My laptop's display went dark suddenly and didn't come back after then. I took the laptop to hp world, kharghar and they told me that there is some issue with graphics card. They promised to repair the laptop within 2 days but now its been a week and I'm still waiting for the laptop. I handed over my laptop on 11/12/2016. I want my laptop back soon as my work is suffering in its absence.

    Myself karan thakkar i being using hp product since many years.
    But unfortunately i'm not satisfied with the product i recently purchase the all in one desktop from kohinoor store vashi model no
    Hp pavilion all in one 23inch q141in [touch]
    I purchased this product on around 4th nov 2016 but there was a problem
    O i got dio replace again the second piece also was having issue again hp company is giving me dio replace but i don't want this product anymore its been 2 times and it's not a small amount so i will purchase any other products from kohinoor dealer instead of desktop i want refrigerator but they are not allowing they are saying you need to purchase same desktop but i dont want now it's been huge problems to me.
    Always i will keep doing dio it doesn't make any sense.
    Its a humble request to you please cooperate.

          Dear Sir, I have purchased a HP Laptop on 21 Aug 2016 along this i have also availed the HP offer of Rs 999/- which I registered and made payment through HP website www.hpshopping.in/btc2016
          I have selected offer of following product
          1) 2 years Onsite Warranty
          2) 1 year Burglary & Theft Insurance for Notebook
          3) 1 year MIS subscription
          4) HP Black S6500 Bluetooth Speaker

          I was conveyed through mail and also on website https://www.redemptionsupport.com that i would receive the products within month but till date with my repeated mails, received only HP Black S6500 Bluetooth Speaker and three products are still not received.
          Moreover, it is almost 4 months of payment done by me but no confirm response by the HP redemption when they will deliver my three product.
          It is painful that even after making payment of Rs 999/- in advance I have not received my product by HP.

          You are requested to kindly register my compliant against HP Redemption

              I purchased HP- NOTEBOOK 15-AF103AX with Model #: P3C93PA and Serial #: CND61079RMfrom HP IT World, Brookefields Mall, 3rd Flr, T 6, Brookefields Plaza, Plot 67 & 71, Krishnaswamy Rd, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641001 on 19th April 2016. Till date, I'm encountering with many problems with this product like malfunctioning keyboard(only a few keys work properly most of the times), software problems, sudden hanging of system and lot many other problems. I gave this laptop for service in the HP authorized service center( Ensure Support Services (India) Limited, No.94A & 95, Prasad Chambers, East Arokiasamy Road, R.S.Puram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641002) for more than two times in between this time period. All the time they repeatedly said the problems are rectified but still it persist. I'm a student and I was badly in need of a laptop for my research works. But I'm unable to do any of my works because of the poor condition of the laptop. Most of the times only a few keys are working properly.I really received a bad product and I lost the faith in HP products. I'm thinking to lodge a complaint in consumer court if you couldn't give me a solution for this. Either I need my money back or I need a working laptop.

                  I bought HP laptop for over 50, 000 and spent anther 7, 500 on extended warranty. I had to pay Rs. 20, 000 for an accidental damage because they refused to cover it under the warranty.
                  Subsequently the hinge broke and therefore the whole screen went blank. This is a common problem in HP laptops. I want my laptop to be repaired under the warranty.

                          recently I bought HP laptop and I am facing problem fan is not working properly due to that it was continuously shutdown.

                          Continuously it generating to much of heat because of that not able to perform my work properly it causes very inconvenience badly.

                              I purchased a laptop from Thailand which stopped working recently. I took it to HP service center and they refused to repair the notebook saying that the product has no supportability in india.

                              Since I have a global warranty, they have to repair my laptop without such constraints. But they simply closed my case ( case id: [protected]) without repairing my laptop.

                                With all my regards i am drawing your attention about my experience about your product and service. I purchased hp leaser jet pro mfp126nw with sl no. Cnb6j8fk5d yesterday 04 dec 2016. When i go to install to use i have got the door of toner cartridge where is spring liver there is a little breakage there, as a result the door is not set properly. Soon i informed the retailer. The retailer said it is not his responsibility because i have seen when i purchase. He says better i contact customer care.

                                When i contact customer care they blamed me hp never sale any product with breakage. I am fully responsible for this.

                                My allegation

                                1. No one can find out any technical fault in one minute, if there is a fault we can find when we go to use. So when retailer show me opening the product it dose not mean it was in perfect condition.

                                2.in am disappointed talking to customer care. They force me to prove it is done by me.

                                3. I have informed that any problem i can get support on site for one year but it is not according to hp cc they said go to service center with product which 90 km. Away from my home.

                                I honestly express my view that i am dissatisfied for this product and service and behaviour of customer care service.
                                I never purchase any hp product for the next and i never say anybody to purchase any product. I have got a few faulty technology in this product. I believe hp may be a international company but not having good technology.

                                I challenge you i can prove a lot of faulty technology in this product. I had respect in my mind for hp brand but it destroyed.

                                If hp honest you accept my challenge. As a honest customer i never blame any one after braking any part of a machine.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I buy hp laptop 15-ay015tu nb pc (W6t27pa#acj) serial no: cnd6335dgk, order no scs/frm/hpr/so/00718/16-17 from chennai forum vijaya mall, soundry computer systems, vadapalani on[protected].

                                  They assure me that they are sending laptop invoice to my given address and also through email, because on sundays backend wouldn't works. So, they told me that it shall be delivered on monday. But no response...
                                  Before selling, they haven't informed about the billing process. I would waited for a day and buy it. Till date, i haven't received the invoice to my address or email. I feel its a poor service rendering by the team.

                                  Kindly do the needful to get my invoice. Till date, i have followed more than many times. But no response till date. Very third grade of service rendering by soundry computer systems, vadapalani

                                    I've updated the display drives wlan drivers everything still I'm not getting internet in my lap and occasionally the screen flickers I have gone to the service center in mysore they kept my laptop with them for 1 week and gave me bak tellin tat all the issues hav been resolved... nd look vt I got . Mine is au008tx series 80k lap.I bought it to use not to keep in my shelf.. bloody hell is this hw u treat ur customers .until sm1 buys the product all kind of support s, 1ce purchased gone its tata bibi . Bloody loosers... Ter is a limit for everything.I'm not getting the WiFi . Sometimes it won't show the WiFi icon only.

                                      Serial no.-CND62442MR has get damaged on 3rd Dec, 2016.There are lines on the screen and the fluid/liquids comes on the screen.There is no crack on the screen, there is something within the screen.Initially there was a little crack behind the screen, and after then there are few lines come on the screen and the liquid also comes outside.Rest of the things are alright.I need a repair for the same.

                                        Would suggest training for them, they are useless and talk very arrogantly, they don't disclose their name over phone, they simply put down phone ..they are not at all bothered to listen customer, will somebody teach them How to talk and help needy customers?
