    I purchased a laptop from Thailand which stopped working recently. I took it to HP service center and they refused to repair the notebook saying that the product has no supportability in india.

    Since I have a global warranty, they have to repair my laptop without such constraints. But they simply closed my case ( case id: [protected]) without repairing my laptop.

      With all my regards i am drawing your attention about my experience about your product and service. I purchased hp leaser jet pro mfp126nw with sl no. Cnb6j8fk5d yesterday 04 dec 2016. When i go to install to use i have got the door of toner cartridge where is spring liver there is a little breakage there, as a result the door is not set properly. Soon i informed the retailer. The retailer said it is not his responsibility because i have seen when i purchase. He says better i contact customer care.

      When i contact customer care they blamed me hp never sale any product with breakage. I am fully responsible for this.

      My allegation

      1. No one can find out any technical fault in one minute, if there is a fault we can find when we go to use. So when retailer show me opening the product it dose not mean it was in perfect condition.

      2.in am disappointed talking to customer care. They force me to prove it is done by me.

      3. I have informed that any problem i can get support on site for one year but it is not according to hp cc they said go to service center with product which 90 km. Away from my home.

      I honestly express my view that i am dissatisfied for this product and service and behaviour of customer care service.
      I never purchase any hp product for the next and i never say anybody to purchase any product. I have got a few faulty technology in this product. I believe hp may be a international company but not having good technology.

      I challenge you i can prove a lot of faulty technology in this product. I had respect in my mind for hp brand but it destroyed.

      If hp honest you accept my challenge. As a honest customer i never blame any one after braking any part of a machine.

        Dear sir,

        I buy hp laptop 15-ay015tu nb pc (W6t27pa#acj) serial no: cnd6335dgk, order no scs/frm/hpr/so/00718/16-17 from chennai forum vijaya mall, soundry computer systems, vadapalani on[protected].

        They assure me that they are sending laptop invoice to my given address and also through email, because on sundays backend wouldn't works. So, they told me that it shall be delivered on monday. But no response...
        Before selling, they haven't informed about the billing process. I would waited for a day and buy it. Till date, i haven't received the invoice to my address or email. I feel its a poor service rendering by the team.

        Kindly do the needful to get my invoice. Till date, i have followed more than many times. But no response till date. Very third grade of service rendering by soundry computer systems, vadapalani

          I've updated the display drives wlan drivers everything still I'm not getting internet in my lap and occasionally the screen flickers I have gone to the service center in mysore they kept my laptop with them for 1 week and gave me bak tellin tat all the issues hav been resolved... nd look vt I got . Mine is au008tx series 80k lap.I bought it to use not to keep in my shelf.. bloody hell is this hw u treat ur customers .until sm1 buys the product all kind of support s, 1ce purchased gone its tata bibi . Bloody loosers... Ter is a limit for everything.I'm not getting the WiFi . Sometimes it won't show the WiFi icon only.

                  I had purchased one printer, mentioned as above on 05/02/2016 vide inv no-a 806, from m/s. S.M.K computer services, thiruninravur.
                  When i coplained about the problemto them they are not responding to me.

                  The output print is not clear, specifically in the bottom left side of the print page -

                  when i opt for printing of my aadhaar card, the colour photo graph wsa blurred., then i replaced the new cartridge, the same problem exists.

                      I have hp probook laptop. It was given to my father from ONGC. It is customized product of HP for ONGC employees with extended warranty.
                      since i have got this laptop it always have problems in battery, scree, key board, mouse. it has been in service center for more time than can be used. two times i have replaced key board. but still it's not working properly. the service center are also not able to resolve the problem. whenever i have imp. work the laptop has been of no use. there is so much time and energy and money is wasted in repairing of laptop every time. I am tired and frustrated of it that's finally complaining here.

                      I want fully replacement of laptop. I hope i will get resolution soon from you.

                        Desktop computers are not booting. Some issues are there related to hardware. Since these computers are in warranty we can’t repair theme by our local vendor. The problem of booting is noticed in three desktop computer of hp. The complaint is registered previously also, but there is no support from hp. According to our local vendor these issues are may be due to accumulation of dust on ram. Immediate support from hp is needed. As the systems are not working, it is hampering our work badly.
                        In one system temporary profiles are getting created and data or whatever work is being done in that profile is temporary. As system re-starts or reboot all data is gone and need to create a new profile again.
                        It’s our last request or complaint to hp if after this e-mail our issues are not resolved our organization “geological survey of india” will initiate legal proceedings against your company.

                            we are ten people (working in one of the reputed PSU of india (ONGC)) have order the laptops from hpshopping.in under the diwali scheme mention that by booking under that scheme we will get 10%cashback after the 30 days of dilevery if we made payment through the paytm.com but after the 30days when tried to contact hpshopping for the cashback payment they give us reply that your are not eligible for the cashback, regarding this order issue while booking the same we have spoke to Mr Nitin one of the executive of the hpshopping he gave us his Id for booking and told us about the scheme but right now they Rejected our application saying that you are not eligible for the cashback payment.
                            here i have attached the photocopy of offer

                            please kindly take necessary action, give us proper solution and action we suppose to take against the hpshopping as they have cheated us for the above mention problems.

                              I purchased a laptop in October 2016 and claimed a gift voucher 'HP Diwali 2016 Offer'. I have paid 3499 rs also for that offer. Redemption code - '90273109'.

                              Product Details : Product Name- (Envy 13/14 & 2in1- D/ J/ W, Pavilion 14/15- AL/ AB/ AN/ AU/ BC, & Pavilion 2in1- S/ U/ K/ N Series), Product Model-(HP Pavilion Notebook 15-au111TX), Product Serial No - (5CD6311P28)

                              As part of the redemption scheme I am expecting a HP External 1TB HDD which was due by 6th November. And today date is 25th- NOV-2016 still i didn't receive External Hard Disk.

                              I have tried contacting redemption support many times by emailing them from portal ([protected]@redemptionsupport.com, [protected]@redemptionsupport.com) and via SMS. But i didn't get any response from them. In starting i got a call from customer support that time they said that i will get my item within 4 working days but still i didn't get.

                              Then after I have tried again contacting redemption support many times by emailing them from portal ([protected]@redemptionsupport.com, [protected]@redemptionsupport.com) and via SMS. But i didn't get any response from them.

                              I could not contact the customer care through phone as facility is not available redemption scheme (only call back facility is available and they too advise me to send mail to [protected]@redemptionsupport.coml). I dont know whom to escalate (no details available in the HP redemption site).

                              I was not expecting this type of service from very re known company HP.

                              Now, I want to know that when can i get the gift .

                              The tracking number'[protected]' which you provided me I checked on BlueDart website. It is showing Shipment Delivered to some one Anish on 29th- Nov but for your information i am not Anish. And i did not get any call or product from blue dart . What is this I was not expected such type of services from HP company like you provided me some one others tracking number. Now i am thinking that i made a mistake to buy a product from HP company. I want solution of this issue as soon as possible it has been more than 6-7 weeks I can not wait more. Now i have to take hard decision against you I am going to file a RTI. For your more information my redemption code[protected]

                                We were using hp printer 7612 which was purchased on 18.02.15 from an hp dealer namely r. R. System, nehru place.

                                Now suddenly the printer stopped working showing an error stating “ink system failure”, then we sent the printer to hp autorized service center in okhla on 19.11.2016 as per the details below:

We would request you to help us with full refund as the company has told they are incapable of repairing the product due to non-availability of parts.

                                  Following the previous complain,
                                  I ordered a recovery for hd on 15/10/16, which was delivered to me on 17/11/16, after multiple follow ups, now that recovery is faulty & hp is not providing support for that & deliberately delaying as my warranty on 29/11/16.
                                  I contact hp on regular basis & they tell me that some high level team is working on it & they will contact me, till now there is no correspondence from that mythical high level team, & every single time the technician just escalates it to that same team. On requesting an extension on warranty i am told to contact other department which i did, even that department hasn;t contacted me yet.
                                  My laptop is not working since 30th-sept-2016 & hp is not doing anything about it.
                                  HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    Hp 15-ac 174tuall purchased on 8th april 2016, which is within warranty period

                                    25th sept - initial complaint lodged on 25th sept for browser/ email not working due to virus. Wrong troubleshooting done and wasted time in doing keyboard check and updating bios setup
                                    5th oct - i called up since the issue was not solved, a link was provided to update the drivers
                                    7th oct - the case was closed without resolving the issue - [protected]
                                    18th oct - online payment of rs. 559/- was done thru icici bank for recovery cd which was supposed to reach my residential address by 22nd oct as per the blue dart tracking system
                                    28th oct - called up to check the delivery date, i was told that due to diwali it will take more 3 days to reach.
                                    8th nov - i was told to contact blue dart - when called blue dart they said hp has given wrong address.
                                    8th nov - called hp and updated my address as room no. 102 samruddhi apt. Sector 23, plot no 97/98 juinagar navimumbai 400706
                                    I was told that the address is updated and the cd will reach with in 3 days
                                    16th nov - again the address was confirmed and was told that the cd will reach in 2 days.
                                    24th nov - same issue, address in the system was wrong and not updated, and again the address was confirmed and assured that i will get the cd in 2 days i. E by 26th eod i will get the cd

                                    I have lost my patience and faith as from 2 months my issue is not solved and i am harrassed by hp executives for doing wrong troubleshooting and confirming my address many times still not updating my proper address and showing wrong details in the system.

                                    I am fed up with false promises and pathetic and very very unsatisfactory service.

                                    Need an urgent action against my complaint or else i will be forced to take some serious action against hp

                                      A purchase of HP-15-BE002TX was made through amazon.in (IN-VOICE-NO-MH-BOM[protected]. Product Serial No. CND632196Q, Product Model Number- W6T29PA. The product was delivered on the 28th of OCT-16, a screen shot validating the same has been provided. The laptop within a week of being delivered started showing signs of overheating. On the 10th day of its use from the delivery date, while doing a college assignment the Laptop got overheated to the point that a small blister formed beside the web cam, melting the composite structure.

                                      We took the laptop to the authorized service center in Kolkata, P-39 Ground Floor Princep Street Kol-72 on the 10th of November. The executive there observed the same problem, intense overheating of the Laptop within minutes of starting up. After a brief inquiry and few checklist questions, the executive perhaps concluded that the product might be defective. On asking whether we could seek a replacement as the product is barely 2 weeks old, the executive was crafty enough to say that replacement happens within 15 days of purchase. We having purchased the laptop online on the 20th of October (irrespective of the product delivery date) have already crossed the replacement period.

                                      Enraged at this absurd logic, which added to the mistrust in making online purchases especially from Amazon India, I checked the warranty of my product online. The executive was indeed lying, my product warranty started from the date of delivery and not from the date of purchase (screenshot provided). I was liable for a replacement so I registered a complaint with the HP india team (Case no-[protected]) on the 11th of November. A engineer visit was made on the 14th of November, who took details of the damage including pictures and assured us of prompt action. The very next day the supervisor from Kolkata's HP authorized center called up and asked for the same details the engineer was provided with. He explained that this is a service protocol of verifying details and I can expect a call from HP team anytime within the next 2 days. Instead I received a forwarded copy of an email (screenshot attached) on the 18th of November (filled with technical gibberish and no resolution).

                                      I made two call to the HP team on the 21st and 23rd of November asking about the progress of my case. To my disappointment both the calls turned futile.

                                      I want the laptop to be replaced no later than tomorrow, failing which I want the total cost paid to amazon for the product to be refunded back to the account through which this purchase was made. And I wish not to go through any hassle of returning this garbage of a product in case of a refund. Kindly request the Hp team to take it from the delivery address.

                                      I was suppose to get the laptop replaced by the 8th of December as per case ID 4779554854 but it got delayed. Despite not receiving the replacement I got a message for a survey, regarding the after sales experience with HP. The case was closed before it was resolved. I got in touch with HP team India again, reopened the case as per case ID 4780562770 and requested HP team India not to close the case until I get the replacement. This was agreed upon with Mr Mohit (HP Subject Matter Expert) over a telephonic conversation through a number +91 33 6620 2530. For anyone reading this, this number does not have a call back facility.It is advised that you call HP team India on their toll free number 1800 11 2267. But before calling get a case ID generated through http://support.hp.com/in-en/contact-hp.All you require is the model number and product number with a small brief of the problem you are facing. Or you may write to them at [email protected]. HP team was not very prompt in dealing with my case but after a month long wait and many frequent calls to HP team India I finally got my unit replaced on the 21st of December. I expect the new replaced laptop to run smoothly without any problem. And with proper usage of the device I expect a long service life.

I was assured by Mr Subranshu Diwvedi(HP team Kolkata), over a call, that I can expect the replacement of my laptop by the 12th of December. But, today I was informed that it might take 5 to 7 days more. As the model I had purchased is not available with the distributer. I was made to believe that HP is doing me a great favour by initiating a replacement for product that was sold defective.

                                      The HP team has replaced the unit with a new one on the 21st of December, that is today. I expect the laptop to run without any problem.. The new replacement case [protected] may be deemed closed and resolved by HP team India.

                                        I have purchased HP Laptop 15-AY503Tx from hpshopping.in (Order ID 787625). While placing the order, I have contacted HP sales team at[protected] and their representative confirmed that my order will be eligible to get 10% cashback and I will get the same within 30 days from the date of payment. I waited till around 40 days but does not received cashback. I have contacted on its customer care number as well as email and each time I got reply that they are looking into the matter. And now they are telling that my order is not eligible for cashback.

                                        This is clear a trick of cheating your customers. Requesting you to keep your words and provide the promised offer so that we can look forward in future to buy HP Products.
