Online Order No. 911606 for HP PAVILION LAPTOP for Rs. 61990.00 placed on HP through their distributor SAVEX (P) Ltd. - Gurgaon after registering myself in HP dedicated NTPC site on 24.06.2017. such a huge amount is blocked.

25 days elapsed till date neither item dispatched nor status is up dated in my mail or through phone.

Such negligence not expecting from a company like HP and their distributor SAVEX. please resolve the issue at the earliest.

      I got my laptop repaired from viki computech pvt ltd scf 7
      Leela bhawan mkt, patiala, that is an authorised hp world centre in patiala. The panel of my laptop was broken. They told me they will inform me about the status, but they never did. I have to call always and that too so many times. They always took 3-4 calls to answer. When i went to collect my laptop they did not provide me with a bill. They said bill cannot be given due to gst. But when i insisted they gave me a temporary bill. I am highly disappointed.

        I purchased a hp pavilion -14-al110tx laptop on 13th may 2017. The laptop stopped working on 08-jul-2017, after under 2 months o[censored]se. I had also paid for 2 years additional next business day warranty under an offer which was running at the time of purchase. I had registered a complaint with hp customer care on 08.07.2017. The complaint was not assigned to the service center until i called up again and spoke to a floor supervisor at hp customer care. I got the case id on 10.07.2017 after 7 pm, however till noon on 11.017.2017, i did not get any call back from service center. After escalating to the service head (One mr. Suresh babu), a service engineer finally turned up at around 4 pm. This guy didn't seem to have any clue and he took around 30 minutes to figure out how to open the case of the laptop. Then on he was consulting someone on the phone to do the diagnosis. The guy has not handled this device before and ended up struggling to open it. Damages to case and the internal wiring was evident. Finally the laptop has been taken to the service centre for repair on 11th july. I have still not got it back. I placed a request for replacement as i saw the way it was being handled by the service engineer. The device requiring careful handling was handled absolutely carelessly and without even a static mat.in the longer run this will cause problems for sure. I wrote to the service team again requesting a replacement and has been turned down yet again. Hence posting this complaint with the consumer forum.

        17 days and counting the laptop is still sitting ducks. Was told that the laptop is DOA and will be replaced. Today I got a communique that the defective laptop needs to go back to Warehouse and then they will issue replacement after they checked it. What is the 'Authorized' Service Centre for? They have checked and sealed the pack. Absolutely un acceptable customer service. Contemplating legal actions.

          I brought one hp laptop 2 weeks ago. Received a damaged product. Called cc several times and also mailed them several times but have not received any replacement or refund. Customer care people are saying your money will be refunded but they have not made the reverse pick up yet. I am not sure if they are going to refund. This is totally unacceptable from a company like hp.
          That's why i am writing a complain here.

          Any kind of help will be appreciated.

            Yesterday i visit a nearest dealer which is situated in mecheda, purba medinipur, name as"hard & soft" (Hp world), to purchase a new laptop 15ay 514tx,
            Before purchasing this shop keeper promised to give a offer after paying 999rs, i was ready to pay this amount. While i deal and finish all the procedure the shop keeper suddenly change his word & telling me this offer is not for you but for those who will make bill on gst format, then again i agreed to follow this procedure, but shop keeper telling we don't know the offer product will come or not, it has very long procedure, then he is suggesting me to to take previous date bill & and not to go with gst format, i unable to understand actually what the case behind this all matter?
            My complain & doubt here that the shop keeper will claim the offer by himself through my bill paper & not following the gst format,
            I am requesting you to solve my complaint as early as possible

              I have purchased last year may 2016. Printer is printing half paper after that printer stopped and half paper jamed. When i call to customer care your representative told me your product warranty exipred. You will have to contact local service centre. He also provide me local service centre contact no [protected]. But he is unable to give service. Again i call to customer care, your representive provide me another no [protected]. When i call on this no no any positive reply found. Sir according to this activity we should not purchase any product of your company. Consumer voice is better source of getting market share. It is urgent pls contact on [protected].                   My previous monitor replacement came in after a period of 4 months & this time it's already close to 3 months & the problem has not been resolved yet. After numerous calls & emails either to their service heads, customer care executive or service centre, i have come to realize hp has a hugely pathetic after sales service. They cheat people based on the market name they have created. I have all the call recordings & mails regarding this and will reproduce in front of higher authority when needed.

                  Monitor is having reliablity in color issue. there is a gradiet from top to bottom changing from warm at the top to cool at bottom.

                    Issue: Paper stock after half paper print

                    Your technician was came on 26/06/2017.
                    He try to resolve this issue, but after all this, he said, it has PCB engine control short circuit issue.

                    But i cant understand, if my PCB has faulty, how it sending print, i know its half print but still im getting half paper print,

                    As per my knowledge also i concert with other technician, they said, if your pcb has faulty issue, even your technician confirmed if PCB has short circuit issue in that time you cant get power on that also you cant get print.

                    You know what, everyday i'm suggesting my client for HP only, this is my business, but now, I don't thinks so.

                    The very big things from your side, you never reply my mail also, i things you all guys enjoining HP payment, but you don't want to do your jobs.

                    I want higher authority email id, so i can shear my problem with him, dont give me consumer email id.

                    I want my printer replacement.
                    Kindly send for the same.

                      Hi, i am purchase the printer model - m1005mfa 6 month back. This product is under warranty and home services. This product is not working now. I complained multiple time to resolve but they could not provide the solution.
                      When i am calling on hp support no but i found not reachable or they hold 1 hour and disconnect call.

                      Overall they are not providing the any kind of solution in favor of customer.

                        I am writing you this message in vain and disappointment.in a very good trust, i went to your online hp shopping website and in a good faith i purchased a hp 803 ink cartridge for my kid who is in class iv. From my pocket expenses i save and purchased a new cartridge for my kid. I purchased the cartridge from your official online website: http://hpshopping.in/ and my order number is: 920697

                        I made a payment of: 1591/- inr which was successfully paid to hp via my online payment using hdfc bank (Which i paid via your online payment gateway using payumoney. I was assured the cartridge will be delivered very next day and the order was placed on 8th. July. Soon after the payments i did received a confirmation email + sms from with the following details as below:
                        Your transaction with www.HPShopping.in was successful

                        Transaction id: 920703
                        Merchant website: www.HPShopping.in
                        Amount paid: 1591.00
                        Order date:[protected]:22:05
                        Customer phone number:[protected]

                        I used my hdfc bank debit card for making the payments and i did received a confirmation for the payments being made successfully with following details:

                        = ref. No:[protected]
                        = dated: 7 july 2017

                        On mon[protected]:41 i received another email from hpestore.[protected]@hp.com stating there is payment failure on hp online order 920697. I cross checked with my banks and the amount was paid successfully and bank confirmed there has been no failures and no refunds were accounted.

                        I desperately feel cheated where my money is with hp and still i have not received any product for which i paid from my hard earned money.

                        I even contacted hpestore.[protected]@hp.com and cc a email to: [protected]@hp.com and today being 11july still no action or confirmations i read back from any of your departments.

                        I would request you humbly to please assist and please either provide me the product i paid for or please refund my money which is still with hp.in case required, i can provide you entire bank statements and online payments details from the bank for reference (But already i have shared all the proofs to the hpestore.[protected]@hp.com and [protected]@hp.com for confirmation).

                        I surely look forward for help and trust i have in my order processing and would request for your intervention to help me get my product i already paid for.

                        I have attached all the payments related screenshots from the bank / sms / emails for reference.

                        I am also attaching a screenshot "paymentfailureemailfromhp. Jpg" which hp emailed me after the money was paid and order was placed successfully.

                        I was able to resolve the complaint with the support team. Got a call from HP Support mentioning payments were received and I got an payment failure message due to some server issues which was a autogenerated email from them.                           Complaint lodged id no. Bjvv9755 on 13 jun 17. Service engineer visited & checked and stated that due to technical fault, this printer will be changed. But till date no action has been taken by hp service engineer of purnea mobile no. [protected] and also contacted with mrs nupur das (Coordinator bihar-bengal) mobile no. [protected], but, call is not receiving by her. Warranty will be expired on 17 jul 17.

                            Hello sir/mam,

                            This is to bring in your notice that i had buy an online hp pavilion notebook from paytm which is found to be defective & on complaining they didn't pick our call for 30 mins and even more so that they can earn more profit on chargeable calls and after that they disable the feature of return & replacement from their app. When we do complain through email they wont revert back easily instead of return & replacement of the product they are refunding the money to us in our paytm wallet which is also not at all justify instead of giving a proper solution. They are bounding us to their website. We just want to replace our defective product with new one instead of refunding the money.
                            We had receive the laptop on 3 july.
                            Because of such online website your brand value is also going down need to take some action against them.

                              I have bought the laser jet printer m132nw model from hp approximately three months ago. The printer has just printed 600 pages and is showing low ink and printing light coloured pages that means the report and the warning is correct. I have called your unsatisfactory customer support which told me that it was a demo cartridge which will not print upto its full limit. My complaint is sir why have you installed a demo cartridge in 13, 500 rupees printer, was the cost of this not enough so that now i have to pay additional 4000 rupees to your company so that i can actually use this stupid product. If your company policy states that why it is not mentioned in my bill and told by dealer at the of purchase and if told i definately have not purchased this product for sure because i have buyed a product for 14000 not for 18000 ok. Iwant my problem to be solved by you at any cost. I believe that company is overcharging this product. And i want full waiver for my new refilling. Also i forgot to tell you that when i tried to be supportive to genuinely ask that why i was given an empty cartridge they smiply put me off the line instead of helping me. And ypur cartridge is not available in the market!!! Coooool i have to actually pay you extra 💰 that's it is not available in the market

                                Hi team,

                                I have given my laptop for screen change and c drive formatting in pune.

                                Reference number - 001963
                                Serial number - 5cd2132bc4
                                Configuration - hp g6 1312 tu
                                Customer - mohit tripathi
                                Service centre - tilak road g-1, g-2 indira chembers

                                The behaviour was very rude and they misbehaves, shouts on the top of his voice, refuses to provide any service and says "do whatever you can do, i will see". I want a strict action against this type of behaviour to the customers and this is not with me as i have seen they treating badly with every other customer.
                                I can get the screen replaced from any of the local service centre and they have offered me to replace in minimal price but i have chosen hp authorised service centre just because of the trust.

                                Also i want to know the price of the screen change as i doubt they have charged me more on this.

                                One of the worst thing is the bill that they have provided has 3 errors while writing the price of screen change and when i said i need a new bill they have directly refused and misbehave with me.

                                Want to hear back on this from hp..

                                  Hi team, my wifi is not working in my new laptop and i contacted hp support team 3 times but my issue was not resolved even i ask to send someone to my home but everytime hp team refused to send saying its not hardware issue and not software issue after the daigonisys test. They ask me to reinstall the os and i did it twise. But still not working.

                                  I don't know if you can't provide the support and resolve the issue than what is the meaning of warranty.

                                    Have purchased hp 6720s battery recently and its not working properly it direcly goes from 72% to zero sometimes 58% to zero. After full charge the battery only works for 20mins to 25 mins.

                                    Please do the needfull as i have purchased this battery as i was told by your representative that it will work for 21/2 hours. Have attached bill photos.

                                      Hi, i had been repeatedly calling to the HP service centre from last 6 months for replacement of battery for my HP Spectre XT Ultrabook. however every time they say that it is not in stock .. is it my fault that i had purchased this ultrabook from HP ? or is it HP India's fault for not proiding battery to this service centre of their's.

To ensure not data loss please backup the content immediately and run the hard disk test in system diagnostics.Hard disk1(301)F2 system. Diagnostics enter-continue startup.we bought. In jananicomputer karaikalon[protected].after viewing such a message. We contactedjanai computer. They replied that the hard disk has to be replaced.please. dothe favour to my complaint as soon. as possible

                                        It's been jst 2 years since i purchased my HP notebook . Last year i had its screen replaced because of some display issues, and now, within one year itself the screen has started developing dead pixels and its increasing day by day. this is so disappointing. I didn't expected such low quality product.
