Hi,
My name is ritesh mishra last year i purchase a laptop of hp model no. 15 ac101tu and serial no. Cnd54440ntx. My complaint is [protected] please chek how many times i call in hp customer care but still i not get any resolution and now my laptop is not working. Actually my laptop is getting switch off automatically so i call in hp care and raise a complaint about it and after that executive told is os problem in my laptop and you have to purchase os cd so i purchase and today i received the cd and call in hp care again and ask what i need to do and i do all thw aa it he told me after that my laptop is not geeting on proparly. I again call in hp care he told me do the same thing again i do but now my laptop is not working.

        While starting the desktop computer. CPU is not working. It has the power supply but it is not booting. some issues are there related to hardware side. kindly make a service visit to resolve the issue. many times complaints are launched in this regards but till date non assistance has been provided by your side. since computers is in warranty we cant resolve the issue with our local vendors.

          I purchase a pavilion note book on 16th sep 2016 and registered for ganpatimahostav offer... my due date was 22nd OCt.. then they reply to my mail saying that they will send my gift on or before 10th NOV 2016. nut still now I have not received my gift neither any update..

              I purchased hp pavillion laptop
              Model no hp pavillion notebook 15- au114tx & serial no 5cd63062sh. Redemption code is 90277678.

              I was told that with an addition amount of rs.1500/- i will be getting 2 year extended warranty + one year anti theft insurance + 1 year macfree internet security + bluetooth speaker and one headphone also. I have already submitted my redemption code bar code & all the document which are required by hp along with the sum of rs. 1500 / - which was paid online.
              Now i have been told by customer care of hp that my bill & registration name differ in this regards i would like to say that, i was asured by the people of hp showroom computerland in nehru place new delhi that there will be no problem in getting my extended warranty & gifts.

              I request you to kindly look into the matter personally & resolve this issue at the earliest so that i get my extended 2 year warranty along with my gift

                Hi,

                I purchased an hp laptop on the day of dusherra which was 11th oct 2016. We complaint to the hp within 14 days that there is a problem with the laptop which is flickering screen.
                Person who took the complaint closed the case within 2 days assuming it was resolved and we were waiting for someone to get back to us. Now hp is not only denying replacement but it has been 34 days that we are struggling.
                The customer service team, crt team, and now escalation team. They keep on saying we will have to run some diagnosis and then we will speak to our internal team and get back to you.
                They have already run diagnosis 2 times on my laptop and wasted my 1 entire day on 12th nov 2016 from morning 11.30 to evening 5.42pm by running diagnosis and still i have same problem of screen flickering.
                I have sent them multiple videos but they will not replace my laptop. I have spent 53500 on laptop and 3498 on purchasing additional warranty. I feel cheated and no one is able to help. They won't even let us talk to the management and no one is interested in listening to our grievance.
                This is my first laptop in my life which i have purchased with so much of excitement but they have ruined it all.
                Every other day my husband and i speak to hp people atleast for an hour. They never give any commitment nor they can comment on anything. 34 days we have been in constant touch with them. On mail and phone but there is no resolution provided.
                My hard earned money which i saved and half which i took on emi is all gone in vein.
                Never buy hp laptop they are cheat, they never be on their commitment. Their after sales service is zero.
                After the person ran some diagnosis on 12th nov 2016 i did not use to laptop. Today 14th nov 2016 i used it for 3 hrs i thought let me record the entire time while i use the laptop as flickering happens anytime and i can't shoot it instantly.
                I have a recording of about 2 hrs and in that it has flickered almost 3 times.
                I have sent hp all the conversation recording with each person but they won't accept that their product is faulty and are only delaying things.
                Please help me how to get my money back or at least a replacement. They have mentally harassed us and tortured us a lot.
                We leave our work and speak with them do as they say gave complete cooperation for 34 days but now it is high time. They are making things very difficult and inconvenient for us.
                Please help me someone.

                  Its just over a year and i have already faced several issue with your product.
                  After few months of purchase the laptop began develop some white patches on the screen which was refused to be replaced within warranty. Later its showed flickering of screen with the slightest of movements. This took over a month of continuous phone calls to the service center and fighting hard against your service man i finally i got it repaired but only for few weeks and again faced the same problem. This time i could'nt dare to make a phone call your service center thanks to your special treatment :) :) [SARCASM].
                  This is just the beginning story toh abhi baaki hai mere dost! [TO GAIN YOUR ATTENTION]. After this my laptop refused to boot and had to run a lot to find a person to repair it due to Diwali festivali [by the BELATED HAPPY DIWALI]. Spending over 2000 bucks i got it repaired by replacing an IC. The service man also me about the counterproductive state of other ICs. ... and now im writing this complaint with a damaged battery [:/ and DAMAGED LIFE].
                  TYSM HP - NEVER BUYING ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS IN MY LIFE [NOT BEING SARCASTIC ANYMORE]. Also today i added 4 more guys from my college [APPARENTLY I STUDY ENGINEERING ] to my pdnwymbbhp list short for- "PLS DO NO WASTE YOUR MONEY BY BUYING HP PRODUCT" LIST and will continue to do so.. sorry :) have a nice day waiting for a response

                        Hi,

                        I believed hp is a huge brand when it comes the laptop and the most liked & sold brand as well. The after sales service of hp is really good, hp doesn't abandon their customers if they experience any problem, they go out of their way to help their customers in every way.

                        To be honest with you even i believed in this myth may be that is the reason i chose hp over dell. But i now realized i made a mistake to choose hp. I regret my decision on trusting this brand. I have been complaining about the problem that i am experiencing with the newly purchased laptop for almost a month to only realise that i am breaking my head on a wall.

                        Hp has given me totally different picture of itself and made me experience the most pathetic customer service and after sales service. The proof is attached with the mail. Conversation with your representative and please do listen to it to feel proud that how excellently you have trained your employees to avoid the call and hang up. This rep tried to avoid me and misdirect me so many times.

                        I have been repeatedly saying the same thing over and over again that since day 1 my laptop is not working properly. I have done all sort of troubleshooting that was asked by your technical rep. Found no resolution, later i was informed a tech guy will give a visit to see what the problem is. That person called me to tell he will come to see the laptop but did not turn up. I missed my day at work as i was desperate to resolve the laptop issue. I have invested 54000 for laptop and 3498 for the accessories but i feel i have wasted it. I did not get value for my money, i feel hp doesn't bother for their customer thinking we as a company have got the money then what to help the customer right?

                        I am sure service for dell would have been much better as my friends are using the dell laptop and have given good reviews. But hp they warned but still i had faith in you people. But after talking to the representative i was highly disappointed.

                        I not only want my laptop to be replaced but i also want hp to compensate me for the mental harassment i have been put through by your company. Compensate me for wasting my time in calling the tech team and waiting for the visit. For the loss of pay i have bared just because your rep said he will visit and which was a complete lie. For the way your rep's have treated me on phone.

                        Also keep in mind my extended warranty has been initialized on this laptop which needs to be moved to the replaced laptop. I hope you won't trouble me for that.

                              Amazing Service by HP India-

                              I’m a Technical Engineer and my Laptop got problem last month, it’s under warranty period. See the complete story; still I’m unable to get any solution.
                              2/11/16- Called HP Customer Care[protected], I informed that USB ports stopped working and as a Technical Expert I’ve done all initial checks. He was ruling his own experience and asked me to answer 1-2 queries, finally he asked me to install USB driver. As per my 20 years experience USB mouse should work during windows installation and after completing installation, USB Pen-drive should work but no USB device was working. Drivers are only needed to get USB 3.0 speed. Agent was unable to understand this. I cut the phone after saying thanks. I can bet that technical agent was wrong.
                              4/11/16- Again called customer care. This time I said my Laptop is dead. Agent asked me to sent invoice. I sent invoice by giving reply to HP email got from customer care. In this email HP generated a case ID [protected].
                              5/11/16- Sunday
                              6/11/16- I asked through email to HP customer care to update my case. Then I called HP customer care, who said no email received from my side. I did not get any Failure notification, that means emails delivered at destination.
                              7/11/16- I called customer care and asked to connect me with senior or head, as usual first agent connected me with another guy who listened my problem and then transferred to next department and said they will resolve my problem. But again after giving my case ID agent said they have not received invoice and could not precede case without it.
                              7/11/16- I took a contact in Punjab from My dealer and informed my problem that my case is not being registered, trying since 2nd of this month. Senior asked me to send email proof on his mail ID but he did not sent any message.
                              9/11/16- HP customer care called me that he is closing the case because of invoice not received.
                              Called HP Senior, but he said he is unable to help if I did not sent invoice.

                              This type of service is being given by HP which advertises No.1 Company in India in IT Sector. In 7 days I’m unable to register my complaint, solution will be provided after this. Customer care- agents are like robots, don’t have any brain, If emails are not being received, they can’t try any other alternate like WhatsApp or by hand to the person who will visit.

                                I have purchased a laptop from on line from amezon.in, india vide invoice no mh-bom[protected] from amiable electronic private ltd. dt 12/09/16. i have followed up many times (4 times) with customer care but they could not attend the problem (amezon doa no[protected] first complaint launched in hp customer support on[protected] complaint no [protected] (case id) please replace the product as your engineer could not resolve the problem

                                  This is hp company is doing totally high jack to Indian customer my laptop battery still also plug in not charging who give me the solutions to me when I called customer care that gye info me we will get bback to you shortly but in my complaint they update the compliant is resolved this is not acceptable

                                    Dear Concern,

                                    I believe I have not done any mistake after your several mail to may official mail ID. I have purchased a printer Model no.4535. Fortunately we are getting good offers in New Purchase.

                                    But with out Good Service no one can survive . I have purchase a printer on 05/10/2016 in the eve of Durga Puja for my son. But it got delay. No problem, it was delivered after Lakshmi Puja.

                                    Any how your service man came after few false commitment. Then I surprised that he did not know anything’s about new model like 4535. I install my self. I am a Banker not a IT man. So I did inefficiently . That is why after 4 colour print it shows that I have to insert a new Cartridge.

                                    I have already sent you a mail and got replied that I need to call your toll free no for service. I did same with Case No.BJFP7610.

                                    Still there is no response. Can you please tell me where I need to go... HP, Consumer Forum or Court ?

                                      I want to replace the hp laptop which i had faced more troubles using this they had sent technical assistants to resolve the issues but the thing is that they were solving only particular issue. with in a year i had faced more than times of trouble such as mother board issue, touch screen issue, hard disk, battery, battery back part not fitting, finger print, drivers, power card etc

                                        My Laptops harddisk crashed, HP replaced it WITHOUT THE OPERATING SYSTEM. On asking the recovery I was told to get the recovery via post & bear the delivery charges, I didnt understood why would I have to pay as the hard disk crashed & it was not my fault, they told if you order within 03 months of your purchase then it would be free, which I was never informed nor va the dealer nor via HP, HP had my contact details still.

                                        Even After 18 days of placing the order I did not receive any communication of whereabouts of the recovery.

                                        On contacting the Sales department i was treated rudely & was told to contact online department, which I never got through to & again on contacting the sales department, I had to narrate my full problem for like the nth time, the executive very conveniently transferred my call to the online department knowing it has been closed for the day.
