I have purchased a laptop 15-AY503Tx from HP shopping.in with Order ID 787708 under Paytm HP diwali celebration offer in which mention that order above Rs.10000 will get 10% cashback amount of order within 30 days of order place but its already more than 30days, but i still not get cashback amount and i have contact many time with HP sales team over phone and Email but there is not satisfactory reply why i am not eligiable for cashback. While placing order i have contacted HP sales team at[protected] and their representative confirm that my order is eligeable for 10% cashback.

So, I request to you please look in too matter for better solution.

    I stored the folder in program files in this pc drive. unfortunately, i refersh my pc. so, that folder in program files are now deleted. i don't know this is happen. now, i want that folder and the inside files on that folder.And also i hidden the files. My precious files are in that folder. please, kindly reply to me how to restore that folder and that file. please, help to me. my pc os is windows 8.1

      The above said Key board is not working properly.Key's
      are not functioning properly.Some of the Key's are struck

      So request you to to replace the same immediately. We
      have informed this to Lakhsmi system. Their Engineer also understood directly.But not yet replaced

        I have paid Rs.499 on Sept.3-2016 for getting the extended benefit and got your conformation mail on Sept.06.2016 that benefits will be sent within 4 weeks. But not yet get the benefit even after 15 weeks .I have reminded you thrice and you have send a link of antivirus which is not working. Warranty paper is not yet received.
        I wonder how a Company like HP can ignore their customers in a competitive environment. It is not fair to make repeated request from customer side

        Kindly expedite and give all services promised as per extended warranty..

            I bought two hp 15-au009tx notebook from addi computech, galleria market, gurgaon on july 4th, 2016. Dealer and hp both had ensured for replacement guarantee but now while facing server issues with one of them both have denied.
            Within a week had started facing several issues and logged multiple complains to hp case id - [protected]/[protected]/[protected] & [protected]. Every time hp folks took the laptop spend 1-2 weeks and return back without solving the issue. They have their own diagnostic tool if that is not able to identify the problem they people don’t do anything. No matter how much customer is impacted even have sent videos of blue dump, hanging, heating etc issue.

            Spent 70k on a product and then struggling with support team to get supported on their product issue, so frustrating, isn’t it?

            They have recently replaced the hdd and installed inactivated windows version. Raised multiple issues but only looking one at a time and updated to check later on other…. So ridiculous.

              I have a issue related to my notebook display. There is some fluctuation problem in display. I am facing this problem from 10 - 20 days. i contacted customer care but they do not respond well. Yesterday they told me that they would call me next day but yet they did not call. I bought this notebook 40 days ago i am already facing this kind of big problems. please fix this problem as soon as possible .

                I had purchased a laptop from Creative Computers(PAN No AFMPM3297E) at Jambli Naka, Thane in August 2015. However since I have purchased I was facing many issues which I later came across that my original license was not provided to me. Please cancel his dealership so that HP brand name is not spoilt by such cheater dealers. I have been Facing a lot of difficulties and since I trust HP brand a lot it is my earnest request to take legal action and cancel his dealership in thane and other areas

                I had purchased laptop in August 2016 and its only four months that I have been facing many issues. Since it is the first ever laptop I purchased and looking into the mental and physical hardships I am facing please consider my request to cancel his dealership. Also I shall be approaching HP Customer Support for queries pertaining to my new laptop. Please consider the same as I am very much frustrated on that Dealer

                  Purchased a care pack through this website : 'www.hpshopping.in', which claims to be HP's authorized online re-seller.
                  Contacted their customer service before purchase which assured me that the serial number for my purchase would be sent within 24 hours, but after the purchase things reverted and I never received the serial number, nor any mail apart from the one confirming my order.
                  When contacted HP, they didn't take responsibility for this sale online, and diverted the call to the shopping department, and the same loop again. No department/ company, neither Savex Tech, nor HP is taking the responsibility to add the care pack.
                  Sent over 6 mails both to Savex and HP, and over 10 calls.
                  Request to take the required action.

                    This is from India Post. One HP computer purchased in April 16 to TT Keelur Post office, under Tuticorin HO is not working now. The system automatically restart. Processor fan and system fan run 10 seconds and automatically restart again and again. Contact through customer care for many times and not fruitful.

                      Since, 15 days, LED Monitor, W1972A, Sl.No. 6CM4080QKL is not working properly. Original colour of the picture is not displayed in the monitor & displayed different colours.                         I bought HP ProBook laptop on 2/May/2016 through office.
                        Now it is not booting with the compliant of "Cooling fan not working". I tried to contact support division of HP-India. But failed. Please help me to repair my laptop which is still in warranty.

                        just before 2 month ago i was purchased m 1136 mfp all in one printer. 1 month this machine was worked properly. from last 10day's printer is not printing any word document.
                        so please check the printer as soon as possible.

                              Hi,

                              I am a customer on HP Gas agency and my HP gas dealer is "Jay Gas Agency" (Vadgaosheri/Kharadi Pune).
                              I have booked to refill cylinder as details below
                              Booking Date 14/12/2016.
                              Booking no: 524104
                              Consumer no: 654620.
                              Name: Hirakmoni Das

                              I got a msg from BA-HPGASc CashMemoNo- 134339 date 17/12/16 Authentication code - 5751. But not delivered yet(20/12/2016).

                              I called them, they said to me my booking has been cancel out although I do not get any my cancellation message( booking) . I call to this [protected] he asked me to book for another.
                              Therefore its very pathetic for working people to get stick with such functionality.Please take necessary action at your end for future.

                              Please help me.

                                  I have brought a hp deskjet ink advantage 3830 all in one series printer on[protected] it has been just 3 months and it started showing paper jam error when contacted the hp service center. Person from service center came and told paper feeder motor belt was damaged and will not cover under warranty i have to pay 800. So may i know warranty of 1 year is given for which hardware parts?

                                    I have purchased HP Deskjet GT 5820 All in One ink tank Printer (Sr. No. : CN67Q3G1WY) from Croma Showroom, Belapur, Navi Mumbai on 06.12.2016. The Croma staff said they have only one piece which have been placed in the showroom for display. So the showroom staff gave me that one. As they told, I contacted HP India for installation the printer. Mr. Anil Kumar from HP India came and said there is some problem in the printer and he forwarded the problem to the HP India. I talked over phone in this regard a complaint number BJJR4546 by provided. Mr. Anil Kumar also contacted Croma showroom staff in this regard. Next day Croma staff talked to Ms. Chayya of HP India. I also contacted HP India over phone number [protected]. But nothing has been done in the matter. Since I need a printer urgently, therefore I purchased the display unit. I is very sad neither the problem has been resolved nor the printer has been replaced.

                                      My laptop's display went dark suddenly and didn't come back after then. I took the laptop to hp world, kharghar and they told me that there is some issue with graphics card. They promised to repair the laptop within 2 days but now its been a week and I'm still waiting for the laptop. I handed over my laptop on 11/12/2016. I want my laptop back soon as my work is suffering in its absence.

                                        Myself karan thakkar i being using hp product since many years.
                                        But unfortunately i'm not satisfied with the product i recently purchase the all in one desktop from kohinoor store vashi model no
                                        Hp pavilion all in one 23inch q141in [touch]
                                        I purchased this product on around 4th nov 2016 but there was a problem
                                        O i got dio replace again the second piece also was having issue again hp company is giving me dio replace but i don't want this product anymore its been 2 times and it's not a small amount so i will purchase any other products from kohinoor dealer instead of desktop i want refrigerator but they are not allowing they are saying you need to purchase same desktop but i dont want now it's been huge problems to me.
                                        Always i will keep doing dio it doesn't make any sense.
                                        Its a humble request to you please cooperate.
