We have purchased HP Slimline Model No 455-001in, serial no 3CR61405P1 last month and its HDMI port works for not more than 4-5 times, now its completely stop working.We are unable to view the display on Projector via HDMI. Pl look into the matter and try to resolve it as early as possible. Your prompt reply is requested.

I bought HP laptop for over 50, 000 and spent anther 7, 500 on extended warranty. I had to pay Rs. 20, 000 for an accidental damage because they refused to cover it under the warranty.
Subsequently the hinge broke and therefore the whole screen went blank. This is a common problem in HP laptops. I want my laptop to be repaired under the warranty....

On account of repair in the recovery disk(OS)they are delaying in the service process. It's have been almost one and half months we had given the laptop. But we not yet received till now. It's being a big trouble for me to do my projects. And also I don't get any proper information and response about service. I just hate it...I need my lap back with proper service...

I purchased a laptop from Thailand which stopped working recently. I took it to HP service center and they refused to repair the notebook saying that the product has no supportability in india.
