they are not responding to my response
      As i made a call log on 2nd of may because of laptop breakage as it comes under ADP warranty.its one month now and my issues are still not resolved.infact my call is not being picked by the executives of ghazibad.

        The hp service centre at jawahar nagar, raipur is not at all good on handling customers, they have rude and careless behaviour. Despite i being the only customer at the centre had to wait there for 15-20 mins, the staff was surfing his facebook account. The behaviour of head is rude, they didn't inform that the product is repaired and when i may collect it, didn't inform that i had to compulsorily carry the receipt as in hard copy, i had a snap of the receipt but they didn't accepted it and i had to go back home for the hard copy, me being the owner of the laptop and the person to submit the laptop spending half an hour there was said that, 'we cant hand over the product to you'. With lots of request and having the soft copy of the receipt i was sent back home.

          Sir,
          I am very very sad to know about that few dealers of hp are cheating the customers as in my case. I have purchased a laptop from rudrapur laxmi stores and found that conflict drivers problem. When i investigate it by hp customer service centre the hard disk was not found of hp. This has shocked me that cheating was done with me, so i am totally upset with hp serive and agents. Wastage of money as well as time

            This is being a repeated issue for me to drop down a complaint regarding delay in gas delivery from sujatha gas agencies[protected]

            I am consumer of hp gas with consumer no 723648. I have booked a refill on 31st may 2017 vied booking number 596578 and i have received cash memo through message vied no 1076198 on 1st june 2017. I am very sorry to say that this is the third time i am writing a complaint against the gas distribution agency sujatha gas agency.

            In spite of calling them for several times they repeatedly they are telling same thing that the gas will be delivered to you by today and we wait for the gas for the whole day but the gas is not delivered by the end of the say and the same thing continues everyday. It has been 5 days since the distributor is saying the same thing. It is not possible for us to wait for the gas whole day when they are giving an assurance that the gas will be delivered in that day.
            I hope that my complaint is being taken into consideration and i hope that the gas gets delivered to my address on time because the reputation of the esteemed company gets demoralized due to the ill functioning of the services provided by the agency.

            I hope that some action has been taken against the issue

              Spare parts not available at authorised service centre okhla phase 2 new delhi. Laptop details 15-k112tx batch 5cd4366f8g purchased on[protected].
              The authorised centre was approached on 05/06/2017 vide their w o.[protected] for service and repair work where needed.

              On 08/06/2017 the unit was returned with that remark part /s are not available.
              The remarks are not acceptable since within less to 2 years we are forced to throw the laptop in the dustbin.

              The claim of the hp being world leader in laptop and best service provider is exposed with this attitude.

              We still believe that the complaint was not properly at the junior level, hence this complaint is being forwarded with hope and believe that such a big organisation like hp cannot do this to their customers and some solution will definitely be provided so that the faith and loyalty of the customers remain with hp

                Paper is not loading. Printing is not being done. Printer model No is HP MFP 427dn. Printer is now working for last 2 days and In the earlier week, last printing was taken and original printer toner exists in the printer. There are a small chip in the toner which may lock for the time-being.
                Please take necessary steps for solving the problem and start printing immediately.

                    I am writing with regards to a recent purchase made on March 13th, 2017. I would like to return the item I bought as it is faulty, which I find unacceptable. To explain in more detail I have purchased the HP Laptop on March 13th 2017 on Amazon website. From the day one laptop hangs very frequent and overheat. On 23rd May 2017 all of sudden laptop turned off and not coming up we tried the initial troubleshooting no luck hence called the HP customercare and upon that HP Local technician came and found that motherboard is gone due to thermal issue.within 10 days i have called multiple time there is no updates.And today is 07th June, 2017. From 23rd May till 7th May, no action has been taken. HP is not ready to take any responsibility. I am using your products since forever and being your valuable customer is this what I get in return? Mailing you and calling you again and again, staying on hold for over half an hour and still getting nothing in return? What kind of a service is HP providing? Is this your standard? The customer is waiting in anticipation and nothing fruitful happens. Every time I call the customer care, I have to waste my time in explaining the case again and again. They put you on hold and forget. NOTE: I cant able to browse in two TABS in any of the browser. System eats all of the memory and disk and hang very frequent. Product Description: HP Notebook - 15-ay503tu Product Number: X5Q20PA. To resolve this issue I would like you to Want to replace the product since i bought 2 months back . I didnt use the laptop. I would appreciate your acknowledgment as soon as possible, along with an offer of resolution asap.

As i have problem with my printer anf for that purposes i called your service station a lot of time. But till now my co. Plaint has not been solved. Even no engineer visted my adress. As i was from solan and i gave every detail about the problem as well as my adress. But now body came yet. And even when i am calling to service center they are not takling properly and giving lot of excusses. Kindly, consider my request and regestered my complaint as soon as possible.

                          We have purchase scanner and printer model no. M 132fn on 22/04/2017 from a-one computer service, ambala city having tin no [protected].

                          Scanner not working properly. It sound when we scan and also when we copy the documents.

                          It sound when we start the scanner.

                          We have register our complain telephonecaly and our case no is [protected] but person visited on 23.05.2017 but not done service properly and our problem still exist.

                          We are not satisfied with your product and not with your service.

                          Please replace our product with new one as early as possible.

                                    I have bought new hp laptop and installed windows 10 and downloaded all drivers but some drivers are not working and not installed. I am totally debacle why it is giving these blunders. Can you please check on it.
                                    Some drivers are not done properly which are following :-

                                    Drivers saying curropt file are following :

                                    1. Drivers graphics sp75804, sp78204, sp 78245
                                    2. Drivers network sp76419
                                    3. Drivers chipset sp75511
                                    4. Sw multimedia sp77573
                                    5. Firmware sp76532

                                    It is giving some unpredictible error.

                                      I have bought a hp laptop from reliance digital, faridabad on 15 march 2017, the laptop was not working so we called customer care and asked for resolution on 30th april 2017, 1st may 2017 and 2nd may 2017. After being satisfied that the issue cant be resolved over phone and after great difficulty they agreed to send a engineer, since i had to travel to bangalore for my assignment i requested for the change of address and the engineer was sent. The engineer came and investigated the matter once, it was not solved, he came again after several requests and he tried to resolve the issue however it was not solved and he stated that hp laptop is beyond repair. I posted the matter to hp management but they say that they want to reinvestigate the investigation done by their own engineer. Management team member, supriya states that the issue was resolved however it was never resolved, he says that he want to reinvestigate the same case what his engineer team member has done and he says no matter what he will not give me replacement for a defective hp laptop. I urge the members here to kindly help me in either getting my money back or help me with replacement as the laptop was and is defective from the date of purchase. I also request to please save me from the harrasment which hp is doing from so many months.
