I bought two hp 15-au009tx notebook from addi computech, galleria market, gurgaon on july 4th, 2016. Dealer and hp both had ensured for replacement guarantee but now while facing server issues with one of them both have denied.
Within a week had started facing several issues and logged multiple complains to hp case id - [protected]/[protected]/[protected] & [protected]. Every time hp folks took the laptop spend 1-2 weeks and return back...

My laptop's display went dark suddenly and didn't come back after then. I took the laptop to hp world, kharghar and they told me that there is some issue with graphics card. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I purchased HP- NOTEBOOK 15-AF103AX with Model #: P3C93PA and Serial #: CND61079RMfrom HP IT World, Brookefields Mall, 3rd Flr, T 6, Brookefields Plaza, Plot 67 & 71, Krishnaswamy Rd, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641001 on 19th April 2016. Till date, I'm encountering with many problems with this product like malfunctioning keyboard(only a few keys work properly most of the times), software problems, sudden hanging of system and lot many other problems....
