I purchased an hp laptop on the day of dusherra which was 11th oct 2016. We complaint to the hp within 14 days that there is a problem with the laptop which is flickering screen.

I believed hp is a huge brand when it comes the laptop and the most liked & sold brand as well. The after sales service of hp is really good, hp doesn't abandon their customers if they experience any problem, they go out of their way to help their customers in every way.

To be honest with you even i believed in this myth may be that is the reason i chose hp over dell. But i now realized i made a mistake...
