The LED of the screen has been without any fault. my laptop is under warranty and the hp centre is charging me for replacing the screen which is under warranty. I would like my screen changed. I went for a holiday the US and bought a laptop 15-ay011nr n brought it back to India. after two months the screen got damaged without any physical damaged caused by me. I would reall like my screen changed as I did not expect such a horrid product provided by hp. I request my complaint is paid heed to. thank you

      As an owner of multiple HP products over the years, I feel very let down by the quality of the HP products, support & customer service. I am getting the feeling that making a quick profit is more important to the company than producing a quality product & standing behind that product. Shame on you HP. This is very disappointing!

      It is because of your service centre ignorance my laptop got damage and now your company should replace all the parts which got damaged by your service centre .for last two services they did not checked the hard disk issue and replace replaced the two part and because of not supportive parts replaced by your service centre my laptop got serious damage at present .and it is totally unacceptable .

      HP had a chance to regain my respect for the product support but fell flat.

      So, in the trash it goes and I will never purchase or recommend another HP Laptop / Notebook for myself nor business use again.

      Ampther thing I would Like to share that the quality of parts which you had replaced last two visit was completely duplicate items because within a 1 and half year o[censored]sing my your parts gets again got faulty. My Laptop screen having a same problem of vertical lines occurred and keyboards is also not working at all.

      Just for your information these two parts was replaced by your service centre then it got faulty again. This is totally unacceptable that within a span of 1 and half year it got faulty again. It is very sad to say that your quality of product parts is completely non standard .My friends is using Sony and dell product and they have no such issue since last 5 years and your product is got faulty with in 1 year and after got replaced it is again got faulty.

      You all are already denied my extended warranty request and So would request you to replace all faulty parts which you had replaced last time (Screen panel +keyboard).

      So would request you to please look into the matter and take a action against both the cases (parts replaced ) and below email that I had sent to you as well

      Hi All,

      After your service centre had damaged my laptop and now you are expecting to pay the charges by customer how ridiculous you are talking about.

      Read my email carefully and then reply else just keep your service with you .I had already registered a complaint in consumer affairs against HP for replaced the duplicate parts in their service.

      These days HP are fooling their customers by making duplicate product and used product and supply in whole world. Shame on you HP.

      Note : Nearly 90% of the HP spare parts market is unorganized and Mumbai is said to be the source for Chinese spare parts in the country. This situation came to notice when the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) conducted a three-day raid in HP warehouses throughout the country in September 2008. During these raids, it was disclosed that HP was importing parts under warranty repairs from Singapore to save duty tax, and were further selling them to repair vendor companies.

      Shame on you and your HP management team .

      You all are here only for harassing customer instead of customer satisfaction.

      It was my biggest mistaken to faith on HP and purchased your two HP laptop.

        I have bought a hp laptop HP 15ac646TX .I refered in redemptionsupport.com for my warranty and it was noted there as the applied things will be delivered within october 9 .But except 1 year theft and burglary insurance nothing have been delivered.and also the MIS subscription for my laptop have been noted as delivered but I have not received any mail regarding the MIS subscription.Can you please give a brief explanation about this.My laptop...

        The display of my hp laptop got broken and i had lodged a case for repair. I was sent a quotation with the price of the part and cost of repair. And i had transferred the money to the hp account they had provided. And i didnot get any acknowledgement for the receipt of the money for four days till the time i had called up many of the customer agents. Now i had done the payment for the repair and there is no sign of any activity from the service agents side.. Every day iam calling up one or the other customer support agents, who are actually doing nothing to solve the issue.. Mr rajkumar, who had sent me the quotation doesnot either pickup the call or reply to the mail.. The service centre guys of brahmapur says they havenot got any instructions about the receipt of money from me. I want my laptop to be repaired as soon as possible, after having paid the money before 1 week and waiting for this long.. Look into the case seriously.. The case id is [protected]

          I am very much first rated saying that almost 22 days has gone but still there is no solution of my query.

          First the error was showing on my hp laptop 15ac 168tu serial no. Cnd60415zm. I called to hp and they updated bios, windows update, system restore but the error was not resolved.

          Then i have been told to purchase hp recovery cd for system recovery. I purchased the same but there was an error in 1st cd. Then after i have been told to visit hp service centre locally at udaipur rajasthan for getting job sheet.

          It is very strange hp service centre udaipus has taken 5 days to issue job sheet. Then i provided the job sheet to hp after that i got new hp recovery cd's but the other error has come while doing system recovery after 4th cd. Again i have been told to take job sheet. I denied because of the kind of services providing hp service centre udaipur.
          Then i have been asked for snapshot of the error, i provided the same but still there is no reply or solution of my issue.
          I am suffering with this problem from last 22 days but no solution. In last 22 days i have been provided so many complaint id from hp.

          now please let me know when will be the solution because my work is suffering a lot from 22 days. Hp laptop is in warranty period.

            Laptop contineously hangs and restarts every 5-10mins. A blue screen noticed and the laptop restarts. Facing this problem since last 18days. Every time a new file is opened it gets hanged and then immediately it starts restarting. Every time i have to pin my charger to start the laptop.Complain registered to hp services but yet no support is received.

            I have purchased HP laptop in first week of August. I have also bought one "Student offer" with HP. Below mentioned item is supposed to be delivered by 11th Sept 2016 under this offer.
            Delivery of HP Black S6500 Bluetooth Speaker has been delayed by more than one month.

            I am using hp mfp printer. in that printer adf scanner scan only one page after that error msg will come and then restart the product then will working that same problem will be return we already complaint to hp they support while phone but that will continued please kindly help

              I, Chandra Singh Rawat, purchased HP 20-2110in AiO PC (J1E85AA) 3CR44507ZF probably in Jan or Feb 2015. Warranty period was upto oone year from purchase. It is pertinent to mention that within warranty period its mouse stopped working however minor problems used to occur but was neglected, the problem was rectified by replacing with a new mouse as it was within warranty period since then PC was smoothly functioning but as usual the mouse had problem and would hang the computer as the there was no light in mouse and mouse stopped working and the [censored]ion was to poweroff the computer then start the PC and the PC worked as usual. However it was not observed seriously as the PC would work after power off and start but it became a problem now specially after warranty period. I talked to HP customer care on tollfree number and the C C Executive advised to change the port of mouse in computer. I told him that I had already done so but no rectification. He advised me further to purchase new mouse but the question is whether the mouse will smoothfunction or the problem will be remain unchnanged as mouse has already been replaced with new one but no solution and the problem may be in PC since purchase. Please help.

                Laptop touch pad is not working properly from last 3 days I have mailed all details to consumer mail id of hp but nobody giving response from last 3 day, I think service is very much poor of hp. I have called him also but not giving response . If the company is not capable for giving service then why giving the warranty .
                Laptop power starting problem . whenever we kept the charger then only it on some times . by removing the charger laptop switch offs.

                  I purchase wireless mouse or keyword on 27/05/2016 after some time the mouse is not work properly so i call on hp coustemer care but no any response. 1 n 2 hour i call properly on coustemer care bot no any help, but last i talk a lady in jhansi (Hp service care) she tell me go from dealer when u purchse so i went local dealer i submit the mouse with bill photocopy on 23/09/2016, but now is 7/10/2016 no any response local dealer he say next wednesday, next wednesday today i call on local dealer but he say next wednesday.                   Do not buy HP branded laptops as they have a common defect that the CD drive will make a noise and their technical support team confirmed that it is common in HP brand, I have a mail confirmation also for this.

                  Still if any one want to buy, its ur wish...

                    Dear sir,

                    We purchase hp printer and scanner cz184a in mindavast axcess system pvt ltd, pune, few month back.
                    Intially it works in 6 member networking for one department in our company.
                    But within next one month it not able to work in network, even we connect in single pc, it always issue while printing.
                    Its not major issue for us that it work slow, main issue is not working in multi (4-5 member networking).
                    Initially while purchasing dealer confirmed that it can work in networking but now dealer is deny to get it done work in multi network. However hp visited person also not able to proof that it work in network.
                    Even they simply deney to clear to say what is issue. Simply they say our printer is ok,

                    Dear hp - if your printer is ok then proof it and run it in our network. And if you have any issue then let us know in writing. You are not able to proof your product or not declare issue in written.

                    Product selling is not your responsibility, product should work in customer end is also important.

                        It's so bad that such a brand company uses to play such small tricks as back to collage offer.i didn't get my gifts till now it's almost one month I complained thrice on reception cell even i didn't get any replay.redemption number 90254656.

                          Its been 2 month i have been trying to get in contact with HP, to fix the problem which i am facing with my computer, but since last month every single employee pf HP is disconnecting the session without resolving the issue or explaining anything.

                          Its a ridiculous services provided by HP, never expect such a worse service, and am stuck with my damaged laptop where am unable to do work, and the irresponsible executives of HP, where there IS no ownership towards such a big brand and after writing to HP, 3 times I've been not received any acknowledgement regards to the same,
                          I have been trying to talk with HP since 2 months, since than they been avoiding my request, tried to contact through chat, but every single person sitting over there is been disconnecting the session since than

                            We had purchased(Arpita Banerjee) a HP Tablet from a HP outlet in Behala(Kolkata) with an approximate cost of Rs 12, 000. The serial number-CNU4519CCK. The tablet was hardly used for 6-7 months.After that there was an issue with display board. I got the tablet repaired from HP service Centre in Kolkata(Ensure Services) with an approximate cost of Rs 4500. Again on 22/9/2016 there was an issue with display board. The HP service centre has charged me Rs4300 for changing the display.On 5th October, 2016 i received a call from Ensure Services(HP Service Centre) that the motherboard of Tablet is not working. I need to incur approximately Rs5500 for motherboard repair.
                            What kind of product HP sells which has no guarantee, no life span, no reliability. Is HP only encashing on only brand name and befooling customers? I am really frustrated now. The repair cost of tablet has turned out to be more than the purchase cost of tablet.I want help from HP.I can't bear so much of repairing cost. The product is turning out to be useless..

                              I bought my new hp laptop from vijay sales on 30th august 2016 and now it keeps on hanging continuously.

                              The on-site engineer came and replaced the keyboard body with a new one.

                              It completely looks like an hardware issue but the guys cannot understand the problem, i had a lot of faith in hp but they have disappointed me.

                              Please never ever buy a hp laptop

                                I’ve purchased hp envy laptop model number 15-k201ne serial number 5cd5267wyb from dubai. After using the laptop for some time, i found out that the laptop 8 gb ram. I immediately went to the service center (Andheri-kurla road branch) and showed them my laptop. They told me to get the invoice copy and they will get my laptop ram replaced. I informed them that since, the laptop has been purchased from dubai, i don’t have the original invoice copy. However, if the invoice copy is very important for verification purpose, i can get the scan copy of the invoice from dubai. I took all the trouble and requested my relatives in dubai to send me the scan copy of the invoice from dubai.
                                As soon as i received the scan copy, i sent it to the service center. The service center informed me that they’ve ordered the replacement ram and an engineer will visit my property and replace the ram. The case id for the same is [protected]. After some time, i came to know that it is the hp support center which is going to look into this issue and not service center. They once again told me to send all the required documents which i did as requested.
                                Today the hp support department told me to get the original invoice copy. I told them this is completely ridiculous since, the laptop has been purchased from dubai, i cannot go to dubai and get the original invoice copy. They told me that it is the service center who will replace the ram and not the hp support center. Both the departments are not ready to take the responsibility and they are putting the responsibility on each other. This is the worst customer service i’ve ever seen in my life. I myself work in a customer service department u. K process but i’ve never given such a ridiculous service to my customer.
                                I want my laptop ram replaced otherwise i’m going to take this matter to consumer court mumbai.

                                I have ordered for a care pack and paid Rs.2209/- for the same nearly a month ago.I have still not received the same, my repeated emails to Hp have not received a single response from their side also it is very difficult to call then as the line keeps getting disconnected
