    Hi

    I had registered a case with HP :case no:[protected].My laptop is under warranry and after sharing all screen shots with techmicak team, I got a response that its a physical damage and it will not be covered under warranty.
    This is so pathetic.When the user is saying nothing such has happened, how can you impose such a remark? It means HP wants to prove that customers are liars? I am an IT professional working from home and using HP laptop for 10 years now.Never had I complained before for any issues.I had faith on the brand and so purchased a new HP Laptop again in exchange of my old laptop.Now that my laptop screen is not working, how can HP say that its physical damage?

    Is this the way HP deals with its customer? Even your technical department people are so rude.

    Let me know how do you resolve my case? I will escalate the matter further if not resolved at the earlist.

      I purchased HP 15-ay516tx dated[protected]
      Before purchasing i checked official site of HP for its specifications and unfortunately i found that it comes with Windows 10 Home Genuine .
      So, i purchased it.
      And, now the problem is, it doesn't contain the genuine window .
      Now i wanna a genuine window 10 home CD from HP as they made me fool .
      For it i talked to costumer care (from[protected] to these days), they firstly told me that they must have to provide me the genuine window through dispensing a CD,
      but now they are denying .
      Proof is attached.

        I have bought this printer one month before and only during this period my print and scan quality become worst.When i have logged complain regarding this than service center inform me that the cartridge toner of this product is not available at us (as this is very rare product that customer usually buy).And my problem is not sorted till now. My case Id is BJVX 6983
        So, I request you to kindly replace my printer with another model like(P1005/m126nw).I will be very thankful to you.And in case if the cost of these model is more than that then I am ready to pay.But please me this model.

          I have orderd the printer HP deskjet ink advantage 4535 and paid the full amount of Rs. 7700 online through net banking . The estimated time of delivery is showing 2-4 business days but yet the printer has not reached . I want my printer as quickly as possible.I donot wanted to refund i want to get my printer. If you cat able to send it in 7 days I will file a case against your company. It, s not a joke you have to pay . I tried calling the customer service but they didn, t listened accurately to my grievance. The order id is 919731. Kindly help me in this regard.

            This is a customer from Rao of cisf Kolkata Airport. We purchased one desktop for canteen from hp on 01.09.16 and key board is not functioning since long after gave complaint service engineer checked and found one button was missing. He refused and not changed the key board. That button is not used since purchase, why you people are creating unnecessary issues. The way deal with customerr is very worst and irresponsible. Why hp company not fulfil the services to customers. I go with higher formation if the issue is not solved at your level. I wait your reply. T

              I am absolutely fed up. I have been trying to register a complaint against a dud (Fake) inkjet cartridge i ordered online from your store delivered to me by savex technologies, paid cod to courier. Whilst the computer accepts the black cartridge, the tricolor cartridge is not accepted, and i get a computer message ïncompatible cartridge. On checking the ink levels, the tricolor one is empty!

              I called hewlett packard customer care on july 3, and the supervisor mr. Avik informed me his staff would call me within 24 hours. I explained that i would not mind paying for a new cartridge provided someone from hp came and installed it for me, and that i would pay for the visit i have to file my it returns and cannot wait for hp to decide what action to take, as it would take a long time. Hp is at fault for providing me with a dud cartridge, and when i tried to call them today i was shunted from pillar to post, everyone passing the buck, and giving me new numbers.

              I am a senior citizen, retired, and cannot take this stress. If this matter is not resolved soon, i will go to consumer court and blacklist your company on twitter, facebook social media and the newspapers.

                I have made an order id 905656 on www.hpshopping.in on 20th June and i have cancelled this order on 21st Morning as wanted to change the payment method, 21st Morning i have cancelled the order but they have dispatched the item, so they processed again to get the parcel back to their warehouse which they received day before yesterday 3rd July, But still they are not initiating my refund, whenever i call to costumer care no they are giving false reply, I need your help to get my refund back ASAP. their email address is hpestore.[protected]@hp.com and contact no [protected]

                  Paethetic HP 8520 Printer and the service centre and customer care of HP.

                  Since i purchased this it has been troubling me with printing problems, paper getting stuck, machine not working properly.You call to customer care they give you service centre number then service centre person tells you that my number is not updated you call again to the customer care and this goes on.

                  I urge HP to kindly replace my printer ASAP or i shall approach consumer with mental harassment and Legal charges on HP.

                    We are facing the same error of the blue screen after every 10-12 days leading the the computer restarting. This is the third time I'm facing this issue and you had closed the request after your engineer visited. But he was not a trained person and could not solve my issue that is why It has relapsed.                       hi i am manoj rawat. and today i went nehru place for but laptop then i bought ho laptop from ho store and they taken 800 rupees of laptop bag, but which person i had attend he said that you will get bag from laptop, but that salesman person did not tell us that it's chargable. after billing i did not check invoice because i was trust on that salesperson. but i do not know about that your company cheat to with customer. next day i went there and told regarding this that you had charged 800 rupees of free items, everybody know about this that the company give bag free with laptop, but your salesperson was argument with me . he was telling me that whatever do you want i will not refund. talk to anyone. this is a skill your person have. i really get bad service's by hp outlate store . because (1) your salesperson do not greet the customer
                      (2) they do not have good skill's
                      (3) they call the customer (bhai/brother)
                      that is a not professnol language. this is showing . your sales person have poor skill's . go to CROMA store/ reliance digital. there sales person have a good skill's and knowledge about the product then your sales person who is on outlate store.
                      and i am telling you that what is mention in your bill.
                      (1) output vat 5%= 1709.52 rupees
                      (2)output vat 12.5%=100 rupees
                      (3) hp entry level backpack =800
                      what a rubbish service's by you. i want refund the product. (

                        I have purchased (my brother kartikesh gupta) a hp laptop on 24th June 2017 (from DELHI COMPUTERS, Nehru Place, New Delhi) I also have the retail invoice, but i got warranty from 23rd Feb. i complained about it but still my problem is not solved .they asked for 48 hrs but already 72 hrs have been passed but i have not got any resolution .Also i have applied for warranty extension which i was supposed to get by today and regarding that also i have not got any resolution .

                          I have got a defective piece of pavillion 620.It's camera is more worst than a keypad mobile phone's camera.It is of pavillion series although it's processing is like low ranges lapy. I had brought it on 21st june 2017 and see it's problem on 23rd n i complaint about it to retailer on the same day but he just gave customer care no...I also complaint there on 25th and they just note my complaint...thereafter i call two three times but still no one came to replace it even to check it... now i just want to replace this defected piece ...

                          Complaint no. Is [protected]...i brought it from 150 km far store...i face too problems so if in two days my lapy is not replaced then unwillingly i have to go to consumer court... and all charges will be refunded by you.
                          I have a hp v220w 32 gb pendrive. its not working and unable to format. could you help me?

                            I have order a laptop through HP online platform. Its been 15 days now and the delivery is still expected to start 15 days from now. They are citing reasons saying its out of stock. If out of stock, why should they even have it on the portal? I paid the entire amount in advance. HP customer care never answers the phone nor does it reply to the mails.

                              Below request locked on 29th of April 2017 but call was closed without solving system issue.

                              Again I was request to customer care at 24th of JUNE 2017 but my complaint was not locked still and don't get and call lock confirmation from customer care.

                              Recently I was not provided proper online support and impact is heavy loss of production reason we already shared on email to HP.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I have a HP Pavilion G-6 Laptop which I bought in 2014. Recently I had an issue with operating system so I ordered RCD’s (Recovery CD's : Basically DVD) on 16th Dec 2016 which I received in next week. When I tried to install my laptop with these CD’s, I could not install because I was getting an error & installation was not able to go beyond 19%. So I called HP customer care & they told me that go to any nearest authorized HP service center, HP team will check & confirm that these CD’s are not OK free of cost, then we will dispatch new set of RCD.

                                I visited IQOR Global services HAL 2ND stage in Bangalore on 24th Dec 2016 & told the complete story. They answered that CD’s are OK but your HDD is not OK, that is why you are not able to install with these CD’s. So I ordered new HDD (Cost Rs11500) at the same service center. I received this new HDD on 13th Feb 2017 after many follow-ups. With this new HDD I tried to install RCD’s but again same problem, I could not install.

                                So again I visited IQOR Global services in next week & submitted my laptop. On next day they tried to install with those RCD’s but could not complete. Now they told me that these RCD’s are not OK. So again I ordered these RCD’s on 1st March 2017 through HP customer care which I received on 10th March 2017. During this time my laptop was at IQOR service center only, I brought it back & they charged Rs. 345/- against service charge. This time I could install my laptop with new HDD & with new RCD’s.

                                Even I tried this installation with my older HDD & with new RCD’s. I could install my older HDD also & it is working fine.

                                So the total problem was with RCD’s not with my HDD but HP service center made me to buy new HDD of Rs11500/- unnecessarily.

                                Cpu not functioning and line appeared on the screen and HP laserjet printer is also not properly connected to CPU and unable to transmit the command to get print.

                                  I bought an "au" series hp laptop from Tej computers Ranchi and it hadn't been even a week that I started facing problems with my laptop.It's display started flickering at any random time and sometimes this flickering will eventually result in the shutdown of the laptop.So I contacted the HP customer care and after about 1 week they sent an engineer and I had to get a DOA letter and then travel all the way back to the place where I bought the laptop(Ranchi) to have it exchanged.I got a new model and after almost a month I started facing the exact same problem all over again.After talking with the hp customer care for about 2weeks they sent an engineer and he replaced some part.The display was still flickering but the case was closed after 2days without even my confirmation.So when I contacted the customer care again I was asked to open a new case and go though the exact same procedures all over again.So after 2-3 days I was told that my case was being transferred to Ranchi hp service center and that they would contact me within 1-2 days.Today it's been almost 4 days and I still haven't received any call from them.It's been one of the worst nightmare for me having bought a "hp" laptop and I would never recommend hp to anyone.As for now I just want a replacement as soon as possible(the laptop is within warranty).I have also uploaded a video of my laptop flickering. My current case Id is [protected]and I just hope that writing this long complain would fasten my case.

                                  So i m customer of HP to and using same model AU624TX same issue applied DOA and its within process so the solution of this thing is just update your BIOS to the latest via browsing through HP driver support page and download Latest BIOS update and keep your BAR phones(Nokia small phones or any other brand from range of laptop) its the issue with the wire connectivity and its a known issue in this specific laptop so just don;t use your chota wala phone near laptop simple and HP will figure out this issue shortly.

                                    Dear sir/madam,

                                    As i very bad experienced with iqor okhla delhi (Hp service centre) unfortunately i am writing this mail, i submitted a hp designetjet 5100 light magneta prinhead for replacement to iqor but its near around one month submitted printhead and they can't say any date for replacement, as day by day i m very frustrated from iqor as we are in commercial field of large format printing. Pls resolve our issue as soon as possible. Scan copy of service sheet scan below.

                                      My laptop has display complaint, at the right side of the screen their is a presents of some dots in round shape, i just buyed the laptop before 6'months, it is affecting the clarity of pictures and videos, the dots are enlarging day by day, so my warranty period is not ended so contact me

                                        Received an e-mail offer of 23-jun-2017 of discounts on hp printer inks with an instruction to cite code hpscart10 for an addition 10% discount. When i applied this on my order form, got a response stating that the offer had expired on 21-jun. Why send such offers that are invalid in the first instance?
                                        The order stated same day delivery (24-jun) got a call from hp online stating the that delivery would be in the evening. This did not happen; instead got an sms from blue dart stating delivery would be on 27-june!
                                        Hp make promises it can't deliver on!
