The printer fax system and email printing is not working . No fax outgoing . No incoming fax response. Only error report are printed. Email printing set up is not ok.

    From yesterday noon I am not being able to connect to my Hotspot connectivity with my N4G35PA#ACJ. HP15-AC101TU. Serial No.-CND5457CF9. currently in warranty period.
    I have troubleshoot, even Device manager- Network adaptor process also failed to correct the issue.So you are requested to help in solving the issue as I am facing difficulties as I am not being able to connect to online work.So please do the needful at the urgent.

      This regarding my HP laptop warranty issue
      Serial Number:CND633492X

      As my laptop failed to Boot on 1/04/2017, hence i raised a service request to HP India on 1/04/2017.
      Case number-[protected]

      HP Service engineer visited my home on 04/04/2017 to service my laptop.
      He completely disassembled the laptop, thoroughly examined the opened unit to diagnose the problem.
      He concluded that the problem is an Bios recovery issue and the laptop needs to be carried to service centre for Repair.

      Service call report was generated by service engineer and the laptop was carried by HP person to service centre. Service call report attached for ready reference.
      After 3 days, service centre reported me that the Failure cannot be covered under warranty as the they suspect that the failure is due to LIQUID DAMAGE.

      Sir I confirm that any such reported “Liquid damage” has not happened at my end.
      The laptop unit was completely disassembled, thoroughly inspected, examined and diagnosed by HP service engineer at my residence before carrying it to service centre.
      Any Liquid damage was not present on the laptop at that time and the unit was carried to the service centre from my residence by HP service centre person in good condition

      I have escalated this case to MR. Sushruth P Vasista ([protected]) -sushruth.p.[protected]@hp.com (HP Service Director Bangalore region)
      He rejected the warranty and further escalated the case to HP management team for their Decision.

      In HP management team a new case ID was generated and I have discussed the case with the following people.

      1. Mr. Biswajit Ghosh – case manager HP India management team [protected]@hp.com
      2. Mr. Mr.Tirthankar M – Manager of Mr Biswajit ghosh - [protected]@hp.com

      HP management team Rejected the Warranty and the same was communicated to me on[protected]. Reason for Rejection was- “Liquid damage not covered under warrenty”

      “ In this case since the reason of failure is “LIQUID damage, by default HP has ignored all the facts and documents and has deemed to understand that the liquid damage must have happened at customer end only.
      After seeing failure Pictures It is impossible to believe the damage of such a great magnitude can go unnoticed by HP Service engineer, when he fully disassembled and thoroughly inspected the unit at my residence. (Pictures enclosed)
      I have explained to them several times that the liquid damage has not happed at my end and the laptop was opened by their Service engineer at my home and no there was no Liquid damage at that time.

      But unfortunately HP does not believe its customers and ignores all the facts and document and just don’t give Warranty as it is “LIQUID damage” they do not acre even it customer is not responsible for this damage.

      MY MAIN CONSEREN AND CLAIM
      - Any liquid damage has not happened my end and the laptop was carried to HP service centre from my hope by HP engineer in good condition.
      - Liquid damage may have happened either during transit of laptop to service centre which was done by HP engineer himself or in service centre itself.
      - As I (Customer) is not responsible for this failure, hence I should not be Charged for this repair and HP should cover this repair under Warranty.

      It has been almost more than 45 days since my laptop was taken by the service centre.
      I request your kindly support and guidance to get Justice.

        I purchased the very high end Laptop of HP Pavilion serial no 8CG602085Yon 15 Feb 2016 and extended my warranty by one year. The battery of this laptop started giving problem already in November/December 2016 and totally collapsed by February 2017. Due to other commitments in February, I was able to approach HP Service Centre, New Delhi by begin of March 2017. I was informed that "BATTERY" never comes under warranty!! I was told to pay steep price for the battery.

        Anyways, out of my need, I asked to replace it at the cost. At that point of time (Early March 2017) I was told that battery is out of stock and it will be imported and will come latest by the end of April 2017. Despite repeated reminders and visits at the service station, the battery is still not available. Now after two months of waiting, it is still under transit.

        In this context, I would like to highlight the following issues/aspect:

        1. I was told that the cost of battery is around Rs 10, 000/-. If special order only for me placed then the cost will go further high. - What kind of management is this?? If a company is selling high end products, such items should always remain in stock. And if the price of battery is fixed, then why the price should go up??

        2. It also appears, that the HP India is fooling the clients - has HP sold only one this high-end laptop in such vast country?? There is no one whose laptop is also giving battery problem??

        3. If the company cannot attend the complaints related to its products on timely basis: NOT having appropriate stock of the battery or any other part and indefinite wait for an item like battery, then why such products are launched in the market?

        It looks, I have done a big mistake buying HP's premium product for which timely service/parts are not available. With this kind of experience, I have now many questions about the reliability of HP products/services.

        Kindly let me know the reasons of delay in supplying/handling the issue of BATTERY REPLACEMENT.

        I look forward for your reply and positive action from your end in this respect.

        I have paid rs 7000 for extend the warranty of my hp notebook serial no. CND5310ZH2 to EMM AAR traders authorised by HP
        so plzz update the status of extended warranty.
        untill the warranty status is not updated.so do it as soon as possible, because only 4 days are left of the warranty of my notebook.

          I bought a notebook in february this year and i have been facing problems with the product from last 10 days. Initially, the notebook was not turning on and the battery light was not showing. But this problem got solved as i contacted the company. Right now, there is some display problem. The display is very dim. I can see that the notebook is on but everything is too dark.

            Case-BJTC0545 / [protected]. This is almost two months that the problem could not be solved. No sincere and early attend of the problem be expected. After complaining first time no one attended on the same. Second time I have only called up to status of the problem. I d'nt expect such a poor service from a renounced company like hp. A positive canvassing is impossible.

            Sir I bought laptop from filpkart one month os is installed but drivers not take harddisc and laptop was struck and it's not proper wroking and
            Display of any Monitor Attached To CPU gets Darkest pink within 5-6 minutes. Not Able to read on screen.

            color of the screen display changes after 5-6 minutes duration of its usage.
            It becomes very difficult to read on screen with colour changed to darkest pink.

              We've bought HP Printer named HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2520hc which gives features like print, scan and copy. But this is the worst printer I've even seen. How a company can sell such a bad product for Rs.7500/- which does not work properly for an year. Warranty of product is not maintained by the company. We've to show them tax invoice with dealers stamp on it to get warranty updated. Ink leakage problem, printer is not pulling paper, slowness issue & many more. We want replacement or money back of this faulty product.

                We have supplied 150Nos of HP 400G2 MT Model Desktop, Serial No: INA442TGMT to Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Hyderabad with the Part No: G3V26AV on November 2014. It is still in warranty. We are facing an issue with Power button. We are unable to switch it on. We have sent our engineer to solve this but we are unable to do.

                  I am using a Laptop. My battery is not working. I have complained for free replacement of battery as it is in warranty period. For the past four days I am receiving numerous calls from almost all cities of India like Chandigarh, Gurgaon, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Bhubaneshwar, Calcutta etc. saying that I have logged for 1. screen problem 2. mouse problem like that different problems. I have asked for only battery not the above problems. I am in Chennai not in the above cities. I am unable to attend the phone calls as these are around 100 calls.

                  I think you company is intentionally harassing me. Please stop this harassment.

                    I had bought a hp laptop series 15 r245tx. Initially I did not face any problem till 1year. Then after 1year when the warranty got over. It started show its problems. Nowi am unable to close the laptop's screen. If I am trying to close then its breaking. I asked the HP service center. They are telling that I need to spend ₹6000 for its repair. And they said that a lot of laptops of this particular model are facing the same problems. It is a manufacturing defect. Then why should I pay 6000if its a manufacturing defect. Please I request a response from HP care

                        My Case ID is [protected].

                        I had registered my complaint on 2nd May, 2017. I was facing some issue with the hinge of my laptop. My laptop is currently in Warranty. I was told that an engineer will visit my place the next day. I waited till 5th May, no technician came. Then I called on the customer complaint number again, and I was again told that an engineer will visit my place the next day. But again that didn't happen.

                        Then I called on 9th May, they promised me the same and transferred my call to the service center where they said that they will write mail to the higher authorities about my case that no action has been taken and will send someone to check the laptop.

                        And today is 11th May, 2017. From 2nd May till 11th May, no action has been taken. HP is not ready to take any responsibility. I am using your products since forever and being your valuable customer is this what I get in return? Mailing you and calling you again and again, staying on hold for over half an hour and still getting nothing in return? What kind of a service is HP providing? Is this your standard? The customer is waiting in anticipation and nothing fruitful happens. Every time I call the customer care, I have to waste my time in explaining the case again and again. They put you on hold and forget. They tell you that they have assigned you an Engineer who never visits. They re-confirm my address as if they are really going to send one. I have no idea what is going on. The condition of my laptop is deteriorating day by day. And, if it gets in a non-working state soon, HP will be responsible for that.

                        This whole experience of ten days with HP has been really really disappointing.

                        Take an action as soon as possible. The service center has just promised me to mail the higher authorities but I am assuring you that If an Engineer doesn't visits my place and repairs my laptop by tomorrow, I will surely write an e-mail to the higher authorities.

                          Dear sir,
                          I would like to tell you that i have purchased a printer (Hp laserjet pro mfp m132nw) from hp store on 19/4/2017.
                          The salesman told me that he will register my product for 2year warranty or he will give me a website where the 2 additional year warranty extended whenever you want to register and which is included in offer they provide, when i purchase which he (Salesman) never give me that (Website address). He also did not tell me about you have to register in 7 days and if nobody tells me about that, how can i know that this is your company policy?
                          And today when i call in store for additional year warranty they said you have to purchase that. The manager's behavior was not as your company standards. I have also send a mail about this problem i am facing to consumersupport. [protected]@hp.com from [protected]@gmail.com on 8th may 2017 and till now they haven't responded. This is what service you provide to your consumer.
                          You really need to look into this matter and solve the problem i am facing now.

                                  I had purchased a HP Deskjet GT 5820 all in one series printer on 08.02.17 for Rs.12500/-. The printer was working fine but suddenly in the evening of 01.05.17 I found that the black ink was leaking heavily. The ink got fully drained by the night. On 02.05.17 I called the service center on their toll free number and a technician was booked for the service who attended on date. When he opened the printer it was found that red ants have damaged the ink tube and hence the drainage of the ink. The ants were not visible from outside hence I could not take any measures. The company also does not allow any tempering by customer himself and the technician who attended for the service was also unaware reason before opening the printer. Now, the technician told me that due to damaged tube I have to change whole set of head and ink tank. He sent many photos and videos of the printer in my presence and promised me to convey the decision taken by the company men regarding repair or warranty of the printer. But they did not informed me regarding their decision until I called on 06.05.17. They informed me that company does not manufacture the set which I need for the replacement so, I have to buy another new printer.
                                  Please help.

                                    I ordered for cartdridge for my Deskjet 1010 printer on line and from HP sotres, it was delivered the same day. When opened the cartdrudge and inserted in my printer, it shows that the supplied cartdriges were incompatible and I could not use it. HP is supposed to be a reputed company. It is not expected off from HP. The cost of cartdrige delivered was Rs. 1442, where as, for searching and going to the authorized replacement centre, I have to spend about Rs. 700, which us nit acceptable. why don't the company arrange to replace the bad cartridge at home?

                                      I am working over my presario cq42 from very long year till now, thought from Last couple of month I was not able to onn my this lapi as because I was outside our current location for my office responsibilities, currently I came return back to my existing location and try to onn my lapi cq42 so that I can do my credentials data, though my lapi showing nothing in my lapis screen only blank screen is showing everyday my cd drive is opening closing also while I tried. My external keyboard is showing keys on such as name lock caps lock onn. But my screen showing nothing please help me for my this issues my lapi plays a vital role for my credential work which is not showing anything over my lapi screen, please help me which will very grateful to me for my career as because I do have all my file over there in my lapi, currently I am from a very remote area in assam state India. I am looking for my new job anywhere that's why the reason behind me that currently I can not afford such money to buy a new lapi that's why I am trying to resolved my lapis issues so that my lapi will be work actively without losing such amount of huge expenses, please help me.                                         Bought Pavilion X360 I5 7gen 8 gb ram laptop on 20 April 2017. The laptop is pathetically slow and takes 20 minutes to start. I have not uploaded even 1 mb of data in the laptop yet the performance is so downtrodden. Moreover have been visiting the store for a week now yet no resolution. Cannot expect to buy a product and face these issues in within a week.
                                        People are not fool to pay you 65 grands and expect such products. A humble request to please refund the money or arrange for an exchange .
