I have purchased hp envy x360 laptop from reliance digital store. It’s been only 3 month since am using, the LED screen is popping out. It is covered with warranty and it is a manufacturing defect. I lodged complaint in hp for replacement but they are not ready to do it and they also not proving any solution....

From the last one week my laptop is not working fine.i tried lot of customer care number but they are not responding properly
then i directly called to madurai hp serivice centre and told about the complaint but they are simply telling you raise complaint in toll free number and cut the call.my laptop is in under warrenty.when the time of purhase they told any problem onsite warranty is their but here nothing like that..i am totally...

Our laptop is not switching on, it is showing preparing automatic repair but it is not processing. Sometimes it is not even showing preparing automatic repair it is just showing the starting screen like hp is written over there and that loading round dotted circle.
