Hi I brought a HP Chromebook from Amazon approx 8 months back it’s still in warranty and recently realised the display has a few shadows in it meaning there are lines on the display, the battery is down to 86%with nominal use I work 5 days a week and 4-5 hours on the laptop, the Wi-Fi has a mind of its own keeps randomly disconnecting during important meets and the best part WHEN I AM WORKING AT TIMES ITS JUST FREEZES AND THEN I NEWD TO START IT ALL OVER AGAIN MAKE SURE ALL MY DATA IS SAFE???? I DO THIS WVERYDAY AS ITS HANGS DAILY?? I PAID 30k for this laptop and is this what I should expect the guy from your call centre says we can’t replace it we can only fix it so what all will you fix??? The Wi-Fi the processor, the display the battery what else is left???????????? I HAVE ATTACHED A LIVE. IDEO WHERE THE MACHINE IS COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE??? Don’t tell me that I made that up the machine is faulty and you guys should own up to a replacement for a faulty product delivered. It’s a headache to work on it
