I ordered a printer and 2 cartridges on may 22, 2017. When i ordered the printer the site was showing that at my pincode the product will be delivered in 2-4 business days but the printer in not delivered yet. Two cartridges were two be delivered in two days they were also delayed.
I tried calling helpline number but nobody is helping me out.

This is my last complain now i want my printer in 7 days maximum either you deliver the printer or i will file a case against hp.
HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My hp printer 2025c hc was not working
I have also has the same problem of delay of my delivery.
Now do you get your printer @Shubham Rajotia?

    But had not received pre installed ms office as per offer case id generated by customer care is 08007440. But till now i am following up with different departments of hp once technical support then customer care but not getting resolution.

      I am using a hp note - probook g1 440.
      Few days back some components of laptop stopped working - speakers and dvd drive. My laptop is still under warranty coverage. On 9/06/2017 i registered a complaint on hp customer support for the same, my case id was generated but till now no engineer has visited me to check the laptop. I tried contacting hp customer care again and every time hp team tells me that they will get back to me shortly but till now they have not provided me any solution.

          I have placed an order with mr prince batra for 4 desktops, 11 monitors and one printer having paid 100% advance. We are a small start up called quatred advertising llp. The person concerned now refuses to pick up my calls or inform me of the wearabouts of my order. I am yet to receive the tracking number so i can track my order as it was mentioned to your team that i would need it before hand. Having trusted hp to help us set up our start up was a mistake. Your customer care team namely prince has refused to take my calls now and other team members keep claiming that he is on his lunch break from 12-4pm. My business is very important to me and i choose hp thinking they will provide the best service. Its funny because i havent even received my order and am having so much trouble. Please look into this i am tired of chasing and following up with your incompetent team. They are lying to me about the delivery status and have now started avoiding me too.

            I am writing this mail to express my dismay and anguish over the present state of my hp notebook (Serial numbercnd596nrg) which was bought in 2015 august and was working fine till a hinge problem occurred in february 2017 (In fact there was a slight problem from the beginning). Within one weekof correcting the hinge problem, a no power problem developed, which was also corrected promptly by your service team by replacing the motherboard. After this, the system was very slow and again within a few days the hard disc was not being detected and this was again rectified by replacing the hard disc, which resulted in the loss of all data. I am a research scholar and a lot of data that was acquired during the last two years of work was lost. Just when it was thought that the problems are over, soon after replacing the hard disc, the system again is malfunctioning. Now while switching on the system, she is getting the message ' the system has detected that a cooling fan is not operating correctly fan problem 90b'.

            We had bought this system at a fairly high cost of about rs. 56000, since i had to use the laptop for research calculations and for storing the data. I was under the mistaken impression that hp is a company that meticulously ensures quality of its products and services. But i have found that although the service is fairly prompt, the outcome of the services starting from february 2017 is that i have not been able to use the system for my work since february 2017, and effectively, a lot of data acquired through hard work during the last two years is lost. So it is with a heavy heart that i am expressing my anguish and dismay. My work is at a stage where i requires the laptop continuously. So i am sending this mail to you in the hope that you will find a solution to ensure the proper working of the system either by checking and servicing it thoroughly or by providing a replacement for this faulty system.

            i am getting services ..but as soon as one issue is resolved the next issue is popping up.hp do not do justice to the cost they have made us to pay for the purchase of this i7 core notebook.if to spent the notebook at the service centre for months what th epoint in purchasing it

              Hi,

              I made a order of hp printer on june 12th 2017, even after 10 days i have not received any message from hp. When contacted they say we ll inform you later and next time when we try reaching it goes in waiting and cal gets disconnected.
              When contacted via mail no response.
              There is no other way to contact them and not able to know the status of the order.
              Have never experienced such a worst costumer service.

                    As i purchased my laptop in january but i am facing one by one problem with it its lagging soo much i wasnt expecting it takes lot of tym to open and close and its fully empty its sounds are not working properly its making some type o[censored]nusual noice when i play the songs or something its only been few months and since january itself im facing many problem related with networks and slow performance and high use of ram an also sound issue i had a talk with service center too they just formatted all n gave me but even after format its lagging and again there is sound issue nor i can create any type of hosted network its mostly available in all laptops why not minee??? Its the basic thing even its not there n since january im facing just after my purchase im really looking to change the laptop please advice me something and want to replace my laptop im really fed up of everyday problem of it daily a new problem occours daily i cant go to service center please help meee

                        Dear sir or madam,

                        Subject. Regarding poor quality of your products and cheap cusomer care services.

                        I regret to say that i had a bad experience purchasing your so called hp omni 10 5601w tablet. At first i was facing an issue with touchscreen fuctionality. It wasnt working at all. I had to restart the tablet several times to make it respond to touch atleast once. As i had 2 years of warranty i was able to get it repaired. The service team told me that it was fixed so i took it back and later i came to know that it wasnt fixed at all. Maybe they did a temporary fix. Later i gave it to them again and they did the same. It was working for somedays and again stopped working. Later i had to go abroad so i took it along with me so i clould get it repaired there. But what they told me was my warranty is expired even though i could show them online warranty is till there. They were asking for bill which i didnt carry with me. I tried every method to get it fixed but nothing worked at all. Now my warranty is expired. I feel cheated.
                        I came to know that many people were facing the same touch screen issue. I feel bad for them. If you knew eveyone faced the same issue you could have recalled or replaced the tablet. I was a loyal customer of hp. Previously i had 2 hp laptops which was amazing. Now i just came to know that hp is not a quality brand anymore. So no more hp laptops unless they find a solution to my problem.

                          I have purchased HP Pavilion x360 13-u131tu from logtech, tvm on march10 2017. The first piece was faulty and they have replaced it to me. Now the second one is also showing issues like,
                          1) will not turn on when the power button is pressed, even multiple times,
                          2) screen flickering continuously and then it will go black and automatically turn off.
                          After it gets turned off, the white light near the power switch blinks 3 times and pc will be completely turned off. Then it will only gets turn on after a long press on power button.
                          Once it is turned on it will be flickering again continuously.
                          I took the laptop to logtech and the response was really awful and irresponsible. They dont even want to take a look at the laptop rather they asked/forced me to take it to HP Service centre.
                          During my visit at the service center, at karamana, Volta Tech Solution, Noufal have witnessed the issue. I have submitted the laptop at the service center on June 10th. I have used it for less than 100 hours so far, and that too such a minimal use. Its more than a new one.I cant use such a faulty one again. You should consider that its a replaced one. 2nd replacement request from same person within 3 months and the first one within 24 hours . Its really a bad experience.
                          Since, I have not used it much, I have demanded for a refund or a DOA, but they said they cant do it. They'll repair it, and if there is any faulty part, they will replace it with a new 1.
                          I HAVE TO agree to this, and I demanded it to be done within 2 working days.
                          They took it on Saturday afternoon, they said they will have to do a recovery and then take an image log or something and sens that to HP. Its been Thursday now, and still I haven't yet received my laptop or a replacement yet. They themselves have claimed that his can be done within 3 days, 3 to 4 hours for recovery and a day to take and send the log and to check it another day.
                          They have contacted me on Wednesday and told, there is no issue with my laptop, they will return it to me once They get a reply from HP.
                          Why do, HP need to take this long to process this ?
                          Its clearly a faulty model or a faulty series. Why can they do justice here ?

                          When they are going to return my laptop, I must get a clear warranty from HP that, there will not be any more issue in my laptop for a complete warranty period (1 year or more), from the date I receive the Laptop from the service center.
                          If any issue comes up in my laptop, it should be considered under the irresponsible service of HP and I must get it replaced with a new one or refund the complete price of the laptop at the earliest.

                              I had registered a request for my hp workstation for change of hard disk on 12th june. I was told that they would forward the case to the service center who will then send me the quotation for the hard drive. The case was supposed to be resolved withing 24 h i. E. By 13th june. However, despite my repeated follow ups to customer care as well as the service center, the issue has not yet been resolved. The customer care claims that they have forwarded the case to service center and now the service center has to send the quotation whereas the service center claims that they have not even received any case from the customer care. Both the parties are just dilly-dallying the responsibility on the other. This kind o[censored]nprofessional attitude towards the problem is really troublesome as well as unproductive for the customer. I appeal that the hp customer care/service centers be made more accountable for handling and making timely efforts for addressing the customer's problem.

                                  My printer is purchased in may 2016. And since then it is troublesome.
                                  Printer serial no is : cn6311g0q2.
                                  On 05/05/2017 i had lodged a complaint that printer is not pringing yellow colour, on which engineer visited at my place and changed print head on 10/05/2017.
                                  Thereafter i went on tour to uttarakhand.
                                  However it is found that the same problem persists even after changing of heads that the printer is not printing yellow colour.
                                  On contacting toll free number to log a call, it was replied that the printer has now become out of warantee and for any purpose i shall be charged and that i should contact service center, nagpur.
                                  Accordingly i contacted service centre but as yet no visit of engineer.

                                  What i want to request is that as the problem is not solved by changing the heads, my original complaint no : bjtr3543-01 should be reopened as the problem is same and original coplaint itself cannot be treated as resolved.

                                  Only because informing the problem a little bit late because that i was on tour cannot treat this as a fresh complaint lodged out of warranty.

                                  You are requested to please consider my case and send the engineeer at the earliest as 15 days are already passed in the process of so many phone calls etc.

                                  I have actually become hopeless for this printer product as since inception it has been troublesome and because of its non working i have suffered a lot.

                                    I purchased a hp notebook on june 11, 2016 bearing the following details -
                                    Serial number - cnd546082h
                                    Product number - n8m17pa#acj

                                    At the time of purchase, i also purchased a 2 year extended on-site warranty and an insurance package.

                                    The laptop is barely a year old and it has dead pixels on the screen. I made a complaint on june 7, 2017 for the same and i was connected to a krishanu das who asked me for further details and pictures of the screen. Ultimately, i was told that an engineer would be sent to my premises within 4-5 days.

                                    As promised, an engineer came on june 10, 2017 to replace the screen, but he said that he would not be able to replace it since the dead pixels were visible on the screen even when the laptop was switched off, explaining that he would need to get approval before replacing the screen. He said he needed to check with his supervisor first whether to label this as a manufacturing defect or customer damage. Basically, to decide whether it would be covered by the warranty or not. He said he would get the approval and come back.

                                    They sent another engineer today, june 13, 2017, with an approval to replace the screen because they had finally accepted that it was a manufacturing defect, but according to engineer, the product code on the screen does not match with the product code of the screen that they have in their database. The engineer called the supervisor and according to him, if the product code of the screen does not match with the details that they have in their database, it will not be covered by the warranty and i would be charged for replacing the screen.

                                    I purchased an extended 2 year onsite warranty hoping for better and more convenient after sales services, but its barely been a year (Which comes within the usual warranty period promised by hp) and this is the kind of service that they're providing. I am stuck with a laptop screen with dead pixels that are spreading. There's another dot in a different place now, of which i have attached photos.

                                    I really don't understand what hp is trying to play at here. It is one thing to insinuate that i damaged the screen of my laptop, but what are they trying to insinuate now? According to them, the product's details don't match with the details that they have in their database, so is hp really trying to insinuate that i changed the screen of my laptop, or the product code? And that's why they would charge me for replace it? Whose fault is it that the details entered into the database and the details labelled on the product do not match?

                                    I am definitely not going to pay one paisa for this and i expect this matter to be resolved at the earliest. The case number allotted is [protected].

                                      I have been complaining about my hp laptop for the past 5-6 days, nobody has been able to give me a proper solution to my problem. I have called 15+ times to the customer care from my number [protected], and only since yesterday i was left with no other option than to record the conversations i had with the executives. I was speaking to a lady having name videesha yesterday and she told me that the recovery disk will be delivered in 3 days and later i asked her to transfer the call to a senior, she was so much hesitant, but finally she let me talk to a senior officer, floor supervisor, pritam, he told me that the r cd will be delivered in 2-3 business days. Today i called again to check the status of the r cd, an executive, pratap, he told me it'll take upto 5-6 days to complete/dispatch, not deliver. No body has any idea the basics of the hp working ways. I bought my laptop on 1st of june, 2017, and i've only been able to use it for a maximum of 4 days. This was the last place to complain. I have the recordings of the conversations that i had since yesterday. Kindly look into the matter.

                                        There was an offer going on this product from hp. I. E. To avail 2 year extended warranty by paying 999. I bought the laptop and claim to avail the offer in hp redemption cell however they denied to give me this offer saying that the offer is not valid on this laptop. I checked online the offer is still valid. Please do the needful to get me the offer.
