I am very much first rated saying that almost 22 days has gone but still there is no solution of my query.
First the error was showing on my hp laptop 15ac 168tu serial no. Cnd60415zm. I called to hp and they updated bios, windows update, system restore but the error was not resolved.
Then i have been told to purchase hp recovery cd for system recovery. I purchased the same but there was an error in 1st cd. Then after i have been told to visit hp service centre locally at udaipur rajasthan for getting job sheet.
It is very strange hp service centre udaipus has taken 5 days to issue job sheet. Then i provided the job sheet to hp after that i got new hp recovery cd's but the other error has come while doing system recovery after 4th cd. Again i have been told to take job sheet. I denied because of the kind of services providing hp service centre udaipur.
Then i have been asked for snapshot of the error, i provided the same but still there is no reply or solution of my issue.
I am suffering with this problem from last 22 days but no solution. In last 22 days i have been provided so many complaint id from hp.

now please let me know when will be the solution because my work is suffering a lot from 22 days. Hp laptop is in warranty period.
I have purchased this on 16th march 2016 from the vendor "laxmi computer & stationers" 17, vinayak complex-b, durga nursery road, udaipur, ph. [protected], [protected]
please do the needful on urgent basis or i will go for legal actions.

After your service centre had damaged my laptop and now you are expecting to pay the charges by customer how ridiculous you are talking about.
Read my email carefully and then reply else just keep your service with you .I had already registered a complaint in consumer affairs against HP for replaced the duplicate parts in their service.
These days HP are fooling their customers by making duplicate product and used product and supply in whole world. Shame on you HP.
