Tho mera kharidne ke bad thik thak chal raha tha. 24th june 2022 me achanak mera laptop ka diaplay me kuch nahi a raha tha...tho full charge kar diye tho uske bad next day try kiya on karne ka tho on ho gaya display a gaya tho hum soche ki update ka kuch problem ho gaya tha isiliye hum customer care ko phn nahi kiya... Lekin firse 7th july ko prblm hua no display ka... Tho hum 8th july customer care me phn kiya tho customer care ne pehle restart kiya ushke badh biased update kiya sub kuch kiye tho laptop on ho gaya display a gaya aur prblm nahi ho ga bola... Aur ab logo ka technician bhi assigned kiya gaya... Tho ab logo ka ushdin technical issue ho raha tha... Tho case id generate hone me time lage ga bola tho hum bole thik hain... Fir bhi case generate number nahi hua aur technician bhi nahi aya... Thik hain tho laptop chal raha tho hum kuch nahi bole fir okk... Firse no display issue ho gaya 14 tarik ko aur hum call kiye customer care ko unhone firse biased update restart karke dekh liya kuch bhi nahi ho raha hain... Tho firse technician approve kiya...Tho jab technician aya tho achanak switch on karne se on ho gaya..technician bola koi bhi prblm nahi hain ap ka system mein ... Mere pas koi bhi vedio nahi tha prblm ka tho bola abke pas tho koi bhi vedio bhi nahi hain prblm ka... Aj 26 th july firse yahi prblm ho raha hain... Ab mein kya karu sir help me plzzz

    My hp laptop is not working from last 4-5 days as I m continuously calling hp team but they are giving me proper response and not solving my problem.I told that I have urgent but still these people are delaying to provide their service.

        I have connected with HP support both on WhatsApp and over email multiple times and my Case id - [protected]. I have done everything that was suggested by there team. The issue started i think six months back. Initially i did not even realize that this is some issue. And i neglected it. Then i think in feb i connect HP customer support on whatsapp after recommendation by one of my friend. I connected with them so they did some test which came out normal. So again i did not took it so seriously that my be there was some issue with my internet.

        But then it happened and i connected with them again so they again has same question and resolution. So later they said that they might have to do more setting which will take time so as i was busy in work i asked them that i wlill connect again. So i did and then followed whatever they said to do . But after few days i face the same issue again. And now i started realizing that the issue is happening more frequently that mean that whatever issue my laptop had it has worsen. So i again connected with HP now they send it to there higher team. They called me and asked the same question etc i sent them all screenshots and videos as they requested.

        I also checked the issue at different location and using different internet but it still happened. To be more specific about the issue here are the details. So the issue is like I am working normally using internet and then suddenly the internet connection is gone. There is no network showing in the panel i try to reconnect but it shows no network then eventually i restart my system and voila I have my internet back to normally. So this is the issue. And this would happen any time at any point in time. No specific reason but to sort it out i have to restart/ or shut down and again start the system.

        My laptop is still in warranty but I am not getting any help from HP customer support team. After doing all the updates, reinstalling of driver, reinstalling of windows, WIFI test and sharing multiple videos telling about what is the issue actually about, on request of HP team, the issue has started occurring more frequently.

        Every time I connect all they say we will try to resolve your issue and now from past 3 days I have not heard back from any one. They have my case id they have my number my mails everything. But no benefit. So here I have a big question and that is if HP customer support team is actually willing to resolve the issue or not?

        Here I have humble request to please replace my laptop which is in warranty and its is been almost 6 month now i think but i have not found any help or resolution till date. My warranty will expire on 30th nov and i am afraid that they ll keep on saying same thing but will not help me but eventually my warranty will get expired.

        I have also attached all screenshot of test, diagnosis that i did on there request along with video about issue and how i have to restart to get back the internet. Along with recent mails Sorry i don't have previous conversations of HP WhatsApp but certainly it must be in my case id.

        I hope i will find a solution here because i just started my business and bought this laptop with full payment with my hard earned money. But then facing such issue from new laptop leaves me stressful. Please help in resolving the same.

          I think petrol is not being given to anyone in the right quantity, and this has happened many times whenever there is talk of taking petrol by liter or checking it properly, its owner always starts giving abusive language and threats. And that petrol pump should be managed according to government rules for some public as well, it is not even my request to check the measurement and quality of petrol

                  Hi,
                  I got a new HP Laptop, my Camera App was not working with error Msg camera not found.I reported to Hp Whatsapps Support, who said webcam part will be replaced by new one gave case ID [protected]
                  for technician visit.
                  Technnician came didnt changed the new webcam part and said i will update BIOS and it will work,
                  Till today despite my request to HP Customer Care and their Service channel partner SYSNet Technologies the webcam is not working showing the same Error, camera not found. It shows the professional negligence in services by such big brand company when it comes to customer care under warranty.
                  I request to urgent help in solving this issue and my professional work being affected due to no working of camera application and inconvenience being caused to me .

                      We took two laptops on April 13 2022 model is cnd1498xp we face same issue with laptops. Both laptops gets off suddenly while working, couldn't download any software, the net gets disconnects automatically.
                      No troll free numbers responds nor support websites responds to the mails nor calls.

                          On the date mentioned I visited Hp store to buy a laptop.
                          The salesperson in the store stated that they have two variant of the same hp laptop model Hp 15s fq5009TU -67V52PA#ACJ
                          only with the difference of :
                          1. 45W charger and one RAM slot
                          Price: Rs 52800+350( for hp original mouse I will buy myself).
                          2. 65 W charger with 2 RAM slots
                          Price : Rs 54000

                          Consequently I asked them why so ? As I couldn't see any difference in details between the two HP boxes from outside. Then they just confused the customer by saying that they have such two variant of same model available in there store where box 1 will contain 45W charger. They have the prior knowledge of such.

                          Fast charging is necessary in this days so I being the customer had to trust HP salesperson bought the Box2 with 65W charger with a hike of Rs850 for the same model name priced Rs 54000.

                          Next day when I started online searching for the model Hp 15s fq5009TU -67V52PA#ACJ with 45 W charger and 1 RAM slot I could not find any. For confirmation I called two more HP store in Kolkata (Dalhousie and Lake mall) and was surprised to know it was completely a bluff that the store done with me. Actually there is no such 45 W charger laptop available for Hp 15s fq5009TU -67V52PA#ACJ because the model itself comes with 65W charger only, no other variant is available out in market.

                          So it was just a fake statement about the product that they made to cost nearly 1000 ruppees higher from the customer which is extremely disappointing.

                          So kindly verify this kind of difference in product details in stores and Hp websites. It hampers the customers trust on the brand completely. This kind of business strategy is not at all accepted.

                          Popular Brand HP is getting damaged under these dealers ; I request HP to take complain on these dealers trying to cheat customers and later on not taking the complain seriously when customer reported the same.

                                Dear sir, Please check my invoice copy MY PURCHASE DATE IS 29 JUNE 2022 but the windows installation date is 12 JUNE 2022 and this proof is clear that this product is open. When I opened the box, Windows 11 came out inside it while there was windows10 mentioned on top of the box. So I doubt I have been given an old/demo laptop that has been given by the seller after repacking. when I contact the dealer to take action then the dealer is saying I'm not responsible for it please contact to hp customer care, when I call hp customer care but the customer care officer is saying if there is any hardware issue then we can replace it otherwise you can use the same product, dear sir tell me one answer when I am paying for a new laptop, I should have give a new one, right I have attached all the proof related to the product. please check this and take striated action

                                    I bought this laptop in March 2021. Since that day, I have been facing the issue of blue screen. All of a sudden, my screen hangs and it automatically restarts. Sometimes it shows a black screen and just stays still—no restart, no shut down.
                                    My laptop was under warranty for 1 year. From March 2021 to March 2022, I called HP customer support at least thrice and explained my problem. Every time they ask me to have a data backup and install Windows again. Even if I explain to them that this has already been done, they will still say the same thing.
                                    I thought if I would show it offline to the local HP customer support center, it might improve, but they performed the same window reinstalling function and gave me this laptop back.
                                    The laptop works completely fine for 3–4 weeks after performing the function. Later, I ran into the same problem.When I lodged the complaint in March, I explicitly told the customer support team of HP that I had been facing this issue for a very long time. Now its warrantee is going to expire soon, I want a fix solution. They made me believe that now my laptop would work efficiently. After performing the window reinstalling again, it worked well for 6-7 weeks. I was relieved that it was finally working properly, so I informed the customer support team that I was satisfied and that they could close the case ID.One week after that day, the problem struck again. My guarantee had expired and I was left with nothing.
                                    Now the HP customer support team is telling me to extend the guarantee and then they will see the problem with the laptop.
                                    My question is
                                    When it was in guarantee before, why didn't they provide me the solution? WHY SHOULD I TRUST THEM AGAIN? Is it some kind of strategy not to provide a solution in the guarantee period and later ask for an extension of the guarantee to ask for more money?

                                    I have been facing the issue for more than a year. I am a student at IIM Nagpur. I have a lot of work to do, lots of quizzes and submissions, but the dysfunctionality of this laptop has hindered my learning and growth.
                                    Moreover, the HP customer support email id that is shown on the internet doesn’t work. The email ID is [protected]@customerservice. Whenever I try to email HP officials, it does not work. I have wasted my time on calls explaining my problem to these people but never got a solution.
                                    I need justice.

                                      I purchased the HP Pavilion (5CD142J6N1) laptop on 6-1-2021 from the authorized showroom in Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad. I was not using the laptop more often or regularly and I didn't notice but after some time I started working on the laptop on regular basis and I found the issue with the battery as it was taking too much time for charging as it was taking more than 5 hours to fully charge and it completely drained out in just 1-1.3 hours. I contacted the hp service center on[protected] they took my laptop and kept it for 10 days. After 10 days they changed the motherboard and battery and said that they have solved the issue. But the issue was the same so I tried a different way by calling customer care and they guided me with some troubleshooting. But after the problem was the same. I tried, again and again, and they have done some troubleshooting by taking access to my laptop. They also guided me with the battery calibration test. Still, I did not receive any permanent solution for the issue. So again I called customer service and they told me that they have assigned an agent for a visit. The agent came and performed some tests and gave me a new charger adapter still as always my issue was unsolved and I was facing the same problem. So he took the charger adapter return and took some reports of the battery. In short, I'm facing issues for the last 6 months, and for the last 2 months I'm in contact with customer service still my issue is not been solved. I'm requesting to solve my issue as soon as possible as it was not expected from a company like HP. I request you to provide me a full replacement of the system along with the charger adapter and 1 year of extra warranty as compensation for What I have suffered in the last 6 months.

                                        There are two complete set of desktops purchased from Meerut of HP make. Both the systems are under warranty. But Not working properly. Out of 2, one is not receiving power and the other is working with the speed of snail. There is no response of technical tean even after complaining twice.. Please take some suitable action on urgent basis.
