We have purchase a laserjet pro color mfw m177fw printer on 05.04.2017
& we are too much disturb from this printer. The case id is [protected] & order id :- bjtc2631,
We had book complaint on 17.04.2017 but till date we have not receive any resolution on that.
& customer care person says that engineer will check the same & after that he will make report for changing the same but till now no any visit done.
HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have hp desktop PC 202 G MT. Serial No of PC is INA432QQ2B. Search option on my PC is not functioning

i have bought the hp laptop invoice has attached.. i have register for the warranty but i got only 9 month of warranty..
how can start warranty from November 21, 2016 .. if i purchased[protected] from online... please make it correct give the proper correct warranty...

    Very very pathetic tech support from HP India and iQor (HP Service partner). Beware – HP supply refurbished parts. I was forced to scrap my HP all in desktop due to pathetic service. It's time to share agony towards HP service issue. All in one desktop PC is down since Dec ’16. Technician visited multiple times but to no avail. Apart from main complaint, few more issues have arisen due to negligence and lack of technical competency. HP is yet to resolve the issue inspite of many calls since then. Call got closed by them to meet their KPI. HP delivery managers don’t respond to mails. I am sure HP is not going to fix the issue but I can request you to re-think if you want to be HP loyalist. Never Ever make a mistake of buying HP products. Please share this post on Social media.

      I am Aditya thapliyal.
      I have registered a complaint on the support line regarding my touch and touch pad issues 5-6 days back.
      My laptop screen is not working well .
      Screen is having multiple touch bubbles due to which i cannot use my laptop.
      Support executives made me install all the drivers and softwares they have yet not solution came out and they keep igonoring my problem with a new software to install everytime i call them .

      I am experiencing worst thing in my life after buying this company's laptop.
      There is no concentration about customer's support.
      My laptop is in warranty period yet not onsite warranty is given to me.
      WORST LAPTOP ANYONE CAN BUY!!

        I am really disappointed by your service. I got a hp laptop on 6 th nov 2016 and as a diwali offer you were suppose to send me the bluetooth speakers within a month, and i haven't got the same as yet, inspite of calling u so much and talking to your customer service people they all just have a single thing to say and frm 5 months m hearing the same thing. I want my bluetooth speakers till the end of april because i wasn't mad to pay u guys on time whn u can't deliver things on time.

          This has reference to above subject and we would like to draw your kind attention that we had purchased All-in-one printer bearing model no. M 227 DN 23/01/2017
          Further we like to submit that from last 3 months we are facing problem in the printer which was brought in to knowledge of service engineer, but sadly to say that we are facing very bitter experience in getting the service from your service engineer as from last 3 months we are just hearing excuses and excuses from him and not getting any solid solution. Also please note before 3 days your Mr Bhuvnesh Adhia and Jayant Panwar committed that he will make sure that Printer going to replace with new one and on his committment we had inform our client accordingly, but today all of sudden he informed that now printer will not be replace and only they will change drum, well this type o[censored]nethical and unprofessional not acceptable to us and our client who had spent money and trusting your product and to get false commitment and have to wait for such an abnormal period wherein at last it feel like cheated and this type of working attitude from an reputed company like HP is not at all acceptable.
          Well above was the history, now present is that our client is now very much annoyed with it as after spending money he is not in position use his gadget, hence now demanding replacement of printer with new one
          So request you kindly look into matter an arrange to replace the printer and advise us time frame for getting same done, else our client will left with no other choice then to proceed with Consumer Forum
          In view of above we request you to kindly look into matter on immediate basis and revert us with concrete / favourable reply so as to close this matter amicably

          I have received two faulty units of laptop(display issue) one after other replacement. I have bought it from flipkart
          When i m changing my gas cylinder refill. After connecting the regulater, when i m opening the knob of regulater then the gas is leaking from the bottom of the regulater. So plz send technision to solve the problem as soon as possible.
          My, Laptop's key board showing some problem, and covered under warranty upto october 2017, but the authorized service centre not accepting for repair telling some unusual rules. My laptop purchased 5 months before.

            HP gave an offer in the market that with the purchase of the printer, they are offering - FREE Cartridges. Invoice & Sticker on the product is attached.
            On none, any kind of Terms & Conditions are mentioned.
            Now, they are telling me that there was a limit of 15 days.

            How could I assume the T & Cs at my own.

            They made the Terms & Conditions and chose to keep it in their office and now when I am asking for the offer, they are telling me that it was supposed to be asked within 15 days of the purchase.
            How in the world they expect me to assume the T & Cs !!

              Friends Never Ever Make a mistake of buying HP products. I was forced to scrap my HP all in desktop due to pathetic service. It's time to share agony towards HP service issue. Call was logged in Dec 16. Technician visited multiple times but to no avail. Apart from main complaint, few more issues have arisen due to negligence and lack of technical competency. They are yet to resolve the issue inspite of many calls since then. Call got closed by them to meet their KPI w/o service Engineer visit.               The above All-in-One Desktop PC was installed on 04.01.2016. As per RC, the said PC is covering 3 years warranty from the date of installation. So, the PC is under warranty.
              Problem: The PC is unable to start the window. " Automatic repair could't repair your PC" appearing on the display.

                  Sir i was buy a hp printer 7500a model 3.5 years ago and after use it was a spoil and the part is not available at hp store and hp care.. My question is what i do now???

                  Kya maine 3.5 saal hi use karne ke liye 20000 rupees me kharida.??? Isse to better tha ke mai assembel product 1 year warranty wale purchase karta...

                  If you are not solved my problem easily then i go to some legal action against hp...

                    I have ordered rcd on the last week of march 2017 and still now I have not received it. I have called your customer care executives about it but they are so inefficient to help me out with anything. They do not bother about the problems faced by us and give us wrong information, misguided me. I guess hp should abondon their call centre department as it is of no use.

                        My product is under warranty. On October 2016, I got a screen replacement because of a black shadow in the corner.I got to know in around end of feb 2017, that the replaced screen is worse than my previous screen.

                        New screen give flickers of pink colour, with violet line on the top left.

                        I addressed the matter to customer care two times, and two times they ignored and told me it was not covered under my warranty (Doesn't make any sense since i got it replaced in Oct 2016 for less worse issue).

                        What is my mistake if in replacement of a bad product(screen), You give me a worse product????

                        It has been established now that along with a bad product, they provide worse service too, free of charge!!!

                        I request that if they are unable to give me a screen replacement under my warranty, then they should return back my previous less worse screen.

The hp service centre has changed my mother board four 4 times due to the os issue and for graphic card issue... And now my laptop is facing a issue on charging... I was irritated on purchasing laptop in hp... I don't need to make it repair.. I need a replacement for my laptop... Orelse i'll file a case on consumer court

                              I would like to inform you that on 12/12/2015 I bought my HP Pavilion Notebook 15-ab522TX and since then I have faced continuous problems. After buying, within 3 months my laptop had display issues (no display) and on 10th March 2016 HP technicians came and replaced my system LED.( REF: CASE NO: [protected]). It was under 2 year onsite warranty that I registered so I didn't have to pay for anything but I did not get any remuneration for the screen guard which costed around Rs. 700. Now after 1 year I am again facing issues and this time it is about my laptop BATTERY. I cannot switch on my laptop without plugging in the charger and gradually charge is getting reduced but my laptop is not getting charged. I called your customer support on 08/04/2017 around 10:30 am and lodged a complaint. (CASE ID :[protected]). They ran a test and said that it is a battery issue. When I informed them about the warranty period, they said laptop accessories are under warranty for only 1 year and I have to pay the required amount for the new battery. It was also informed to me that laptop batteries generally have the longevity of 6-8 months but I have asked several other laptop users of all brands (including yours) who informed me that laptop works fine for minimum 3-4 years. Thus, this information was HIGHLY MISGUIDING. On 10/04/17 I received a quotation from your company mail which said I have to pay Rs.8640 (including price of new battery, tax and technician charge) in order to resolve my issue. Naturally it is not practically possible for me to pay Rs.8640 after every 6 months and replace my battery. When I called customer support again on 10/04/17 around 2:00 pm, I was informed something else. According to the advisor who received my call, he completely disregarded the fact that laptop batteries works for 6-8 months and instead he said if proper usage is done and callibration process is done within 1 week of buying the laptop then my battery should work fine. As a common man obviously I have no idea what callibration process means and unfortunately even he didn't explain it to me so let me inform you that I have done all that my dealer had prescribed, i.e. to charge the laptop battery for 10 hours before starting to use. Now I am at a pretty miserable situation. Let me inform you that my initial preference for buying a laptop was DELL but after seeing the configuration of this particular model and more importantly trusting the brand image of HP I bought this laptop despite the fact that it was over my budget. But I seriously did not expect such hassle that I will have to face after buying an HP Laptop. My laptop is still under 2 years warranty and despite of that I have to pay Rs.8640 for new battery. Your advisor also informed me that he has been using the same model for about 3 years now but he is not facing any kind of issues so it is pretty evident that my particular set had some manufacturing defect. You can say it is about luck but if I have to pay Rs. 54062 and still depend on luck then it is your company's drawback to provide customer satisfaction. I would be highly obliged if you can completely replace my set, because if within 2 years I am facing so many problems then I don't think after 3 years my laptop is going to work. And if I do not receive any kind of cooperation from your side then I will be compelled to bring forth my issue in any kind of social and public platform. I am deeply disappointed with HP since I bought the laptop primarily trusting on your brand image so I hope you will attend to my issue and reaffirm my faith on your company. It is a sincere humble request from my side and I hope you will understand my situation and not compel me to resort to CONSUMER COURT as the last step.

                                Here is an HP gas employee who sells cylinders in BLACK.
                                People like these who sells CYLINDERS in black is a criminal offence since this is the consumer rights to ask? why is it so? who is allowing him to do so?

                                There is a chain of people, but I know 2 of them, 1 is Kalidas Nadar, 2 is Gopi nadar. This HP employees are making enormous money by selling these cylinders in BLACK and have made a lot of money and still on, saddest part there is nobody to catch these goons. He is famous in Dharavi area i.e behind new Dharavi police station at block no-9 for selling cylinders in black.

                                Also, supplies to the guys who cook food in the street outside road which is embarrassing. Because of this guy, many street hookers who developed as a new area where people I don't know how they started, because of this non-sense supplying to these people's.

                                This guy keeps 3-4 HP cylinders in his home, some cylinders in somebody's place and rest he rotates to his customers. This HP employee's doing this [censored] things which has led to the increase in cylinder price.

                                REQUESTING SOMEONE TO SPY THIS GUY AT HIS MENTIONED ADDRESS AND CATCH HIM AT THE EARLIEST AND STOP THIS TOTAL CHAIN. LET THEM WORK AS AN OFFICIAL NON-BLACKER HP EMPLOYEE

                                  I had purchased one i7 (HP15-AYO78TX Notebook) dated 16.02.2017. Serial Number is CND6263XOB. I am sorry to say that eversince it has been purchased, it has not worked properly even one day. The display is not working many a time. While fan is going on. After pressing on button many times, it turns on. Kindly replace it.

                                    I got two expiry dated cylinders back to back in the month of march. The expiry date noted on the cylinders was A-17 . I asked the delivery boys about this but they not respond properly. In the next month that is in the month of april i got a cylinder without vicer or rubber valve placed inside the cylinders. I dont know wheather HP India want to kill me or what. Because this kind of irresponsibilities can cost someone their life. Many times only women are at home and they know about the expiry or about the rubber valve. What if they attached the cylinders and anything happen with them? Who will be responsible for that?. I want you to take strict action against this nonsense.

External / W85154 /HP [ " 8CY651021P] on[protected], Invoice No. FOP7Y[protected] through online service. which is sold by Tech Connect Retail Pvt. Ltd. Khasra No. 435, Road No. 04, Lal Dora Ext. Mahipalpur, New Delhi-110037.
                                      Above said your product External harddisk 1 TB serial no. External / W85154 /HP [ " 8CY651021P] purchased on[protected], Invoice No. FOP7Y[protected] is create problem during the attach with the desktop computer or Leptop. and make heavy noise and did not work properly i.e. detection of harddisk, if detect then required format it or did not video song play from the harddisk properly other then leptop or desktop computer. The above said HDD is falls within the warranty period. So, i request to you, . please solve the problem immediately without any delay..

                                        We have logged a complaint on reference no.[protected] on 3 rd april 2017. I heard from your customer care that the work has been escalated to Indiranagar but I didn't get any response from your Indiranagar service centre. Once the person called me for the landmark from the service centre. Hp is not giving good support this is not we are expecting from HP. Everyday I calling the customer care and telling the same story again and again, I really fed up with this.
