I bought a HP laptop on 4th April 2022 which was all fine for 1month after that I found that it is having battery issues, The costomer service told me to troubleshoot which was not helping and I thought it is same for all products. A month later I started hearing Crackling and Whistling sound from the speaker, I informed them about the problem and after 2months the send an engineer visit today 10th August 2022. I thought they will fix it, but they couldn't even after replacing the old speaker. At this moment I gave up and started using the laptop as always but suddenly I couldn't connect my Bluetooth headphones. I troubleshoot many times re-installed drivers but nothing helped. At last I contacted them again at 8:26pm about the problem but they stayed unbothered and arranged another engineer visit, which concludes I was using a defective manufacturing product and asked them to replace it but they straight away denied.

I talked to many experts and they told me to replace it and if they deny I should complain to consumer forum for the harrasment I'm facing.

The brand HP is known for it's best products and services is harrassing me and sold a defected product with the cost amount of 68, 000/- which is a very big amount for people like us.

Hope I'll receive a response and help me out in this issue.

When hp printer photocopy goes out but photocopy is not good, it becomes very light photocopy but dark photocopy is not

Due to sudden actions up arrow key is removed or broken from keyboard. Kindly repair it or replace it as soon as possible

I naresh katiyar, had been complaint for desktop on 29.06.2022 with complaint no [protected] after then 2-3 visit of hp service center person the unit took away from my office to thier service center after 20 days they return the unit with not complaint close with not complaint close, the unit only is being on but not working properly, hp service center has been closed the complaint which case id is [protected]. During this period my desktop warranty had been finish now what i do?
now the costumer care asking to us please 20 gb pen drive and hard disk to install the software here i am unable arrange the pen drive and other things .The costumer care daily calling but not resolving my issue.

Dear sir i want to replace my desktop due to it is not working so kindly help to resolve the issue cause hp costumer care not resolving my problem.

We had complaint last year with id-----[protected]. A technician visited and told HP that a liquid spillage was found. But he didn't mention anything about the ROM.No work was done from his side and HP closed the complaint last year due to lack of information. We had to face many problems.

Again We complaint on 18th July ID [protected] because screen was showing the automatic repair error. A technician was assigned to solve the problem. He opened the laptop and told you need to just update the system and it will work the same again. After he had a word with my mother he told that there was problem with the ROM and said that Hp should never have closed the case last year as it was not repaired that time only. Even after the updates and everything, it just worked fine for a day and again started to have the same problems. The technician (Umesh) gave his phone no. to call him whenever needed but never picked up after trying multiple times. We again contacted Hp regarding this, to which they said to assign a technician as soon as possible and till date it's been over a week and no technician has been assigned. Now the laptop screen is showing no boot device found. My daughter is scared to even open the laptop as it pops up with some issue or the other everytime she opens it.

Sir, due to improper behaviour of service center side, my daughter had to suffer during her mid term exams. Again the end term of 4th semester exams is about to come in August. Service center never picks up the phone. They don't clarify the correct picture of laptop issue. We had complaint to Hp customer care by phone and narrated all the problems that we had faced. This laptop is still under warranty and I humbly request you to either change the laptop or repair it completely urgently. We haven't used the laptop even half a year properly and have faced lot of pain and discomfort because of it. There is problem with the motherboard and ROM. I kindly request you to look into this matter and solve this issue.

Sir, i purchase a new laptop in apr-2022 and on 26.07.2022 my laptop not getting turn on .i booked my complaint Case id [protected] to hp Support but after continuous follow on by me regarding complaint with hp customer care but no engineer is visit my site and customer care only give next date. I am fade up with hp customer care policy.

I am facing problems in my printer from the buying of that product there is a issue with the quality there is a single line coming which is not printing. I have contacted customer care there is no such a response for the product not having any actions. I frustrated with this product I want solution for my product. I will be very grateful to you

I bought a laptop on 4th April 2022, which is making whistling sounds now I reported their customer care many times but they aren't helping neither giving me any engineer visit nor suggesting me any resolves. I am frustrated and even when to their customer service center previously for repairing but they were rude. I am being harassed by HP even though I paid a big amount for warranty and free service checks.

An HP engineer broke my laptop (under warranty) while attempting to repair it.
HP on-ground Bangalore team admitted over the phone that the engineer broke the laptop on video and over the phone
I haven't been issued the stand-by laptop to date despite writing 25+ emails and several calls.
I have lost my salary and my mental health has suffered. HP Bangalore staff is mentally harassing me.
I have submitted ample video and audio proof. However, HP is refusing to assist me

Problem description : I am a final year student at IIT, I bought this laptop after lots of research and within a week time the screen of this laptop is not working i.e completely black. It is kind of blocker for my transactional work. I called call-center on very same day 28 July, with such issue in laptop & delayed customer service I am really worried and lost confidence in both HP brand & Laptop I purchased, I have fear that this laptop will have issue frequently in future. If i am wasting so much time to get issue fixed with brand new laptop then I would say this is not worth, and I did not observe any pro-activeness from HP to give any sort of confidence to customer who invested 1L INR on product. Since it has hampered my work a lot as my daily work is heavily dependent on laptop, so my father suggests to buy other brand laptop instead of wasting time on HP.

I want replacement of this item, but there is not process/way to convey this message to HP. Please suggest!!

I booked cylendre for home delivery on 24 July 2022 but till today not deliver to me. To cylendre whenever i make phone call its not get connects. Tho mera kharidne ke bad thik thak chal raha tha. 24th june 2022 me achanak mera laptop ka diaplay me kuch nahi a raha tha...tho full charge kar diye tho uske bad next day try kiya on karne ka tho on ho gaya display a gaya tho hum soche ki update ka kuch problem ho gaya tha isiliye hum customer care ko phn nahi kiya... Lekin firse 7th july ko prblm hua no display ka... Tho hum 8th july customer care me phn kiya tho customer care ne pehle restart kiya ushke badh biased update kiya sub kuch kiye tho laptop on ho gaya display a gaya aur prblm nahi ho ga bola... Aur ab logo ka technician bhi assigned kiya gaya... Tho ab logo ka ushdin technical issue ho raha tha... Tho case id generate hone me time lage ga bola tho hum bole thik hain... Fir bhi case generate number nahi hua aur technician bhi nahi aya... Thik hain tho laptop chal raha tho hum kuch nahi bole fir okk... Firse no display issue ho gaya 14 tarik ko aur hum call kiye customer care ko unhone firse biased update restart karke dekh liya kuch bhi nahi ho raha hain... Tho firse technician approve kiya...Tho jab technician aya tho achanak switch on karne se on ho gaya..technician bola koi bhi prblm nahi hain ap ka system mein ... Mere pas koi bhi vedio nahi tha prblm ka tho bola abke pas tho koi bhi vedio bhi nahi hain prblm ka... Aj 26 th july firse yahi prblm ho raha hain... Ab mein kya karu sir help me plzzz
