This is for your kind notice that I brought my HP Laptop - Envy 15-ep0123TX from SOUNDRY COMPUTERS, Shop No: S12, HP World at VR Mall, Anna Nagar, Chennai on 29th December 2020 worth of Rs. 1, 50, 000. The laptop was in good condition for 1 year and 4 Months. I got this laptop for education purposes only.

On April 25th, 2022, suddenly my laptop was not getting switched on. I plugged in my battery but still the system is not getting switched on. And the battery power indicator was blinking. Immediately I followed the procedure as follows:

1. I called HP Support number[protected] on April 26th, 2022, at 07:47 PM. They gave me the HP service person contact number (+91 – [protected]). I tried calling but the number was out of service.

2. Then I made a visit to HP Authorized Service Center in Skypro Technologies Pvt Ltd T.Nagar, Chennai. They did not diagnose the laptop and said they need three days’ time to let us know what the issue is. I asked that my data and files are inside the laptop and give me the backup. They suggested me to go out to any Service center to get the data out as the laptop is not in warranty. I wanted our HP system to be safe and secure, by considering the safety aspect of my files and system, I reached the HP authorized service center; however, they told us to remove the backup from any service center. This really made me disappointed.

3. As my files are in the laptop and considering the safety, I did not give the laptop to any service center, and we wanted HP to investigate the issue. So, we went to the showroom (Soundry Computers, HP World) where we purchased our laptop. In the showroom they tried using different chargers, but the problem remains the same. Then they told us to call the toll-free number. As we were already disappointed calling the HP customer support toll free, we requested the showroom executive to help us. Then they called the HP support and the ticket number ([protected]) got generated, they told us the service person will visit our house in the next 48 hours. But no one from the HP service center reached us to diagnose the laptop. Instead, they sent an email of the quotation of Rs 86, 563.90 for changing the motherboard. I never expected such a latent defect.

I purchased a laptop worth Rs1, 50, 000 (in EMI) and within one year 4 months, motherboard issue and there was a quotation of Rs.86, 563.90. Is this what the solution that HP is giving me for trusting your team. I am roaming continuously calling the showroom and service center, there is no proper response. As per the HP call center, no one visited our place to diagnose but they sent a quotation. Kindly give me a solution for this. I am very much disappointed with HP and its service.

On 9th May, around 4:53 pm a person from HP call center contacted me again and insisted me to contact the same service center at T.Nagar for my laptop issue and she again directed me to the outside service center for the data backup. And she also said the diagnosis of the laptop will be free of cost.

This is not what I expected from your HP team.

I wanted a permanent solution for our laptop as it is a new laptop which was given to me with latent defect.

I also wanted my data to be safe and I wanted HP to safely take the data back up and give me. I don't want any other outside service center to service my laptop.

One year and 4 months, a new brand HP laptop worth Rs. 1, 50, 000 with only minimal usage is getting motherboard issues and HP is suggesting us to take our data from an outside service center.

I am really disappointed with your service and the brand HP. The amount of advertisement HP gives to make the customer buy a laptop, I don't think half of the effort has been made by them to the same customer who is facing an issue with the laptop. That too within 1 year and 4 months.

I need a resolution for my laptop and my data/files.
I need a replacement of my laptop, as it is a brand new latent defected one.

Kindly do the needful.

    I have purchased extended warranty pack on my HP laptop by paying approx 8000/- INR. Now touch pen which come as accessory with laptop is not working and customer care is denying to service that stating only laptop will be covered after original warranty of 1 year. Why this term and conditions has not been notified to me while purchasing? The extended warranty should cover same items as it was covering in original 1 year warranty. What is the mean of extended warranty that is so expensive then?

      I have purchased a Hp laptop from "M/S Cas computers" which is defective in warranty period i handed the product on last month for repairing is said to me motherboard dead and returned me after 10days by repairing but it is not resolved again it shows on the screen " prepare automatic repairing" and laptop closed automatically.
      So I requested you to kindly loged a complaint and replaced my laptop by a new one.

        Back to School Offer. I was fooled into purchasing a HP Laptop given the offers for students.
        I made the bill in my Name. There was no mention that Bill Name should be in students name.
        I got 2-3 mails stating name mismatch
        I resent documents thinking there is some confusion about the student's name. They should have mentioned clearly that mismatch between bill name and id sent. However, they rejected my claim and then gave a clear reason.
        This is just fooling customers.Now they have closed my case. There is no way for me to connect and raise my concerns.
        I could have gone for other brands with on the spot offers instead of trusting HP

          No agent is calling me back to talk with my issue

          I have sent so many emails to solve issue from one month.. nobody is responding.. nobody called me back even I requested a call back from hp official site. I feel like they are very cruel towards me. Please call me back and solve my issue ....

          I buyed laptop just before 3 months now headphone port is not working i mean to say wired headphone not able to insert deeply & now HP is saying it is not covered under warranty as it is physical damage till date i uses wireless headphone but now buyed wired headphone and not working with system & hp is saying this is physical damage

                I have purchased hp envy x360 laptop from reliance digital store. It’s been only 3 month since am using, the LED screen is popping out. It is covered with warranty and it is a manufacturing defect. I lodged complaint in hp for replacement but they are not ready to do it and they also not proving any solution.

                        Dear sir/Madam,
                        I have purchased a laptop of model no. TPN-C139. But the experience is not as pleasant as it should have been.the camera like on off on off during the working conditions.it shown as "we can't find your camera".

                        I am very disappointed by these product, because the camera was not working properly since starting. Due to this I lossed my career based online exams. I went(twice) authorized service center(Karim Nagar) also but the issue was not resolved. I also contacted the toll free no. However, the problem was not solved.
                        Anyway I won't complain anymore. I just want you to schedule a time for me so that i could either visit your store to pick up a brand new laptop of my choice from your store as replacement, or you will make full refund to me

                          i have given complaint in hp company regarding my laptop speaker and then company has raise my complaint on 29th march but now hp company said that complaint is close and my issue is not resolve and i didn't said for complaint closing because i didnt get any resolution from the company and no any technician has visited at my place and they closed my complaint without informing me.

                            From the last one week my laptop is not working fine.i tried lot of customer care number but they are not responding properly
                            then i directly called to madurai hp serivice centre and told about the complaint but they are simply telling you raise complaint in toll free number and cut the call.my laptop is in under warrenty.when the time of purhase they told any problem onsite warranty is their but here nothing like that..i am totally disappointed.

                                I have registered my case regarding the display issue on 24/01/2022 .#case id:[protected]
                                For this I got a response on 28/01/2022 after Complaining to service head, stating that
                                "your case has been forward to concern team, they will connect with you within next 24 Business hours".
                                But i didn't get any response.

                                After many talks consistently with the consumer team and the floor supervisor
                                I received a quotation for validation on 2/02/22.

                                And it got delayed for providing me the payment link .for this i keep on calling to the consumer support consistently for seeking the update

                                I finally paid for the validation charges of 1534 /- through the payment link provided to me for the person to visit my location.

                                After that the service provider
                                (HP support) failed to assign my case to particular service center and on this i called to the consumer support and asked to provide me with the contact numbers

                                The agent who spoke to me said we d finally gave me three contact numbers of three distinct areas that is of vijayawada vishakapatnam, rajahmundry and told me to contact them and confirm with the particular service center on my own

                                Is it not the responsibilty of the
                                service provider(HP) to assign a service center or the customer to reach to every service center to get the confirmation?

                                After the payment also the service center person didn't reach me

                                To acknowldge this i keep on calling to the consumer support consistently minimum four times a day.

                                Finally after complaining through mail .the service center representative called me and asked me what the issue was?
                                I replied : It is a clear cut display issue so that i need a quotation for the new display part

                                The service center representative assured me that they will place a request to the concerned team on my behalf.

                                I waited for 2 weeks and then called them
                                They replieed that they didn't get any response so that instructed me to place a request from my end

                                I do placed a request for the quotation and i waited for 8 business days.yet i didn't receive any quotation for the part i.e
                                The Raw pannel display.

                                In this process again, i keep on calling to the consumer support consistently in order to fetch the quotation.

                                Is it not the prime duty of the service provider(HP) to atleast update the customer on this?.It is not done.

                                After the case got escalated to higher level i was requested to wait for another 24 -48 hours i waited yet there is no response

                                leave about the actions that are taken to
                                Resolve the issue.At least a mail should be given to the customer stating the update.why is it not done?

                                I again reached the consumer support and and spoke on this, they said sir as today is a holiday and the upcoming two days are holidays you should again wait till monday.
                                I agreed and again i called on monday.

                                The same scenario has been repeated i asked for a call back .in that particular week i asked to schedule for 4 call backs of which i received none of them.

                                They again at the end of the week i was told that i have to wait till monday

                                I did the same without having any scope to do so.

                                For this also i have faced many issues inorder to make the payment
                                As the payment link is not provided to me
                                And i spoke to many agents of the consumer support
                                To provide me the payment link
                                For doing so, they have arranged me call backs of which i received none of them

                                Later, I received a mail on 14th march from the following person
                                Stating that i will be allowed to make the payment shortly

                                Nothing was sent in mail

                                Without the intervision of mine the work order got cancelled

                                Service center representative didn't contact me

                                Several times i asked for update and i didn't receive any

                                Yestered i got a call back from

                                He, explained me everything and apolozised for the inconvineance
                                He asked me to sent the details of the bank to initiate the refund and to raise the newworkorder

                                I was not updated with the progress of it
                                What i could do?

                                I want an update regarding the process of the refund

                                And new quotation from service center to make the payment

                                And the service to be done at faster rate

                                Please do take it as a serious concern and

                                Resolve my case at the earliest possible
                                Probably within a week

                                  I've initially received a damaged product and after complaining a lot of time no help from tech team was received instead they denied the request for onsite tech visit. The product was on 14 days of replacement window and registering for the resolution of the issue the tech team failed to send a technician and after the system screen got damaged they are saying no replacement will be entertained as the screen damage is induced that too they analyse this on basis of a video and didn't send the technician.

                                    I bought a HP 15s laptop 2 months back, 3 days ago its fan stopped with a big sound. I registered a complaint with HP and they told me to wait 48 hours, a representative would call me, I waited and no one called me. I contacted them again, they told me to wait 24 hours more and again no one called . I contacted them today and they are telling me to wait 24 hours more . What type of service is this . Also how a laptop that was just 2 months old become damaged . Is it a faulty product . Very poor service, poor quality product.

                                      Called HP printer support @[protected]

                                      Call was picked up by Arnav/arnab Nambiar..The agent didnt provide his name properly this is what was picked up on the call. First I told him that the issue is with the PowerON of the inkjet printer and told him that I have performed initial steps then if anything missed he can let me know..Upon that he said are you infront of computer as we will have to troubleshoot the issue. Then I conferenced the call with the person who was available at the printer location. Now he asks for serial number and says thats its out of warranty you will have to reach out to the local store. If that was the case the customer representative could have asked me in the call itself..I agreed that I will contact the local store but then I insisted him to tell the steps of troubleshooting which I can try by myselft and if still the issue I will reach out to the local store. But here the agent annoyed stating I cant provide troubleshooting steps please contact local store only or see the online article!! We are from technical department and cant do much..so what was the harm informing the steps which we might have missed and we are to contact the local store..It felt as if the agent didnt know anything and he was just pushing the customer to go away. Even when asked for supervisor he stated that he was very busy..Very poor and bad experience from HP support customer care India.
