Myself Gopinath K from Vellore. I bought my new HP laptop on[protected]. Since it has been two years now my laptop's battery life is dead and my warranty period is also expired. I have run a battery component test in HP PC HARDWARE DIAGNOSTICS WINDOW it shows me that my battery is very weak and while turning on my laptop it displays HP BATTERY ERROR 601. So now my battery has to be replaced since it is an internal battery. I am giving you additional information and my laptop details below. Kindly send me a service person to replace my laptop battery.

Kindly give me a positive response as soon as possible.

      I don’t getting money back from my rupay debt card when I filled full tank petrol through kallely fuels Chalakudy. They filled 30 litre petrol( 3200Rs) in my car . I asked the manager regarding this issue he don’t know nothing.my mobile no. [protected]

            HP laptop is not working properly and screen has white spots and keypads also not working. Since my product is under extended warranty I tried to make complaint with Hp custmer support but my complaint is not getting any proper resolution. I tried followiong things
            1. 1st had virtual chat with HP support assistance and tried suggested trouble shooting
            2. Had whatsapp chat with techinical team and again tried trouble shooting and shared all requested images and videos (from 1.25 pm to 3.40 pm)
            3. Requested call back service CASE ID [protected] and also send all images and videos on their mail as requested ( 35 Mins on call)
            4. Again requested call back service but nothing happened
            5. Called all HP customer no[protected],[protected],[protected]Whatsapp chat),[protected], +[protected]

            I have all call logs and whatsapp chats.

              I had ordered my HP Notebook 15s-dr1000tx on 23rd September 2020 and it was delivered to me by 2nd October 2020, It worked fine for almost a year, then on 19 September 2021 (almost few days before my 1 year warranty was about to expire), while using it as usual it shut down all of a sudden and did not turn back on, the screen went dark while the power light was still on, pressing or holding the power button did not do any good.

              I then proceeded to give it to an authorized HP center, and after some time they gave it back to me in working condition saying "It had moisture in it nothing else wrong". Since this happened the exact day and was given back to me within an hour, no formal registration of the issue was done. Few days later the laptop stopped again in the same way as described before, I then again proceeded to go to the authorized HP service center, this time they asked me to keep the laptop there for them to check and informed me that they would only be able to return me the laptop in at least 3 weeks or more. This was a huge problem for me as I had online classes to attend regularly and had my exams coming soon. They said they cannot do anything about it and that it would at least take 3 weeks. That was the only authorized HP service center in Kochi with the next one possibly being in another district.

              So without any other solutions remaining, I had to get my laptop back and give it to a third party Laptop repair center, they said that there was an issue with the IC and gave it back to me in working condition the next day and charged me Rs. 3800/- for it, soon few weeks later the laptop shutdown again, this time they didn't charge anything and said that it was some issue with the battery. months passed and the laptop shutdown again. We didn't go to the same Repair center this time and gave it to another, There they asked Rs. 900/- to fix the IC again, soon the laptop died again for the 4th time few days later and this time they fixed it and said that the issue lies with either the battery or the IC and can occur again.

              None of this would've happened if there was some means for me to get my laptop repaired within a few days, being a full-time CS student, I require my laptop everyday for my education, so there was no way I could've gone 3 weeks without the laptop which again was a time period they assumed that would take. I'm now using this laptop not knowing when it's going to die out again. I do not come from some wealthy background to shell out so much money whenever a random repair comes up. I had bought this laptop after reading all the reviews that said only good things about this product and all the reviews that said how reliable HP laptops are and how you can use them for several years when this one couldn't even make it past one year. I hope that HP finds a solution for this issue and try not to distribute more of these faulty products which ends up costing so much money.

                I filled petrol for my vehicle in HP BUNK and amount paid through
                HP PAY app through HP PAY dierect scheme. It is debitted from my bank account thriugh Gpay and it is not creditted in hppay account and it is not refunded also. so please take care of it and give refund

                  Selling used and old product .. refurbished ...

                  Warranty was started 2021 September and i purchased on February 24 and deliverd on February 28 .. and also have purchased an additional warranty.. it's also not showing...

                    I purchased HP laptop 1 1/2 year ago. From the time I bought hp laptop i see performance issues frequent hanging. I raised complaints to ho but no response and they are close the complaint ticket without solving the issue.

                    I emailed them many times regarding the same, thy are saying we will check and get back but I don't hear any response.

                    I want hp to solve my laptop issue as I raised my complaint within the warranty period, it is ho who didn't solve the issue.

                    There are still 2-3 tickets open on my hp care which are not solved.

                    set performance mode in battery mode. uninstall very rare aplications.
                    delete all possible tasks registered under task scheduler.
                    disable all startup applications.
                    if possible use SSD for windows operating system
                    update latest bios firmware

                      press and hold the POWER BUTTON on printer for 120 seconds.
                      then remove the finger, wait for one minute. now connect usb cable and power cable to printer, power on printer

                            System shows the notification message that C drive Full. No space for downloading files related to system updation. I have cleared all unwated files in downloads and documents..No improvement.

                                        We have been quoted for the new machine and sold the refurnished unit by your authorised dealer – GRAPHLINE COMPUTERS PVT LTD.

                                        As per HP record and online details, original warranty of the said unit has been started from 18/09/2018 which has been already on expired stage,
                                        and now the status showing warranty started from 21/10/2021 under extended warranty arranged from your dealer to fools us.

                                        we are very old customer to HP and using all HP products in our office and factory and we wish the healthier and long-term relationship with the HP.
                                        Our sincere request to HP please takes an appropriate action against your HP authorised dealer - GRAPHLINE COMPUTERS PVT LTD. for selling the wrong unit and cheat the customers as well as arranged to take back the laptop with refunding our money immediately.
