    Hi I brought a HP Chromebook from Amazon approx 8 months back it’s still in warranty and recently realised the display has a few shadows in it meaning there are lines on the display, the battery is down to 86%with nominal use I work 5 days a week and 4-5 hours on the laptop, the Wi-Fi has a mind of its own keeps randomly disconnecting during important meets and the best part WHEN I AM WORKING AT TIMES ITS JUST FREEZES AND THEN I NEWD TO START IT ALL OVER AGAIN MAKE SURE ALL MY DATA IS SAFE???? I DO THIS WVERYDAY AS ITS HANGS DAILY?? I PAID 30k for this laptop and is this what I should expect the guy from your call centre says we can’t replace it we can only fix it so what all will you fix??? The Wi-Fi the processor, the display the battery what else is left???????????? I HAVE ATTACHED A LIVE. IDEO WHERE THE MACHINE IS COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE??? Don’t tell me that I made that up the machine is faulty and you guys should own up to a replacement for a faulty product delivered. It’s a headache to work on it

    The CUSTOMER service is horrendous no sense of what they are doing they sent me a mail I have all the necessary records asking fees back with a mail mentioning replacement and then after following up like an ### for 3 days I speak to Mr Deepak he says we do t do replacements????? What sort of a mind game is this why did you send me a replacement mail when you don’t do replacements??

      There is a leak in my cylinder.
      It's not from the valve but from the body itself.
      The cylinder body has a hole in it.
      I am very disappointed in HP.
      For now I have covered the hole with soap.
      But what if the hole and the leak was not discovered.And what if there was an accident.
      I am thinking about filling a complaint.
      You are playing with people's life.
      So disappointed!!

        Hi,

        The pokhariput HP petrol pump guys are cheating customers every day. If we ask for 2000 rupees petrol they first put 400 and after that they are destracting us and will continue the reading from 400 till 1600 and say they have put 400+ 1600.No management will be available to raise complaint.if you see their google review lot of customer raise similar complaint.I strongly believe that they are doing this purposely with the help of management.Request you to kindly take action on them.           I have purchased above HP INK TANK 316 PRINTER PRODUCT NO. 7ZV78A SERIAL NO. CN22J7D21G on dated 16.05.2022 invoice no. MS[protected] value of invoice with gst 10999/- ORDER NO.[protected] company given warranty of 1 year but printer me dated 18.08.2022 se printing problem aa rahi hai kuchh print to blank white line ke saath nakale uske baad light blinking error dene lag gaya ab print nahi nikal rahe hai service center me complaint not karwai uske baad service engineer warranty period product ki service ke 1500 rupees charges mang raha hai uska kahna hai isprinter ka printhead damage hai isko sahi karwane ke liye 1500 rupees pay karne padenge iski koi warranty nahi hai.

                            I purchased a Hp Smart Tank printer 530 on 18 July 2021. I got paper jam issue and complained for the same to HP customer care on 22 Jun 20211 within warranty period. They assigned one service engineer who tried repair my printer but the problem was not solved hence I again made calls to the engineer who promised me to visit again but did do so. Then I request many many times to HP customer care executives as well as their supervisors. Every time, they promised me to escalate my case on top priority to my nearest service center. But no engineer visited my printer. Between 23 Jun 2022 to till today i.e 16 Aug 2022, I made number of calls to customer care and requested to look into the matter and resolve my case. But they did nothing except promise. Now the same problem has been big and printer stopped working at all showing permanent paper jam in printer (even no paper is jammed inside). I was using this printer for my personal office and now my work is totally stopped due to this. I am facing lot of trouble along with facing financial loss as have to take printouts from outside. You are requested to kindly instruct the Company to stop humiliate customers by such type of services and compensate me to teach them a good lesson.

                              1. The engineer for installation has not arrived even after 72 hours of case being created despite the promise of installation within 24 hours.
                              2. A confirmation was taken by us on the store before making the purchase whether the holiday on 15 August and the upcoming Sunday would hinder the installation and we were assured no such issue would be faced.
                              3. The service centre is not ready to pick up our calls and even cut our call while we were speaking.

                              All this has happened within 3 days of purchase of the product which clearly highlights the lack of customer support service from HP and hence we would like to know the refund policy along with policies for returning the product.

                                Iam Ajay Kanagasabapathi, Age – 34, residing in above mentioned address. I have purchased a HP laptop through Hpestore website through order number -[protected] on 13th April 2021 along with back bag, Microsoft out look pack & 1Year Extended warranty. The laptop was delivered me in 2 days. From the date of purchase till 20/07/2022 the laptop was working fine. On 20/07/2022 the laptop was totally Dead and was not able to power on. Regarding the issue on 23/07/2022 I visited the HP Service center in the name of Skyprotechnologies located in Dr. B. Narasimhan Road, T-Nager to resolve the issue in my laptop since it was under extended warranty.
                                One Mr. Rifai & Mr. Suresh the service engineer who was on the reception received me and checked my laptop and he accepts the issue in the laptop and told me that they need to open the product to check the issue and he filled the job sheet with the issue. On 25/07/2022 I got a call from [protected] one Mr. Dinesh called me and asked me the password to login the laptop and he says that laptop was working fine now, also he need to monitor another 24hrs to observe the issue. Again on 26/07/2022 he called me and informed that there was no issue with the laptop and it was working fine and asked me to collect the laptop. I checked should I want to pay anything for this service and he says that the service was under warranty and u don’t want to pay anything.
                                On 27/07/2022 I visited the service center to collect the laptop and I have seen the laptop. When I checked the laptop it was not switched on. Also I found that my laptop was not even serviced. I reported the same to Rifai and he asked Dinesh to check it again. They assume other issues Keb Board issue and DC Port Issue. Also they asked some more time to service the laptop.
                                On 01/08/2022 I got a call from Mr. Rajesh says that they don’t an extented warranty update on my laptop and need to pay Rs 40, 000/- if they need to return back the unserviced laptop.
                                Eventhough my laptop was purchased from HP directly with an extented warranty HP Service center tries to cheat me and demanding Rs 40000/- to return back my services laptop.
                                I request respected sir to take necessary action against Hp Service center, Rifai & Rajesh against my complaint and to help me to recover my laptop in good working condition.

                                        We booked the cylinder couple of days back & it is showing delivered in app.But we have not received the cylinder till date. We called the hp gas agency, bt they told to contact on Tuesday, I.e :16th Aug as 14th is Sunday & 15 the is independence day. We have already paid for the cylinder while booking it. Please resolve our issue as soon as possible.
