I bought a HP 15s laptop 2 months back, 3 days ago its fan stopped with a big sound. I registered a complaint with HP and they told me to wait 48 hours, a representative would call me, I waited and no one called me. I contacted them again, they told me to wait 24 hours more and again no one called . I contacted them today and they are telling me to wait 24 hours more . What type of service is this . Also how a laptop that was just 2 months old become damaged . Is it a faulty product . Very poor service, poor quality product.

Call was picked up by Arnav/arnab Nambiar..The agent didnt provide his name properly this is what was picked up on the call. First I told him that the issue is with the PowerON of the inkjet printer and told him that I have performed initial steps then if anything missed he can let me know..Upon that he said are you infront of computer as we will have to troubleshoot the issue. Then I conferenced the call with the person who was available at the printer location. Now he asks for serial number and says thats its out of warranty you will have to reach out to the local store. If that was the case the customer representative could have asked me in the call itself..I agreed that I will contact the local store but then I insisted him to tell the steps of troubleshooting which I can try by myselft and if still the issue I will reach out to the local store. But here the agent annoyed stating I cant provide troubleshooting steps please contact local store only or see the online article!! We are from technical department and cant do much..so what was the harm informing the steps which we might have missed and we are to contact the local store..It felt as if the agent didnt know anything and he was just pushing the customer to go away. Even when asked for supervisor he stated that he was very busy..Very poor and bad experience from HP support customer care India.

This is to inform you that my HP Pavilion - 15-cs3006tx (Serial number: 5CD043RGWH) is causing the issue in the display screen during changing tabs or while multitasking., despite the replacement of the screen on 08/01/2022 and the motherboard also on 28/01/2022 by the hp service center.

I have faced this issue numerous times despite the replacement of major hardware i.e screen and motherboard,...

Our laptop is not switching on, it is showing preparing automatic repair but it is not processing. Sometimes it is not even showing preparing automatic repair it is just showing the starting screen like hp is written over there and that loading round dotted circle.
Since the last three days we are contacting the customer care but they are not resolving our problem. Daily we are talking for about 1-2 hrs and at the end they all just said that we'll get a call arranged by them but never received one.They also said that they'll send a technician but didn't sent him. Instead we just called them everyday by ourself still they don't resolve our problem.
Our laptop is UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD
Kindly fix it ASAP, send the technician.
Otherwise replace it.

I have HP omen series laptop. It's keyboard is not working properly. some keys are not responding. My laptop is in warranty.

I lodged a complaint about laptop battery failure on 11/09/2021 in HP, case id no. - [protected]. No update regarding the resolving of the issue was provided after calling again and again for months. They used to say the quotation and other details will be shared in 4-5 hours every time i used to call customer care. Now few days ago i called them and they created a new case id with case no. - [protected]. Its been several month from the lodging of complaint and till date their is no solution provided.

Laptop key pad not working

My hp laptop au1089 ryzen3 not working after buying 8 days. i contact hp service center they give me doa certificate and ask to reace from sellar but flipkart not giving me satisfactory ans and they take unnecessory time i want my money back or replace it quickly

I bought a computer dueing last july, which is starting properly . While charging the laptopn, it shows red colour . Even if we long long press the power button, laptop is not getting powered on .Need a service as tos laptopn is stillnon warranty

My hp laptop was not turning ON ie. No display. But the power LED light was blinking continously. And also while charging the charging LED light changing from orange to white continously.

I have purchased hp pavillion laptop Eg1000tu for which I have paid 63099 under students offer but hp store Milano Bank More dhanbad jharkhand have taken a extra money of 2.5% as a transaction charge of credit card which is paid by merchant not by customer as per rbi guidelines so please look into this matter as soon as possible

Document is overwritten while printing

While printing the document it overwrite the picture or words

My printer is printing slow and printing with error line while printing any doc
