I purchased a HP PAVILION LAPTOP 14-ce1000TU (invoice attached). on 31 JULY 2019.
HP 3 YEAR ONSITE Warrenty expiry date in HP Care pack is 2nd FEBRUARY 2021.ACTAULLY IT SHOULD BE FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. PLEASE ASK HP INDIA TO CORRECT THE SAME AND SEND ME THE CONFIRMATION. THANKS AND REGARDS

    We took two laptops on April 13 2022 model is cnd1498xp we face same issue with laptops. Both laptops gets off suddenly while working, couldn't download any software, the net gets disconnects automatically.
    No troll free numbers responds nor support websites responds to the mails nor calls.
    HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        On the date mentioned I visited Hp store to buy a laptop.
        The salesperson in the store stated that they have two variant of the same hp laptop model Hp 15s fq5009TU -67V52PA#ACJ
        only with the difference of :
        1. 45W charger and one RAM slot
        Price: Rs 52800+350( for hp original mouse I will buy myself).
        2. 65 W charger with 2 RAM slots
        Price : Rs 54000

        Consequently I asked them why so ? As I couldn't see any difference in details between the two HP boxes from outside. Then they just confused the customer by saying that they have such two variant of same model available in there store where box 1 will contain 45W charger. They have the prior knowledge of such.

        Fast charging is necessary in this days so I being the customer had to trust HP salesperson bought the Box2 with 65W charger with a hike of Rs850 for the same model name priced Rs 54000.

        Next day when I started online searching for the model Hp 15s fq5009TU -67V52PA#ACJ with 45 W charger and 1 RAM slot I could not find any. For confirmation I called two more HP store in Kolkata (Dalhousie and Lake mall) and was surprised to know it was completely a bluff that the store done with me. Actually there is no such 45 W charger laptop available for Hp 15s fq5009TU -67V52PA#ACJ because the model itself comes with 65W charger only, no other variant is available out in market.

        So it was just a fake statement about the product that they made to cost nearly 1000 ruppees higher from the customer which is extremely disappointing.

        So kindly verify this kind of difference in product details in stores and Hp websites. It hampers the customers trust on the brand completely. This kind of business strategy is not at all accepted.

        Popular Brand HP is getting damaged under these dealers ; I request HP to take complain on these dealers trying to cheat customers and later on not taking the complain seriously when customer reported the same.

              Dear sir, Please check my invoice copy MY PURCHASE DATE IS 29 JUNE 2022 but the windows installation date is 12 JUNE 2022 and this proof is clear that this product is open. When I opened the box, Windows 11 came out inside it while there was windows10 mentioned on top of the box. So I doubt I have been given an old/demo laptop that has been given by the seller after repacking. when I contact the dealer to take action then the dealer is saying I'm not responsible for it please contact to hp customer care, when I call hp customer care but the customer care officer is saying if there is any hardware issue then we can replace it otherwise you can use the same product, dear sir tell me one answer when I am paying for a new laptop, I should have give a new one, right I have attached all the proof related to the product. please check this and take striated action

                  I bought this laptop in March 2021. Since that day, I have been facing the issue of blue screen. All of a sudden, my screen hangs and it automatically restarts. Sometimes it shows a black screen and just stays still—no restart, no shut down.
                  My laptop was under warranty for 1 year. From March 2021 to March 2022, I called HP customer support at least thrice and explained my problem. Every time they ask me to have a data backup and install Windows again. Even if I explain to them that this has already been done, they will still say the same thing.
                  I thought if I would show it offline to the local HP customer support center, it might improve, but they performed the same window reinstalling function and gave me this laptop back.
                  The laptop works completely fine for 3–4 weeks after performing the function. Later, I ran into the same problem.When I lodged the complaint in March, I explicitly told the customer support team of HP that I had been facing this issue for a very long time. Now its warrantee is going to expire soon, I want a fix solution. They made me believe that now my laptop would work efficiently. After performing the window reinstalling again, it worked well for 6-7 weeks. I was relieved that it was finally working properly, so I informed the customer support team that I was satisfied and that they could close the case ID.One week after that day, the problem struck again. My guarantee had expired and I was left with nothing.
                  Now the HP customer support team is telling me to extend the guarantee and then they will see the problem with the laptop.
                  My question is
                  When it was in guarantee before, why didn't they provide me the solution? WHY SHOULD I TRUST THEM AGAIN? Is it some kind of strategy not to provide a solution in the guarantee period and later ask for an extension of the guarantee to ask for more money?

                  I have been facing the issue for more than a year. I am a student at IIM Nagpur. I have a lot of work to do, lots of quizzes and submissions, but the dysfunctionality of this laptop has hindered my learning and growth.
                  Moreover, the HP customer support email id that is shown on the internet doesn’t work. The email ID is [protected]@customerservice. Whenever I try to email HP officials, it does not work. I have wasted my time on calls explaining my problem to these people but never got a solution.
                  I need justice.

                    I purchased the HP Pavilion (5CD142J6N1) laptop on 6-1-2021 from the authorized showroom in Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad. I was not using the laptop more often or regularly and I didn't notice but after some time I started working on the laptop on regular basis and I found the issue with the battery as it was taking too much time for charging as it was taking more than 5 hours to fully charge and it completely drained out in just 1-1.3 hours. I contacted the hp service center on[protected] they took my laptop and kept it for 10 days. After 10 days they changed the motherboard and battery and said that they have solved the issue. But the issue was the same so I tried a different way by calling customer care and they guided me with some troubleshooting. But after the problem was the same. I tried, again and again, and they have done some troubleshooting by taking access to my laptop. They also guided me with the battery calibration test. Still, I did not receive any permanent solution for the issue. So again I called customer service and they told me that they have assigned an agent for a visit. The agent came and performed some tests and gave me a new charger adapter still as always my issue was unsolved and I was facing the same problem. So he took the charger adapter return and took some reports of the battery. In short, I'm facing issues for the last 6 months, and for the last 2 months I'm in contact with customer service still my issue is not been solved. I'm requesting to solve my issue as soon as possible as it was not expected from a company like HP. I request you to provide me a full replacement of the system along with the charger adapter and 1 year of extra warranty as compensation for What I have suffered in the last 6 months.

                            We have paid rs.56, 000 to hp. When hp cannot provide support then why do they sell products. We are going to lodge a complaint in consumer forum against hp laptop

                              I bought a HP laptop, placed an order on the HP website on 11/28/2021, bought an HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop - 15t-ed100 laptop, shipped to me on 9th December from China, I received this computer on 16th December Notebook, Serial Number: CND1481CTK. But it took only 2 months for the laptop to break, no internet access, and no sound from the speakers. It was sent to HP repair station for repair on March 19, 2022, and it was not repaired for more than 3 months! It was not until June 28, 2022 that I was asked to pick it up and said it was repaired, and I have been waiting for 100 days!, but I took the laptop home for testing, and I could access the Internet for a while, but not for a while. Finally, the laptop showed that the hardware was broken. What should I do? Paid $855 for a malfunctioning thing that couldn't be repaired!
                              For this repair notebook, the repair time of 100 days (more than 3 months) is too long. What's worse is that it has not been repaired, and I still cannot access the Internet. The computer indicates that the network adapter hardware is faulty. I have crashed and I have no confidence to repair this computer again., Requirements: Replace with another model laptop!
                              I'm sure this is the worst service in the world, because I used to be a senior supervisor of computer and notebook repair services. For notebook repairs, there is a quick 2-hour repair, stand and wait, and the repair will be completed immediately. If it can't be completed in 2 hours, transfer to Repairs are completed within 3 working days, and 90% of laptop repairs are completed within 3 working days!
                              Never seen the worst service in the world like HP!

                                I purchased an HP Laptop HP ProBook 450G6 S/N: 5CD9194J8B / 6PA52PA-ACJ in August 2019 at Rs. 75, 000/- with Windows 10 Professional Operating System. The said Laptop went repaired (display problem) during March/April 2020 (Within 6-7 months during the warranty period).
                                This has been intimated to you. The service personnel received taken for Service and returned the Laptop after changing the Display unit and the Hard Disk with pirated Operating System. The pirated Operating System did not support the Sound/Speaker. Since the HP Laptop Hardware was designed with Smart Technology, the HP laptop again displayed problems. This has informed you and handed over the Laptop for repair again during October 2021.
                                For the last 9 months, there has been no reply from you. This has been reminded through emails, but no response from you or your service personnel.
                                This is almost cheating on the precious HP Customer. It has learned that your service personnel has changed many original parts of the HP Laptop.
                                I never expected such a worst performance from the HP Authorized dealer. The Laptop did not work satisfactorily during the warranty period and after the repair.
                                I am not interested in waiting for further repairing the recent HP Laptop, and I have lost hope about the Genuine HP spares.
                                For the above reasons, please the HP Authorized Dealer, namely M/s. Comtech Computers, Old No 18, New No.39, Oil Monger Street, Royapettah. Chennai – 600 014 Tamilnadu, India to return the money within 30-45 days, failing which legal action may be taken through Consumer Court.

Dealer (Sidharth Fuel Station) 28/06/2022 night we filled Diesel for Rs. 3000/- we swiped SBI ATM card for paying. First when i swiped the card they said payment was failed, So again i swiped my card and paid again. After cheking my account transation details. Two time Rs. 3000/- was paid for the Sidharth Fuel Station. Today (30/06/2022) when we asked money back they said we will send the money later and asked us to live. and they gave a cell No.[protected]. Today i called them more then 15 times they are not responding. until now i have not received the money back.

                                    My laptop's battery is fully deteriorated and does not even last for 30 minutes. So I contacted HP customer care for a repair. I even agreed to pay whatever it costs. I contacted them on 19th June 2022, and they assured me of getting it done within 48 hours. But there was no response. I again contacted them on 25th June 2022, and they said the same thing and still no response. Same issue on 28th June 2022. I have attached the mail and chat photographs.
